Just wanted to leave this review - talked to Calvin and set up an on-site detailing at my home. 1:30 was scheduled. I called him at 1:35 to be sure he wasnt lost or anything like that. Well, he was still at his place of business and said he was about to call me. Wanted to come at 2:30 instead. I said Id re-schedule, but dont think so! Ive got things to do as well. Wasted my time waiting for someone who wasnt even on their way. Very disappointing and certainly not a professional way to run a business.

My car was grungy and disgusting. Now it looks sparkly and beautiful, and smells clean and fresh. Thank you.

ADA cleaned out Trucks this week. Exteriors and Interiors for all vehicles. Couldnt ask for a more thorough and professional job for the money. Well done w new management --Keep up the amazing work.

I recently had my car detailed with Auto Detail Asheville and I am beyond impressed by the results. Patrick and Aaron were communicable, professional and friendly. They listened to what I needed done and gave me a great price. I have kids and it’s been a while since my car was professionally detailed. They made my car look brand new! Shampooed stains out of the seats, removed odor and removed all other debris from the hard to reach places. Oh, best part was they came to my home to perform the interior and exterior detail. As a mom who has kids, I thought this was a great service! If you’re looking to have your car detailed I strongly recommend them!

Awesome work and professional experience love it

I was not impressed at all with the quality of cleaning I received here. I had had a lunch spill in my car on the way to work (soup) and I called and asked if they could do an interior only cleaning and let them know of the soup spill I had and why it needed it. They were confident they were up to the task. I didnt expect it to be perfect but what I got was not worth the price at all.They told me they clean out of a garage in a house which I was fine with, but what they actually mean is they clean it in the driveway and it was rainy that day so I had to worry about the insides of my doors getting soaked.When they finished I actually had to ask them to redo some parts. There were still giant streaks down the inside of my passenger seat as well as my console and I could still see some pieces of the soup between the seats. The dash and shiftier and cup holders looked like they hadnt been touched at all. I honestly have gotten more attention to those parts of my car from $25 exterior and interior services. For the past few weeks I keep finding new places that they missed and needing to clean them again, not little places, but places I specifically told them may need to be looked at which were completely bypassed.Also when I asked them to redo some parts a new employee had come back and had been smoking, so when I got in my car the second time all I could smell was cigarette smoke, basically the last thing I want my car to smell like after I pay to have it cleaned.By the time they looked back at all the spots that were obviously missed I had been there for hours and just wanted to go home and didnt look over it again. I absolutely should have because there were still giant sections uncleaned, streaky windows, etc.I would not recommend this to any of my friends or strangers which is sad to me because everyone I talked to was actually really nice, I only wish the quality of their cleaning was up to their customer service.

They have great customer service and good attitude. They will work with you around your schedule 24/7, very flexible.The work is good quality. I wouldn’t say it is “top notch” which is why I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars, but it’s a good job for the price in my experience and I’m taking a dirty old SUV over there as a repeat customer.The flexible scheduling is great for me.

They got us in on the same day and did a great job on both the exterior and interior. We are definitely going to be bringing all our cars to them. Everyone on the staff was professional and nice.

Great service and extremely fair pricing! My car was an absolute mess. Caked on chocolate throughout the backseat that had melted and my dog proceeded to spread everywhere, along with leaves, dirt and sand from our weekly hikes. Patrick made it look like a brand new car within a few hours of work and Ive never had my car detailed before but from the few quotes I received prior to reaching out to Patrick, his was by far the fairest. Hoping to keep his work as clean as possible but if I ever need another detail, Patrick will be my first call!

We had my mothers car detailed for her birthday. These guys went out of there way to make that car look better than when she got it (and let me tell you, it needed work! There was TONS of dog hair in that car). The price was extremely reasonable and they were so nice. Thank you!

What honesty and integrity!There was an inordinate amount of tar on my vehicle after an irresponsible road crew waved me right through a large patch of freshly applied tar. I didnt see it there otherwise I absolutely would not have driven through it. It appeared as if someone had just hurled globs of tar at my vehicle...on the paint, on the tires, underneath....everywhere. I had wanted an estimate from Auto Detail Asheville but after assessing the damage, William was completely upfront with me. Rather than trying to make a sale, he was honest and informed me that I would actually need the help of a body shop to remove all traces of the thick and stubborn tar. I knew that what he said rung true. I had already tried several products recommended by an auto supply store to no avail. It was as if some of the tar had found a way to become dyed into the paint.I cannot express how much I appreciate the tremendous honesty of this business. Times are hard and competition is in abundance but Auto Detail Asheville will always stand out in my mind. They’ve been operating for seventeen years with numerous happy and satisfied customers that return and refer others to them. PLUS, they have great integrity. You cant beat that.

I just had my car detailed by Patrick because I am about to sell it. I had to drop it off with him and then pick up later after Patrick had left (which was a mistake). When I got to my car I found that the interior had not been shampooed as we agreed, there were streak marks on the windows and mirrors from where they had been cleaned. Several parts of the interior had not been cleaned at all. He had attempted to clean the floor mats but didnt get all the dirt off, in addition, there is now an oily residue on them that has mixed with the dirt.I called Patrick to discuss the unfinished job. He claimed that he had done no wrong and hung up on me mid-sentence.DO NOT have your car detailed by these people. My car would have been cleaner if I had taken it to Auto Bell and I would have received better customer service.

10/10 experience with them! Super professional! Came to meet me when I couldnt find the place! Car looks almost brand new! (My mom was the previous owner and she isnt the most tidy of car owners) fabulous work! Fresh and clean I no longer worry about finding a raccoon or rat under the seat! They are super nice also! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others in need of having their cars cleaned out or spruced up! Thank you!!

If you really want a detailed car wash dont go here. I could have done a better job myself and not spent the money. The inside looked like it had been taken to a car wash, the windows had streaks on them. The dash was spotless but that was it. I saw areas on the doors on the inside that looked like it had not even been touched. The cup holders were still dirty. The outside was dirty as well. Not recommended.

Came to our house on very short notice. They were very professional and did fantastic work. This was my girlfriends car, the detail was a present. They even applied a vinyl in the rear window I had bought her. She was ecstatic! Guys, highly recommended for Valentines day!!!!

Jody is fantastic! My mothers longtime car companion, a beautiful Britney Spaniel / Corgi mix passed away last week and I asked Jody to make sure we got all the dog hair, treats, window licks, etc out of the car so my mother could start anew. Not only did he do that, he made her car look new again in every way. And beyond that, hes the best deal in town. Well be back and will send all of our friends (but hope he still has time for us)!

Unprofessional and Disorganized. Need to work on their customer service skills.Dont waste your time with this place, just find a mobile service.They called me several times the night before to confirm my appointment, the call was dropped so I called them again in the morning 15 minutes before arriving to make sure I confirmed the appointment. While I was driving there, they called me again to confirm which just seemed weird. Then when I got there, their door was mislabeled so I didnt think I was in the right place. I called, but the guy just said Hello, hello. then hung up. They eventually came out of the shop, but they swore they had no record at all of my appointment which made absolutely no sense. They immediately assumed I wanted a level 4 detailing, but I said no I just want the interior done.The guy with the beard was smoking the whole time and really unfriendly. The guy with the glasses seemed very nice, I think his name was Jeff. They didnt tell me how long it would take to clean the car in advance, so I was just prepared to wait for an hour or more because I got the Level 1 cleaning. I have a little car didnt think it would take the long to deodorize and vacuum my cars interior. They insisted they had a lot of other customers and that I should leave the car there. They decided that I should have someone come and pick me up because the only waiting area had some little dog running around. It was so frustrating so I just canceled.

ADA did a great job on my car today. They waxed it, completely cleaned the interior, including a lot of dog hair, and made sure that my wheels, tires and tailpipes all shined. And of course the price was right too at $80. I will definitely be going back in six months for another car wax.

The Auto Detail Asheville did an excellent job on my car yesterday. I am impressed. My car was filthy. The carpet was littered with leaves and dirt, the seats were stained and covered with dog hair that I couldnt vacuum away. My car is new again. I will defiantly be returning and spreading the word to my family and friends.

One of the worst experiences of my life .. Literally. Completely unprofessional ! Kept my car over 11 hours leaving me stranded... Lost one of my wind visors. Im not sure why I paid them. I should have taken to court. Worker explained he has no bank account so I had to come up with cash ...which was a inconvience... The whole day was stressful and unhappy ... Never again. Dont do it ...

Have you spilled something on the floorboards of your car or truck that you think cant be cleaned out? I had spilled deck stain on the carpet. I brought my car in during my lunch break, and was on my way less than 15 minutes. Any other similar business would have pushed an entire detail to get to one small area, even if I didnt need or want it.
