If you like to do laundry first thing in the morning to avoid a crowd you’re out of luck. In many years of going there they were on time about 10% of the time. I’m not talking 5 minutes late, more like 15-30 min late. By then the parking lot was full and it was a mad dash for the dryers. Even when they started opening 1/2 hour later for “covid safety cleaning” they were still late so no covid safety cleaning was taking place. They would show up with wet hair and coffee, if they’d showered the night before and got coffee from their Keurig they could have been to work on time. Inexcusable. I found a much nicer laundromat that always opens on time, Dutch Girl.

Free wifi & coffee. If ya gotta do your laundry, This is a good place to do it. Wendys next door if you get hungry. Nice workers there. They will full service your clothes if you just drop them off.

Its humid inside and wearing a mask is difficult with the humidity. I wear my mask anyway but I had to stay outside while my clothes washed and dried.

My review has nothing to do with my overall experience using Fiesta. Today is a one off incident that I simply want to document for the owners to be aware of. I arrived today at 9am Oct 30, 2020 to obviously do my laundry. The desk was closed and not wanting to have 80 quarters in my pocket I needed to break a $20 bill. I found out the employee was sitting in her car smoking cigs and on the phone. When another customer approached her about needing change she was told she would have to wait as she was waiting on a important call. No exaggerating I waited 45min talking with customers before deciding to go down the street for change. Im back now a full hour and 15min after arriving and she is still sitting in her car! Several people had removed their unwashed clothes from the machine and left angry. Very unprofessional, and bad for business.

This is the absolute BEST laundry facility. Seriously!Ive been coming here since I moved to Asheville in January and refuse to go anywhere else. Take my word! Enough said!

This laundromat has an awesome staff! They’ve looked after me in a couple situations and they’re always incredibly cool and understanding, especially if your ride happens to forget about you at the laundromat! They’re always friendly and really nice. Definitely recommend coming here.

Fairly expensive. Tucked on the back side of a build drove by it twice before I realized. They do have snack machine and TV though

I go to Fiesta Laundry every time I am home and I think that they are the best laundromat that I have ever used.

I have been going to this location for several years, on 5/31/2020 my experience was not pleasent. I was using the 2 smallest front loading washing machines to clean clothes. I used 2 dryers to dry my clothes. Clothes dryer #12 had no heat, I told one of the attendants about the dryer. The attendant did look at the dryer and walked away. She did not offer any refund of the money that I put into the dryer. It took me over 2 hours to wash and dry 2 loads of clothes, and spending $10.00 mostly on drying my clothes. Your restroom is clean as usual.

FYI: BEWARE!!! One of the biggest things you should know prior to washing your laundry here is this: check the inside of the washer and dryer drums! Over time these washers and dryers have turned into shredding machines, from the metal drum holes protruding outwards like tiny metal knives (most likely by customer abuse).They have become seriously damaged, some more than others. So check the machines before putting your clothes inside! I have had to learn the hard way myself...No coffee... on Wednesdays and one other day of the week, after 5 oclock. I used to love this place and have been coming here for years. However, since that day, this business has progressively become a less desirable place to do laundry.On a different note, I will also say this: they do help the less fortunate by giving out laundry vouchers to the homeless. I greatly admire this act of kindness and generosity, I just wish this place took better care of their machines...

Free coffee thats instant brew and quite good. Free WiFi. Rocking chairs. Decent machines and new dryers. Automatic sliding doors, which is great when youre carrying loads to and from the car. Two big bay doors made of glass that open on a little balcony. Many other nice touches. Very nice and clean, comfortable place. Probably the nicest laundromat Ive ever been to. Pleasantly surprised, definitely the best in town. Only downside is the limited tight parking.

Clean and bright laundromat. Everything is coin only, but they have change machines and they offer cashback for a 50 cent charge. Several washing options for the bargain washer. TVs and free wifi to enjoy while in their rocking chairs. Gotta say. I love it!

Ive been to a few laundry mats and they are usually dim lit, trashy, and overall sketchy. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Fiesta is well lit inside and out, has automatic doors and friendly staff that stayed late for us to finish folding our laundry. They have a quarter machine to change your dollars over and they typically have a debit card reader to give you cash from a card. They have all types of sizes of washers but only a few really large ones and they always seem to be taken. I usually go late at night and there are still plenty of people there its never been empty (until after 10ish). Last load is at 9:30 for the washers to allow enough time to dry and fold before close. They even have a coffee machine for coffee, tea and hot chocolate while you wait. I recommend this place to anyone wanting their laundry done!

Horrible place the machines will steal your money and they will not refund. The machine takes the money and will not register it you have to make the machine register the money. They have no signs telling you this! Total rip off!

Great place to wash clothes. They have three tvs on the wall, in different locations. There is a table with books and games for children. You can get a cup of coffee, tea or chocolate. There is a vending machine and restroom.You can get them to wash, dry, fold your clothes for .99 a pound. Rocking chairs, wi- fi, great parking.Front loading and top loading machines.
