I wouldnt come here again... hasnt been a week and 1 of my nails is broken and theres another one about to break. The person who did it, did my nails very thin and wasnt even the colors I wanted or design. Last pic is the design I wanted. Color looks more grey than white.

Great experience! The staff was lovely, attentive, and very friendly. I got a pedicure and my feet felt like butter afterwards. I also got gel on my toe nails and they turned out perfect. 10/10 would go back again and recommend everyone else to go!

The guy that works here is by far one of the best nail technicians I have ever encountered. Everyone here is extremely nice (or so I thought). This place used to be my go to for nail service. The last time I went, I was getting a pedicure when the guy that works there became visibly upset and began yelling and screaming at one of the other lady coworkers. He was so upset he accidentally hit my foot while yelling at the girl! No clue what the argument was about and he didn’t even apologize. Me and the lady next to me kept exchanging nervous glances. 100% will never return. Terrible customer service and professionalism.

My mom, daughter and I had a pedicure, manicure, eye brows waxed and 10 min massage at Winner Nail. Great service, patient and professional!! Everyone wore a mask & techs used hand sanitizer.My mom and I went back the next day for a 30 min each with Zen, which was really good.

The lady was very rushed and rude. She painted gel on my skin which caused the polish to come off within the first hour. I went back to get it fixed and the same person ripped the rest of the paint off because she was mad she had to fix it. Very uncomfortable. She got up and left. Someone else came to correct it. They charged me one price and I watched them charge the woman next to me a different price for the same service. Would not recommend again.

They were polite and very great customer service and do awesome quality work me and my husband were very pleased

Waited over 20 minutes after I was told the wait time wouldnt be that long. Then after the initial 20 minutes I had to wait another 10 mins. The paint job was pretty poor and there was no paint on one of my pinky toe that I didnt notice until I got home. Then to dry the polish they use a manual hand fan. The paint didnt properly set. Overall bad experience. I will never return to spend my money.

Ive been going here for about 4 years now off and on bc its just not in my budget. The staff they HAD was perfect. Last 2 times I went on Jan 2nd and today March 22nd 2021, the service has been severely disappointing.Today is my 30th so I wanted to go all out and get a simple design, that being a Ying yang on my ring finger and a gem at the bottom of my thumbnail.Simple, right?It almost took 2 people to do my nails... one started and the other took over to paint 2 nails black then the other took back over.She cut my nails uneven, they are slanted, not the same thickness, the paint job is all over the place, they were not cleaned up properly and the ying yang just looks like a half white and black nail like cruella devilles hair..I had pictures and how I wanted it and the shape and she did not comply with it at all.2 stars is just being nice because I know they have some good technicians there but this one individual should not be in the profession at all. I did ask for a name like 4 times but she wouldnt answer me..Good luck at this place. Itll be russian roulette on a good tech vs the one bad one.

I went here only because my 2 nail shops were closed on Sunday. I feel like I shouldve waited. I felt uncomfortable since no worker was wearing a mask or gloves. The tech I had was coughing a little bit. He was on the phone while doing my nails so some of them did not come out nice in my left hand. No one can tell but me but still....

The lady who changed my gel polish did an amazing job! She was very friendly and went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning here! Highly recommended!

Will overprice you, poor customer service, and my nails was rushed on. While I was getting my nails done lady stopped toget on her phone. My nails didn’t even come out cute and lady charged me $35 for a regular full set with regular polish. I would not recommend.ALSO IM ONLY 14 a whole ripped off!

Tony is very good on nails but the lady in there does horrible, tries to rush you, and tell u to come back another day shell fix for free, Ive also witnessed unsatisfied customers who allowed her to do there nails

Very poor experience, I have been coming here for years now, it’s always been my go to place . The past few times I’ve been I’ve been very disappointed with how unprofessional they have been . (No masks, no gloves, talk on the phone, randomly get up during my appointment) I asked for dip and they gave me gel, asked for a heart design and the lady told me she could do it & at the end after she had done my nails said she couldn’t do the design. I will not be coming back .

I LOVE this Nail Salon! I looked for 2 years trying to find a good nail salon, and O tried winner nails a few months ago and met Maddie. She was amazing and totally fixed my toe nails which were atrocious! I have been back at least once a month now to go see her! She takes great care of me! I wont go anywhere else now...

Mary was great!!! This was my first time and hands down the best experience I’ve had. She held great conversation and took her time doing my nails! Great customer service is key to regulars and I will return! Not to mention you can’t beat the price! Thank you!

I went and got white acrylics. There were SO pretty but the man cut my cuticles and all over my finger many times. They look so pretty but Im in pain 24/7.

They were super sweet & my nails look really nice but, the skin on the side of my thumb is SO sore from her digging in my skin with cuticle cutters... & my cuticle is still sore from her cutting it.

The service was great but my the edges toenails(theyre naturally really small which makes it difficult) are so sore i can barely put on socks. i came home from work today(a day later) and as i took my socks off, three of my toenails snagged and when i went to look, they literally just fell off. like, the whole toenail....this hasnt happened before and ive gotten my toes done elsewhere and i dont know what went wrong but now i just look completely messed up

Was very happy my first time there when sonny did my nails. After that Mindy did my nails, for months . great service one time it was bad I had her(MINDY) fix my nails after that since 6 more times she acts like she doesnt know me and has Never done my nails since.REALLY DISSAPOINTED! WENT AGAIN FOR PEDICURE, AND NAILS. PEDICURE WAS AWFUL had to go home and buff my own feet and still have an ingrown toenail . Also fix my own REAL NAILSTHAT ARE DIPPED IN COLOR! HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE YOUR NAILS LOOK NATURAL ANDFIX CUTICLES NOT MAKE THEM BLEED!

The manager Toan which is a he doesnt listen well or either doesnt understand English. My daughter came home in tears and upset. Her nails where bubbled at tips, she was cut couple times, buffered nails too hard. He yelled and stormed out instead of fixing the problem. Name change loser nails bad customer service.

The guy cut me and when filed burned me on so many different fingers and 2 weeks later I’m still in pain.

I went to Winner Nails and i requested for the dipping powder on my real nails because I normally get a tip added on. So the nail tech rushed on my nails and the clear polish peeled off and the clear polish was all on the side of my nail. So I called back to see if they can try to correct my nails so I went back the next day and the nail tech drilling my nails again trying to get the clear polish off. I don’t know what it is far as the quality of the powder I am not sure. So after I left,my nail cracked again. It was too late to go back because they have already close. So I called the next day and I explain to them and she said come back we will take care of you. So when I got there the tech that did my nails said it happens. He stated that he did nails for 20 years. And they refused to correct the issue. So not only I am not happy with my service. All my money went to drain. The place is untidy, they had flies flying around. Do not go to this place.

I was getting french tip solar nails, and while getting them done the lady stands up and says Im done, Im too busy then went and started somebody elses nails. There are bubbles all through them and the lines where the pink and white meet are all over the place. They look so bad, and when I pointed out the problems they just kept saying its fine, no matter how many times I said no its not. Whatever, not going back there.

Terrible. I was there 3 hours for mani and pedicure. Nothing fancy. The first nail tech was very inexperienced. Finally I asked for someone to replace her clearly she had no idea what she was doing. The colors do not match the samples. I had to get polish changed which prolonged the process. My daughters nail color did not match either. Never will return.

Only tried this place bc I heard they were good and my normal tech was out of town. I read the reviews you guys made it seem like the place was so elite and clean. Nahh fam lol. The dude that worked on my mani picked his nose 😒 And didnt wash his hands. And they didnt get my cuticles good. Yall wrong for this one lol. Yall should check out lady nail if yall are in the Dfw area. Theyre cheap, take their time, and do a good job...at least my nail tech is. Ask for Qui (pronounce We).
