I just moved in and just wanted to shout out the office staff for being so efficient and friendly. Lisa Ball and Korey Wright are shining stars. I visited the property several times after getting f approved and both of them were very nice, patient and professional. I contacted Lisa almost weekly for a month prior to moving in and she always remained calm and professional. She always emailed me right back and addressed all of my concerns. Thanks Lisa you are a superstar. Now to Korey whom i met one Sunday when my daughter was in town and i wanted to show her the place. Very professional, knowledgeable about the community and quick witted which i love. Only met him that one time but actually had a situation with my daughters car in the lot sometime after and he was able to help me, no questions asked. He knew i was a resident and he looked out for me. Which i will never, ever forget. I am so excited and happy to finally be in a place that feels like home. Top notch leasing office people make the experience even BETTER. So to Lisa and Korey here’s to you. Keep shining and thanks for everything!!!!!
I have been a resident since 2017 and have had a great experience! Korey, Lisa, and Stephanie are very communicative and they are a hands-on management team. Yes, there is crime in our area and parking can be cumbersome.. but this is Midtown so hardly the fault of Camden.Also... I absolutely love my apartment! Beautiful hardwood flooring, high ceilings, and extremely spacious layout (especially for in-town living). I have had a few maintenance issues over the years (leaky toilet, AC filter changes, etc.) and the maintenance team has been out within 24 hours (shoutout to Tony and Chauncey). Thanks to the entire Camden Midtown team!
Ive lived here for two years. They allow pets, the maintenance crew are friendly and typically prompt, the office employees (minus one) are always kind and helpful, the units are nice, and the location is good. However, there have been some major recurring issues, including (1) frequently broken garage gates in an area of town where cars are regularly broken into, (2) fire alarms that go off for no reason, and (3) consistently poor communication. An example for #3: today the staff informed us that the exterior wall (where my windows and my patio are) is being painted. This means loud noises outside my apartment for the next three weeks in addition to the pool being closed for three weeks of summer heat. As is typical for my experience here, the work began before we were told to prepare for it.I would like to reiterate that I have only had poor interactions with one employee here, which is rare when renting from a large company! Despite these three major issues and other minor concerns, my experience overall has been... fine. Considering the price, pet policies, and location, it would be difficult to find anything better.EDIT: Thank you for responding to my review, but there is no point in me contacting the office.
I really appreciate the Camden Midtown team! Shout out to Korey, Lisa, Chauncey and Tony. You all have made it feel really comfortable, welcomed, and appreciated. I love the fact that you, as a whole, respond quickly and professionally. Every one is always warm and friendly and the grounds and building always look good. I also feel safe living in my building! Thank you
Pros:Maintenance Staff and Location. Never had any issues with maintenance, they typically respond to requests next day. You’re also within walking distance of many restaurants and Piedmont park.Cons:Fire alarms will go off constantly at unreasonable hours, has happened multiple times from 12am-5am and Camden doesn’t seem willing/able to do anything about it.Walls are extremely thin so you’ll be getting all the road noise, there’s a club across the street which closes around midnight, so you’ll hear the crowd emptying out. There’s been constant car break ins, some people have been robbed coming home late at night, to the point I feel the need to Conceal Carry while walking my dog around which is unfortunate. For the price you pay I recommend you go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.
Maintenance and location were the only good things about this place. You definitely pay for the area but not the apartment. We constantly had issues with mold/mildew in the apartment. When we first moved in we had to open 10 different maintenance requests to get certain things fixed/cleaned.The internet is TERRIBLE. They make you buy a tech package and we lost internet almost every day. For those of us who worked from home or were going to school online it was a nightmare. After over a year being here we couldnt wait to move out. Try to find something better if you can.
I absolutely loved my virtual tour of Camden Midtown. I was assisted by Emily who is the definition of a truly kind and knowledgeable professional! There are an art and science to delivering excellent customer service and she has mastered it. The property is beautiful and had all the amenities I was looking for in my next home. I was looking to relocate from Michigan to Atlanta and she was the first apartment complex to reach out to me. I deeply appreciated my experience. I would definitely recommend Camden Midtown to my friends -- and to connect with Emily!
Horrible customer service! You have to wait over 25 minutes for anyone to pick up the phone. They are 2 weeks behind to look at units. I tried to view a unit and they told me I had to wait 8 days! They also have hidden fees.
I have had the privilege of spending my first year in Atlanta at Camden Midtown. Although I moved here in the peak of the pandemic and did not know anyone, the Camden Staff went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. I wanted to give a special thank you to each and every one of them for everything they have done to make my life as easy as possible. Within my first month, I had to go on an extended training, and didnt know anyone yet that I could as to feed my fish (Blue). I submitted a maintenance request and asked if they would mind just sprinkling some food. Not only did they not mind, they sent me a cute note saying how he was doing. This was not the only time they did this, but just one of the many examples of just how great this team is. Another example - my fridge decided to stop working at around 9 pm at night, so I submitted a request that night. By 10 am the next morning, Tony was there with a brand new fridge, no questions asked and I didnt even have to put anything in coolers. No matter what happened, I could always count on the staff to make it right. Korey, Tony, Lisa, Jack, Chauncey, and Emily - Thank you for always answering any of my requests - no matter how out of the ordinary - with a smile. Thank you to Camden for making my first home in Atlanta so great. You guys are greatly appreciated, and I wish all of you the absolute best. Have a great weekend:)
Thank you Chauncy! I had an issue with my blinds and Chauncy was there first thing in the morning to take care of the issue. He put up a new set and within minutes it looked liked new. He always has a positive attitude and is willing to help with anything I have needed. He even lets me into the dog park when I forget my keys!
Do not move here! My car was stolen on this property and management told the police that none of the SIX cameras around where my car was would have been able to see anything. Which is a lie. One of the cameras woulda been able to see something.
The management and maintenance staff here is great, however the building is old so there are a lot of issues. My neighbors I have spoken with and I all have a roach/bug problem, the sink faucets require cleaning every day because of black build up from the pipes, and the parking situation is not ideal. Reserved parking is expensive, but if you don’t have it you won’t find a space in my building, requiring you park in the main garage and walk across the street (which late at night in this area- isn’t always the most safe). Thankfully Camden is allowing me to transfer to another one of their buildings, but I would not recommend this particular building.
Although I have yet to apply and sign my lease I will be doing so very soon. I took a tour back in August of 2019 with Emily and I fell in love with community. I like the area because it’s minutes from my job, local restaurants, and convenient stores. The interior is amazing, there’s different layouts to fit your budget, and for what’s included in the rent it’s very affordable! There’s a high level of security, car garage, pool, and clubhouse/social area to entertain guest. Once I get a few things in the proper perspective, I want to make Camden Midtown my new home. See you soon Emily!
While I dont live here, I completely understand why the reviews are so good. I went in and got a tour from Korey, and he was the absolute best. He was exceedingly nice, told me everything I needed to know and more, never rushed the tour, and was overall just genuinely nice and extremely helpful. The amenities are great, as are the units themselves, and its in a phenomenal location. The only reason Im not living there is because the unit I wanted was taken within an hour of when I left--these places are exceptional and they go quick, so if you like what you see act fast! And if you have the chance, ask for Korey. Hell help you out with everything you need.
After living here for about a year, I decided not to renew my lease. The rent was getting pricey and I was tired of dealing with the noise issues.Apartment/Location: I loved my studio apartment. I liked having a spacious walk-in closet, stainless appliances, washer/dryer, and juliet balcony. The main concerns I had were the roaches and noise. My apartment faced the courtyard, so there have been instances where tenants/guests played loud music and were shouting during late hours. Also, I can hear peoples conversations through my front door, which has woken me up a few times during the late nights/early mornings. As for the location, Publix and North Avenue MARTA Station are close by, which I liked because I rely on public transportation. Some things to be aware of: Elevator breakdowns, noise complaints, parking gates not working, car break-ins, and water leaks. I have experienced 2 water leaks at my apartment within a year of living here...Maintenance/Leasing Team: The maintenance team does a good job in handling service requests and completes them in a timely manner. As for the leasing team, they were responsive to my e-mails whenever I had a concern or question.
I don’t normally write reviews but I think one is warranted. I’ve lived at Camden Midtown since March 2018 and recently renewed my lease, again. Apt. living, for the most part, is what you read in the reviews for most any apt. complex; elevator issues, bug issues, noise, garage gate broken, etc. and I won’t say Camden has not had some of these issues but my time here, over two years, has honestly been great. I moved here for the convenience to my job but I chose Camden because when I started looking and Camden was the first complex, the staff was and still is a great team, for me especially Korey Wright, who worked with me from the very start and continues to. All the staff from Lisa and Joslyn to the maintenance mgr, Tony has been wonderful. As for me I have not experienced a bug problem, maintenance issues have been addressed in a timely manner, my location is short of awesome but the staff here has been absolutely wonderful.
Tony, from the maintenance team, is reliable and helpful! He solved my issue quickly (even on a Saturday morning). Not only did he help me out, he also threw the ball for my dog. Exceptional service!
I lived at Camden Midtown Atlanta for over 2 years. I did have small issues with the apartment but the maintenance staff, overseen by Tony, was always a pleasure and responsive. The issues I consistently encountered were due to Camden’s preference to patch versus fix/replace. However, my problem with Camden came after my departure. I decided to not renew my lease when they went up considerably during COVID. I learned from multiple neighbors, they offered to keep their rents’ the same. In the end, the office called and adjusted the rate, but I had already started searching and discovered a better alternative. When I informed the Leasing Office I was leaving, they sent me my final moveout quote and added I would receive the final water bill after. My moveout bill was 60% higher than the quote. When I called to inquire why they told me it included all the final utilities from the past months except water. I paid the bill and turned in my keys. Prior to leaving, the Leasing guy pulled up and reviewed my final leger with me and indicated I was current, and the only item left to pay was water and the final cleaning expense. Both the Assistant Manager and Leasing guy continued to reiterate as I left, I would only be receiving a bill for these two items as long as, nothing was found wrong with the apartment. I received a bill 40% higher than what I was told I would receive. They told me I still owed for expenses I was told on review of the final leger were paid. The entire narrative changed into ‘not only was water backdated’ but all utilities were backdated so you owe on everything. For my entire lease, they only noted water was backdated and now out of nowhere everything is backdated. Why review a leger with me to show me Im current, to attempt to extort more money from me? Why continue to state “you’ll receive a final water bill,” if you always intended to trump up nonexistent fees? While the location and proximity to downtown is great, please be informed when moving here.
Korey Wright is amazing! He was patient and very informative in helping me to decide if I should renew my lease or transfer to another community. He took the time to truly understand what was most important to me and gave me all the information that I needed to make the best decision. He is truly an asset to this company and I am really grateful for his time and effort. Thank you Korey!
My experience at Camden Midtown was great. Although I did not end up signing my lease there, I was extremely pleased with Lisa Ball, the leasing consultant who showed me around the property. She answered all my questions and was so friendly. This is the kind of service you dont get at every community. If youre looking for a well managed community in Midtown, look no further than Camden Midtown.
We have really enjoyed living here. The maintenance team is great. Jack has been our maintenance person and he is always professional and explains what he needs to do. He has exceeded expectations, and has always done a great job.
If I could give this place 10 stars I WOULD! I moved in to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit in April of 2016 and just moved out this past April 2018. If I hadnt found a condo to purchase, I would have stayed much much longer. First of all, the units are updated beautifully. I actually took pictures of the finishes so I would have ideas on what I wanted to update my condo to look like! The floor plan couldnt have been any better either. The office staff, Korey Wright, to be specific was phenomenal. No request ever went unanswered and they really did everything they could to make sure the community was warm and inviting from the very first day I made my application there. Even when there was an issue, the staff and management would not leave until it was resolved. I felt they were unified with the community and really wanted us to know that. Parking was never an issue here and the location was great. I definitely miss calling this place home! Definitely check out Camden Midtown ASAP!
I am new to Atlanta, and I am very glad I chose to live at Camden Midtown Atlanta. I asked for a transfer shortly after I moved in. The apartment staff was accommodating and helped me find a unit that suits me perfectly. Everyone in the office and on the maintenance staff is always kind and helpful, and I feel like I am in capable hands. However, I have to give kudos to Korey: he went above and beyond to help me with my transfer, and that seems to be the way he approaches every part of his job.Aside from the excellent customer service, the apartments are in a great location. There are plenty of restaurants, night life, a MARTA station and shopping nearby. I love having a Publix and Walgreens half a block away.If you’re looking for nice apartments and amenities with an excellent staff and location in Midtown Atlanta, Camden is a great choice.
The folks at Camden Midtown Atlanta Apartments are excellent. I recently moved in, and was satisfied with the entire process. Emily is very informative as well as friendly. Which has helped to make this my new home.
My daughter recently moved out, as she graduated from college. However, while she was there, both Tony and Lisa were fabulous and very helpful. Just wanted to make sure they were given credit where credit is due. Anytime there was any kind of an issue, they always stepped in and helped and were very friendly and very polite. Thank you both so much !
My Experience with living in Camden Midtown.I have been living at Camden Midtown now for a year now and so far my experience has been very pleasurable. The staff has been outstanding! They have been very attentive to the needs of the residents, and quick to resolving issue that has occurred. The few maintenance issue that have arisen were taken care of in a timely manner and repairs were done correctly. The staff is courteous and friendly without losing their professionalism. There are always in everything things to work on, but so far it has been a joy living here at Camden Midtown.( In the Gladstone building.)P.S. Love the new paint in the building.
Ive been living in Camden for some time - its still just as amazing. The management with Lisa and Korey are just incredible. They almost feel like family with the warm way they treat me and my husband whenever we have a request like new keys or replacing the gate key. They also set up great community based events - like floor parties! Were so close to work, restaurants, museums, everything. I feel like I always have something cool to do, and were in a good spot to skip half the traffic when trying to get out of Atlanta for something fun like hikes or road trips. We both feel very safe here with the myriad of security cameras, gates, etc. Its lovely to see people our age (20s-30s), older people, and families here that are all very respectful and amicable with one another. The added benefit of reserved parking and elevators also helps with the convenience of living in this awesome complex. Camden is definitely the way to go if you want a place that is safe, family friendly, gorgeous, and well maintained!
We just have to give accolades to Lisa Ball and Camden Midtown Atlanta. We held our daughters bridal shower at Camdens Social Lounge. Mrs. Ball was instrumental in making it happen. The facility was clean and pleasant as well as nicely situated with a great view of Midtown Atlanta. Many of our guest thoroughly enjoyed themselves and said everything was just perfect. Thank you Lisa for all your help and for making our daughters shower a success.Sincerely, Dean and Monty Hinson
Special Thanks to Mr .Tony and the rest of the Maintenance staff for replacing our washer and dryer back in December. All Staff are approachable and very attentive to all our concerns. They are efficient and fast in taking actions. Thank you.
Ive had multiple reasons to be a proud resident here. Anytime Ive submitted a request, it has been quickly addressed by someone in maintenance, the community Xfinity rep, and especially the office staff. Lisa was helpful with my initial move-in right at the brink of the Covid-19 crisis, Emily, Korey, and Joslyn have addressed questions and issues Ive had over the past few months, the entire crew sent a thoughtful bouquet and card after my mother passed in late April, and Korey even took time out after his shift to assist me with moving a sofa I purchased from another resident. I dont think Ive ever lived anywhere where the staff was so quick to lend a hand or transparent with questions/concerns. Thank you all for everything you do!
This was one of the cleanest properties that I have ever stayed at. Even during the busy holidays the hall ways, pool area and fitness center was near spotless. The few times that I had a maintenance request it was resolved in a very timely and precise manner. That speaks a lot to the up keeping of the property that I did not need to call them often. Office personnel was quite pleasant and always when I needed to visit. In addition to the excellent location, I would recommend this property with the utmost sincerity to anyone that I know.
I really enjoy living at Camden Midtown. It’s In a great location in the city with easy access to lots of restaurants, nightlife, the beltline and parks. Chauncey, one of the maintenance guys is always super helpful with the apartment needs and a friendly face around the property everyday. All of the staff have been very quick to respond to any needs we may have and keeping us Informed.
Mrs. Emily at the email office was really good! Thank you
They deserve a zero star rating. I would HIGHLY advise you to not rent from these people. It’s always one thing after another. There are always roaches somewhere either it’s in the hallway or finds it’s way into your apartment. They don’t inform you when the apartments are fully occupied they charge extra on the water plus they don’t even do routine pest control. If you know for a fact that you have a pest problem and you don’t fix it then you mind as well live at a dump. Let’s not talk about the car break-ins & no parking spaces. All $600 plus extra in rent is just for location. These apartments are literally worth $975-$1600 tops. Not worth the time or money. STAY AWAY!
Ive lived here for a little over a year and although things come up here and there, the staff is so helpful and does their best to accommodate tenant requests and concerns. Korey in the management office has been beyond helpful with dealing with some issues that have come up in building 3. Following up and making sure I was satisfied with how things were handled. Tony and the maintenance team are also amazing!! He is gracious and kind, and always willing to lend an extra hand--- even in situations that are not in his day-to-day responsibilities. Im so beyond appreciative for him and his team. Thank you!!
I don’t live here but I am a cleaner and I often work in Atlanta condos, apartments, etc. If my client is not home I have to go to the leasing office. Today is not going to well so far but Miss R. Lisa has been ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL in helping me out. Thank you for your help!!! The apartments are very nice as well!!!
Tony Scott in Maintenance at Camden Midtown is phenomenal!! I needed help taking some furniture up to my apartment and he helped without a second thought! I really appreciate it!!
I have a 15 month lease with Camden Midtown that is ending here in October. The management is responsive and friendly. My sister and I are moving to buckhead and adding another roommate. We are moving to experience a new area of Atlanta. I would highly recommend this apartment. My only complaints are petty and could come with any apartment. Ive had an occasional loud vertical-neighbor, but overall a great complex and a great area! Edit: Korey is the bomb!
What a great group of people. The property is pretty and has a great deal of character as well as access to Midtown, the highlands, and downtown. The office staff is helpful, friendly, and thoughtful, and I have never met a more responsive maintenance staff. They have responded to every need, no matter how minor, same day. Definitely recommend this property.
I have been living at Camden Midtown for almost 2 years now. It has been such a great experience from the friendliness of the whole staff to the amenities. It is close enough to everything to walk around the city. There are several different types of units throughout the complex to please anyone, trust me I looked at all of the styles. City living always comes with some concerns but are expected when you live in the middle of a city. Korey and Lisa are both wonderful and always greet me and my dog by name when I see them around the complex. It’s nice to not just feel like a unit number. Best bang for your buck in the city!
Our maintenance personnel are excellent - specifically Derrick and Chauncey. They are quick to respond, always professional and polite. I know they get many requests but they are ALWAYS helpful & pleasant!
I have loved my experience with Camden Midtown Atlanta. About halfway through my lease, my boyfriend and I decided to combine households and instead of leaving the complex we decided to transfer to a different unit. Lisa is the best!!! She made this process easy and pleasant. I love all the staff, amenities, and quickness of service whenever something comes up. Looking forward to continuing my residence at Camden!!!
Ive been at Camden for a few months now and I love it. I have absolutely no complaints. The staff is great - from the leasing office (wonderful personalities) to the maintenance staff ( Ive never waited longer than 24 hours to have anything fixed) *note: its very rare that I have to submit a request and its never anything major). I love the convenience of being next restaurants, a brewery and I can even walk to the club if I want to. LOL. Overall - I feel safe and its been a great city living experience! Thanks guys!
Lovely location in midtown, nice and spacious apartments. Close to GT campus, therefore I am staying here happily since 8 months. IMO, its a much better option for students than staying north of GT campus. There have been some safety issues here as well but management is concerned and actively taking actions to check these incidents. All the service requests so far have been resolved in less than 24 hours.
Ive lived in Camden for six months and have had a terrific experience. The staff (I primarily deal with Lisa) is very responsive and professional and maintenance requests are handled very quickly. The common areas are clean and functional. I feel safe with the electronic gates in the garage and outside access points. I would recommend Camden to anyone looking for a great location in Midtown.
I had a difficult time earlier in the year where I had to pull out of a lease at the VERY last minute, but Lisa Ball, A+ leasing consultant, was kind enough and understanding enough to re-lease to me later on in the year. Shes just one of those people you can tell was a guardian angel in a previous life.On to the apartments - at move in, you get a little gift bag with some cute swag and essentials which was very thoughtful. Theres parking, which was a necessary on my list. Theres audible alarm systems in the apartments as well which helped me to feel safer. The pool is STUNNING, as is the courtyard with the fountain and the bomb barbecue area in the other building. You also get a little Camden rewards card that gives you a discount on restaurants/salons/etc in the area, which is fab.The amenities in-apartment are great too. The kitchen is actually gorgeous with stainless steel fridge/dishwasher/oven/built in microwave and a pull away kitchen sink/hose sitting atop the double basin sink. Theres a really lovely white brick backsplash and under-cabinet lighting as well. Some of the other apartment complexes in the area dont offer laundry/dryer or dont offer parking while Camden does, so it really hit all the boxes on my checklist. The only downside was the apartments dont have all hardwood/laminate floors (at least not in mine), but you cant really have that in a complex anyway because of sound so thats not a ding off it at all. Its in an area that is in the middle of a lot of fun places, it feels quite safe, theres parking, and bonus - gym, pool, and some sweet pubs/restaurants down below. And if all that isnt enough, honestly Lisa alone was enough to make me want to live here. Housing and leasing management can be filled with some really thoughtless people, but Lisa really does care and has incredible attention to detail. She even congratulated me when I got engaged in between my second application! If that doesnt make you feel welcome, nothing could.
Camden Midtown is a joke. If you enjoy getting overcharged and constantly hit with ridiculous fees, then rent here. The management team is terrible and incredibly rude. Completely condescending in every way. I had my own car booted here and no one gave a damn! The amenities are appealing, I know, but try going to the swimming pool and youll find a half-filled pool with leaves or stagnant cloudy water. Grills are constantly breaking in addition to poor security on the property. The gates are ALWAYS broken and the solution is just to keep buying crappy replacements. I had to call maintenance CONSTANTLY for air conditioning issues (which took over a week to fix while I saw in an apartment that was over 100 degrees), in addition to my oven and disposal breaking multiple times. To pay this much money in rent per month you would expect better. DO NOT RENT FROM CAMDEN! FAIR WARNING!!!!!!
Ive been living here for a year and a half and LOVE it! Leasing office has always been helpful in solving all issues. Maintenance team is quick to jump on issues and always goes above and beyond. My water heater was leaking and left a giant pool of water that I didnt have time to clean up the morning of other than throw a few towels down. I submitted a request and they came immediately to fix the leak, and cleaned up the mess. They even put the towels in the wash for me. Whole team is awesome!
I had a great experience at the event with the CAMDEN team! Great staff and and service. Korey was super supportive and respectful. Will be returning for future business
This is a very cool spot... Very chill and a nice place to gather. Located conveniently in Atlanta... my people had a great time!
Vary enjoyable and happy place no to lout so its perfect
Weve been living here only a week but so far weve found the experience to be fantastic. The move in was quick and easy (including set up for internet/cable) in great part due to Lisa Ball, who is great--super helpful and friendly. After having read some of the reviews, we were a bit nervous about the surrounding area and parking, however parking is plentiful and is secured by a remote-operated gate. In order to access any of the residential areas, you must have that remote. Therefore in terms of safety, it seems as if they really have tried to ensure a safe environment for both the apartments and cars parked in their lot. The surrounding area is beautiful- we face North Ave and have a great view. The street is noisy, however that comes with wanting to live in the city. Before moving in, there was apparently a problem with the A/C, however maintenance came the very next day at the time they said they would and fixed the problem immediately. The staff in the office are all very friendly and available, as were the maintenance staff we interacted with during the A/C trouble. As for the apartment itself, its beautiful, clean, and renovated. We really couldnt have asked for a smoother process.
Great apartment. Ive been living here for a few months and to compare to the old apartment across the street that I used to live, Camden is a big upgrade. The staff are very responsive and they provide great customer service. If everything goes wrong, they are very determined to help you solve problems. There might have been some incidents where elevator is out of order or broken gate, the staff is always making sure to inform the residents every step of the process. If there is something wrong with the unit, you can request maintenance service and the maintenance team is responding yo your ticket within a day (this rarely happens in two of the apartment complexes in the area). They have great amenities. Gated community and free visitor parking. 100% that I would recommend to my friends.
Great front office staff and maintenance staff. Always friendly and professional. Thank you Tony for always taking care of our requests so quickly.
I came to an event at the Camden! The host, Korey Wright, was phenomenal! I felt very warm and welcome. I shall be attending future events hosted by him! Thanks Korey!
Ive lived at Camden Midtown Atlanta for four months and I would say overall the complex is okay. However, Ive decided to give Camden Midtown Atlanta two stars because of the continued pest problem. I have never lived with american roaches/water bugs before so its not something that I am able or willing to become accustomed too. They started just 3 days after moving in. They came in from the balcony in my room. So I no longer open any doors or windows to my apartment. While they were prompt in sealing my doors, it did not stop the pest. Not long after, I started killing 2 to 3 in the kitchen per week. Ive done everything possible to keep them out but they continue to come. I come home and find them resting on my kitchen rug, carpet or floor. They have sprayed the apartment but nothing seems to work. I keep a can of Raid in every room for convenience now.If you are okay with pest or dont mind them, then I would say okay. Given the amount paid for rent, I cannot justify this persistent issue esp since Camden is seen as luxurious. While, I love my apartment, the fact that I have to check my floors, walls and pantry daily are highly disturbing. I have always seen my home as a safe haven and because of this, I will not be renewing my lease at the end of the period.
Korey Wright is awesome. I came to a event and he presented perfectly and explained in various way for everyone to understand. Thank you!
Good morning,I just moved into the property with the assistance of Lisa from the management office that made my transition from my previous location to Camden midtown: quick, immediate, and easy. I had maintenance come and fully help me install, pick up, and repair certain things that I needed for my transition. Chauncey definitely helped fix a few problems to improve my experience here ever since becoming a resident; last night I had an emergency and I’m thankful he was on call.Tony, Chauncey, lisa, and kory without a doubt demonstrated to me, how much I can rely on them to help me get things situated, and what it’s like to have a proper management and maintenance staff to ensure my stay here is worthwhile and to the highest quality.I know I’ve stated this before, but with the staff and with the professional maintenance (Chauncey, Tony) I could not of chose a better place to live. Thanks,New Resident.
I’m here in the social lounge for a wedding shower and it’s absolutely beautiful!! I could live here!! It’s definitely on my list of apartments to move into ♥️
I have lived here over a year and I love it here. I’ve never had a bad expierence. The apartments are great. My neighbors are great. The staff in the leasing office are great, and the maintenance team are friendly and efficient.
A great place to live!
We have lived at Camden Midtown for FOUR years and its been the best apartment living experience ever! The office staff is always friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff is always timely, efficient and professional- also super friendly! I would recommend Camden Midtown to anyone looking to live in the city and take advantage of all the parks, festivals, beltline, etc. This Midtown location is close to O4W, West Midtown, Downtown, Buckhead, Virginia Highlands, ..... and so much more!
The maintenance staff here are pretty flawless. Especially James, who is always making sure everything is running well for everyone. Great attitude and never without a smile on his face.
Love living here. Leasing office is always very help, maintence is always very timely.. especially Tony Scott!
Jocelyn Hornsby and Lisa Ball have made my stay more than fantastic. As a long term resident, I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will continue to as long as Ms. Hornsby & Ms. Ball continue to manage and support the Camden Midtown team.Thank you for all that you do.
New to Atlanta and SO glad I chose Camden Midtown Atlanta apartments! Korey and Jocelyn have been simply amazing to deal with and are very accommodating. I had two minor issues (broken light in closet and mailbox key) that were both fixed THE SAME DAY I filled out the requests. Cannot ask for much more than that and the location is awesome for Piedmont Park, many restaurants, bars and theater.
Korey (a manager) was a excellent host! The place was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my experience!!!
Do not be schemed into living in building 1. The “gated” parking deck only has one floor so I never get a spot. I always have to park in visitors and walk across the street, which is super annoying in general but especially when I have groceries. Also, my roommate and I signed a lease and paid a deposit and then weeks later they called us and said that the people that were living there decided not to move so we no longer could have apartment and had to pick a different one. We had signed a lease for hard wood floors and were paying extra for them. Then when we picked a different apartment they didn’t have hard wood floors but we are still having to pay for them. All around HORRIBLE management.
My wife and I lived at Camden Midtown for over 2 years. We chose the location because of how close everything was. After living there I can say this place is amazing. The restaurants are the best in the area. Ponce City Market, the beltline, and Publix are very convenient. The property is always clean and kept up. Things that are broken get fixed. The staff has been extremely helpful with anything we needed. We wouldnt have left but we found a condo to purchase. A++++
Great location and luxury apartments!! Friendly and attentive staff. Loved working with Lisa Ball. #camdenmidtownatlanta
Update on 10/12/15: Just filed my 3rd noise complaint for neighbors playing music so loud my walls and floors are vibrating. Ive been to the office, called, and now Im emailing to have documentation because NOTHING is being done about it. Ive multiple times been stuck with a headache while at home because there is a constant thudding sound filling my apartment.I chose this apartment because typically Camden has been a great property management company in the past for me, however, this is the worst Camden property Ive experienced. The location is great, very central, however, the buildings are not well insulated and the walls are paper thin, so you hear traffic all day and night long no matter where you are at in the building on top of hearing your neighbors. When I first move into my unit, the leasing representative, John, did a walk through of my apartment and noted a number of things still needed to be fixed after I moved in. I had to a month later submit separate maintenance requests because he never placed them for me as he claimed, one of which was a smoke detector missing from my apartment. The one item that was fix was a caulking in my tub that maintenance had worked on the day before I moved in. I was told they needed to complete a follow up in 2 days and not to use the shower for 2 day;the next morning I was startled awake to hearing noises in my bathroom as the maintenance person just walked right into my unit without calling or knocking when I hadnt been expecting maintenance for another day.The office staff generally doesnt know what theyre talking about when you ask them for anything, and the worst is John, who talks to everyone like a used car salesman and condescendingly and repeats himself and talks in circles to not give you a worthy answer. Im moving to another Camden location, and the management was unwilling to even work with me by 2 days on the transfer payment after Id just paid my rent and discussed all of the reasons I was leaving their location for another Camden.Parking is horrendous here, half the time the gate to enter the parking garage off Argonne ave is closed or broken. I was also informed they are working on implementing valet garbage, which would be a required additional payment each month with your rent, they wont even be offering the option for it to residents.
Stay away from this place. Honestly, I hardly ever comment on establishments but I feel like its necessary for people to know what they are getting themselves into by renting from this place. Be wary of crime (over 5 break ins since I lived here), roaches (in hallways and my new updated apartment), unaccommodating/incompetent management, and hidden fees in contract. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money at one of the better apartments in Midtown. See Yelp for more accurate reviews.
I actually like living in Camden with the exception of noise level. Other than that and issues when I first moved in, I have enjoyed living here. The staff is really nice for the most part. Tony Scott in maintenance even helped petsit when we last went out of town a week ago when our friends werent able to help. Just to put that into perspective, we have multiple pets and some of them have pretty high maintenance care. Came in multiple times each day and everything. He even left a note for us when we came back saying he hope we had fun and sent us pictures while we were away! Such a great guy.
These mother effers had my tires locked on a rental car that the repair shop gave me for 1 night while my car was being fixed. Cost me $150 plus 3 hours of my time to get the locks removed. No reimbursement from management, told me it’s not their problem. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, I’ve seen more reasonable, friendlier people in the real Camden. C u next Tuesday’s.
One of the first things I noticed here: how I was treated. Lisa my leasing agent is about a sweet a person Atlanta has. And my second interaction before I officially signed was with the manager (a female and I hate that I forgot her name.) They know my name everytime I go down to the office. Its a great neighborhood and the building/Community is so well kept. I moved feom out of state and felt so welcomed here. My apartment was SO CLEAN and beautiful. Parking garage is always clean. Hallways are getting ready painted. Great place for Midtown and close to everything! Only concern is wish windows were thicker.
I came to an event that Korey was hosting and the experience was fantastic. I love the set up and the social lounge
Beautiful social room! Close to city but good parking garage :) Lovely place to live!
Went to an event and Cory assisted me. I enjoyed the host. He’s Awesome
Very nicefacility! Korey Wright is a great instructor. Very kind, goes into great detail, and overall a great person! Can’t wait to master forex trading!
Crime is a serious issue. Apartment and car break-ins, stolen packages, stolen mail, none of what you expect from a Camden property. The gates are always broken, the hallways are filthy and management doesnt care to address the major problems, especially concerning security. Also, if youre lucky enough to face North Ave you will hear every single car, truck or motorcycle that goes by on top of all of the drunks leaving the neighboring club at night. Check out the conveniently hidden 1 star Yelp reviews for a better idea about what its like to live in this dump.
Tim Meek is correct. Any positive reviews are lies written by staff. This used to be a great place to live until Camden shuffled employees and left this place with no management, no security, and a hard-working but shamefully understaffed maintenance crew. Eventually they hired new property managers, but theyre actually worse than having nobody.
JOSLYN IS CAMDENS CONSUMMATE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. HER EXPERTISE, PROFESSIONALISM, AND ACUTE CUSTOMER SERVICE CAPABILITIES ARE THE GOLD STANDARD FOR THIS INDUSTRY...!!! THANK YOU JOSLYN...!!!
I visited the location for an event and had a pleasant experience. Corey Wright was much help.
I would totally love to live here and the facilities are wonderful. Especially thanks to Lisa Ball for her awesome support.
I forgot to add my apt number to a package, and Corey at the office was nice enough to contact me and ask if he could deliver it to the apartment.not only did he delivered it, but saw that i had trash ready to be taken out and took it out formenow thats what i call going well above the call of duty! Thanks
I’ve been at this property for about 6 months now and it has literally been the most comfortable environment to be in. Everyone in the leasing office is amazing and very helpful anytime I’ve needed anything, and the location is beautiful. I love it here!!!
Korey was a great host for the event my friend and I came to tonight. The place was clean and very hospitable.
I visited the social lounge while waiting for a friend and Torrence Shaw was great Leasing Consultant. Answered all my questions and was very kind.
I always have a great experience when I come to Camden Midtown because Korey is always very helpful and kind .
Great amenities, truly awesome, friendly service staff (James and Arnold have helped us out a ton with anything we need even while were out of town and are always very fast in responding to any sort of request-less than 30 minutes typically) and overall excellent quality of life here in Camden. Definitely recommend this place to my friends for sure.
I work for Camden and I have lived her for a year, this place is awesome! Close to everything. Shopping, park events airport and so much more!!
Came to an event with Cory, very nice setting. Very Hospitable.
If you pretty much only interact with Lisa or Nichole, Camden is a great place to live. These two have exceptional customer service and WILL do anything to help you, but you NEED to direct concerns at them or else it getting handled could be messy. The apartment is pricey but beautiful and I rarely have any sort of issue whatsoever. Water is clean, no bugs ever, one of the only places in Atlanta without monthly parking fees, convenient location, a LOT safer than the reviews give it credit for
I didnt even live here and I want to review Camden as a great option in this area. I lived across the street at 251 North, a property of Lincoln Property Company. 251 North has severe flooding issues. My Jeep was destroyed in a flash flood while parked in the complexs parking lot. 251 North refused any responsibility and even charged me fees upon moving out. At least 3 feet of flood water accumulated in a short amount of time in their parking lot. I spotted five other cars in the lot also destroyed by the flood. As I was shopping around for attorneys and sharing my experience, I learned that this flooding has been routinely happening since 1994. This property just rebrands every several years once enough complaints have piled up. Youll notice that Camden is across the street and also at the bottom of a hill where water can accumulate, but Camden has a foundation, hedging, and a wall, where 251 North has a parking lot. Smart! So avoid the rats, fleas, flooding, and dishonest billing practices (care of property managers Lisa Mills and Vanessa Bush) at 251 North and go to Camden!
Korey was a great host and the space was clean very nice. Here for a social event.
I LOVE IT HERE! Im So HAPPY with my choice. Been here 6 months so far EVERYTHING AND EVERYBODY in office has been PROFESSIONAL AND TRULY AMAZING! BEST bang for your money as well. ALL of the staff Korey Torrence Lisa Joslyn Tony Chauncy and Derek in maintenance have been AWESOME with all request completed the same day. Ive never had any roaches/ bugs nor saftey issues in my Bldg 2. This place is worth the money in comparison to nearby apts which are alot more expensive. Parking is never a issue and its free. This is by far the BEST apt Ive lived in and Ive traveled and lived in many apts in many cities. The staff cares and lives on site and are passionate about the property which reflects in their consistent professionalism.
This is the BEST place I lived since I made my move to Atlanta. It’s so ideal for my partner and I. He works as a flight attendant; so we’re not too close and not too from the airport. I work in hospitality literally 10 minutes away. I’m walking distance to North Avenue Marta stop. I have access to the 24 Walgreens across the street. I have Publix, Wingstop, JR Crickets, Boogalou, Mary Macs, Papis, Bob Ton, Cookout, Zaxbys, Popeyes, Nancy’s Chicago Pizza and the list goes on! I’m literally in the center of Midtown. Minutes from piedmont park. I live in the Gladstone building which occupies about 8-10 residents. It’s perfect! Not your traditional apartment building (which they have as well). The apartment is gated and security monitored ( surveillance cameras) and secured mailboxes. Maintenance are always on point with all request with a 24 hr hotline for emergencies. EX: I recently managed to lock myself in my room; don’t ask how. I called the office and within 10 minutes someone was here ready to rescue me! CAMDEN is the best! Thank you so much for all you do for us Camden tenants!
Cant wait for our lease to end in April. This place spends more time and energy babysitting current residents than fixing the real issues. Rent went up by $200 from last year..for what?
Longtime Camden resident, as Ive previously lived in Alpharetta and Buckhead communities, as well as Doral in south Florida. This location lives up to the Camden standard. Nice amenities, great location and warm staff make for a great combination. I love this particular location, as it reminds me of all the accessibility and great things that NYC has to offer.... just a lot cleaner and less congested. Very happy resident.
