I’ve been her enough to see this business has definitely declined, the past few times I’ve been here it wasn’t good at all but gave it another chance, omg it was so bad that instead of leaving a tip because that’s what I do I should have left 1 penny or nothing at all.When I asked them to fix my nail that the tech had lopsided the lady told me to leave it like that until it grows out. My only response was REALLY!!!! Never again

My first pedicure in a year because of covid19. I got a basic pedicure and whoever did my nails was gentle and her work was spot on. It felt like a day at a spa. The basic comes with hot towels wrapped on your legs and it’s really nice after a long day. It was about $35 with tip. I’ll definitely be back.

My second time here and did an amazing job both times. She said her name is pronounced like “towel”, she’s so sweet. I’ve had her do my nails both times and both times they turned out awesome. Every time I try a new place they somehow hurt me while doing my nails, she was gentle and took her time.

I wouldnt ask for anyone better then Tran to do my 14 yr olds nails.

Maaaaaaaan nah nah nah this ain’t it!!!! Got a full set my nails are lifting like EVERY SINGLE FINGER on my right hand is lifting. I have to keep some super glue to make it to PAYDAY!!!!! Meaning they didn’t even last two weeks. Some girl with glasses did my nails and I knew it felt like she was inexperienced but I gave her the benefit. In her defense they were cute BUT they didn’t last. $47 for a mid length full set. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BOO no seriously....

It was great! I read every review because I recently had an awful experience elsewhere. I saw some negative ones, but they seemed petty. My tech did amazing! And I love the outcome!

1st timer, she did a great job on my nails. New to the neighborhood so I will definitely be going back.

Not too happy with my pedi. Normally when you get a delux pedi they do the whole (make it snow) with the cheese grater thing. Idk but they use the disposable scruby square instead. And when she was cleaning under my toe nails she never wiped it off until she went under all toenails on one foot. Also when it came down to my “hot” towels they were cold once she put them on. I eventually said something. The wax was a great temp. Haven’t seen the finished product yet but I don’t think I’ll be back for a pedi here. Nikki is great with the eyebrows though, just tell here arched or curved. Nikki is not the one who gave me a pedicure.

Love getting my nails done here all the ladies are great. Tiffany is my go to, the lady who does my wax is amazing.

They acted like dipping products were new to do on nails. I had to go back to my old place and soak the products off and started fresh.

Went in with my sister for my first time. I heard they were good, when we walked in we had to wait 30+ minutes to get in the chair for a pedicure. After seated they made me wait 45 minutes before I got tired of waiting and told them that I didn’t want a pedicure anymore. The lady then comes out from the back saying that she could do them now but I refused because she was back there the entire time. They are extremely low staffed people doing pedicures and the nails.

I just went in because it had great reviews, and its a Saturday summertime afternoon, so I understand its busy. The lady who greeted me asked if I minded waiting 30 minutes, and I told her thats fine, no problem. As I was choosing my polish, another lady told me to come back later. ... ... Ill leave, but why would I ever come back? Theres a thousand other salons who wont kick customers out who dont mind waiting.

Never to return. If youve never been here, dont come here. They dont value new business. I was offered a dirty seat, no option to upgrade my pedicure, and when I upgraded on my own, they didnt even give me the upgraded (Deluxe) pedicure.The owner is rude and not interested in growth or money cause she definitely didnt get mine. Youll be smart to drive a half mile further.

Havent gotten my nails done due to a bad experience. Read the reviews and was not disappointed! Worked with Tiffany but was speaking to 3 other regulars who had been coming here for 15 years and recommended any tech there. Wonderful customer service, did a wonderful job on my nails, very pleased and will be coming back often! Thank you!!!

Second time coming here it is never busy & prices are decent. Paid $52 for nails & pedicure. I got acrylics with clear powder and got this purple shade painted over. It’s cheaper it’s $27 for the set. Plus I like to change my color out every other week so they just wipe off the polish and put me a new shade! Super quick and convenient. Pedicure was awesome they take their time with everything they do.

This was my first time getting my nails done in Texas and I can say my nail tech did an amazing job. She took her time and did exactly what I showed her I wanted. I will definitely make this my go to nail shop from now on.

Today was my first and absolute last time going to this nail salon. I went with my boyfriend to get pedicures around 2:30 p.m., expecting a wait as it was a Friday afternoon. We waited for about 15 minutes until two adjoining seats were available. They got started on us fairly quickly after that. A few minutes in I saw a critter crawling by my shoes. I was a little grossed out, but its summer. Things crawl inside. Things really just started to go downhill from there. My boyfriends feet are pretty gross. I think this was his first ever pedicure. Every single madtv or snl skits about peoples experiences with nail techs laughing at them in another language came to fruition. At first, I just ignored it. I figured a few jokes here and there is human. But it became too much after this continued the entire length of the pedicure. Three of the women working next to each other kept leering at his feet, making a comment and then they would proceed to cackle. I know I dont speak the same language. But I could definitely read the body language. It was very unpleasant. Finally halfway through the leg massage portion, I told the tech working on me to stop and just paint my nails so we could leave, as they were making us feel beyond uncomfortable. I waited until my toes were dry, paid and left. 1 star is applicable because they did do fairly good job on my nails, but the customer service was trash.

The staff is nice. Nails can be hit or miss. I wish they would last longer and the quality of the products could be better, but the staff and nail techs are Incredibly friendly.

Went in yesterday. They had a special for manicure/pedicure for $35 bucks on most weekdays. It was done adequately and my nails look okay, but at the end of it while my nails were drying, I saw the clean up. My technician barely rinsed the bowl my nails were soaking in, they reuse the pumice rocks on everyone, and worse, the tools she used went back into her station- no rinsing, no sanitizing. Just back into her stations cup, which she then started using on the next person.I didn’t see her open a new/sanitized package when I sat down but I took a bit to pick a nail color and assumed she had don’t it when I was looking. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love it here. I always make sure I see khan she is my favorite. They are nice, and their work is great.

I wouldnt recommend getting your nails done here. The nail tech cut one of my fingers, and it didnt stop bleeding for an hour after I got home. I paid 60$, (plus tip, of course), for the, dipped nails, and they fell off 2-3 days later.

Very disappointed! I was over charged for a very sloppy job. I went on a Thursday and it says there is a discount Mon-Thurs for $35 mani/pedi. I like gel polish so I expected to pay a little more but not $75. After she said the price (my nails were already done) I questioned why I didnt get the discount. She said the discount doesnt apply 😒 I have nail polish all over my fingers from where the lady kept messing up and the design on my toe is messed up and she chose not to use gel for the design because she said it was easier. My first and LAST time going here.

Hen has been the only person I let do my nails and eyebrows for the past 4 years shes super sweet. Its a great environment.

I have strayed and tried other local salons a few times over the years, and regretted it.Thao and her entire staff are lovely. They are meticulous in their work. I will never schedule an appointment at this nail salon again. The day of my appointment I show up on time and the person I scheduled my appointment with told me I was late. Then she told me that she called one of her other clients and someone else could do my nails. They are not friendly and professional. I would not recommend this place too anyone.

If i could Give them 0 stars i would, i usually get My nails done with a nail tech but this time i was In a rush I paid 45+ tip just for my nails to break is 3 days, i noticed she was skipping steps and when i called her out she started rushing, the shape was AWFUL i asked for a skinny coffin and got a short square of blob instead save your money and go somewhere where they use the right products for nails and not cheap products to scam you with
