The staff is very unprofessional. We were told we would be getting an upgrade unit when we applied and everything that comes with it. When we moved in it was nothing like we were told (by Gale Ferguson) it would be. We decided to make the best of it but found out there were a lot of different issues that needed to be fixed and brought it to their attention and was assured that it would get fixed. They say anything to get you off their back when you have an issue and the issue does not get resolved, you just keep getting the run around. We’ve had the same issues since move in (we moved in almost a month ago) and no one has reached out to fix anything. They were aware of us not having electricity on one side of our kitchen since move in, being that the day we moved in someone was still working on it. They assured us they would be back on Monday to fix it because it was the end of a Saturday business day and no one ever came back. We’ve seen multiple roaches, have made multiple service requests for all of our issues that have never been addressed. Our front door does not close completely, which is unsafe for us. One of our service requests were even ignored and marked as cancelled. They don’t answer the phone and when you go to the office they tell you they’ll write it down and nothing gets done. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved my apartment no bugs or rodent issues the apartment was spacious and offered all the amenities one could desire, garden tub washer/dryer modern appliances one of the best units I have lived in as a renter. Ms Darlene was extremely helpful upon my move out, I had to wanted to have a walk through done with management before I departed as I kept my apartment in great shape for the duration of lease. Not only did Ms Darlene ensure I received my full deposit she even made sure she processed it less than a week of me vacating the unit. This has NEVER happened to me in my 15 years as a renter!! Professional! Professional! Professional!I came to view these apartments on two separate days and the customer service was amazing! I’ve worked in customer service based environments for over 12+ years and these leasing agents have it down packed. They genuinely greeted me and addressed me as I walked into their office. They were very knowledgeable about the property information! Gale was my first time impression in my initial visit to the property! She greeted me and even apologized for the short wait while she wrapped up with another customer!My second visit to view a unit was with Deangelo. He quickly greeted me with a warm smile and professional demeanor. I could tell by his informative direct character that he will get things done. I do hope I get to work him upon making this my next home. His attitude was very helpful and put me at ease about potentially moving here!

My review is strictly based off of my experience with my encounters with DeAngelo. From my 1st phone call he was very attentive to my needs over the phone, I didnt feel rushed or like I disturbing him. He answered every question I had as well as gave me helpful options based on the needs I gave him. I made an appointment to tour however he was not in that day and unknowingly it rained that day, they were unable to tour me. However, after establishing a relationship with him via email, I just came in on my next free day, he kindly opened the door for me, showed me the model and allowed me to take my time, ask as many questions I desired and just made me feel extremely comfortable. I fell in love with the community (and based on other not so good tours in other areas )I also was very relieved I got DeAngelo.

I have lived here for 2 years and have seen two different property managements companys which can be a struggle. While I did miss the previous property manager I can honestly say Ms.Darlene has always been pleasant and prompt when assisting me.I recently decided to relocate out of state for work and needed my rental verification expedited. Ms.Darlene made it her priority to have ot done within the hour.Thank you for always giving excellent service and respecting me as a valued tenant.

To be continued… these are very nice apartments but they have a gnat problem and they need another garbage disposal. Also if you need anything done, be prepared to wait weeks to months to get it done. We have had 3 different managements over 3 years. This apartment complex needs stability and accountability from management.

OMG!!!!!! I love love love the manager at this property and I don’t even live at these apartments. Long story short I called in to talk to her about an issue that I had and she went above and beyond. Darlene is the best thing that has ever happen to Landing Square. Every time I called they answered which is rare because apartment complexes do not like answering the phone 😂🤷🏽‍♀️ But the manager helped and assisted the best way she could. If I ever move I wouldn’t mind moving to Landing Square.

Ms. Gale was my leasing agent, she is amazing. If you are looking into making Landing Square your new home ask for Ms. Gale. The process was very seamless and fast. She was very helpful throughout my leasing process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is inquiring about this property.

Horrible experience, unprofessional LEASING MANAGER. My elderly mother had an original move in date of Sept. 11 and they pushed it back to Sept. 16, my mother took this day off work and filled up her car ready to move-in. When we showed up, the leasing manager took the day off and stated she forgot that my mother was moving-in. They have a signed contract of the move in date being Sep 16, they did not give my mother keys because the manager claims they still havent replaced the carpets in the unit and cannot give an exact time of completion. Its beyond unprofessional and we will be reporting this to the BBB asap. No one deserves to be treated this way.

Let me just start off by saying, first impressions are the best in any situation and it will tell you if something is good/bad for you. Ms.Gale is more than the goat but she made this process easy for me and she’s always in good spirits. On top of that the apartments are beyond beautiful and they have no problem answering all of your questions and concerns!

Update: The new management is amazing! They are really ensuring that this property remains a great place to live! Darlene and DeAngelo are the best!The apartment is nice, however the staff is very unprofessional. They do not answer the phone. I moved into an apartment after having my move in date pushed back 2 weeks so they can get the apartment ready. Still had stuff in the apartment from the previous tenant. As told I was getting new appliances and the only thing new is the dishwasher. The dishwasher does not work. A/C doesn’t work and my ceiling fan doesn’t work. It’s going 3 weeks that I have reported this and it has yet to be fixed. If you move here make sure that everything works BEFORE you move in because they will not care once you’ve signed your lease.

These apartments are full of it!!! I’ve been living here for almost 5 years now and seen almost 4 management companies go through it. This management is by far the worst! They put a sticker on my car that it will be towed because of no tags which my tags were clearly renewed but of course no answering the phone and worst communication ever. BEYOND TRIFLING.

I toured the apartment complex with my daughter and was very pleased with the service of DeAngelo Brown. He made sure all questions were answered to our satisfaction. He made me feel very comfortable with my daughter living here, especially since I live out of town. The apartments themselves are very nice, and the amenities make it even better. I would recommend.

Ms. Gale is really the best. My roommate and I were having the hardest time with finding places that worked for us until we came across Landing Square. She made everything down to the experience of the application so easy and stress free.

DeAngelo Brown is very sweet and always helpful. i had a long term issue that i had to keep calling about, seems like there was a miscommunication between the leasing office and the maintenance team, once my problem got fixed it’s almost like there was one. No system is perfect but they do listen to you and they will try to get the job done as best as they can.

Ive been living here for about a year and a half. The management wasnt always great but it has gotten better with time. Gale have been amazing! She have went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate her very much so. This have been my first apartment and I would say it has been a great choice for me when it come to what I was looking for. Just to name a few ... Its spacious, a gated community and quiet for the most part. I would love to live here way longer but there is a bug problem that wont go away. I dont know if its just my building or my neighbors but I can not take it. I just cant live with bugs but overall Landing Square is a great place to reside in Atlanta.

Today I viewed a 2 bedroom 2 bath at Landing Square. The apartment was like coming home. But what really was impressive was DeAngelo Brown. Professional, Infornative, Positive, Friendly, and Engaging are adjectives that I would use to describe him. You hear so many negative comments regarding apartment staff employees. But every staff member that I came into contact with were pleasant, friendly and professional. Great job.

Spoke on the phone with Darlene and Dangelo both were super pleasant and I’m excited for my tour. But i have friends who lived here and i think this place will be best for me. Great area, beautiful and spacious love everything about it def a bang for you buck.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone! You can never get ahold of anyone in the leasing off. I’ve been calling the leasing office for over a month, multiple times a week and have only been able to get 1 person on the phone. I even left my information on their site for them to get intouch with me and nobody ever contacted me. So I was in town this past week and was trying to tour the complex mind you I called the leasing office while I was outside and got no answer. When I went inside nobody was in there beside a rep I’m not sure what her name is but she had no customer service. I told her I was trying to tour an apartment only thing she could say was I had to have an appointment. In which I explained nobody ever answers the phone so it’s no way to set up an appointment and I don’t live in the state of Georgia so I can’t just be running back and forth to view an apartment but she still was trying insist that I set up an appointment no type of curiosity or consideration. I will definitely not be back nor would I recommend the complex to anyone.

I want to say how wonderful DeAngelo Brown really made my day. I can’t stress the tension I had but that calmness and reassurance of talking to him changed everything. He was quick to respond which we all know how most Consultants take days. I would definitely recommend Mr. brown to anyone. I have been a resident here for almost 2 years and I love it. However, lately, when it comes to getting repairs, I cant seem to get no help. I have been trying to get the leak in my sink repaired for over 2 months and today, I have no hot water and I cant get in touch with anyone to assist me. I am not sure what is going on, but this is totally unacceptable.

I currently work for a vendor that services the Landing Square community and Darlene always gets me taken care of promptly! She is a Godsend :)

I really enjoyed the spot. The housing and living space is fine, however the new community has changed and has become more noisy. Other than that, the staff is transparent and cooperative.

I have been a resident going on 2 years, never have missed a payment or been an issue so this isnt some person thats on the verge of being evicted. Plain & simple: DO NOT MOVE HERE. The office staff is incapable of doing simple tasks such as work orders, maintenance will NOT do anything youll place in a work order until you have to physically go to the office, the management is over their heads because they switch them out month to month, & all the amenities they say offer, you wont be able to use them. Imagine you paying for a pool & exercise facility that you cant use, but most complexes have made provisions for that in a safe and effective manner. Dont spend your hard earned money on this place. I cant wait to end my lease and find a place Ill actually enjoy living at. DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I just want to say I absolutely love this property. The floor plans are amazingly spacious and the staff is super nice. I spoke with Carla and she was so professional and caring about meeting my needs. The leasing staff was also very pleasant and inviting. This is how an office should be ran! My only issue was I needed a much larger floor plan...more like a 4 bedroom. But if I was living alone, this would be the ideal place. I will recommend this place to any of my friends in need of a place to call home.

I have enjoyed my experience living at Landing Square so far. I have been here since May and the Manager (Carla) and staff are always helpful. I know the office gets busy sometimes but I can always get through when I call. My apartment was nice and clean when I moved in. My neighbors seem happy as well. I am not sure what others have experienced but I plan to stay until I purchase a home. The location is too convenient to pass up. Plus the community is quiet at night.

Avoid this place like the plague! The new management company, Dayrise Residential, took over in December and it has been a nightmare every since.1.My apt was recently broken into and my door could not be locked. I reached out to the office staff and maintenance on 3 separate occasions and nothing was done. Finally a week later after leaving an unsavory voicemail someone came out to fix my door.2.My A/C has not worked properly in months. Ive submitted countless work orders only for nothing to be fixed. Its currently 82 degrees in my apartment and the office staff is nowhere to be found.3. The gate has not worked since the new management company took over. 6 months of any and everyone having the ability to come and go as they please. I moved into this complex because it was gated and gave me some sense of security, however, that is no longer the case. But i put money on the fact they are still marketing this place as a gatedcommunity.4. NO ONE is ever in the office to assist you. this is prior to COVID19 also, so the pandemic has only made contacting someone that much more difficult. Theyve had a recording on the lines for over a week saying the phone service is having issues. So if youre not open and you arent taking calls how are you possibly assisting tenants?5. The trash issue is beyond me. They lock the dumpster and then piles of garbage pile up which as attract numerous stray cats and rodents.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY HERE! GO ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE
