Just moved into the apartments connected to the shops and decided to head down and get a pedicure. First off, the massage chairs are A+...my technician was a perfectionist and worked hard to make sure my toes looked cute! (Note: they hadn’t been done in 4 months). I love the shape and color and will most definitely be coming back.

Ive been a long term loyal customer of La-Or Nails and Spa for over 6 years now. Every single time consistently I always received great customer service and incredible quality work. All the tools that they use for manicures and pedicures are sanitized, they also use one time nail buffers, one time nail files and new plastic liners inside of the pedicure tubs. This makes nail services extremely sanitary and gives me a peace of mind as a customer. Pedicure chairs are very comfortable and you can enjoy back massage while professional well trained technician provide you with spa relaxing pedicure. Manicures and pedicures are done so well that they usually last me for 2 to 3 weeks. If you are looking for a customized spa salon experience, you have to visit La-Or Nails and Spa. I am extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend this salon to every one who is looking for relaxing spa salon experience.

LOVED THIS PLACE. They can get busy but they are pleasant and they make sure you get what you are paying for. Both of my techs for my pedicure and dip are perfectionists which I love. I don’t usually like getting pedis because I’m never satisfied but not the case here. Also Gina gave me a recommendation for my nails and she was SO RIGHT!

Ive been coming to this salon for many years now. I moved away for 3 of those years and was super happy when we came back to the Crystal City area so I could visit Gina again. She does an amazing job on my nails. Pays attention to every detail. I have had many pedicures, by many of the technicians, and all of them are wonderful. If youre in the area...you must give them a try.

La-Or came through again. I originally had my brows done in 2011, about 1 year ago. I went yesterday (July 28, 2012) and had them re-upped. I wanted them thicker and more dramatic. I took photos with me of actresses Gina Gershon and Yancy Butler as I believe their eyebrows are the very best. My brows now look as glamorous as theirs.I had a marvelous facial there the day before as well. Thanks La-Or for your wonderful service !!!

Great place for a mani-pedi! This has become my favorite salon. Usually, a manicure wont last two days before it starts chipping. I dont know what they do differently here, but my manicures have lasted up to a week! The service they provide is consistently excellent. I would highly recommend this nail salon.

Ive been in the area for 7 years, have literally tried every salon in the DMV, until I finally met Gina. Trust and believe, I will NEVER go to another nail technical again! If she moves I will simply have to move with her. Immaculate job!

Please dont come to this place, the service is poor. I got my nails done last Wednesday and Sunday my nail popped off. I came in the salon today and the nail technician told me that I had to pay 6 dollars ..... Im like for what it havent even been a week.. they are over priced and the work was shotty. Never again 🙄🙄

Its very frustrating when You cant understand any of the technicians that you are having to deal with just makes things way harder than they need to be! Even before that my technician filed my pinky toe until it started to bleed and then put some mysterious looking stuff on it with out even asking about allergies or anything. Mind you she could barely speak English so when I went to pay I requested a discount another lady did the same thing and put something on my toe and thought everything was okay and only offered me $5 off I feel like I shouldnt have had to ask for that but I did more than once, I was in a rush and didnt realize until I left the girl whom could speak English gave me the wrong price my nails were suppose to be $38, she told me $40 & then took off $5 from that when I really shouldve been paying $33, not a large sum of money but when theyre speaking another language and things of that sort around you its hard to keep up, I would never go there again. Only reason I didnt leave when my toe got cut was because i had an event to attend an hour later and was desperate. Id just like to trust a business and its owners are doing right by me and wont say my injury was just a little mistake. NEVER AGAIN they get one start for sanitation a pedicure has never been so painful in my life

My permanent eyeliner is EVERYTHING! I have no complaints. I will be going back for eyebrows.

LA Or messed my eyebrows up and I would not recommend her to anyone to get their eyebrows permanently tattooed ! My eyebrows are uneven, poorly shaped and they look grey . Please do not waste your time and money. You will be very disappointed if you let her do your eyebrows. Now I have to find someone to fix them.

Kudos to La-Or and the Nail Technicians: On Friday, September 14, 2012 I had my complimentary follow-up visit for my permanent eye-brows that she did for me one month ago. They look fabulous. I also had a wonderful facial during that same visit which I get once a month from LaOr. The price is by far the best $60 for a multi-step facial which includes a hot parafin wax hand treatment. Twice a month I get my nails done, my last visit was Saturday, September 15, 2012. The new nail technicians are great. I get beads or flowers added to one nail on each hand to give it a fab look. If your brows, face and nails are not becoming to you, then you should be coming to La-Ors!Iris Crenshaw, Alexandria, VA

This place has the worst customer service EVER!!!I made an appointment and when I arrived for 2pm that they scheduled, they told me to wait. I waited 20mins and still didn’t see a nail tech!! Mad is an understatement!! I came all the way to Crystal City FOR NOTHING!!
