Definitely recommend their wash and fold service. I didnt have time to do my laundry this week and decided to try them out. Very friendly, professional, and organized. Well priced- Definitely worth the money. Folded my clothes like a department store and even matched my socks, so all I have to do is put my clothes straight into my dresser. Love 💜

First off there is no air conditioning or fans running so it was like 100 degrees inside. The place is dirty looks like a chaotic mess. Also one one the dryers I used was broken we waited for 25 mins just for our clothes to still be wet. When I went to tell the attended about it she jumped to conclusions saying she wasnt replacing my money cause she didnt see our clothes drying. 😒 I didnt even ask to have the money replaced. I was just letting her know so she could put up a sign.

Plenty of large capacity washers and dryers. Very friendly staff. Showed me how to fold a fitted sheet properly. Would definitely recommend. Wasnt all that busy which was nice.

They mixed our clothing with someone else’s and during the hight of Covid didn’t wear masks.

Theres a new attendant, middle-age brunette woman from Wyoming. Shes quiet the gem. Very rude and the opposite of helpful. Shes kind of person who will watching doing something wrong and wait till your done and then scold you about it instead of doing her JOB and helping you out. Im sure it makes her feel really good about herself.

This laundry mat is clean sufficiently staffed and the people who work there are professional in there jobs they work quickly and seem to have great team work I would recommend them anytime the rates are fine suited to any one choose them if you need your laundry done the right way

Laundromats arent my favorite place to spend half the day, but if you must this is the place. Always staffed, clean and the machines are always available.

Employees are always incredibly rude. Hours online are incorrect. Had to wait 2 days longer than it supposed to be after drop off and when I went to pay for my laundry the attendant was unnecessarily sassy towards me immediately because I did not know their hours had changed. I frequented this place because i live right down the street but definitely will not be coming back. I’d recommend working on customer service.

The people who work here are great but this place is hands-down the most overpriced laundromat probably in the entire state of North Carolina! Any and every other laundromat you go to the dryers give you eight to 10 minutes per quarter this place has two sizes of dryers they give you only 4 to 5 minutes per quarter which is I believe illegally forcing people to pay more money than they need to to get their clothes dry. And their washers are on average a $1.50 more than any other laundromat Ive gone to in this entire state

Paint is peeling on the outside. Long row of washers are powered off. Washers are 3.50 each. I bet the powered off washers are cheaper.. walked out.. not looking to get scalped.

Great location, clean, but the customer service is well lacking. The attendant was non responsive when informed a dryer was not actually hot. Typically great laundromats will recognize that after I plunked a handful of quarters in a dryer that isn’t producing results they’ll move you to another and hand you a few quarters because they’d like repeat customers. At this point I’ve spent more on the dryer than the wash and will be looking for another laundromat

The lady that was running this place is awesome. She was very cool.

Used to be relatively happy with this laundromat, but went today and found they have apparently taken no precautions whatsoever for COVID-19. No mask requirement, no sign of additional cleaning, people waiting for their wash indoors, maskless, like everything is fine. It is so frustrating to be stuck putting my health in danger because I don’t own a washing machine. Shameful on the part of management.

The owner doesnt wear a mask and does not enforce mask wearing. I was in there yesterday and two other patrons were doing there laundry with no mask.

Cleanest laundromat in town. And pretty darn Huge! Dryers are clean and don’t have that you know like melted chocolate looking crud in them like some places do. Bathroom was clean too. Floors clean. Machines clean (I always check the soap things at launderettes, and here it was clean, not clogged, and no mold!) Also the machines are pretty fairly priced! So yeah A+++

Great place to get the laundry done!!

I have used both the laundromat and the laundry drop off service. I have no complaints thus far about either. The staff are very polite and the location is clean.

I have beem going here for over 12 years on Mar 9, 2019 worker was enjoying drinking her coffee when customers where waiting in the cold after 8:05am n there was 8 total customers waiting n 4 waiting outside n 4 waiting in their cars. In addition the same worker one day had no toilet tissue in the bathroom for customers n I had to ask for some. This has been the only bad experience I ever had here. All other workers have open on time n was nice n friendly n had toilet tissue in the bathroom. I have been a loyal customers for years n hope i will not experience this again because if I do I will no longer go here. Lastly only reason worker did open the door for customers was because one had to knock on the window.

We love Dutch Girl for their wash-n-fold. They do a fantastic job and are always consistent, friendly and affordable. They do all our lodging laundry. We also refer anyone who needs to do their own laundry here. It is in a great part of west Asheville so you can also stop in a bakery, coffee shop or retail store.

Terrible laundromat. Out of order machines and worse yet 9 washers on front row by door, right half of place have no display so you just dump in quarters til it starts (no notice anywhere on machine or laundromat as to cost). One I dumped way too many quarters in was also out of order. Employee was reluctant to give back my quarters (she did give back enough to run a working machine). Id avoid this place if you plan to use machines They do have drop off service (maybe better option here).

The Wash and Fold service is so convenient and they do an excellent job! I was happy with the fast turn around, friendly staff and they took my special request for unscented detergent and not making my bags too heavy.

Thank God for Patrick and his facility, keeping west Asheville, well, clean!

This is a great place to do your laundry. It is bright, clean, has TV and A/C. I felt safe doing my laundry there and from what I saw there were plenty of machines and they all worked well. There is a change machine there and it worked great. There is also an attendant that is there at all times and she was always cleaning something or keeping busy somehow. I accidentally left one of my shirts in a washer and she found it and brought it over to me promptly which I really appreciated. The smaller washers were a little expensive, but the dryers made up for it. Overall it was a good experience and I will def be back again!

Great place to do laundry! They have the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen at one and for some reason that sticks in my mind! They still use the quarter system, and arent open 24 hours, but its a nice, clean place to get some laundry done!

Great place to do your clothes. Affordable, Clean, Well Working washer and dryers. Place to hang out inside or on bench outside. Walking distance to places to get food while u wait.

Ive had my laundry done here more than 5 times. Usually leave 40-60 pounds every time and they do an excellent job. They even hang my shirt if I leave hangers. Great friendly hard working staff.

Dropped my laundry off at 3pm, still had to call the next day because they still had my laundry and no one called.

Lots of machines (always in working order ). The staff are friendly and efficient. Drop off service is reasonably priced and always done well.

They have only high efficiency front load washers which I prefer as they do a better job of cleaning and you can put more in them than a compatible top load machine.

Everything you could ask for from a laundromat. Washer or dryer eat your quarters? Fear not, the staff will correct it. I even ran out of change and my clothes were far from dry and a girl obviously saw my situation as I unloaded wet clothes and she stepped in to load my dryer with time. Thanks for that!
