I absolutely love this apartment complex! Having been apart of 2 other complexes, so I feel like I have a good Idea of what to look for in apartment complexes. Lori helped me from day one, she is on top of everything and doesnt miss a thing. She is incredibly helpful and kind!! The staff here is all prompt. They even show up day of work order. I feel safe living here as for the most part it is well gated. I absolutely love the package room, as the previous 2 complex I was at had package theft. The locked room prevents this. The only 2 downsides are the fruit flies, which I was given a info guide and received pest control upon request. The flies should be solved soon! The only other complaint is parking is tight and can be tough finding spots close to my building anytime past 10. This unfortunately has been the case in all 3 complexes I have been in, just apartment living. Other than that the quality of this apartment and the staff is by far amazing! Would suggest to anyone moving to Sandy Springs!
We moved in about 30 days ago. The first 30 days have not been enjoyable. This is not my 1st apt and I own homes, so certain things are to be expected. A lot should have been caught prior to a new tenant moving into a complex. When we were looking at the apt our leasing agent (Lori) was very friendly. She explained the community is going through changes and they have updated and classic units. We were told the main difference between the 2 were the newer units had stainless steel appliances, bookshelf and lighting. Since we have no plans to live in the apt for multiple years we did not see the need to get s.s appliances. Before you sign the lease make sure to note ALL issues you can see and make sure management corrects all issues (you can see). After we signed the lease we were met with the repeated phrase “oh that is a classic unit”.(We moved in 8 business days after signing the lease, provided all issues and nothing was done until after move in).All issues below were met with the phrase “it is a classic unit”Stove: deteriorating/cracking and had pieces falling off. Discolored and was definitely not cleaned prior to moving in. Knobs on the stove were broken. (We were told the unit was a classic unit. It took multiple emails to have them swap out the stove, with another damaged stove (dented and discolored but no pieces were falling off).Fridge: Crack at the bottom of the fridge which was causing cold air to come out (you could see the condensation on the floor). Broken light inside and multiple dings. (We were told the unit was classic but they would have someone look into it. This was not remedied until the day we were moving in. They provided another fridge that has multiple dents but it was not leaking cold air).Cabinets are discolored and chipped in multiple areasKitchen sink faucet had a leak every time you moved it (once again this was not corrected until we were in the unit unpacking). The blinds in one of the bedrooms were very obviously bent, the mounts for the blinds were broken, they would sometimes fall off. (We were 1st told that there is a cost to replace the blinds because the “classic” style was no longer available). The master bedroom closet had what appeared to be a leak directly next to the light fixture. This was a major concern for us because we were unaware if this would cause a fire hazard or mold in the closet. (We were told everything was ok but no one did anything.)On the patio the outside electrical cover was missing and the outlets were exposed. All of these concerns were sent 8 business days (not calendar) before moving in and not one item was addressed until after we were moving all our boxes in.Since moving in:The A/C unit went out and could not be fixed until the next day. However there was a black substance that must have come from the A/C that we had to clean up.Our first electric bill was $198. This is more expensive than the 4 bedroom homes I own.The food disposal stopped working and started leaking black gritty liquid into the cabinet below. We had to clean up the mess caused by the unit and what was left over after the repair. The ceiling fans (which have to be over 10 year old) started to make a loud noise. The one in the master bedroom one high really doesnt circulate the air.Parking8 cars have not been moved in a long time. 3 of the cars have spiderwebs along the side and bottom of the vehicles. 3 vehicles take 2 or more spaces. 1 parks directly beside where the leasing office parks its carts and nothing was ever said. We sent in an email with photos and nothing has changed.I would like to say the staff has been very friendly for the most part (outside of not cleaning up the debris from the repair work they are doing). Plus the repeated “this is a classic unit” response (to every unit issue), repeated follow-up of issues; the staff have been somewhat easy to work with.I will say make sure all issues are addressed prior to leasing signing.
Just moved in the other day! So far so good! The leasing agents are so nice and helpful! Especially the one I worked with Lori! I have never worked with a leasing agent that was as nice and helpful as her!
Even though we have a few break-ins in the last couple of years, the management has shown a blind eye for properly fixing the gates. They have removed the barrier arms more than two years ago.Every time I enter, someone tailgates my car. They dont seem to take this seriously at all.If the management is really serious about security, they need to prevent tailgaters by restoring the barrier arms and make a serious effort to make tailgaters accountable whenever a violation happens.
Ive lived here for almost two years and love it! It is a great location, near all the shopping & restaurants. Our apartment was in great condition when we moved in and the maintenance staff has alway been prompt when there is an issue, no matter how small. Lori in the office is the best!! She always answers her calls or texts and greets us with a smile on her face. The complex is kept in great condition and the underground parking is very nice for when it rains. 100/10 would recommend this complex for anyone who is looking for a great place to live!
Parc @ Perimeter is a family friendly community. I have made friends with many of the neighbors often walking our dogs. Lori in the office is very friendly and professional. She always has a smile and greeting when you see her on the grounds. The maintenance staff is very professional and I have had my issues addressed in a timely manner. On the down side some residents dont pickup after their pets and the front entrance is a narrow driveway going both directions. At times there are issues with the front gate. Overall I have been satisfied with my residency here at Parc.
Parc at Perimeter is a great complex managed by an excellent staff. The location is great, and is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The leasing agent, Lori, has always been exceptionally helpful - even when things get busy on her end, she goes above and beyond to make sure any issues are addressed. Jona is also extremely nice and helpful! We found ourselves in a position of needing to increase in apartment size, and rather than moving to another complex, we chose to grow at Parc at Perimeter because we were so happy with the experience. It is a great place to call home.
Wilbert, one of the new maintenance professionals was super fast professional and helpful to get my home up and running!
I have lived at Parc for about 2 years now in two different apartments and have had the best experience. The leasing office ladies, especially Lori have been nothing but kind and helpful. They are also so personable, they know us by names and even check up on us during the year knowing we are in school! Maintenance requests are always answered in a timely fashion and the maintenance guys are professional and super nice. I have referred this apartment complex to anybody who is looking to move to the Sandy Springs area. It is a prime location, beautiful complex, safe and just a really good place to live in the metro Atlanta area!
We moved in during the high of covid so things were really slow at the start. Lori helped us do a self guided tour and we loved how big the space was for the price, location, and the interior not being dated. Now there’s new management staff and things aren’t as strict in CDC terms. The new Property Manager Rachael is great. We love her. Things have started to really turn around and we know when something needs to be fixed or we need help we can call and get things done. They try and host a community event or more so have food trucks come every few weeks which is really cool. We like it! Lots of good food around
This place is infested with roaches badly !!!When someone moves out they spray and all the roaches travel to your apartment ! The roaches tend to hide behind the refrigerator and tiny’est roaches get all in your refrigerator ! No lie you can’t even leave food in your refrigerator and our place we keep clean.Your furniture will be infested with roaches because some of these roaches are so tiny some may appear to look like ants but they are roaches ! Totally infested With roaches ! Not a way to live if you can even eat or keep food in your refrigerator without having roaches in your food!
I have lived here for the past three years. I dont normally write reviews but this one is deserving. Our mailboxes are located in an outside area over the last 6 months to a year they have been broken into several times. Management did nothing, it took the post office suspending mail to our complex for management to step up and fix the mailboxes. On top of that, the facility they are keeping the mail at is only open 9-5 from Monday to Friday. How am I supposed to get my mail? When I called the front office for some assistance the property manager told me that there isnt anything they can do for me. She offered me zero assistance in how to get your mail if you work a 9-5 job. The front gate has been broken for the past 4-5 months with no fix in site (can you call it a gated community at that point?). We had issues getting things in our apt fixed because they said it wasnt important enough due to covid. Overall I would say you get what you pay for.
We moved here two weeks ago upon our friends recommendation and we are very happy with our decision.Lori is amazing and super sweet. The maintenance team is very fast and friendly. Kash goes above and beyond to solve problems at fast as possible.I already recommended this place to a friend of mine .
Parc at Perimeter is a peaceful and beautiful paradise in middle of Sandy springs. Lori at the leasing office is professional and down to earth. Lori helped us to get flexible appointment for in-person visit following CDC guidelines. They have very good maintenance in the community. During our visit, we also noticed they pressure wash all the corridors and main hallway in each building. Nice view, Large open space layouts for affordable pricing compared to other apartment communities in Sandy Springs and Dunwoody area. Looking forward to have a wonderful experience living here. Thank you so much Lori. ❤
This apartment complex is in a great area in the city of Sandy Springs--super close to everything youd need, from a grocery store (Publix is walking distance and a Target and Walmart are not too far away), gym (Crunch Perimeter is super close), and all kinds of good foods. The amenities are pretty good too. There is a decent gym, nice pool, business center aka computers and a printer, and so far, maintenance has fixed most our requests within a 48-hour timeframe.
I would say its fair.I had lived there for one year almost .every thing was perfect until i decided to move out.Moving Out:On the exit tour, their findings weren’t so convincing.I got a feeling that they only want to charge money for nothing.Imagine one of their findings was leaving mop on bathroom they charged me 25$ for it.also they said i left bottle of water and cup and also charged 25$ as well. Also be aware that you will loose your deposit if you are breaking the lease.Amenities:Gym is very small and very unequipped.Pool is relatively good.Business area isn’t so great.Safety:Multiple break-ins to their mail room were reported during my stay.Lease Staff:The old staff were so great louie and Michele i give the 5 stars. However the new staff are not so great, they will just make your life harder.Overall i would say fair you can live there but be careful if you are moving out.
0 star. Please do not trust leasing office assistants words on call. Make sure, everything they say is written in email. I trusted a leasing office assistant who acknowledged my move out notification on call before 60+days. Ended up paying considerably great amount while moving out (for what they say is short move out notice since the new management need it in writing).Maintenance requests are cancelled without intimation.Someone from leasing office would call you and say there will be a maintenance person stopping by right away. No one shows up. Really lower your expectations.--edit after reply STARTWrote this review after multiple trails to sort out.Called the office after reading the reply and they told someone would contact me, but no one did yet.--edit after reply END
I will update this review when/if something is done about our mail.Timeline:1/8/2021 - Post Office stopped delivering to our complex because the mailboxes were broken into in such a way that they were just insecure. This review was written on 2/18/2021, and as of this date there has been no communication about what the property managers are doing to resolve this issue. All they have done up to this point is let us know that we can go to the post office (15 minutes up 400) Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm (you know, the time when people are working to afford their rent) and pick our mail up there.I took time off work (TIME OFF WORK) just to make the journey to the post office (which is also not an easy task if you are a one car family) to make my way to the post office, and then stood in line there for 45 minutes just to talk to the clerk and get my mail.Obviously its not the apartment complexs fault that the post office is busy, but it is absolutely the apartment complexs fault that this endeavor even had to exist in the first place.FIX. THE. MAIL.Or AT LEAST let us know why this is seemingly such a difficult task for you to accomplish. Hell, maybe even comp our rent a little because of the inconvenience? I signed a lease here with the obvious expectation of at least having access to mail. Now we have essentially no amenities due to COVID, not even mail. Rent is still the same though. Funny how that works.
Worst apartments ever. we are driving 12 miles to pick our mail .they cant fix mail box since three months. gates are always open and mail theft happens frequently. managemnet doesnot respond to any of these incidents. simply they say sorry for inconvenince and pick your mail at post office driving 20 minutes that too on weekdays 9am to 5pm.
This is a great place to live very close to all interstates, shopping and restaurants. The staff in the office is amazing and maintenance is great and very fast.
The staff at Parc is really nice and welcoming. The community is also really happy and vibrant.
I have lived at Parc at Perimeter for over a year now. The staff is amazing. Management is very helpful and work diligently to make sure everything is in working order and that we have the best experience possible. They really do what they can to provide the best living experience possible. The community is always clean and the residents )(neighbors) are very nice as well. The area itself is nice and convenient to nearby shopping, dining and entertainment. I would definitely recommend to my friends, family and co-workers!
My experience has grown since I lived here. When there was old management, my apartment had burn holes in the carpet and they hadn’t refaced the cabinets or really cleaned much in probably at least five years. However, new management is awesome. The ladies are always super nice. It’s a quiet neighborhood, the pool is always calm and not a party, and it feels safe here. OH and unlike other apartments - I never have an issue with bugs. EVER. Unfortunately my lease will be ending soon so I’ll write a new review when that happens but I’ve been happy the last two years.
Mail boxes have been broken for weeks. No timeline on when theyll be fixed.
I love living here. Great location and great amenities. I absolutely adore the office staff as well. They are very attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend Parc at Perimeter to anyone looking for a new apartment!
The worst apartment experience Ive had in my entire life, and Ive lived in a lot of different apartments. Our upstairs neighbor and whoever else stays with him on any given week walk extremely hard, and the incessant thumping continues well into the early hours of the morning and prevents us from sleeping. We normally go to sleep around 9-10 PM and wake up at 5-6 in the morning, but weve had to completely change our schedule and we dont go to sleep until well after 2 AM. We spoke to him once, the courtesy officer has spoken to him twice, the office has spoken to him at least three times that I know of, and its only gotten worse. We routinely have to sit in our car at night and twice have paid for hotel rooms because its almost impossible to try to sleep at night on the weekends. Were not the only ones having this problem, either; when we went looking for our next apartment, we found out that another person was looking at that complex as well for the exact same reason. Keep in mind that if you move in to this complex, you could very well end up in the unit were vacating (which I wont name so as not to get this review hidden/removed). Please think twice.I wasnt able to sleep at all last night, my head hurts, I feel like Im getting sick and I just cant take it anymore.Anyone who is considering moving to this apartment complex needs to consider just how heavy a sleeper they are if they are going to be on a 1st or 2nd floor apartment. These buildings, in terms of noise insulation, are definitely the worst Ive ever lived in. This last year at Parc at Perimeter has been an absolute nightmare for me. I regret signing the lease with them and we are happily moving out very soon.
DON’T LIVE HERE. The fact they even describe this place as luxury is hysterical. We lived here for 2 years and saw more turnover in management than I’ve ever seen before. Our apartment was so outdated and our repairs were made with such low standards. Some of the management is rude, lazy and difficult to work with. I would find another place because it could have potential with how close it is to a lot of places, but there are other better options out there. We were also threatened they would send us to creditors if we didn’t pay for the chemical wash of our tub, which I had complained would get dirty due to the poor quality of the tub. They also clearly don’t use spell check as there was typos in the letter. They closed the laundry room on everyone without notice to make it a package room, then didn’t have the package room equipment installed in time so Amazon wasn’t delivering our packages. The gate repairs take forever. Even the updated apartments are made with the cheapest material and quality.
Current Resident. I was surprised why there are so many bad reviews. The Maintenance team are the best!!! I had experienced a leaking issue, I sent out an email at night around 9 p.m and expected the maintenance team to fix it the other morning. But to my surprise, one guy knocked my door around 10 p.m!!! I was suspect whether he is living here, he told me it took him 1 hour to drive here. And he seriously checked whether the leaking is serve as I didnt provide enough details in my email. Also, the location is the best. It is so close to my job, shopping mall and all kinds of super market. As far as I know, all the neighbors moved out either for buying a new house or for a better elementary school. If you are not bothered by these two reasons, Ill highly recommend this one. But my job will moved shortly, I have to move to avoid buying another car. I post reviews here to appreciate all the friendly clerks hard work to keep it a clean, nice and friendly community.
I have lived at Parc at Perimeter for a couple of years now. I can say that I have enjoyed living here. I LOVE courtyard with the Green Egg Grill!!! Fun times cooking for family & friends! The location is great, close to shopping & eating!!
Parc management is awesome. They truly care about the residents. The ladies in the office are all very helpful and will go above and beyond to get things done. They are phenomenal
Good place to stay. Management is good and maintenance team are very reactive. Proximity to most of the good needs and gated well.
This property is run by the least competent and least professional management and staff we have ever endured. Even the simplest tasks become a nightmare with them. They are incredibly disorganized and if they (inevitably) lose track of something, they expect the residents to bend over backwards to make up for it. Management only cares about their agenda and not about your living experience.I could go on and on, but the point is that this place is not worth your time (or money).
Today is my last day living here after close to 2 years, I highly recommend this place.1. Management is the best I have experienced, and maintenance is very fast and efficient, and always next day finish the maintenance work. Its very professional.2. the price is acceptable compared with the surrounded apartment.3. Convenience, Convenience, Convenience, they pick up packages and I just need to up trash bag out of my door.4. very friendly. I think this is most important if I am choosing an apartment.5. Secure, clean and beautiful. They have cameras so no worry about security issues. Come here during Fall to know how beautiful it is.Something need to improve:1. i live on 3rd floor, the sound annoyed my underground neighbor and I cant help much.2. Gate sometimes doesnt work.3. laundry sometimes doesnt work and ate my coins.
I’ve been living here for almost a year now and Its amazing very quiet and I love my apartment and the amenities are an added bonus. Jacqueline is very professional maintenance is very responsive.... kudos to the office staff for being so helpful!!!!
I lived at this place two different times. Great experience when I lived there. Lori is the sweetest when I had accidentally shipped my package to my old apt and hold it for me (moved in with my boyfriend so had to move out in the summer).
I have been living here for several months now. I love the area and the apartment complex. I have no clue why there are so many bad reviews. Management is fantastic, super friendly, and professional. Maintenance is quick and effective. The apartments are very nice (even the units that are not upgraded). I cannot say enough good things about the leasing office, and management. Ignore the other reviews saying bad things. Every bad review I read, I do not find accurate. I have not experienced anything sub par. Excellent community. Five stars.
This place sucks. For many many years (prior to moving in) I wanted to live here, I fantasized about calling this place home. Then finally I moved in... big mistake... looks are very deceiving. This place sucks. Valet trash is a rip off.Cars are being broken into.... Management office staff argues with you every time. I pay way way way too much money to be arguing with these people to get stuff done. Its infuriating, they reason at the level of 2 year olds. I have spoken to 6 years that are more intelligent. If you ask me.. they just dont give a damn.I mean rent is not cheap $1836 to be exact. So why am I arguing with the management team on every occasion again? The place just sucks.... Keep you money move else where... unless you like misery then by all means...
This is the place for you if you enjoy these type of experiences:Walking into a 30 years old trailer (the feeling).Find your apartment flooded.Pop-corn Ceiling raining on you.Your car broken into and your tires slashed.See the Police on the weekends rounding youngsters behaving badly.Talking to people (in their leasing office) who give a bleep about your complaints.Do I need to say more?Oh, Parc at Perimeter! How much I wish a sinkhole swallow you whole.Google should allow us to post without any Stars!
Really bad staff and apartments. I lived here for a year, and it was not fun. They told me that the crime rate was really low. A couple months into living there, my boyfriends car got broken into. The complex didnt really care and wouldnt do anything about it. The maintenance staff came into the apartment every chance they got. It would have been understandable if they had something important to do or something to fix in my place, but it really just seemed like they were snooping. The whole building would shake sometimes as well. Im not really sure why, but it happened at least once a day. I didnt feel safe inside or outside of my apartment. Not a good choice.
Lived there some time in the past when it was owned by another company. Loved floor-plans and new HVACs. Very good location.
UPDATE!!!!Surprise, surprise! Now that its nice enough to actually use the pool it is closed to be inspected by the city. My boyfriend and I were up by the pool a few days ago and saw how filthy and disgusting it was. NO WONDER it cant pass an inspection. Leaves, dirt, and debris floating all around the pool. This property DOES NOT CARE about taking care of the amenities it advertises on their website. Fitness equipment is always broken, they do not respond to maintenance requests in a timely fashion. This place is an absolute joke. DO NOT LIVE HERE.This place is awful!!! My boyfriend lives here - he put in a maintenance request earlier this week because his stove is completely unusable. Five days later it STILL hasn’t been fixed. To top it all off, smoke detector is beeping. When he called at noon they said it would be fixed. He got home at 530 and it was NOT fixed and the office personnel told him the maintenance people had already left for the day. He calls back again at 5:50 to speak to someone else about the issue and they left him on hold until the office closed at 6. At 6pm he heard someone pick up the phone and HANG IT UP!! What if there’s a fire tonight in his apartment because his stove is shorting out and his SMOKE DETECTOR ISNT WORKING!! DO NOT LIVE HERE. Management is the worst.
If you can avoid living here, please do. Save yourself the maintenance trouble, move-in trouble, and them trying to tow your car because you’ve had a car accident and can’t get it fixed right away because you weren’t the at fault driver. The units are nice and the neighborhood is quiet, but the management is not the best.
We moved here May 2014 and have been very pleased with our apartment, office and maintenance personnel. We receive prompt attention to any needs that we have. We highly recommend this apt complex.
This property is run by most unprofessional and rude staffs. Its a nightmare to get things done by the staffs for any issue. Better to avoid than to worry latter.
This used to be a good community. After the new management took over its not a place worth living anymore:1. The rent is high2. The management would try to do anything to make more money out of you3. The management will talk well, be nice and polite to you, but when the opportunity arises they will fine you without consideration for petty reasons etc4. The maintenance staff is non existent. With the old management, I used to raise an online request and the work was taken care of next day. With this new management, no work gets done before 2 weeks and after following up 5 times and begging for work to be done
Good bye to you! You know what happens to a prisoner who drops the soap in the shower...well for the same experience without committing a crime, rent an apartment at Parc at Perimeter! For two years we have rented an apartment only as a place for my wife to sleep and shower a few days a week. We live in Florida and my wife works in the area and commutes. Needless to say it hasn’t been fun. We have had several maintenance issues but the one that really stands out, was when maintenance workers, working in the apartment above us, left a leaking water pipe in the wall. After enough time, you guessed it, the drywall bathroom ceiling in our apartment gave way. Oh yes, they did fix the ceiling but never re-matched the paint color or replaced the lens in the overhead light in the shower (can we say electrical hazard?) On top of that, they plugged in two commercial grade dehumidifiers to dry out the wall and ceiling. By the way, they plugged the high energy consuming dehumidifiers into our electrical outlets which we ended up paying for! I called the office and explained that our electric bill had shot up because of this by almost $30.00. They promised to take it out of the rent but of course this never happened. After three months and several phone calls I just got tired and frustrated and gave up.But all in all, tonight takes the cake! My wife will be working remotely now from our home so the apartment complex was given appropriate notice that we were moving out. Several months ago they sent out notices that they would no longer accept checks or money orders at the office and all financial transactions had to be auto withdrawn, thats fine we were already on it. However, we have not been at the apt for a few weeks and our final payment never came out of ACH. I found out on 12/4 that this month they were only accepting financial payments in the office via check or money order because of some glitch....WHAT???? But I thought they said??? Silly me, I guess they can change the rules whenever they want! Needless to say, I immediately mailed them our check. So tonight I get to the apt for a final time to clean out what is left inside and I find a note in the door that they are charging us a $150.00 late fee! WTF! Well take the late fee out of my deposit and what ever is left over..use it to invest in job sites to find someone qualified to manage an apartment complex! RichieO OUT! (Mic Drop!)
Management is so bad that without any ethics they charge you and try to squeeze ($) out of you as much as possible with out any Humanity Though you get it cleaned by Professional while vacating. They charge you in a way that they dont have to give you back any security Deposit and also take more since you are leaving the apartments. They have Worst Internet and so bad and old Copper Lines for Internet with always disconnecting.
The apartments are ok and maintenance is great. The office staff is where it all falls apart. They have told me many times they would get back to me on an issue and I never received a follow up. You will have to keep calling them if you want anything done. Trying to deal with the office is an exercise in frustration. Very unprofessional. The office hours are ridiculous. You can only pick up a package between 10 am and 6 pm which is during my working hours. The only day to get a package is on Saturday and you will frequently have to wait half an hour for someone to be at the office because only one person works that day.
The fitness area they have is as good as nothing. No ventilation at all. When 3 or more people does work out here at the same time you will notice feeling of suffocation.
I’m only putting a star here because there isn’t an option to not put a star. Here goes nothing... my Nightmear began after I’ve moved into my apartment one month and 3 days now. Imagine living into your new home with your child that just started back school and have absolutely NO entertainment, NO WAY FOR HER TO DO HER HOMEWORK . well for myself and my child we don’t have to imagine because this has been our reality.I’m yet to receive Service from AT&T!. The only service provider that PARC AT PERIMETER allows on their property to provide services. Unfortunately both companies are playing the blame game while myself and my child are left to suffer. I pay too much money for rent here for this to keep happening. So far all I’ve had is promises and no action. I’m sick and tired of it!.DONT MOVE HERE!!! You’ll be wasting you money.
Been without hot water in the shower since December 8th (almost 1month). Gates broken for months, one was fixed for the other to be broken. No manager since Woodward management took over November 11th. They just let this place go. Currently have a leak, wonder how long for them to fix it. Even the regional manager knows about me not having hot water in the shower. Lived here since 2012. I would not recommend to anyone. It could be great based on location if it was run by honest, classy people. Very disappointed and looking forward to my lease ending.
I just came here 2 months back abd getting lot of issues. Very bad service. Managment is so rude and unprofessional. Frequent issues while opening the Gate. Mail boxes keys and locks are having issues. Pests are there in the apartment. DONT OPT FOR THESE APARTMENTS. Until you get answers for these problems. Good luck.
Maintenance is awesome. Kimo and Kash are extremely efficient
UPDATE: The maintenance team addressed and resolved all the move-in issues by end of that week. Theyve been extremely helpful and apologetic for the rough start here. Im truly thankful to have these move-in issues resolved, but hope this experience isnt repeated with other new residents. Its a beautiful community.******************************************Just moved in yesterday. Really bummed. I put my deposit down 2 months ago. Youd think by securing the home early, not much should go wrong at the start, right?Unfortunately, theres no washer or dryer in the home yet, no remote to open my garage, sink constantly drips, toilet constantly runs unless you mess with the handle and I have no shower rod to put my curtain up. Oh, and AT&T (exclusive cable/ISP provider) canceled my 11/6 install 2 weeks ago b/c the current resident at that time hadnt setup a disco/xfr order. They cxld my install the same day they sent an email saying I had until 10/24 to call them to avoid the order cxld! AT&T reps say I have to have 2nd hard inquiry (been less than 30 days) and I lost my $300 reward promo. Im now waiting on their corporate HQ to address this mess. The apt community leasing agent is super kind, but also frustrated over items not in place. She said Ill be compensated for the days I dont have the washer/dryer or garage remote and will have the other items addressed by their maintenance staff. Im truly appreciative of her efforts, but who wants to start their lease like this? I need to wash clothes. She doesnt know when theyll have another washer/dryer delivered so Im really stuck. As for the garage opener, I could use the provided key, but that requires me to park the car outside, walk around to the garage back entryway and key into the place, open the garage door, get back in & start the car then park inside. Its very inconvenient regardless of compensation.I just wish the leasing team and maintenance staff would of been more on top of things, making sure all was in place early on so my first experience as a resident would of been great instead of bummed. Im really hoping for quick resolutions to all of these issues so well see! Fingers crossed!!!!
1/9/2015 This is the worst place I have ever been to. I will never recommend this apartment for anyone. The staff are very rude, do not know how to talk to a new customer and current residents. They want only my money but claim that we should not go by reviews online. The new property manager is really rude and the worst of the lot.. I am not even sure if they were trained for this job. I totally agree with all the other people who have complained about this management and Im glad that I am stopping other my friends to even consider this apartment to live.
I have been living in an Atlanta TriBridge Community for 2 years now. Our front office is currently under new management and is much more professional/friendly/helpful. The maintenance staff is excellent- especially Joseph. Not only is he quick to respond to requests, but knows how to fix the problem! Joseph is super friendly (waving as I drive by and checking to make sure our problems were still fixed). When my husband and I went out of town for a week, I had him check our front door to make sure everything was secure and no flyers or packages were placed by our door. I have lived in many different apartment complexes; this one by far has the best maintenance staff.
Been here for 7 months this place its really nice, always clean, great staff and good neighbors
There is a middle eastern man that lives here that is scamming local businesses. And black mailing them through reviews
I love my place. The manager Debbie is the best.
If person joining apt community is registered at Promove and NOT mentioned in documents as referral, Parc at Perimeter will still give referral to Promove instead of person/friend we mention in document as referral.I registered at Promove to check what it is. They kept sending me emails every day until i asked them to stop as they were irritating. I didnt authorize them to refer me at this community or any.I referred my friend who is living in the community as my referral. I thought he will get referral after one month as promised. Its been two months and when i checked with Parc at perimeter management, i came to know Promove already have referral money and didnt even care to ask me who is my right referral. When i was filling documents they didnt talk about Promove and promised my referral will get money. They do it without our notice and when asked they say its over and i am wrong giving my friend as referral when i am registered at Promove.Moving out:Please review all bills while moving out to a different location. They got water and trash bills for months i paid as pending, when i tried to reach to discuss bills there is no response on emails and phone. They threatened to report me to credit union if i dont pay pending bills. Finally had to pay and wash my hands from these horrible people. They took all my deposit for pending bills + extra.Lori Beard is the only person i can trust in the office, she is always prompt and kind.
Think twice. Apart from the security issues, theft, robberies.ON vacating the apartment, What they will do is charge you $1,000 for a small scratch on their carpet .. A small scratch on their kitchen sink will cost you another...Be careful. They have sent me $1,000.00 invoice after vacating it after a month.
Nice location but apartments are outdated. When u have a older one. but gym could be reupholstered
I absolutely love the Parc at Perimeter. I have had such a wonderful 3 years living there. My roommate, my sister got married and moved to a new state. I could not afford to stay there alone. I am soooooo sad to leave. The staff is Amazing! I absolutely loved the Maintenance crew! The Leasing office is Phenomenal! Please know I will be back as soon as I can afford to, Parc at Perimeter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amazed to read the reviews on this place! I lived here in 2002 and we had the same complaints you all have! Our cars were broken into back in 2002! Wow! Things never change!!!
I love my apartment.
Nice area and complex but the car break ins need to stop before someone gets shot.
Staff is congenial but Car breaking seems a issue, I lost tier hub also service is slow.
