I have lived in several apartment communities over a span of 15 plus years. The Marq at Brookhaven set the bar high and I am happy to be a residence here. Dontaveous is really heaven sent. From the first day I stepped foot into the office, he has been nothing but helpful and understanding. I’ve stopped in on several occasions and his inviting demeanor has always been the same. My neighbors are wonderful and the community is a safe place. The few times that I have needed maintenance to come in, it was such a great turn around in time. When looking for somewhere to call home then look no further then here.

Dontae, Farrah, Cameron & the rest of the gang were nothing short of amazing. I also love my apartment along with the location. I highly recommend Marq @ Brookhaven !

I just moved in from Texas and Dontaveous has been such a huge help making sure everything was ready to move in when I drove out here! Very professional, quick to respond, and helpful with answering any questions I had!The apartment interiors are nice and spacious. The complex has a lot of nature/trees which is lovely. Not to mention the pool and other amenities are attractive!

I just relocated to Atlanta from Indianapolis which in itself was causing me a lot of anxiety. This was mainly was due to trying to find a place with a endless amount of options. I visited this property and was greeted by Don. In this day in age with where there is a shortage of workers and even a bigger shortage of those with great customer service my faith was restored by my experience at the Marq. Not only was I shown the amenities of this community but he even shared with me some fun facts of the city, helped me find a gym, and recommended some nice hangouts for the more mature crowd like myself. This actually led me to making this my future home in the coming weeks. Everyone at the community was very friendly and it made for a apartment hunting experience. I told my coworkers they are the Chick Fil A for apartment complexes. Thanks again everyone!!!

First solo apartment after graduating school and moving here from AL. The team here has made this and wonderful and seamless experience. Dontaveous is so personable and you can genuinely tell that he enjoys his job and takes pride in the community. Couldn’t ask for a better complex and team for a first time renter.

Great customer service and staff! Don was super helpful and friendly when answering questions. The neighborhood seems safe and the location is close to the highway which is always a plus!

I just moved into my new apartment here this past Monday. Everything has been wonderful. both Cameron and Donteveus at the leasing office have been enthusiastic and friendly and so helpful in guiding me through the ins and outs of relocating to a different area. I moved to Atlanta in 2006, and I have had some great experiences here, but The Marq has made my first week in this neighborhood a particularly memorable experience.

I had a shaky move in process initially, however Mandi came in to save the day and helped it be a seamless process moving forward as I prepared for my move. I also would love to highlight the Maintenance team here. They are literally awesome! They are one of the most responsive teams I’ve ever had at a complex. They never let even 12 hours go by before responding to a request. They are always so nice when they come and even have so much added humor. I do hope we invest in some more efficient power units, as to preserve on the bills. However lots of style and grace nonetheless here at Marq!

Cameron the leasing agent was very knowledgeable of this property and I did not second guess to sign the lease.

Ive lived at the Marq for over 10yrs. There have been a few hiccups over the past few months, however, overall I have been very happy while staying here.The apts are very spacious, the pool is amazing! It gives you resort vibes, and you cant be the location. Youre min from everything.Ive seen several management companies come through and overall the staff are pleasant and responsive. I will say Dontavious goes above and beyond. When you enter the office he greats you with a smile, even if hes helping someone else he will acknolwedge you. When he walks the community hell stop and ask how things are going. If you have an issue he will follow up to see if was taken care of. He really enjoys what he does and wants to make sure youre having the best living experience.

Marq of Brookhaven is a good place to live and work Very close to all restaurants and shopping. My leasing officer Dontaveous is hard working and helped me love quickly in my apartment and also resolved any issues I had.

I would like to say the leasing office goes above and beyond! I recently moved into my apartment and had my bed delivered. Unfortunately, the service I bought the bed from didn’t deliver it to my door, like I thought they would, but instead delivered to the leasing office. Both Farrah and Dontaveous assisted me in not only brining it to my apartment because it wouldn’t fit in my car. Don brought my matters to my apartment for me. Both Farrah and Don assisted in brining my queen size frame to my apartment as well!!They both have been so helpful from the moment I stepped foot on the property to look at the apartments, to also assisting after I moved in.

I’m just recently moving in since the whole process started Don, Cameron and Alexandrea Has been a big help in getting me approved. Don personally went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the process was accelerated. Everyone I’ve spoken to or met at the property has been helpful, Kind, generous people. I recommend anyone looking to move here to look for these people to aid in the moving process.

Let me start off by saying I wish I could give them a 10!!! I moved in 3 months ago and this has been the best decision and smooth transition ever. My initial leasing agent was Alexandria, she was so personable and helpful through the entire process. She made sure all my questions were answered and kept in contact with me on the regular. I went apartment hunting one day which felt so overwhelmed being in such a big city, but I immediately knew this would be my new home. The property is so beautiful and the energy is amazing. Don was the absolute best!!! When I arrived to get my keys he greeted me with the most sincere attention. He gave me my keys, welcome gift and personally walked me to my building after I had got lost lol. I have had minor issues and maintenance came super fast and they were always informative and professional. Everyone in the office is so sweet and helpful. Cameron and Kimberly are always eager to answer and help as well. The location is the best!!! Very quiet and did I mention how well kept the property is, they are always working to make improvements and that makes my money well spent. I was skeptical about my location being a single female but it is so safe. The gate is always closed and they have extra entry reinforcement. I would recommend living here to anyone. I will definitely be here for a while Im spoiled lol. Thank you to the entire staff you guys rock!!!!!

I’ve been a resident here for 8 years and love it. Since Covid we have had a new staff come in so I haven’t had a chance to meet them until recently. Last week I met Don and he was amazing. Very helpful and there for my concerns

I have lived here for 1 year 3 months. It is the most unprofessional apartment I have every lived in. My dishwasher Has not worked properly since I moved in. The “maintenance “ department has come to my apartment at least 15 times. And they have never fixed the problem. I have talked to everyone except Bethoni. Who I hope to speak to soon. As of now I my dishwasher has not worked for more than two cycles without dying.I am completely unsatisfied with the maintenance department and the office. I do not recommend you move here. There are a lot of places out there that care about their residents. CWS does not. Go somewhere else

Even if you pay rent here you will end up having to pay money to get a boot removed from your car at some point

Ive been a resident for about a year and a half and I love living in this complex. My family and I havent had any issues while living here. The leasing agents are very helpful if you have any questions or concerns. Since Covid, I have been utilizing the tech lounge to get work done. Dontaveous always has the best attitude every time I see him. If you need anything, he will be there to help you. I would highly recommend friends to move here!

Good luck passing a drug test if you live here! The tenants smoke weed all day and night. The smell is nauseating. It will fill your apartment and is so strong that it will wake you in the middle of the night. The ventilation system here is horrible. Do NOT move here.

I’m a new resident who has not rented in quite some time. Alexandria was our agent and especially helpful. I feel like ( even with the COVID leasing office closed) she was an open ear and very interactive and engaged during my visit and throughout my application and move in process! Thank the lort for her making it easy!

I lived here for 3 years and really enjoyed it. I had a cute one bedroom overlooking the courtyard in the middle of the property with a nice balcony and view. The people in the leasing office are genuinely friendly and helpful. The property is nice and well-maintained, and the gym, pool, and tech lounge are all excellent. Close to the highway and a short drive from the best things in ATL. I miss living here!

The best neighborhood in Brookhaven!!! They also have the Best leasing agents. Dontaveous Sargent was there every step of the way of during leasing process. He even answered the phone and stayed after hours to help me out. Thanks again Don! I would recommend any and everyone to live here.

EDIT:Changed my 2 stars to 1 star. My power bill for the month of July was $250 for a SMALL ONE BEDROOM, despite the fact that our A/C is 75-76 degrees regularly. Management is absolutely unresponsive; even after I left a negative review. No one reached out to me or responds to my inquiries about our A/C problem. DO NOT LIVE HERE.I have lived here for 6 months now and while I enjoy the location and apartment itself, we have had numerous maintenance issues that are not being solved. Management has not been responsive in helping us resolve these issues and it sounds like other people have the same issues. I would not recommend living here as there are similarly priced complexes that are nicer and a way better value.

I had to change my star to a 1 today. Unfortunately I’ve lived here for 3+ years and over that time my toilet has been clogged 40+ times. I don’t fancy spending $1356/month on a clogged toilet. I’m really dissatisfied.Edit 12/22/2020Just wanted to let everyone know I find myself still waiting on my toilet to be unclogged.DONT MOVE HERE! $1356 can go much further!!

UPDATE: Okay community, but not worth it for the price. They wont budge when it comes to paying them money but will budge when it comes to providing you any service besides the room you are paying for.They are a pet friendly community but this just means theyll charge you a couple hundred so you can walk through dog poop anytime you walk on grass. This is due to the fact multiple buildings are supposed to share one dog poop waste bin which are constantly full since they barley change them out anyways. Check the images for the two closest bins to my apartment.The complex is crawling with bugs and pests, dont believe me? Just walk around at night and count the roaches. Theres literally a dead one in front of my apartment now, on the third floor. Just a couple of weeks ago I was walking my guest to their car as a POSSUM crossed the street to the constantly overflowing trash bin. I pay 1000$+ a month for this? Seriously?There is a complete lack of friendly service from leadership. If you want to be treated like just another account live here!. I guess its easier to find new people than to actually work with the people who would like to stay.Ill be moving in a couple of months, and hopefully that will be the last time i have anything to do with this property, specifically the leadership. Nakeem is awesome though!

I will runaway from this apartment complex. I’ve lived here for 3 years now and it has gone down the drain. I have water leaking from the ceiling into the tub. This has been happening for months and long before the pandemic so that can’t be used as an excuse. I have submitted over 10 service request. They’ll come in while I’m at work, dirty the tub and the ceiling and not fix the problem. This is not an exaggeration!!! STAY AWAY. My lease expires in a few months and there is no way I am renewing.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the good experiences that Ive had with this apartment complex over the past 18 months of living there. As a person who is very untrustworthy of all apartment complexes, this one has exceeded my expectations on almost every level!Pros- Service requests were always handled within 2 business days.- The responses to emails that I sent to the office always fully answered my questions with clarity. I will note that it was slow to receive a reply sometimes, but the care that was put into the responses made up for that.- The office does a good job of communicating with the community, sending out update emails when necessary. Sometimes it did feel like I received too many update emails from the office, but I personally prefer that over too few emails.- The self service package room was great to have since I could get my packages at any time of the day.- When it was open, the gym was actually pretty decent. It has most things that I need for a workout, though it would be nice to have a bench press in there too.- The complex is located very close to i85.- The complex is located very close to Peachtree Creek Greenway. It takes about 10 minutes to walk there. There is a short section without sidewalks on Corporate Blvd but it is easy to just walk on the grass/mulch.- The complex is located very close to Lenox Park. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk there, though the walk begins with a long hill. The downhill is nice when coming back though.- The complex itself is nice with a lot of trees. You can find people walking around regularly. I made a couple of friends during my time there.Cons- One of the gates is an exit only gate which has traffic spikes which will pop your tire if you try to enter through that way. This seems completely unnecessary since the gate wont even open if you attempt to enter through it. This has always frustrated me a little.- The same gate that contains the traffic spikes also doesnt have a way for pedestrians to enter and exit, which is an inconvenience when trying to walk to Lenox Park.- Perhaps it is different depending on which apartment youre in, but mine was regularly pretty dark for most of the day. I only got some sunlight late in the afternoon.Overall, for the price, location, and good experience with the management, this has definitely been one of the better apartments that I’ve lived in. The positives far outweigh the negatives for me, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking in the area.

The staff at the Marq is pretty awesome especially Shawn. From the moment I arrived, Shawn was eager to assist. I was completely overwhelmed with the out of state moving process. I’m sure I came off a bit high strung; however, he remained extremely polite, patient,professional, and provided a high level of customer service. Shawn thoroughly assessed my needs, discussed options, and provided quotes. I knew I found my new home after the tour and signed the lease within 24 hrs. Upon approval of the lease, Shawn remained in contact during the transition. I was surprised to see him on move in day. Shawn welcomed me and the other new tenants with the same energy level. This property is just beautiful and in a great location to highway. Shawn the leasing agent took me on a tour of the community and showed me 2 apartments; the model and a vacant unit.He spoke about all the amenities and places in the area to make if feel home for me and my son . I appreciate him going above and beyond the entire time. The property is well maintained and everyone in office spoke to me. IM EXCITED TO APPLY AND LOOK FORWARD TO MOVING IN.

I lived here awhile back. My experience was satisfactory with everything from the price I paid for rent to all of the amenities. I loved the location as well. If I ever move back to Atlanta, I will definitely look into renting another apartment here .

I have been here since January and the property is very well kept. I have never had an issue. I am currently transferring to a larger unit and both Dontaveous Sargent and Bethoni Davis have been amazing. Dontaveous is new here but I am big on customer service and he definitely has that nailed down. His follow up is great and he is just so very kind. If customer service is important to you, make sure you make Marq at Brookhaven part of your go sees... I know that sounds like an advertisement, lol but I really mean it. I have been looking at the other reviews... everyone has a different experience... but always remember to treat people kind.. always.. it makes a world of difference in the responses you receive.

I have been living here almost a full year and there have been some staff changes. I think they were needed and I think that overall the community is a pretty good one. Its safe and the location is a good location. Pet friendly, but I think that people should get tickets for not picking up after pets. Dog poop is everywhere, no 1 wants to grill or take a walk around, or even go across the grass to get to your car, and have to fear stepping in poop! Also, there need to be more parking spots labeled guest.Pros: Staff response time is pretty good and maintenance calls they stay on top of. Location is great! Safe area and security roams pretty often. It is not loud and its a community where everyone works/attends school, not a bunch of lingering.Cons: dog poop is EVERYWHERE, parking can be a hassle, and the pool hours suck! Pool should be 24 hours during the summer or at least later than 10 pm.

So I lived in this property 3 years ago, however, a wrong delivery for my package brought me back. I was welcomed and assisted by Shawn as if I was still a resident. I had no issues during my stay here since the staff was always there when I needed them. Also, beautiful property for the price y’all!!!!!

I just want to say Shawn from the front office is the best!!!! I had a VERY small timeframe to relocate to Atlanta from Kansas City and Shawn was on it from start to finish. Being from out of town, I had to look for an apartment without actually seeing it in person (which can be extremely stressful) and Shawn made this process as simple as possible. He made sure to give as much details as possible and even personally took pictures of the units to show me. During the application and lease process, he made sure to touch base with me frequently and happily answered any questions that arose. During move in, he was so friendly and helpful to both me and my family. The apartments are gorgeous, spacious, and well worth it with a great staff and amenities. If you are looking for apartments in Atlanta, Marq at Brookhaven should be at the top of the list!!!!

I moved to this community 2 months ago and yes, in the middle of COVID 19 LOL. I can honestly say the staff here have been fantastic, respectful, professional and accommodating. The Community Manager Bethoni Davis personally welcoming me so warmly at move-in day. Im very new to Atlanta and am so happy I was introduced to this place by another resident who moved here from Buckhead.

I moved to Atlanta for a 6 month assignment . Had one day to see various apartments within commuting distance and was pleasantly surprise with the exceptional and fast and courteous service I was provide by Ms. Nakita Morris at Marq at Brookhaven. I made my selection on a holiday Monday and had to be at work on Tuesday, by Thursday I had the keys to my apartment. I have been to the front office with questions and have always received quick response and service. I would recommend this apartment complex if looking to live in the Brookhaven area. All of their personnel are polite and courteous.

I have lived at The Marq at Brookhaven for three years. Nakeem Jackson has always been my go-to guy. From the day I came and toured the complex in 2016, to my two moves to other buildings within the complex, he has been so professional, friendly, and understanding. I have loved living here and am confident that whatever problems may arise will be handled quickly, efficiently, and with confidence. All of the staff is great and the complex is kept clean.

Ive been with the Marq at Brookhaven for several years now and its been a great experience thus far. Office staff are friendly and attentive and the community members are awesome. Guest parking experience has been challenging in the past but the management is great about listening to community concerns and addressing them.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT rent here. After being a resident for 3 years I will say the location and apartment itself are amazing But I have many issues. The gate NEVER works, after paying so much for rent I shouldn’t have to leave my home every time I have a guest over because the gate is broken, the security team is not helpful until you start yelling at them. One person on staff is racist and if I happen to call the office to get something done and it’s that person they don’t do anything about it. One time my apartment flooded from something the complex did and they did not help me clean it up just offered for a cleaning service and when I called the service they didn’t have any information and wouldn’t do it and the office never cared. I can legit hear my neighbors ( upstairs and next to me) playing movies and music all day and night causing me money because my atmosphere isn’t professional and I have been written up at work because my boss can hear everything while I’m in a zoom meeting ( which is ridiculous and means that’s way too loud). Everytime I have any issues I have to call the office more than 2 times to get it fixed. The list can continue...... The main reason I stayed so long was because of the location and how it really worked for my family but I will be finding other options and not renewing, saving time and gas isn’t worth this whole headache.

I moved into The Marq back in August and it has been an overall great experience so far (besides guest parking). Nakeem and Nikita in the leasing office are always a pleasure and are attentive to whatever needs I have. Maintenance is quick and gets the job done fast! Living here has been great!

Horrible experience.. They keep your money and give you the run around. I have been waiting five weeks for a refund. After five weeks I’m told that it’s a mailing error.

Thank goodness my lease is up in a month! The staff is actually nice, however they are unaware of the value in customer service and how its easier to keep a current customer than find a new one. I live with a roommate who lived in the complex prior. Therefore, I have been treated like the ugly step child since my arrival. They never sat down with me and went over paperwork as I moved in. I was late on rent for the first time last month and she was emailed not me. I was out of town, so once I found out I was late the fee was $200! I called corporate twice and the office. Their response was that this was my second time being late on rent because my roommate was late last January! I DIDNT LIVE HERE IN JANUARY! The security is also hit or miss. Sometimes they want to boot, or tow, but when I really feel in danger and have called no one answers the phone. Dont move here, overpriced headache.

Do not move into this complex!! I have been living here for almost 3 years now, but I will not be renewing my lease again!We have been having issues with our A/C for the past 2 months and it is absolutely impossible to get management to do something about it. I have had to request to get off work early to be able to go to the leasing office and talk to them in person, because it takes 3 weeks to get a response via email and they never return your calls. We also tried to send a message to CWS apartments, the property management, and they also have not responded.The latest solution they provided us was a technician who went into our apartment and turned on the ceiling fan. This only shows how little they care about their business and the people who live there. Additionally I have been paying close to $200 in power bills due to their incompetence.If you are thinking about moving here, please reconsider it.

I really love my new apartment. I had an excellent experience from the first time I walked into the leasing office. Stephanie was extremely helpful and very friendly. She gave me a nice monthly discount and I also received a 300 $ discount as I am affiliated with Emory.The complex has a beautiful pool, a newly renovated gym, free brunch on Sundays and I love the location of the complex. Parking is easy to find, right in front of my apartment and there is plenty of guest parking available. Also, there is security on the complex 24/7, it just never hurts;)Great job Stephanie and Lenox Hill Apartments!!!

Wife and I lived moved in December of 2014 and out December of 2015. The parking situation is a bit of a mess and you have to pay to park under the decks. Visitors have to park on the far side of the complex next to the dumpsters and there is rarely any parking available on nights/weekends. I often come home later in the day from work(10-11 pm) and have to drive around for 10 sometimes 15 minutes to find a parking space that isnt near my apartment at all. Visitors cars will be booted if parked in a non-visitor space for longer than 10 minutes and charged $75 to remove them. I think those measures are a bit extreme. We only ever saw a few roaches in our time here and the grounds seemed to be pretty well kept. I think the staff cares to a good extent but it is a business after all and you should keep that in mind when dealing with them. The pool is always filled with tree debris and the sidewalk areas around it flood when it rains. I was told our rent would go up $50 dollars to stay there another year and decided to move farther out where we could get more space and 2 bedrooms for the same money($1100/month at the time) I would recommend looking at all of your options before deciding on this place. It wasnt the worst experience of my life but it also wasnt the greatest.

Updated:My issues have been resolved. The leasing office and Regional Manager did well in addressing my concerns.

Thread 1: Befor and On the move - in dayWe just moved in to the apartment and Shawn helped us with the move . He was awesome and helped us in every possible way. We were not able to see the apartment before the move . So he made sure we got all the videos, pictures, directions and everything we asked for . He is the best . Will keep things posted about the aprtment and the service after the move ;) . So if you are planning a move, follow here !!!

Maintence service is very poor even after complaining no one response . They say emergency service is available 24/7 but its just for name sake .

Ive been here for 7 months now so I feel qualified to write a review.No property is perfect, but the Marq has done exceptionally right by me. My unit is renovated very nicely, and for the price I pay I get really nice living here.One of the things I love is that my maintenance orders are always answered in an appropriate time period. The staff and maintenance are very nice and accommodating, and the community is kept up, and very nice.There are some peeves of course. The parking is not the most ideal situation especially when it comes to guests, but the property manager has made it clear to me that not enough spaces were built when the property was built. We also have a brand new gate that is functional maybe 70% of the time, but most properties experience gate problems.I waited to write a review to really assess the pros and cons and all in all, this couldnt have been a more great property for me to move out on my own with.

This place is the worst. Not only were there multiple break ins, my boyfriend was robbed at gun point in the parking lot and a few months later we heard gun shots outside of our window. Staff would not let us get out of the lease even though we did not feel safe. Thank god our lease is up this month. Oh and not to mention I got a new car and parked in my spot and it got booted. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT waste your time here.

Great centralized location; no issues with parking nor vandalism; staff has always been courteous to me: love the fact some sort of security is present at times and visitors parked in a tenants spot will get booted. Only few concerns I have is visitors improperly entering the complex and breaking the gates and there hasnt been an effective pest control system. I have had to take care of certain minor pest control issues myself because the services the leasing office provides doesnt seem to eliminate or substantially minimize the issue.Overall...I think the complex is a great value due to the good stuff FAR outweighing the minor issues Ive encountered.

Been here for about five months and am really happy with the experience so far. They are good about service requests, staff is courteous, apartments are updated, the complex seems safe, and they have a security guard watching the gate. Gym is renovated and is better than most apartment gyms.

I recently visited this property to get a feel for the community let’s just say I won’t be returning Very disgusted with Leasing agent Shawn R I can tell he is a liar and deceitful the interaction I got just was very off he couldn’t provide me with straight answers to my questions I asked I already researched and knew the info anyway was just seeing if it was accurate but lied to my face I don’t understand I really am truly disappointed

I’ve lived here for almost a year and absolutely love this place for several reasons:1. On Buford highway, so you’re close to everything, but you don’t get any noise from the road coming into your apartment2. 24-hr maintenance guarantee is amazing - I’ve only had 1 issue with my thermostat and it was answered pretty promptly and the thermostat was replaced immediately3. The staff is so pleasant, everyone from the maintenance guys who are always monitoring to the lobby folks.Nakeem is such a delight to be around - always smiling and a great attitude towards everyone!The cons I would think to mention are:1. while the guest parking lot is huge, it is starting to fill up more often leaving little to no parking spots2. The gym is ok but the treadmills are really poor quality and sometimes don’t workRegardless of the cons, I would highly recommend this place!

I been living here for 7 years they change management like they changed underwear. The new maintenance dont do nothing for the complex and every time i call or go talk to the manager they say they will do the maintenance that i need in my apartment but its been 30 days and i just renew my contract. I am not living here for free the rent is over $1000 and my apartment look like cheap apartment. They cant fix a hole in my bathroom. They cant fix my lamps that are rusty in bathroom they cant clean my carpet they cant repaint the cabinets in the kitchen They cant repair my stove that i am scared to used because sparkle every time. If my apartment catch on fire they should be responsible . Come on Ive been here for seven long years and those are simple things. I am NOT living here for free. I do not recommend this apartments yes there in a good location but if you want to pay over $1000 and leave at one of those cheap apartments this is your place.

This has been the absolute worst rental that Ive experienced. The location is the best thing about living here. They leased the apartment that I originally viewed and failed to tell me that until after I signed the lease. I came over to this apartment that I had never seen before and my neighbor informed me that it had been vacant for a while. Once I moved in, there were a number of issues! My AC din not work, the cabinets are yellowing, one the handles on the french doors was hanging off, the bathtub was disgusting there were paint splatters on the floors...the list goes on. The main issue was that the staff didnt seem to care. They have been saying that these things will be taken care of and the only change was the AC being fixed FOUR TIMES since I moved here in April (it is July 3). There is NO PARKING after dark...you have to park so far from your actual building at night...its frustrating and quite scary sometimes. There is dog poo everywhere and the walls are paper thin...and lastly, the young maintenance guy is extremely unprofessional and spends most of his time asking all the lady residents for their contact information. He even went as far as asking me to sleep with him...DONT MOVE HERE!

I moved here from a terrible apartment situation. Walked in, got a tour by the assistant manager, Bethoni (who is amazing) and signed the lease that day because I just felt so comfortable and the apartments are gorgeous. Literally such a great decision! I am so happy here. Aisha, and Jae in the office have done nothing but make me feel completely at home, and have answered all of my ridiculous questions and concerns so politely. Everyone here is so kind and helpful. I see Jae out on the property and he knows me by name, always so kind and says hello, asking me how classes are going. I have submitted 2 service requests for minor things, and have had the service crew here within an hour with the issue resolved immediately. They are also so polite, respectful, and helpful. My neighbors are wonderful. I honestly cant make a negative statement about this complex.I have not had any issue with roaches or infestation. I feel completely safe and secure here. Every apartment is renovated or will be renovated before you move in.Highly recommend living here! I would be shocked if you have a different experience from my own. There are people who have lived here since it opened 18 years or so ago, and they are still so happy to be here. Its close to 85 and 400. WIN WIN WIN.Im brand new to Georgia and I feel at home here.

I have been her for 8 years and it slowly gets worse and worse as it keeps changing hands to worse and worse management...The only thing good about this place now is the location... Good safe neighborhood on a good side of town thats it...Management is only good at making new rules and regulations and thinking about ways to make the resident experience more expensive, annoying and frustrating. Terrible staff attitudes seems their motto is the customer is always wrong I hope next time its sold it goes to a company that actually cares and hits staff that cares.

I rented sight unseen and could not be more grateful for such a simple and easy transition. Much of that was to the office staff (especially Nakeem, who put me at ease), but I have yet to have any issue that was not resolved. Having a security officer is also a huge asset and a non invasive maintenance staff.I’m sad to be moving after over a year here, but it’s soley due to needing to be closer to work.

I just move in .all staff is help full . specially miss Kim . she is very nice and professional .

Especially during pandemic time, no one in the leasing really doing anything.

I toured the property with Nakita and she was nothing short of amazing. The property is beautiful and I think I may be calling The Marq at Brookhaven my next home.

Ive been living here for a little over 5 years. It gets better and better with time! Cindy and the CWS team have really improved the place. Ive never had a pest issue, maintenance requests are handled in an adequate time frame, every time Ive renewed my lease, theyve provided me with some type of upgrade, the office staff are friendly and really take to get to know their residents, its in a great location, and overall very clean. There was an issue with the parking but it seems to be resolved now (atleast for me and my guests). The clubs across the street can be a bit noisy on the weekends but it doesnt really bother me. Overall great place to live for the price!

Put in an application a 1 bedroom on July 24th 2018. Did not move forward with living at the MarQ but was never refunded for a portion of the application as promised. They claim that they sent the check but I never got it.. looking into legal measures.

Thanks for responding, Let me say this the apartment community is nice from what I see but I felt I couldn’t enjoy my tour bc of the lack of service from shawn, maybe was a bad day, to busy in his phone as I did not matter, the guy whoever had his attention cost mine, not a good look maybe he should take a note from twentynine24 consultants 🤷‍♂️

I cannot say enough good things about the Marq. First, I would like to commend the leasing office staff. At many apartment complexes, the leasing staff are really nice in order to get you to sign and then completely unhelpful after that. This is not the case at the Marq. Everyone that works in the leasing office bends over backward for you, even for little things, such as sending faxes. They are really friendly and want their residents to be happy. They plan all sorts of free events for the residents, such as wine and cheese gatherings, free classes with a trainer, and movie night at the pool. As far as service requests, you just enter the request online and the maintenance crew has it complete within 48 hours! Could not be easier. The crew also keeps the grounds, pool, etc. pristine. I see a few people have said a few unkind things in the reviews, which I would like to address. For a few months I spent a lot of time in the resident lounge on the computers for work, so I overheard countless interactions of the staff with the residents. They were 100% friendly and respectful, 100% of the time! The only residents who left unhappy were those with expectations that would have been unrealistic at any property, or residents who just wanted to vent about things that were out of the staffs control, such as an Xfinity outage or something.Even though it is a large community, it is very peaceful. There are no problems with noise or rowdy neighbors. The residents are racially and ethically diverse, with many gay and lesbians as well. It seemed to me that most residents did not have children. Everyone was very friendly and respectful.While Buford Hwy might not be the prettiest road to live on, it is incredibly convenient. While there is usually traffic trying to get across the N Druid Hills bridge at rush hour, there is minimal traffic in every other direction at all times, so you can get errands done quickly and dont have to deal with 85 unless you want to. Also, E Roxboro Rd (right behind the complex) goes directly to the Lenox mall area with NO traffic ever!The rents in Atlanta keep skyrocketing, but I found the rate to be competitive, and they are continually remodeling the apartments. My job has taken me away from Atlanta, or I would be staying at the Marq for many more years. This is a wonderful property. You are doing yourself a favor if you go for a tour.

Staff has been very helpful and quick with maintenance. I feel safe here and its definitely dog friendly.
