Wash only did pre soak then stopped, usually a great place, tried to call number provided with no answer.

Conveniently located, but oh so slow. While there are two bays to use, which helps, each car takes 10 minutes to wash. I can hand wash my car, wax, and spot-free rinse it in that time. It took more than 40 minutes for me to get through. Dryer worked okay, but left me with several spots. For this price, Im used to someone hand drying at the end. Will be looking for something quicker.

Best car wash I have found in this area. Once the machine took my money, I left a note for the owner and recieved a gift card to replace my lost funds plus a little extra. I appericate the efforts made to please their customers and keep a well functioning car wash avaiable.

Almost the price of a brush car wash. Old equipment, slow service and the car comes out dirty in the front, back and top. Skip this business

Hands down the Best wash in Asheville even though you have to pay for vacuums!!! Challenger looks showroom new every time and it lasts. Need more of them!!!

So I’m certainly not the type to be a Karen and I’ve always had a good experience with this car wash for years. Unfortunately I paid for a supreme wash or whatever the highest one is today and it took my money.. anyways not a big deal but would like to have my next one honored if possible. Thanks!

Best place to clean your car

Paid $10 for car wash to sit here with no soap. Tried calling number listed but no answer.

Paid $12 to have my car sprayed with water. No soap no clear coat nada.

One lane was not working and did not realize it until I had paid and pulled in to the actual car wash. Went to the other lane and while I was getting my car wash received a call back from the number I had called to report the broken lane that was listed on the side of the building. They were very professional and took care of the problem immediately. Had already sent out a repairman to fix the problem and offered to resolve the issue with my refund! I used them regularly and have always had a great experience!

So slow. Car wash takes FOREVER so don’t come if you have less than a half hr. The $10 wash button was also not working.

Fast and easy

Waited in line half an hour only to find out that the credit card machines were not operating and car wash was cash only. No indication of this until reaching the entrance doors at the rear of the building. I had to ask people to move their cars so I could leave. Three other cars left with me after waiting and waiting and waiting without any advance notice that they were wasting their time. A sign at the entrance to the front drive would have been thoughtful.

The lady in front of me tried to pay with card but it didnt work. I paid for hers. I didnt have exact change when it was my turn...was supposed to get 2$ back, but only got 1.50. Tried calling several times to make someone aware of the issues, but no answer and no option to leave a voicemail?

One of the drive thru lanes was inop. Went to other one paid, drove in, water went every where but on the car. Soap sprayed all over the car but no water to rinse the soap off.RIP off !!

Car wash on Biltmore ave. needs worked on. The sprayer goes entirely too far past the vehicle in the rear and your vehicle doesnt get any soap or rinse effectively. Sometimes the dryer doesnt work at all. Some of the nozzles on the spray arm dont work. Please fix this.

Second time it didnt dry my car. Never going back again and would appreciate a refund.

I wish it had free vacs like some of tge other washes on town
