My Friend and I went in to get our haircut. My friend went first because she wanted her hair cut exactly like mine was styled at the time. Mind you my hair was longer past my nose and ears like a prince charming haircut. The person went so short and didnt even even it out on the back. Her haircut looks nothing like how mine was. Yes we expected it not to be exact but we gave specifics. While cutting my friends hair the stylest seemed to be paying more attention to talking then to cutting my friends hair. She went way shorter then we asked for. I was next and asked for a small trim but also stated specifics. The stylest doesnt seem to know how to cut hair. She went way to fast like she just wanted to be done and over with mine and my friends hair. Didnt even check with my friend the length wanted. 100% not coming back.

Allison did my perm and haircut. She was the only employee there and did a fantastic job handling the phone, scheduling, dealing with walk ins while still doing my perm. My perm is perfect and my haircut great. This is the second time I have been to see her and will recommend her to all my friends and family.

Very nice. I have an undercut and have been trying for over a year to find someone around here to do designs. I finally found someone close to home. I couldnt be happier!! I will be going back. Pics to come.

I got my hair cut and colored here a little over a year ago by Alicia. She was amazing and fun and did such a great job!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Tasha is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. This place has majorly gone downhill..... I don’t know how she has a job. Now I know why nobody goes there anymore.

Last time I visited cost cutters I was not impressed. I wore a hat for weeks. This time I decided to try a different stylist. I went with Amber. Loved her look so I was confident in my choice. She was amazing. She was intuitive, seeming to read my mind knowing what I wanted before I said anything. My husband waited to see if I was happy with my hair before choosing her and got his done w her as well. We are both very happy and will be booking w her from now on.

Disappointed everytime and beyond overpriced!! I suggest the Clip Joint, with the legends, Pete and Nina, or my current shop, is Joes Salon, which they arent all stuck in the Paul Mitchell way, and do just about everything, and not pricey! I have been extremely satisfied from jump street and would refer them to anyone!!

I have been there twice now. Both times the experience was outstanding. I got the haircut I asked for and both times someone that could trim my beard to my expectations. People were friendly in my experience was brief bright and gone. In no time I look better than I had a right to expect given my limitations. Youll like this place and the people are nice!!

I needed a haircut, badly. Only problem was I work a lot and am on the road quite a bit so I really dont have much free time to get my hair cut. I was getting back into town around 730 pm but thought Id give them a call and just see if there was any chance they could squeeze me in even though they close at 8. I called and explained my predicament to the stylist that answered the phone and she was very understanding and told me she could get me in. I wish I remembered her name because she did a fantastic job and was very nice. Ill definitely go back.
