I just moved here and the apartment is amazing. On top of that the staff is incredibly nice. Angie from the leasing office has been an angel with this whole process. Also, if you put in a maintenance request, they fix it the next day. Really great place to live.

Ive lived at AMLI for 2 years, and Ive been very happy with the place and the team. They are very nice apartments; Ive never heard a sound from neighbors the entire 2 years there. The location of course is very nice, its right by Ponce Market and the Beltline. And the team working there are all great. They have always started addressing any complaint Ive had within the same day. Sadly I moved out to be closer to work, otherwise Id stay there.Highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to live in Midtown.

A ton of pros: Very nice place to live. Office staff is awesome and maintenance calls were completed the next day for me both times. I couldnt ask for a better location for an apartment. Appliances all work and the finishes are nice. Buildings are all also super insulated to boot, meaning cheaper energy bills and a covered garage means a protected car. Ample storage in unit and natural light in spades.A few cons: if the rain hits your windows directly it can be loud, and the interior walls are thin, but the neighbors are respectful. If I ever move back to Atlanta, this is where I will be.

The entire team of AMLI Ponce park is wonderful. I’ve lived there for the past 5 years and I have always had a great experience. Angie, Nick, Bridget, CJ and all the staff go above and beyond to help you when you need it. I feel safe asking them for help when I need it and they are alway so kind and willing. They are all amazing humans and anyone who lives at this apartment complex is lucky to know them.

This review is solely based on Angie. I don’t live on the property. Angie was amazing from beginning to end! Such a sweet, warm, knowledgeable agent. I would move here for Angie (and how I saw the other stuff interacting with tenants) if I didn’t already fall in love w/another area.

I am not (and probably will remain not) a big time reviewer but there are rare occasions in which I feel the need to say something. Angie at Amli Ponce Park has literally been the most helpful person I have encounter in renting a place. I’ve lived in three countries and multiple places within each country and no one has compared to the selflessness/helpfulness I’ve experienced in trying to rent at Amli with Angie. From FaceTiming, to helpful videos about the apartments and an incredibly positive and bright demeanor there are already countless examples of the assistance she gives in finding a place. It helps that Amli Ponce Park is such a beautiful space and in an incredible location. That’s all. Just had to put it out there! Thanks again,Derick

Youll come for the location. Youll stay for the staff. My wife and I signed a 1-year lease at AMLI Ponce Park to eliminate my work commute and get a feel for downtown living. Kristen, Brigette, Nick and the entire maintenance staff were responsive, communicative, compassionate, flexible and friendly throughout the entire journey...even during a global pandemic. With that and the proximity to the BeltLine, we felt like we lived at the center of the world. The moment that will stay with me forever? When COVID first hit, the world felt creepy and apocalyptic. We got home one day and heard singing wafting through the halls. We wandered around to finally realize that AMLI had hired a solo live musician to perform in the courtyard. It was super life-affirming.Thats how AMLI Ponce Park rolls. They know what you need before you need it.

I have been living at AMLI Ponce Park for the past three years and it is the best complex I have ever lived in. The location is amazing and literally in the middle of everything Atlanta has to offer. The people who work there are also fantastic.Even when they do not need to help because it’s not in the lease, they do so. I have had heavy furniture moved within my apartment and also had furniture delivered from the mail room.Sometimes I just go to the office to chat with the leasing agents. I feel like the people working here really care and that I’m not just someone leasing an apartment. Apartment management regularly organizes get togethers at local bars where one can mingle with neighbors. It’s a very social and friendly place. I feel completely at home.

I lived at Amli Ponce Park for two years. I am completely perplexed by any negative reviews as my experience was above and beyond amazing. Christen, Nick, Bridget, and Flavio all helped me in specific and extraordinary ways during my time at Ponce Park. Some of these negative reviews seem to be from people who were raised in ivory towers or never had an actual real problem in life. My apartment, the location, the amenities, and interactions with management and staff were top notch. I highly recommend this beautiful community by the park and across from Ponce City Market.

Been living at AMLI Ponce for two years and it has been nothing short of amazing. The apartments are updated on the inside with energy efficient appliances. Great location, easy access to the beltline, piedmont park is close, & across the street from Ponce City Market. The best part though, is the dog park! I’ve made a lot of friends within the community and so has my dog. It’s a great place to live for a young professional, looking to make new friends and be apart of a community in the heart of Atlanta.

Management has been great to work with. By far, the best leasing office Ive worked with out the few apartments Ive lived at in Atlanta. Theyre responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Before moving in, management helped sort out the process for changing apartments. The change ended up being seamless and efficient. The move in process was hassle free due to their responsiveness, organization, and knowledge.Without delay, they helped to resolve a billing dispute and troubleshoot the issue going forward.

I would not particularly recommend this place. I believe the only benefit here is the location and THATS IT! I think they try to get by knowing that its customers live in a great location, this unfortunately disregards the pay for what you get experience. I have given my alarm code over 4 times but we receive calls from ADT every single time they come in (even when out of the country), we have put in multiple ticket request and had to follow up 3-4 times until it got done. Appliances are old, Toilet has never truly been fixed, the gym TV has not been on since we moved in, the equipment is terrible in the gym. Car got broken into, I never got the true story about it after asking multiple times (should have been on video). They supposedly make visitors park on the top floor, and they have no way of tracking that, hence parking spots are way less available starting Thursday night until Sunday. To be honest if it wasnt for the location there is no difference between paying $2900 and a $1200 apartment. The only thing that would stop us from not renewing is that my wife is expecting a baby around the time of our renewal date, and the change might be a bit much, but I will do everything else in my power to move around that date. Terrible place, Corporate doesnt follow up, no one follows up. I have owned a business and worked for IT companies for years, I do not know of any other work places in which this kind of behavior is acceptable.

I’ve lived at Amli Ponce park for 4 years, and all four years have been an enjoyable experience. The office staff had been great. They have been receptive and quick to respond providing solutions to any needs that arise. Their priority is their tenants and they do their best ensure everyone has a pleasant experience while living at Ponce Park. Happiness for the everyone is their utmost priority. The maintenance staff is always friendly and attentive, and if needed responsive and skilled. Personally, Flavio has been awesome! He goes out of his way to be helpful, and often goes above and beyond what is asked of him to ensure everyone’s happiness. I’ve always been beyond happy with solutions for any request. I could not ask more from a Community. It’s the best place to live, in a great place to be.

Ive been a resident since August 1st & have had issues since August 1st. It began with the back door not being rekeyed prior to move-in then having to wait two weeks for it to be rekeyed. When it was finally, locks on both front & back doors were & we were locked out of the house. Had until wait 30-45 min for new keys and missed an appointment. There are pros to living at Ponce Park but they are few, the many cons definitely outweigh the pros.1. Management at complex & corporate levels in my opinion, are compiled of individuals who are not leaders and have no management skills. Since I’ve moved in, management has been negligent in rectifying issues that I shouldn’t have had to deal with initially in a timely fashion. Community & corporate management have a customary habit of not following-up with concerns that I’ve addressed. On November 26th contacted the corporate liaison Candy by calling her personal number. After the 24-48 hour response guarantee she contacted me to inform me that she spoke with her boss Julie to get my issues resolved. I was supposed to hear back from them last week and at the time of this post, of course, I have not heard back from anyone in the corporate office.2. Dishwasher is old and not comparable with the year of the complex nor the amount of rent for the apartment. The bottom rack does not stay on the track & there are gaps along the sides of the unit. It malfunctioned & was on all night 11/20. Woke up to a burning smell only to discover that the dishwasher didnt complete the cycle, ran all night, which was very dangerous & warped our $300 Ninja food processor.3. No community parking rules. Everyone just parks wherever they want including visitors. There are several cars that never move from their parking space & there are numerous cars in the garage that have expired tags. There is also an employee who parks their unregistered car in the parking garage & they do not live in the complex. I’ve spoken with property management at least three times regarding the vehicle & before I left for vacation on 12/3 and as of today the car was still in the garage.4.Theres a security car parked in the deck. Ive seen a guard twice in the 3.5 months that I have been here. During the Summer with the top down, the car was ransacked. It took management three weeks & constant badgering for them to review the security tape of the incident.5. Maintenance now, after calling corporate answers tickets in a timely fashion. They’ve come into the apartment several times without the alarm code. First time the police were called because I was unable to be reached by the security company at work. We then provided maintenance and office with our alarm code & on two other occasions, they entered the apartment without the code & the alarm company was notified. The last time the alarm was triggered was September 11th while I was in Aruba on my honeymoon. Ticket was for the master bath toilet which was not fixed upon our return. They came 2 weeks ago to fix the door hinge & that same toilet. I was contacted again for the alarm code. A few days after request was completed I found that a screw was left on the floor in the doorway by stepping on it painfully. Luckily I wasn’t injured nor my dogs. At this point my only assertion is that maintenance is incompetent.I could say a lot more but I only had 4000 characters for this review. If I could give zero stars I would. By far it’s the worst experience that Ive ever had in any place I’ve lived & I’m a previous renter (apartment & house) & homeowner. I shouldnt have to waste time to manage simple issues that should be standard practice or follow-up behind professionals. I just want to pay rent & mind my business. However, I’m not afforded that luxury. You usually get what you pay for & at close to $3000/month, I expect & should be receiving much better than what I am being provided. I won’t be renewing my lease & would move now if I could. Sharing my experience to prevent you from running into a headache so Ill just leave you with, avoid AMLI Ponce Park!

We moved to Atlanta from California, and AMLI Poncepark was the place that wed picked for our home for more than 2 years. It was the best decision, the place is really good, management is super friendly and helpful, parking on the same level where our apartment is was terrific. The location is fabulous, almost right on the Beltline, and Ponce City Market is across the street. We can recommend the place 100%.

They’re many great things about living at AMLI Ponce Park but they’re just as many negatives too. For one, security has taken the back-burner. The complex recently installed “rapid” garage doors that’re anything but rapid. The doors worked about a week before a motorist caused such damage they remained wide open for nearly a month before being repaired. During that time, multiple vehicle break-ins and even an armed robbery, resulting in a hijacked vehicle, occurred inside the community’s parking deck. Next would be the amount of noise residents are forced to endure. The maintenance staff rolls carts along the tiled hallways of the complex at all hours of the morning. Cheap materials used for construction offer the privilege of hearing your neighbor’s conversations and TVs. Don’t forget the neighboring park, which has many events throughout the year requiring early morning starts and set-ups. And finally, the community requires a 60 day notice to vacate at the end of each lease. For a multitude of reasons, I chose not to renew. Within a day of submitting my notice, I was contacted by the leasing staff asking if I would be interested in terminating in 30 days, with no early termination fines or fees. I agreed with the understanding I would only be responsible if the next tenant didn’t follow-thru. Within a week or so I received a bill for over $200 from the community because the unit was empty for a week’s time before the new tenant moved in. I contacted and even dropped into the leasing office to clarify the charges. I spoke with the assistant community manager who told me he had made a mistake and would follow-up with me after speaking to the community manager. After a week’s time, I have yet to receive any sort of correspondence and continue to receive emails pertaining to the outstanding balance. Do yourself a favor and avoid the conspiring, greedy and manipulative AMLI complexes.

AMLI Ponce Park is in the best location and has the best energy/water saving apartment features in the area. They are LEED Platinum certified and have won a Fitwel Certification. You can easily walk to Whole Foods, Ponce City Market and the BeltLine, and biking in the area is super easy. The building is always sparkling clean and maintenance is very responsive. The leasing office is very helpful and professional. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Exactly one week after we moved in to AMLI Ponce Park, our dog, Gracie, was scheduled to have her front leg amputated because of cancer. During our move-in we shared this with Russ, one of the maintenance staff, who shared it with the rest of the staff. The night before Gracies surgery, I received a call from Flavio who said that he needed to bring something to us. I assumed he was bringing paperwork or other information related to our recent move. But when I opened the door I saw Flavio holding a gift bag. The bag included dog treats and a fun toy for Gracie! There was also a card that all of the AMLI Ponce Park staff had signed, wishing Gracie well in her surgery.Gracie came out of her surgery cancer-free, and has adjusted to life as a tripawd very well. Every time we see any of the AMLI staff members they ask about Gracie, and when shes with us they are quick to offer a treat or pet her.We have been so blown away by the kindness and thoughtfulness of the AMLI Ponce Park staff. We were particularly touched given that we were so new to the community when they extended this kindness, but it definitely helped us feel immediately a part of this place. In all other ways, the staff have been personable and professional. We really love living at AMLI Ponce Park, and that has a lot to do with the staff!

I’ve lived at AMLI Ponce Park since July 2015, and I’m so glad that I’m here. Other than times that I’ve owned a home, I’ve rented at several properties during my lifetime, and AMLI Ponce Park by far has been the best. The grounds are well kept, and the location is absolutely wonderful—easy access to the interstates, BeltLine, Ponce City Market, Historic Fourth Ward Park and Piedmont Park, great bars and restaurants, and so many other places we like to visit. Every year, management is improving something at the property (e.g., adding a dry cleaning service, refreshing the paint on the buildings, screening in windows on the stairwells), which I appreciate.I remember when I first moved in, Christen Crossett (who was then the assistant property manager), signed me in. She was so kind and made me feel welcome. (I will never forget that!) Now, Christen is the property manager and still makes me feel welcome whenever I see or talk with her. She has taken the time to get to know us, including our dog. This is something that I value tremendously, as it makes me feel that we are valued as part of our apartment community. In addition, whenever we have a concern, we feel comfortable in contacting her or someone in the office to address it. They have always been friendly, helpful, and considerate—going out of their way to make residents feel comfortable and appreciated. For example, I will never forget Garren, the current assistant property manager, cleaning up a nasty, incredibly stinky trail of liquid that a resident carelessly left in the hallways when taking out their trash. One of my neighbors informed the office about it—they were literally closing at the time—and he came and cleaned it up (“ick” but “yay” for him for going out of his way). The maintenance staff is also wonderful! They are knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Like Christen and her staff, they take the time to get to know the residents. We feel comfortable with them and are grateful for the trusted relationships that they build with us and our neighbors. They even know my dog by name, and he is always happy to see them! This makes me feel secure when he is home alone, and maintenance has to enter my apartment to repair or replace something. As far as improvements go, it’d be great if we had more friendly neighbors. (I realize management can’t control this.) However, Christen and her team try to bring us close together by having apartment community engagements—onsite and offsite—so we can all get to know one another.

This will be my second year at Amli Ponce Park. You cant beat the location; the Beltline access, Historic 4th Ward Park and proximity to Ponce City Market are major perks! The management office staff are friendly and eager to help with issues and questions, and even offered to clean my carpets and do paint touch-ups with my lease renewal. I feel its a very safe place to live; Amli recently installed >10 cameras in our parking deck and have a nightly security guard. The halls, pool, and resident clubhouse are kept in pristine condition. I highly recommend it! A+ Amli!

Terrible issues with noise. Paper thin walls mean you can hear your neighbors televisions, footsteps, conversations, neglected barking dogs, etc. This is especially problematic when considering that this is a busy part of the city and theres virtually no noise insulation from the outside construction or traffic. The finishes are very cheap. Not worth the price, even for the location.

Lived here since 2015 when I graduated from college...I just renewed lease and it goes up 300 every year...I will give it a one star for that because if you are a tenant in good standing and paying your rent on time this practice should not be allowed...this is a gated community, but the gate stays open for too long once youve been buzzed in...security issues there...too many robberies and break ins...and tenants are not notified in a timely manner...the pet policy and rules are not enforced...this is not a dorm and maintenance are allowed to enter apartments too frequent and too early...office personnel does not give UPS or FEDEX package to tenant and they will keep it themself and never notify tenants when fedex or ups leaves mail in the office. Amli properties are very expensive but it is not worth monry. At this property, the manager and staff is very rude and and not helpful at all .Please do not sign lease...
