Jose R is the man, if you are reading this know I appreciate your kindness.. But honestly everyone there is awesome!! I caught a flat tire right by their shop and they helped me get my spare tire on after helping me try and patch it up... Good people still exist.

No car washes anymore. Disappointed. Just oil changes. Been going there for years. No more. ☹

Took our vehicle in for an oil change. Said a wash and vacuum was included and they took our keys. An hour later they returned our vehicle damaged and no one knew anything. They didnt even finish the job, and the supervisor Billy said theyre not responsible for anything and to get lost. Now having to go through our insurance to fix their damage after trying to let them do the right thing first. Stay away from this place if you value your vehicle. Their staff is horrendous and customer service skills truly suck.

Sadly, Chammies is temporarily closed with no notice of when it will reopen. Jiffy Lube is still open as normal.This is so sad. I have used them for over 15 years.

Car was cleaned quickly. Most of the time, I have to ask for the cargo door to be opened and dried off as I did this time. One window was streaked.

They normally do a great job washing your1 car but due to Covid 19 only the automatic washer is open. 😩

Super friendly staff. Pulled up and was greeted very professionally by manager and mechanic. Was offered discounted rate without even asking. They were extremely quick yet thorough with the work which I closely observed. I would recommend chammies to anyone looking for an oil change with a free car wash and vacuum.

So, I hear people saying that their change was taken out of their car here, and I would like to just put that rumor to rest. I went to chammies today, and I have a habit of putting money in my door handle. Dont even think about it. So there was a $10 bill in my door handle, and one of the guys came out to find me, and asked which car was mine, and handed me my $10 bill. They are honest and did a great job on my car.

They stole change out of my car, they also took the floormats out. Went back to tell them, even watched the cameras. But still no one knew anything.

Terrible. Brought the car for an inspection. They told me 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, they failed the car for a small tear in my passenger wiper blade. I told them I had already bought a new one, and would replace it. They tried to upsell me on them replacing the wipers with some very overpriced cheap blades, but I told them I would replace them myself with the blades I had purchased. They told me I would have to take the car out of the building to do it, if I wasnt going to have them do it with blades I bought from them. When I was finished, they wouldnt just inspect the blades and pass it, they made me wait another 40 minutes while they did a bunch of oil changes. All over a small tear in a wiper blade. Worst service ever. Never coming back for anything.

I took my wifes Ford Escape here, and was very satisfied by the quality of their work. I have been looking for a full-service carwash, and Chammies is it. The Escape was fairly dirty, but came out gleaming. Ill return.

Take time to hand finish your auto to perfection

All i hear about chammies is that its a great car wash and they also do detailing. I just wanted a car wash. I went to the north entrance first as the south entrance had like 3 cars facing south making it look like the exit. Staff told me it WAS the south entrance so i had to take hendersonvile rd again to get to the entrance. The parking lot went along the side of the building but it looked blocked because of the detailing station was also there. They told me to go around the building past the detailing to the north side of the building (where the other entrance was that i had gone to first). The staff guided me into the car wash, the only part i could have figured out on my own. So getting around in this small parking lot is difficult ur first time. When it gets busier than it was i would expect a long wait if u could even get into the parking lot. Its way to small for a business that deals with cars. I got the deluxe package for around $20. They asked me if i wanted wax and i did. I would have asked what else was included in deluxe but i didnt realize it would be so much. For that price i should have got undercarriage and other options you get at other car washes.Ok, enough of that. The car wash was great, got the car cleaner and shinning nice. I must add the different color lights was great and made the inside of the car glow red, and blue. Like getting pulled over at night. Made the wash more interesting. When done they hand dried the car and cleaned the tires making them shiney. I had to go into the office to pay which i didnt really like. Ive never gone through a car wash and had to go in. Its a minor thing but bothered me. Wasnt sure about tipping but i gave the man who dried car a 2 dollar tip cuz i wasnt sure.So i got a great wash. The process was confusing for the first visit and when really busy the small lot seems like it would be inadequate.

I’ve always gone to this place for car washes and they’ve always done a good job. Today however, the guy that was driving my car out of at the end of the car wash bay, he must’ve thought my car stalled out or something (a 2016 Toyota Corolla) because he tried restarting it and it made this loud, awful grinding noise when he attempted to start it with it already running. That’s why they lose a star from me. Hopefully it won’t happen again.

Was the worst oil change Ive ever had, counter attendant was like talking to a brick, 1 1/2hr oil change. Didnt even check tire pressure. Talked with corporate, no follow up as promised. Go somewhere else.

Stole the quarters in my ashtray and put two scratches on my windshield.
