I love living here at Bell Vinings. The staff and maintenance people are phenomenal. I absolutely love my apartment. It feels like a resort-style home. Its spacious, up-to-date, and well manicured. Kudos to the maintenance staff and member Rafael!! They are always on top of things!! Today I had a water leak under kitchen sink. Put in a service request today and Rafael from maintenance came by same day and completely resolved issue. I have to say that Rafael was very personable and friendly yet professional. He had to replace entire faucet system. Work completed and he tested and confirmed with me to ensure I was satisfied with resolution. I was completely satisfied with results. Hi, Ive lived here for 4 months and I am very impressed by this propertys maintenance team. Ive had some issues with my AC for a few weeks and each time Rafael came to my AID weather it was office hours or not. He listened attentively to my description of the issue and worked with me explaining what he was doing as he did it. If I have another maintenance request in the future then I know I will be in good hands if Rafeal shows up.

The warm welcome LaRaven, Nicole, and Victoria give me whenever I walk in the office is unmatched! No matter how long its been, or whatever I need, they make it happen. Dream Team! Love those ladies!

We love this place. The apartment units are very spacious, the arch door looks very nice, ceilings are high. They also have garage parking and deck parking, which means you can live in a higher level with good views but also don’t have to climb stairs. Their staff are helpful and friendly, Nicole was very nice and informative, she provided all the information we needed and answered all of our questions professionally and friendly.

Amazing living experience. I moved here in June and have had no complaints. Great location -central to everything. Management is amazing! Ask for Nicole - very attentive and quick to address any issues. Haven’t had to request any repairs - due to the great quality of units. I love living here! It’s positioned in a very convenient location between the city and suburbs, so it gives you a good mixture of both. Bell Vinings Is a beautiful apartment community! We lived there a little over a year while transitioning to our new home. It is a great location; close to the interstate, many restaurants, entertainment and the new Braves stadium. Kyle was our leasing consultant and he made our transition very smooth. Bell Vinings is a wonderful apartment complex. After I became an empty nester I decided to sell my house and experience apartment living again, I could not have made a better choice! The location is great and accessible to so many shops and restaurants. The grounds are well kept, the amenities are amazing, its very quiet and peaceful. The maintenance team is very friendly, they greet you with a smileand hello. If I have a maintenance request the response time is within 48 hours or less. The property management staff is great and very responsive. My favorite is Nicole, she is super nice and very resourceful. The entire staff is friendly and always helpful. As you can tell, YES I love my Bell Vinings community!👍🏾

My husband and I lived at Bell Vinings for over a year until we bought our house. We loved living there. The apartment was big, spacious and beautiful. The neighbors were great, very polite. Super safe neighborhood. We loved it and were sad to leave. Maintenance team was amazing. We didn’t even wait an hour for them to arrive after we called. Management was great also, very easy to get along with. We toured the apartment with Kyle and he was wonderful. Excellent customer service! He was very knowledgeable and just super sweet! Sooooo...Im not even going to move here, BUT when you come, ASK FOR NICOLE!! She gave myself and my daughter a tour and I felt like I was talking to my best friend. She is transparent, friendly, wise, and extremely genuine. Even after leaving the property, my nonchalant 14 yr old expressed how awesome she was. If it wasnt for my budget, Nicole wouldve had me sold! I dont know what she makes, but go ahead and throw and extra $10 on top of it 😂😂

Love living here, Management is Great! Socially networking is the best with neighbors, We mainly all support each in different Businesses. I’ve been living here from a year now and absolutely love it don’t see me moving from here anytime time soon, Mall is across the street, Restaurants are around the corner and if I want to go to the battery it’s right down the street!! Kyle porter was absolutely fantastic and there for me every step of the way for finding the perfect apartment for my family and signing my lease. I lived on the property for four years it was sad to leave. My neighbors were awesome. The property manager is super amazing. When Victoria came back it was the best thing ever! I can not thank Victoria enough for helping me make all of my living transitions so seem less. Do whatever you need to do to keep her happy as she is an elite manager.

I have been looking for a great place to lease in the city and decided to take a tour of your location. Kyle was great he is very kind and very eager to help answer all the questions I have. (Which were a lot) He showed me a great place and I cant wait to come back a sign my lease with him soon.

Been living here about 1 years, so far its great apartment, quiet, neighbors are good and the staff are friendly. Just slightly issue during my stay is the fire alarm rang 3-4 times in the middle of the night and myself with pregnant wife and 1 kids down 4 stair with no reason. Fire department came 4 times and get fake alarm, after last incident, Fire Department declare the fire system was malfunctions and the management fixed less than 1 week. Appreciate for the fast responses but will be much better if the management noticed earlier. My self and my family became love to stay in US just because the great service. I leave US in march 2020 just before Covid19 spread crazily. my self and my family will always remember the good living in Bell Vinings Apartment. Thank you for the great service. I have lived at Bell Vinings property for the past 2.5 years. Fabulous property and the staff is highly attentive, available and readily seeks to help answer questions or solve issues on a regular basis. The maintenance team is always available should a unit issue arrive and almost always responds to any maintenance request within 2-24 hours. Property is quiet, as secure as any other property on the Vinings Cumberland area, and offers great amenities and floor designs. The property is well kept and overall a very good place to live.

Victoria went above and beyond recently with a lost package. Unfortunately it still has not turned up (UPS issue not Bell Vinings). She’s always very attentive.
