The lay of the acrylic was horrible. shape was horrible even after they “fixed” it, still horrible. I am very particular about my nails and hair, I just like to get what I’m paying for. There was a time that I went to a nail salon and the end result was not that I wanted but I didn’t complain because the overall quality was really good and I actually liked them although not the design I wanted, but this experience was nothing like that one, the quality of the work done on my hands and feet was minimal at best.... I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy and that’s my honest opinion

These are my nails just after leaving here, I was here today just getting a white gel manicure and the women who did them kept applying the polish very messy and going in with a wet brush to clean it up leaving me with super dry cuticles, white polish surrounding my cuticles and keeping me there 10x longer than needed i dont recommended, gel is something super easy and it still got messed up it looks like a kid did my nails

I had a great experience I have two people working on my nails and toes and I was out in about a hour !!!

I tried to get my lashes done but the tech did not know how to do them well on curly lashes so she used tons of glue. It did not look good at all so she said she would take them off. She did not have a special treatment to remove lashes without injury. She pulled them off since the glue was not dry yet. Then she put something on my lashes to try to soften the glue which did not work well. The glue did not come off easily and she kept trying to pick, pull, and brush the glue off. This process was painful and left my eye red and lash line swollen. Finally I had to wash my eye out to remove the rest of the glue.

I have been going to Lovely Nails for over the last year, and they always do a great job with my nails! They take their times to make sure the colors and design of my nails are exactly how I like. With that being said, they are still diligent and get the job done well. Their pricing is very reasonable and everyone there has always been welcoming. I would definitely recommend coming here to get your nails done.

The lady I had made fun of me for not choosing powder then told me to pay 45 but some other lady who rang me up told me 50 the lady doing my nails left a mess on my fingers leaving acrylic on them they where sticky the hole time then gave me coffin shaped when i repeatedly asked for square alot of old nail polish and not a lot of gel options they also had alot of other clients for over 4 hrs for no reason super disappointed should take her license away for leaving my nails wrong shape lumpy and wrong color smh

The worst experience I ever had. When I walked in its noon and no customer there. They did not understand me at the beginning. After I sat down they started to work on my nails and put lotion. I said no massage then she said go wash your hands. So I went to bathroom then her boss showed me where else I can wash my hands. I asked her to try the colors on me first, she said 12 dollars. I said why? I always pay after the service! They spoke the language I didnt understand but they insisted me to pay first. I said ok then I didnt want the service. She said well I can pay after! I was so sick with their attitude and poor service so I paid her 12 dollars and left. Do not ever go to that store! I had to find another shop to do my nails again! See the pictures.I swear this is my first time to complain a nails salon. It sucks the day!

The pedicure was mediocre...what I really didnt like was that the woman that did it cut my big toe too low and I said something, but she said she would file it out so it would look decent. Needless to say she didnt file it well enough and now my toe looks weird. If I do decide to go back she will not be touching my feet again.

So this was my second time coming and I got a different nail tech and I got cut 3 times and my fingers bled a little bit. And she told it was dead skin and she kept digging her nails into my skin wet she was cleaning them. And when she pushed back my cuticles she did it with her fingers. And when she filed my nail it felt like my real nail was ripping off. She kept telling me to relax my hand but I couldn’t cuz it hurt. But all in all the nails were cute but not the best. She could have shaped it a bit better. And then the guy at the register asked me to tip...

The service is great.The work is outstanding.The wait time was excellent for a Sunday afternoon.The staff is friendly and the place is clean. However, the pricing is very misleading. I went in for an acrylic full set in almond shape with a gel color and although the sign said $20 for an acrylic set an additional $20 just for the gel color seemed expensive.

My goto place... very friendly and they have great staff. A lot of return customers and they greet us and know who are favorite people are. They stayed open for me because one of my nails needed fixing. The owners/ managers aim to please. Quality work every time!

I have been going here for about 7 years. I am in love with it, they never dissapoint me! The owner, Melissa, is very sweet and she always fits me in; even if it’s after or before hours. All of the workers do a really good job. I don’t let any other place touch my eyebrows, lashes, or nails. Go check them out!

Really wish I could give this place 0 stars!! I sat down and from the beginning I knew this lady didn’t know what she was doing! First she put a nail on that was way too big for my finger. Then sloppily put the acrylic on.. it seeped the the back of the nail and left clumps. When she went to shape my nails she took the whole side of the nail off and even some of mine too!! Put some MORE acrylic on to try and cover it up! I asked for short coffin shaped nails and not 2 nails even looked close to being the same. My pinky nail had a huge indent in the side of it! I told her to just put clear polish on and I was going to go elsewhere to get them done the way I like. She proceeds to tell me that she will take the nails OFF and start again. Tells me she will have someone else do my nails. At this point I didn’t want anyone else there to touch me! I tell her I wasn’t happy with my nails. Told her everything she messed up on as she was doing it and still had to explain myself multiple times. She gets mad and tells me to leave but yells at me when I try to leave without paying! I left and went to the gas station and got change for a $20 because I refused to give her more that $15 for this botch job. Was the lady sitting right at the front desk. (Not to mention I was sitting right at the front and was literally shaking and chattering because it was so cold and she didn’t even offer to move somewhere that was warmer) All around was a TERRIBLE experience!! I would never recommend this place!

Went in with long even coffin shaped dipped nails. Left with 2 fingers with cuts and uneven nails. When I say uneven I mean, one hand doesn’t match the other and the shape is angled. I didn’t even know that was a shape. Oh and one nail is chipped, don’t even know how that can be possible when it was my whole nail with dip. Never washed my hands but was too far in to stop, so I allowed the lady to finish. Very disappointed in the shape, how low she cut my actual nail and how unsanity the place was. I guess this is how people get fungus. I typically wait a month for new nails, but will be taking these off in two weeks if not sooner.

Excellent job when they did my nails. It was cute, and got them done today on Jan 6. These were the acrylic nails. Im a regular customer that goes to this salon almost about every two weeks. The environment was friendly and I was immediately greeted by their staff. I had read the review below about paying before the service was done, they had asked me to pay before as well. I think the primarily purpose was so that there would be no hassle in messing up your nails when pay by credit card (signing it) or by cash (meaning you have to take out your wallet). There probably had a misunderstanding with the customer and the employees. I think as being a regular, it was more understandable to sign before the finished product otherwise there is a chance of a nail being messed up. However, its also an option to pay after, so I dont see why there were such a problem there, when I pay after when coming into there the first few times. The other parts of the review made no sense or in fact, to depict the actual situation. Not to mention in fact, these employees do speak a different language from most people, however you also have to consider they dont speak English as fluent as others. Just because they spoke in a different language, you cannot put into assumptions they are bad mouthing. Pretty unfair to write a review about culture differences.I guess, everyones experiences are different with different perspective. However, my overall experience in the past 2 years, has been great with Lovely Nails. Ill keep returning as you can see with the pictures below, to get more cute nails. My overall experience was amazing. The staff also had helped me pick out matching colors of my fingers to my toes plenty of times before. The customer service was an A+ to me. They also offer complimentary beverages as they do your nails, I thought it was a nice courtesy of them. Just like any other places, there will always be at least one bad review, but other good ones to out way them! So I do recommend this salon if you want to get to know the employees and have a actual own manicurist they would like to visit every two weeks.

The people were nice but they claimed to be able to do things they weren’t able to. Spent almost 2 hours in there and left with nothing but my feet done with a color I didn’t even choose and still was requested to pay for that .i wish I could add pictures of what my nails were left looking like when I was finished

If it was a 0, I would give that. They cannot do nails!!!!!! I got the dip manicure set. It’s so lumpy and all over my cuticles. She was hella roughy and rushed through it. After I told her she still didn’t try to fix it. And the worse part is after soaking and her dipping my fingers and filing, she didn’t even suggest or ask me to wash my hands. Just a horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN!

Just had my nails done on Saturday and by Sunday one popped out. I did return on Monday to have them replace the missing nail and they did with no problem. Then 2 days later 3 others nails popped off. Im done!!! It is eithet the product or the manner in which they were put on. I spend too much money for this to happen.

Lady doing my manicure was so rude and did a terrible job. My daughter called and I answered...she was at a birthday party, I needed to answer. The lady was working in my right hand so I answered with my left...I was on the phone maybe 15 seconds...she tried to grab my phone and I switched hands real quick and messed up a nail...and she got mad at me! I won’t be going back.

If you want a place where they will get to know you. This is the place for you. I love my nails and i love the pedicures. They dont rush your services.

The greeting was nice. I came here asking for a specific design, they told me they could do it and actually could not. Charged me extra for a design I didnt even like and that I didnt want. I usually get my feet and hands to match colors and they failed with that too. They completely ignored what I wanted and gave me whatever they felt like it. The design ended up messed up within a day or two

Called to ask if they could do mine and friends nails and pedi, because it was almost closing time. She said yes to come in.When i was there they rushed me on picking a color and sit on my chair, then the nail lady couldnt understand what i wanted she file my nails and clean cuticle but i told her thats not what i wanted, till my friend got there and i guess manager told her hurry up pick color because it was closing timeShe was very very rude.Pedi and nails are horrible my color looks ugly and my nails are ugly too they rushed it.If they didnt want to do the job right they should of said no in the first place and i still had to pay $5 for cuticle clean when i didnt ask.Wasted $55 on horrible job
