Me and my grandmother bought were very satisfied with how we were serviced yesterday when I visited to see my new apartment. And Donavan was a very big reason for that. He guided me through paying for renters insurance and that really helped me out. And on top of that he seems very passionate in his job. I’d definitely recommend others to him in regards of moving in to the apartments. Thank you again, Donavan.

Do not move into these apartments!! You pay all this money to live here, and the gate doesn’t work, there are no camera’s, vehicles are constantly broken into, windows are being smashed out. This has been an ongoing issue that management doesn’t even care about at all, they only care about your rent money!! All they can tell you is to leave your doors unlocked.. Hire security!!! As I was walking to my car I seen several cars with smashed windows I took photos, a couple months ago 14 cars had there windows smashed out as well!! I feel so bad for the owners because this has been an ongoing issue, and management doesn’t even care!!!

I lived here for 2+ years. Management is very poor. No one in the office can move without the overseers approval. The rent office was broken into last year, our rent checks were stolen and they didnt report it to the police and then tried to still make us pay for that month. They let most of their residents get booted over the summer for not renewing a parking sticker that they gave little to NO notice that we had to renew. They change apartment rules almost monthly, with no improvement on amenities/services.

Lastly, I almost got attacked by a huge loose dog while parking my car.

I currently live here and If zero stars was an option I would definitely rate this place a zero stars. Let me start out with the leasing office. The leasing office will probably never answer your calls or maintenue requests. They don’t care about their residents and they won’t respond to you if you ask questions. They don’t respond to maintenance requests. I have had a rat in my apartment for three weeks now I submitted a maintenance request three weeks ago and nobody has responded to it. I called the leasing office and they told me to submit a request online and nobody has responded to it. two weeks ago they sent me a survey to complete about my maintenance request and I asked that somebody please respond and still nobody has responded. My water bill has been over $900 for the past three months and I have asked for a breakdown of my water bill and they have still failed to send it to me I have never received a breakdown of my water bill and they told me I should receive it by mail I asked where they were and they have not responded that was two weeks ago. Save your money and go live somewhere else. this place is not worth the hassle of dealing with the horrible management and maintenue services. the apartments are dirty and none of my doors are sealed. even the ones leading to the outside hallway. Please take my advice and DO NOT LIVE HERE

I wish I could give 0 stars for this complex. This is the worst place I have ever lived. It started from day 1. Today is 1/28/2021, last night there was a break into our parking garage and >20 cars were vandalized. We all had windows broken out of our cars. I didnt have anything stolen, only broken window. Management didnt show much concern for this. Their response was You should go on Amazon and order a dash cam to keep in your windshield. Rent is still due on the 3rd and there will not be any discounts on February rent. There is so much more I would like to say but I will keep it professional.

Definitely not the best place to live. My story is long but I think it’s necessary to let others be aware. During the start of the pandemic, I was furloughed from my job and going through a break up. 😫 It was time to reestablish the lease, and I told in order for the leasing office to allow the funds from a housing assistance program ( helping people who lost their job due to COVID) I would have to sign my ex off before the lease end. Before I signed him off the lease, I ask if I would have any issues resigning. I was told no. As well, my ex stated he would keep his name on if it would affect my living status. Fast forward, I was denied the right to resign the lease and would have to pay month-to-month and my rate was increased to additional $400 during the pandemic. Then I started personal training on the side to show proof of income and was told because my payments came from Cashapp they could not except that as income nor my unemployment benefits and will still have to pay $1900 a month. I had reported my car was broken into, my packages were stolen from my door, a mouse in my apartment that came from the AC unit, My dryer was not working properly which increase my light bill extremely high, and after the six-time of them repairing my toilet it still runs all night long and I have to cut it off every night. I still don’t have a new dryer!! Yesterday I was just charge additional $800 on my account because it’s under new management and they don’t have record of my dogs ( I been living here three years ) ... even though during inspection my dogs were present and the leasing manager wrote down on her paperwork the kind of dogs i had and explained it was under “new management”. Let‘s not forgot the numerous work orders I put in to come fix my heat and I still sleeping in the freezing cold. And then I’m told someone will be here on a specific day and no one shows up. Also the security is horrible. This is supposed to be a gated community. The only caring staff member is Tiffany. She considerate and cares for your well-being. I advise you to work directly with her. Michele is rude and condescending... talks to you like a child. She needs to take classes on customer relations and sprinkle morality as a topping. She doesn’t care what the country is going through...she acts like a slumlord.

So far so good...I am not a tenant here (yet) but my experience has been pretty decent. I do agree that its hard to get someone on the phone, but Ive experienced that with most apartments I have been looking at. Instead of griping about no one answering the phone, I went up to the leasing office and was immediately greeted at the door by leasing agent Kim. She informed me that she wasnt able to let me view the model at that time but offered alternate times. I set the appointment and was able to see the model at that set time.Kim was very nice to me and talked to me about the different floor plans and amenities. She answered ALL of my questions, even the ones that were difficult to answer as a company representative (things in their Google reviews). The apartment itself was nice, I saw the basic package (that is not what she called it but I cant remember), it had black appliances and the counter tops were a laminate. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer so thats convenient! My criticism is the lack of cleanliness in the breezeway. Like the reviews said, there was dog poop in the breezeway on the way to the model. However, I put that on the tenants... clean up after your pet! Also, I was told that only the main building has an elevator... kind of inconvenient to move in and do things like bring in large purchases if you live in building 2.The Point at Westside is still on my short list of apartments for my move. More to come...

I emailed an assistant manager 3 times in 1week to coordinate only for her to turn around and tell me I didnt do enough. I sent he emails, called in leaving voicemails, and stopped by the office during listed office hours. Does the management company condone that type of company culture?

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They misplaced our rent money, did not tell us until the following month when they threatened to evict us if we did not pay within a week (plus they tacked on so many late fees, the total was about two months rent), and when we went to the office to get things straightened out, Jackie would not allow us in. Jackie also did not allow us to get a mail key and refused us access to our mail (which is a felony, mind you). DO NOT MOVE HERE. The staff really is awful; Jackie has singlehandedly ruined our experience here. The loud tenants, dangerous area, and dirty hallways are also nothing to take lightly. Our oven has been broken since weve moved in two months ago- maintenance is impossible to get ahold of. I cannot wait until our lease is up.

This of course never happened so a week later we go in and we were absolutely turned off by the lack of professionalism. The lady at the desk looked annoyed at us even walking in, scribbled down my boyfriend’s name and number on a random piece of paper and dismissed us all without ever even looking up at him! As soon as you sign the lease, they dont care about you at all.Maintenance requests take forever AFTER harassing them daily in the office about issues with your apartment. Neighbors are very loud and inconsiderate. Management doesnt report crime, violent or not, to its tenants which I promise you, there is a LOT of crime. Yes, the team at “The Point at Westside” really needs to be audited by the mother company or who ever owns this complex! And I say audited they need to have someone call the office (never answer) or go to the office door and ask a question ( they will tell u to leave and e-mail them very rudely as nasty) or put a work order in Ac, water heater leaking etc (will not be fixed for weeks if at all. All these people can’t be lien with these low star ratings. The grounds are nasty and LOUD my mailbox has been broken into 6 or so times the gates are always broken allowing random people into the complex my female friend in the 2000 building had there home broken into some weeks ago office staff said nothing we can do Hope u had renters insurance” it’s not safe nor up kept for the price I’m paying. I got tricked by the move in deal and the convenience to Downtown. Not to mention my own car was booted just Saturday (And I live here) because the office was CLOSED and I could not get a new parking sticker workiing on the road I was told by TIA from Security o well im sure you’ll get your sticker next week won’t you u still have to pay $75.00 I hate it here!!! The worst apartments in the city! Very disappointing for the area. Not dog friendly pets poop and urinate in halls in front of residential doors etc. Flies, fruit flys are horrible inside of building and inside units. Smells like trash 88% of the time. Management is new and is also very unprofessional, inexperienced, ghetto, and lacks structure and the physical appearance is horrible which would be why they’re just letting anybody move in, it’s a reflection of the new residents not to mention thr is no diversity. Sad case of wanting to do better but failing tremendously due to the lack of knowledge of the real need for the residents and community. Security just sad... no security cameras for the price just paid enforcement whom are very friendly to the point of just coming to work but not really working (making friends w residents instead of enforcing). The security doesn’t play a valuable role... Cars are booted on residents and guests that pay almost 2000 monthly on rent when security and the booting company should obviously be working together to cut down wrongfully booting, however they do not care about the safety, common courtesy, cleanliness, and/or the opinions of the residents. Again thr is no structure here... This place will set you up for failure, great location but it’s worthless to residents who pay tons of money for nothing the rent should start at 700 and not exceed 1000 sorry! But this place should be sold I would be embarrassed to say I owned it or affiliated. Sad but true!

Review №60

If I could rate this place lower than 1 star I would. I am a resident and I would NOT recommend ANYONE to live here. The location is nice, but that is literally the only good thing about the complex. As a resident, I strongly advise and encourage others to please look into other places to live. I have lived in this building for 2 years now and the ONLY reason why I stayed the second year was because I couldnt find another place quick enough. This building is honestly one of the worst complexes I have experienced. The halls are always filled with trash, dog urine or dog poop, and it will sit in the halls for DAYS before management cleaning services cleans it up.Next, the second building has none of the amenities like the first building, Such as: an elevator, gym, common area, and quick cleaning services, but they still charge the second building the same amount as the first which I find to be unreasonable and unfair to the second floor residents because we are NOT getting what we are paying for. The staff is ABSOLUTELY LAZY! The front office staff can never answer a question straight on or without an attitude, and always want YOU to do their job for THEM. Maintenance will take at least 2 days or more to fix an issue in the home, and they are unprofessional by leaving work utensils and equipment in the residents apartment and never retrieves them. Not only that, but I have had trash and wooden planks on my balcony from the prior residents SINCE I MOVED IN 2 YEARS AGO!!!! I have REPEATEDLY complained and asked them to remove it from my balcony but it is still here. Also, the Point charges for a trash service but the trash service barely picks up the trash and will not pick up more than two trash bags which is ABSURD!!! The walls are thin and I always hear the residents either above or underneath me and especially in the hallways. Security is at a zero as well. Its actually a joke, because security is always sleep in their car or sitting in the car smoking. They also are not APD, and I dont even believe they are with a certified security company because they sit in an unmarked, regular car. The gates are ALWAYS broken or propped open allowing homeless people to enter at their leisure compromising the safety of myself and other residents. The point has taken ZERO safety precautions after COUNTLESS break ins, car break ins, shootings, fights, etc. Lastly, The Point CONSTANTLY fluctuates the price of rent to accumulate more money when it should be the same rate amount every month, and if you do not check your charges you will be charged incorrectly. Overall, I would NOT recommend ANYONE to live here. The location is nice, but that is literally the only good thing about the complex. As a resident, I strongly advise and encourage others to please look into other places to live. Youll thank me later, I promise!

Review №61

I’d like to begin by stating that this review is not meant to sway prospective residents, defame the property or staff, nor to falsify any information. This review is based solely on my experience as a former resident at the Point at Westside. I would describe my experience at this property as a complete NIGHTMARE. Moving to the Point at Westside was probably the single WORST DECISION I have made in my entire life. I suppose I’d begin by listing my issues in order of severity in which would be the water leak/flooding that lasted for nearly 3 months. Between having to order take out because I could not use my stove and hotel stays, I was out of thousands of dollars. Not to mention, there was a HUGE MOLD issue that resulted from the property’s negligence in resolving the flood issue. After 2 inspections from different MOLD remediation companies, I was REPULSED at the amount of MOLD detected and the thousands of dollars of work it would take to resolve. Even after I forwarded management the Mold inspection reports and estimates, the property still made no real effort to resolve the matter. Instead, the property manager suggested that I “find housing elsewhere”. Then, they entered my apartment WITHOUT PERMISSION and PAINTED OVER THE MOLD. It is my prayer that the next tenant that moves into the apartment does not get sick or worse. Long story short, I ended up having to move out of the apartment in 3 days. It has been several weeks now, and I am still recovering from the physical, emotional, and financial stress I endured at that property.Furthermore, I have personally witnessed MULTIPLE infestations within the property from ROACHES, to ANTS, to FLIES, and GNATS. I cannot count the amount of times I have seen bugs crawling all over the walls and floors throughout the building. The upkeep is ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. I was so HUMILIATED to even have guests over because the parking garage was COVERED IN TRASH. There were bottles, food, used condom wrappers, and dog poop everywhere. Also, the CRIMINAL ACTIVITY was off the chain. My patio was stationed right by the door and parking garage, so I got a front row seat to everything. I remember sitting on my patio and having to drop to the ground because someone got SHOT in the parking garage. People were breaking into cars, police chasing people in and out the building, people selling and buying drugs, and fights were going on for what seemed like several times a week. The mailboxes were unstable, broken, and easy to break into, so I never felt secure getting important mail sent to that address. The pool, gym, and the lounge areas were never opened. Even after the city opened back up from the Covid-19 quarantine, all the so-called special “luxuries” were never accessible. This place was also not fit for handicapped individuals such as my Husband who was in a wheelchair. The exit door on the lower level required that you hold the green button down and kick the door at the same time in order to get out so this was a huge fire/safety hazard for him because he literally could not exit the gate without help. He has been handicapped for years and we have never had this type of issue before. Other things that come to mind are that the secured gates to the parking garage were very frequently out of order so there were many days I was late for work and appointments because I was literally locked inside the garage waiting for the gates to open. Moreover, I found myself hiding things in my own apartment because there were times staff would enter my apartment without permission. My washing machine and dryer was broken and had to be replaced. My water heater had to be repaired, the AC/Heat often went out, and I remember the water and power going out pretty frequently. Last but certainly not least, all the reviews about how unprofessional management is, I could not agree more! They were totally unethical, unconcerned for my safety, no one ever answered the phones, property manager took a month to respond to emails, and I would probably rate the customer service at a 0 and that is on a good day.

So my roommate and I were ready to lease an apartment but let me tell you the unprofessionalism drove us completely away! First off Jackie Torres on the management team has got to be the most unprofessional staff member and the others follow right behind her. Number one we didnt receive our quote email until we had to remind her but by that point it had already been 3 days. After that we finally apply then she takes 2 days to tell us she doesnt know how to open a file folder and another to tell us that she needed pictures of our IDs. So at this point we decided to visit just to make sure everything was received properly, and Jackie told us that she would let us know if we got the apartment by the end of the day. The end of the day comes and no call. So we try to call but no answer, its like theyre allergic to answering the phone. But anyways we go up there just to see whats going on since we couldnt contact them by phone and we are met with two other miserable women who didnt even want to let us in the leasing office. So we try reaching Jackie again only to be met with more unprofessionalism saying that she took the day off and felt no need to contact us even though she said she would. Then went on to say that our employer has one day to verify our work or the application will be denied even though she told us that she just emailed them that day. We work at a club that open at 9 pm so we tried giving her our employers personal information to contact before the deadline but she said no. We were recently approved at a much nicer place but its just a little further out so thats where well be moving. Horrible and unprofessional staff drove us away! I mentor in the AUC as well and this apartment will be going on our public do not lease list as well.

Please do not waist your time my husband and I applied early July for a3 bedroom apartment.when we first came in to visit the staff was great friendly and helpful we viewed the 2bedroom model home of course that they show to everyone. In the process we were still looking for different options available before August 1,2020 because that’s when our current lease would end. A week or so later they had a 3bedroom 2bath Available to move in July 27th we applied got approved paid admin fees and all a couple of days later she sent the welcome letter we paid the rent and prorated rent. As the days start getting closer to move in we came into the office multiple days to view the unit and we kept getting it’s not ready Monday July 27th at 12:26pm I received a call saying my move in will be pushed back the unit is not ready and i could move in Wednesday late evening no exact time i came on Wednesday morning to get a time I already rented a uhAul Nd everything in my current address had been switched the Point at Westside rental insurance policy as well . I spoke to the manager in express my concerns due to lack of communication and she agreed with me . She told me maintenance will be down soon with the keys and I can view the unit. I waited an hour nothing Jackie said i could go ahead and when I get back to move in everything would be ready .!!!!!!! No so the unit was no ready at all the only that looked good was the carpet. Jackie spoke to her manager and she stated everything that’s wrong can go on my move in sheet but she is not investing any money into repairing the unit she gave me my rent back and prorated rent .refuse to refund my admin fee because she said I chose not to move in when the unit is not move in ready!

Okay, so... the leasing office black women are very helpful. They always help fix issues I have with the point (which is many). I would not recommend this apartment really to anyone. They take forever to take care of concerns when things go wrong in the apartment. For example, our thermostat was broken and they told us it wasn’t so we had to pay a $300 Georgia Power bill when it is usually $150. We have submitted a request to fix our water and it has been now 4 days with no response. I even called twice and got no answer so I left a voicemail and will be showing up to the office since I assume my water still won’t be fixed.

I’ve lived here 4 years. Been through tons of changes in management and it’s changed so much! The staff is awesome. Very helpful and attentive. I’m in and out of the office frequently for packages and they always make sure I’m taken care of. It has improved so much. And I’m very grateful for it.

The leasing team is horrible . I went up there on Tuesday because they wouldn’t answer the phone to make an appointment for a tour on Thursday. When I get there for my appointment on Thursday they tell me I don’t have an appointment and the only way I can get an appointment if I submit an application. Why would I submit an application if I haven’t seen the property yet? They’re very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend leasing here.

The worst place I have ever lived at. All security does is sit in their cars and smoke weed. There was been a man who kicked down our door and is banned from the property and management doesn’t care. We’ve had vents covered in mold, never been replaced. The dryer has been broken the 9 months I’ve lived here and maintenance “fixes” it aka does absolutely nothing. Our air conditioning has been broken for 2 months. It has reached 88 degrees and maintenance has yet to come. I should sue this place for the god awful living conditions and overpriced rent. Oh and let’s not forget about how it’s summer time in Georgia and we can’t even get in the pool. What a joke. This place is ran by sick and twisted people.

Professionalism still matters and unfortunately its missing at this apartment community. If youre a person who vales dealing with professional people when it comes to business this is not the place for you. My brother and I were hoping to lease here since the location worked for us. In the beginning of the application process Jasmin was constantly communicating with us. Once we were denied (discrepancies on the credit) the communication stopped. We were hoping to still lease simply because the credit discrepancies were incorrect and we verified and got proof from the credit companies to support that. Unfortunately the office started screening our calls and not answering emails. Jasmin even said she would email my brother his info to look into the matter but she did not. So no, I dont think your office is ran professionally or with respect. PLEASE do not waste your time addressing this review. My statement is honest and accurate.

So..i called yesterday (May 1st), Interested in a 1 bedroom, possibly a 2 bedroom as long as i met the requirements. Yolonda originally answered the phone, however i felt like She was rather sarcastic with the questions that i was asking. So i hung up and called back maybe about 10 min later and got Christine. Christine was so nice, helpful, didn’t have an attitude....told me how to apply and now the rest is up to me :) i was going to leave 2 stars because of the first girl but I’m glad i called back so Christine saved it for 5 stars 😌

I am in my sixth year living at the Point at Westside. I have looked at numerous other complexes in the area and can definitely say that The Point is one of the better values in West Midtown. Its conveniently located by a gas station, Walmart (groceries) is nearby, and also easy access to the highway. The new office team, including the managers Mark and Tiffany, has been very friendly and accommodating. I recommend checking out The Point at Westside and seeing the newly renovated units, pool and gym firsthand.

I recently visited The Point at Westside and I must admit Brittany Brown was the most knowledgeable and sweetest leasing agent I have encountered in a long while. Very refreshing, especially at a time when I’m pressed to move and make the best decision for me and my family. I have referred a friend to the point all ready and directed her straight to Ms. Brown. Great customer service is rare and I appreciate the time and attention she spent with me that day.

I will say they’ve gotten much better since I’ve moved in in 2017, but they do have some more things to work on which they are constantly doing. They’ve been trying new things some have helped with all the problems people are complaining of and some haven’t, but overall I’ll continue my stay because it is convenient and if you work with them they work with you. Also some of the complaints are due to the neighbors we have and you can’t do much about them except for move up the rent and fine them which sometimes doesn’t change anything, but it’s not the offices fault. What I do like most about the new things they’ve implemented is the CARES team!! They host the free events available for residents and it’s definitely always nice to mingle with the good neighbors lol. This is a plus and they should keep endorsing these events because it’s great for networking as well as a nice neighborly get together.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! At first this apartment seemed like a blessing as it is in a great location from school and everything else. I started having issues the second month living here as my upstairs neighbor would constantly stomp around at odd hours during the day, its been almost 8 months. Ive reported this issue to the leasing office so many times as it started affecting my rest and also my productivity for work. I was told that the neighbor has been contacted but yet still there is no change. I have so many recordings of these disturbances and yet nothing has been done. it is really frustrating, everyone works hard for their money and just wants to come home to peaceful and quiet apartment. Also when guests come and park at the two hour parking every sound can be heard from the apartment, I can literally hear if anyone whispers. Everything seems to work fine for a while then stops, the garbage disposal doesnt work, my door is broken, there is always trash or dirt along the hallways, the elevator smells like animal urine, the electrical socket dont work, the leasing office can never find packages that were clearly signed for and dropped off. They blow leaves super early in the morning which forces you to get up and listen to the loud noise. The fire alarm has gone off so many times its ridiculous. I literally saw one of the groundskeepers just casually walking and spitting on the stairs,. There is never enough parking for guests of residents who actually pay to live here. Cop cars are always parked in the area but there are never any cops around. If you want to live in a noisy area that is never clean with neighbors who always argue, shout and stomp around at 2 in the morning or a leasing office that does nothing to help with issues that the residents have, then this is definitely the place for you! they gates are always broken anyone can literally just walk in.

I came in to tour an apartment after I seen a guy with a sign outside for Free Rent. When I came in, there was a resident in the office talking to one of the ladies at the desk very rudely. She said she had an open maintence request, but it was clear she didnt. Tiffany was nice enough to still be able to help us even though she just had to deal with such rude people. I came on here to leave a review that the place was nice, the apartments were clean and the staff was still professional despite the rude clients that they have, and what do I see, a review from the same people. Tiffany was calm, patient, and even when the person was cursing, Tiffany still tried to help her. I couldnt believe the person was still so rude.

I have lived here for over two years. Most of what people say about the reviews are true. The bottom line is: you get what you pay for. This is the probably the most affordable new apartment complex in West Midtown. If you want to live in a relatively new apartment complex near Ga Tech and you want to pay the lowest rent, be prepared for everything that comes with that. Regarding all the problems other people complain about regarding management, maintenance, and the immediate area, I simply accepted them in consideration of what I was paying for in rent.Go to any apartment search website and look at comparable rents in area (ex. apartments on Howell Mill and Northside Dr closer to Ga Tech). Im willing to bet that this place is one of the cheapest. You may view me as a person with no to little expectations or a person who is advocating for this place. I simply accept this apartment complex for what it is and knew what I was signing up for.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst apartment complex Ive ever experienced. There is dog pee and poop in the hallways consistently. I mean stepping over dog pee to get to work every morning. The fire alarm goes off constantly. I mean 2 to 3 times a night, 3 nights a week. Apartment rattling subwoofers in the middle of the night. Neighboring apartment had people screaming at each other multiple times a week in the middle of the night. The guest parking lot is tiny and always full, so friends have to park on the street next to abandoned boarded up houses. Maintenance is completely useless, we had a leak in our storage closet that grew black mold before maintenance came to do anything about it. The stove top only had two working burners. Its staggering how bad it is. The list goes on but you get the point.

If you dont read the rest of the review just know to NOT MOVE HERE! I just moved out and Im so excited to be away from this place. My final straw was the deception and lying when I was trying to get my AC fixed during the dead of summer and NO ONE CARED!I lived here for two years and let me start with the fact that this place is filthy, trash is EVERYWHERE and it stinks. The staff is lazy and doesnt even answer the phone. Good luck getting anything fixed, getting your package from the office or even getting someone on the phone. The place is poorly organized. The gates never work, anyone from off the street can just walk in. Not safe at at all.Theres a dumpster below the parking deck and its hardly ever emptied. Dog poop is everywhere on the property.I can go on and on about how this place is terrible. Its a great price and location but you will regret living here. I never write reviews but I had to let the world know how lazy the staff is, how careless the maintenance people are and how awful the Point at Westside is.

*Please Read*I have read a good chunk of the reviews before posting this and to be honest, the people who wrote negative reviews are not lying. It seems that they are being over-dramatic but they are not.I loved this place when I first moved to Atlanta in 2017. It was near downtown, my job, not too far from the airport, PERFECT! As time went on, I started to notice that more and more college students started moving in and that is when I noticed a significant change in the community. The main issue that I have with this place is that the front office team as a whole is unsatisfactory. If I were to respond to some of the issues at my job the way that they do, I would be fired tomorrow. There is no follow up when there are maintenance issues and if there is a true emergency, the lead technician will tell you that he will get too it as soon as he can which is a possible 3.5 hours from now because he went home to McDonough (30 miles south). Then as more students moved in, the filthier the facility became and crime began to rise. Two days before Christmas in 2017, two cars had their tires and rims stolen in the garage. Pets are relieving themselves in front of your door and owners arent picking up after them. The only reason Im giving this place one star is because the office manager Mark is phenomenal! He listens to your concerns and uses common sense to resolve issues. Otherwise, I would give zero stars if that were an option. The assistant manager on the other hand seems inconvenienced whenever something wrong arises. She makes it seem as if you get what you get and well try to do something about it but there is no guarantee type of attitude. Almost as if she is mocking you because you have to put up with the poor conditions of the facility. Just because she may come across as polite, I would consider every encounter with her to be unprofessional.I could write a book on why you shouldnt live here but instead, Ill recommend this. With the development of the Mercedes Benz stadium across the street, the rent of this facility is increasing exponentially. Do your research and look around at comparable prices because 9.9 times out of 10, the other places will be worth the $1,200+ in rent due to a cleaner facility, upgraded apartments and appliances and a functional administrative team.If you do choose to live here, take pictures of everything and document it yourself. Don’t expect the front office to hold accurate records of anything. At the end of the day, they will tell you that they don’t know what is going on or why a situation happened but they are “looking into it”.Good Luck!

Just when I thought things were looking up (my experience here is documented in previous post), the alarm system goes off again, for the millionth time, and tech/maintenance that’s been dispatched by the representative with the building’s emergency hotline has not shown up to deactivate an alarm that’s been going off since before 4:30 am. It’s now a quarter to 7 am and it’s still ringing with no threat of danger in sight. Maintenance/tech support don’t show up to resolve after hour issues.

Ive been living at the point for almost a year and Ive loved it. PROS: the location is great because its so close to the city, the ladies in the front office, Jasmine and Yolanda are awesome! Love them! They knew me by name, it was always a great vibe when I walked into the office. Yolanda even got emotional when we turned in our notice to vacate. ❤️😢The pool is always fun great vibes. I was just there for memorial day. Maintenance always come within a few days of my request and fixes the issue. Ive always felt safe living in this community.CONS: the main reason we are leaving is the water bill, since weve lived here it fluctuates. The leasing office always decreases it to around 100 regardless of what the initial price was and states that the water meter is broken and that 100 is our actual use ( how can you know that if its broken?). They said they requested the water company come out and fix the issue but they dont know when theyll come. I called the water company and there was no request for them to come out and fix the issue. I was also told by the water company that the apartment has to pay for them to come out so I guess its easier to just take money off our rent. For example one month it was 231 and it was brought down to 100, the following month it was 140 and it was still only brought down to 100. There is no logical math going on here.UPDATE: the pool is always locked this summer. They just sent an email saying it was opened yesterday and then I went today and its locked. When random ppl have a pool party they make everyone leave including the residents. Why not just made the trespassers leave.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is an absolute joke. They entice you with the affordable pricing for city living and make the community seem pretty decent while theyre giving you the tour and describing the wonderful amenities (rolls eyes). Its been an uphill battle since day one. Maintenance requests are routinely ignored. You have to literally go into the office and speak with someone to get maintenance to come to your unit. Even then they dont fix whats broken!!! I currently have a washer machine thats been leaking for a MONTH now and they still havent fixed or replaced it! Some of the residents are okay but most are just downright rude, disrespectful and disgusting! I dont understand how someone pays to live in a community but not respect it enough to keep it clean. The trash chutes are constantly overflowing and the hallways are filthy. They clean them once every blue moon. Its like we live in a THIRD WORLD COUNTRY! Visitor parking is virtually non-existent and if you have a guest park in the wrong spot its a $75 boot fee. The management staff that gave you that wonderful tour doesnt care. They seem to be annoyed by current residents, but were paying rent!!! This community has potential but they have no ambition or drive to make it more than what it is. Bottom line, take your money elsewhere and be treated with the professionalism you DESERVE by a REAL management team. Dont say I didnt warn you. Your welcome!

By far the WORST APARTMENT HOMES IN ATLANTA! ASSISTANT MANGER IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE ! Not anywhere near worth 1600 a month. Don’t waste your time. I moved in on the 11th and still have yet to receive a parking decal. They are asking me to park my car in guest parking when I have a lease signed here and told her I had two cars prior to signing the lease. She’s very lazy and doesn’t do her job. The prices here might be one of the lowest in midtown, but there is a huge tradeoff for that. The resident portal does not work, so you never know how much money you owe them. Also, when it does work they do not provide you with a ledger of a breakdown of your charges - this is TERRIBLE when you do not know where your $1,000+ money is going towards! The leasing office RARELY answers their phone. Barely responds to emails as well. They also always have a bad attitude except for one lovely man who is always kind, and the assistant manager who is extremely helpful every time! The rest of the staff is not pleasing to deal with. Also, any time I ever put in a maintenance request, it either gets completed WEEKS later or NEVER at all.The area is bad. Expect to get a security system because this is not the safest neighborhood. The parking deck gate is broken 90% of the time, so basically any one can get into the area. Its just horrible. Also, the guest parking has only a few spots while they blessed the police car parking with several spots that are never used. So expect your guests to never find a parking spot when they come visit you.Consider taking your money somewhere else!!!!!!!!

The staff was warm, friendly and fun. The prices were marked really low for the area. It was a no brainer, I moved in. The reason why I’m typing this review is because I seen so many bad reviews, after telling my friend to move here. My experience has been nothing but great. I think for the ppl who are making these reviews they are mad or upset because of something that they might of done or rules that they weren’t following. Those are the people who I don’t want to live around anyways! As the bad are moving out the good are moving in including the staff!
