Clean, quiet apartment and community, well furnished and nice-looking apartment, extremely responsive administration and maintenance, great pool, walking distance from Emory - a bit expensive but otherwise loved it (2 yr)
Wonderful community, the management is super friendly and considerate.Maintenance issues are rare and whenever they happen they get fixed within usually 24 hours. The apartments themselves are pretty and spacious, the surrounding environment is incredibly beautiful. As a couple of students at Emory my fiancee and I couldnt have found a better place to stay in!
We love our apartment, we love the complex, it is always clean. And the guys in the leasing center are the best!! Glen and Said you rock my friends!!!
I have lived on the property for 4 years. It is my home.
I lived here for 2 1/2 years, and I absolutely loved it. I actually miss it a lot, now that I have moved out. The management is great and super responsive. The grounds are well-kept. The neighbors are mostly quiet. There is a dog park area and a wonderful swimming pool. It is close enough to everything youd want to do, but still safe. I would definitely recommend this complex.
If I love my apartment one more time 😄😍🤩 the complex is clean love the access to gym, pool and laundry area. The staff at the leasing office are friendly. Appreciate the security features in place. And alot of parking space available for visitors and residence. Gotta appreciate Glen and Said that are always attentive, patient with my queries and polite.
I lived at Highland Square Apartments for three years while I attended Law School. I could not have been happier with my experience with the property and management. I felt comfortable and safe on the property and it was filled with many graduate students to make a good study environment. I especially was impressed with the maintenance staff who would respond same day with any concern I raised. Staff who had been with the management company for 20+ years. Highly Recommended to Graduate students looking for a place to live. Dog park is Great!
Stayed here for 7 months last year, and we loved it. The staff were very professional and friendly. The apartment is well-maintained. The apartment agent, Said, was very helpful in getting things done. It was a pleasure staying in Highland Square and we are actually looking forward to move in again next year.
I had the best experience working with Said. Said, demonstrated awesome customer service and made my final decision a no-brainer! The community itself was very beautiful and my favorite part was it is gated! Said, made me feel right at home without me having the keys to my apartment yet!
This is a nice, friendly, and quiet place to live. It is close to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and bars. Ive been here for three months now without any noise issues. My unit was newly renovated just before I moved into it. The fixtures in the bathrooms and the kitchen were not installed very well and we have had problems with them falling off or breaking frequently. However, the maintenance staff is responsive, friendly, and have fixed all of our issues in a timely manner.
Living here was the biggest mistake of my life and has cost me a year of time to illness related to mold exposure. Not only was my apartment contaminated with mold, but management handled the situation in a way that made it worse. Their maintenance team fixed the mold in my bathroom by opening up the contaminated wall with me inside the apartment, exposing me and all of my belongings to mold spores I am allergic to. After bringing the issue to their attention, management attempted to fix the issue without any regard for my safety or environmental protection standards. To break the lease, I had to repeatedly follow up with a non-responsive management team that demonstrated they had no concern for me and that they were severely uneducated on the health concerns of mold and its effects on indoor air quality. Living at Highland Square, I felt violated, abused, and exploited. I had to live in mold for months after reporting it to management which is frankly disgusting and unethical. Highland Square is a corporate monster that cuts corners. If I had seen the apartment I was assigned instead of their staged tour apartment, I would have never moved in. The mold and water damage was clearly a structural issue they have been treating long before I moved in as there is evidence of repaired water damaged wood throughout the apartment I lived in as well as on the outside of the building. Do not trust this business!
The office staff (Leasing Specialist) is outstanding, professionally dressed, and knowledgeable. units are breathtaking. I really appreciate that every ethnicity is represented here
The staff at the leasing office is amazing. Property grounds are well maintained, and the apartments are roomy with a good layout.
I have been living here at Highland Square Apartments for almost 2 years now and I must say out of all the places I have lived here in Atlanta this is far by the best. The management (Tribridge Residentials) is AWESOME and I must say that the office staff are super cool, professional and friendly and everyone is treated very respectfully. The apartment with much needed space for myself and my family filled with cool and clean amenities that satisfy my every need and want. Its a pleasure to reside here and I am saying to everyone whom may be contemplating on living here in the near future to do so. It has definitely been a great living experience
I lived there from 2006 - 2008 as an Emory student. Back then the rent was cheap, the administration stayed completely out of your business (unless you failed to pay your rent) and I had a great time. Having said that, anyone considering renting here should be aware that the place is packed with undergrad students doing what undergrad students do best, which is having a good time. As mentioned before the walls are paper thin and you can hear every last syllable of someone talking on their cell phone in the parking lot. The 800 block, (where I lived) is, I think, where they put all the annoying, loud, drunken undergrads who think nothing of partying until 3 AM. I dont know how much has changed since 2008, but if you were an adult, with a real, grown up life and a job that required you to do grown up things like wake up before 9 AM on weekdays this would NOT have been the best place to go. Gables Rock Springs is close by and affords a more adult lifestyle just FYI.I rented here because of the price, the location to Emory, the generous living space, and a complete lack of administration intervention in my misadventures.
I love my apartment. The people at the leasing office are great. Carin and Said are very professional and friendly.
***WARNING*** DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEARLY NON EXISTENCE. THE APARTMENTS ARE WAY OVER PRICED FOR THE QUALITY OF LIVING. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT, EVEN IF NOTHING IS WRONG WHEN YOU LEAVE. BIG MISTAKE LIVING HERE!
The leasing and maintenance staff are top notch. They take great care of the apartments, landscaping, and common areas.
Great location with lots of units.
Best apartment complex I have ever lived in!
Professional Staff, quick answers, would recommend
I love my place.
Great place to live! The apartments are huge and in a great location. Close to Virginia Highlands, the Beltline, Midtown, and Buckhead. Everyone in the office is very accommodating, nice, and helpful. Feels like a very safe community which is rare in Atlanta. The pool is super nice and the fitness center has Pelotons. 10/10 recommend!
