I came in for a pedicure and it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever seen. It took her less than 15 minutes to complete and she refused to give me a refund after I showed her how horrible it was. I will definitely never be coming back here, I’m down $43 and will be taking off my nail polish when I get home.

I knew they were destroying my nails when they were doing it, but I was trying to be nice, and I was trying not to contribute to my friends bad day. We had gone there together for her to try to chill out a little bit. But the archaic method that they use to remove my gel polish is going to cost me several months of nail growth. She literally scraped off my gel polish with a cuticle pusher. I kept telling her that it wasnt how I normally had it done and I asked if they had a Dremel or something. Funny how they dont speak English when youre trying to tell them to do something different than what theyre doing. The polish was stubborn and she just kept scraping. Imagine scraping the paint off of your living room wall with a putty knife. Can you imagine how much drywall will come off with the paint? It was the same with my nails. I had very strong nails and they are flimsy at the sides now because of the way that she removed my nail to remove the gel. Nice enough girl but do not go here if you need gel polish removed. If youre just getting regular nail polish or something else they might be fine. But when you cost me several months of nail growth Im going to give you one star.

Not super satisfied with my manicure. The lady who did mine kinda rushed it. Could have done a better one myself at home, felt like a waste of money

I was going very basic… not polish or extras. The technician cut my toe and worked to stop bleeding. I did not make a fuss and assumed they would not charge me or reduce the bill. Neither happened and toe still hurts. $37.00 For minimal service.

Very clean salon with strict post COVID measures. They sanitised everything anyone touched and regularly mopped the floors as well as having temperature checks and masks required. SO PLEASED with my acrylic nails Toi did. Honestly one of the best jobs I’ve had. Highly recommend this salon.

So far so good! Just got my nails done for the 2nd time here. Friendly staff. The shop is clean without the heavy smell of chemicals. My first gel manicure lasted 3 weeks without chipping! Very happy so I came back. Service is fast but clean strokes and polishing. Prices are also great!

I should have said something when I was there but I was scared to be “that person”... I had a pedicure and gel manicure on Saturday, it’s now Thursday and the manicure is peeling off - I’ve never had that happen ever, gel polish usually lasts at least 2 weeks for me and I have to go get it taken off. For the amount of money I paid I expect better quality. She also didn’t thoroughly paint my nails (didn’t paint all the way to the end of the nail) which is probably why this is peeling back. I have always had just an ok experience here, it always feels rushed, and I just don’t think the manicures are done well. Pedicure was great.

Not sanitary at all! The instruments are not sterilized in between customers. They use old razor blades and old pumice stones on customers. There do not use plastic liners in pedicure bowls. OSHA would not approve at all. Yuck.

I’ve gone to this salon for years. Last week I went to refill my acrylic nails. At the last minute, I decided to remove them instead. The main woman in front who manages clients was my nail tech. She started ripping my nails off! I’m not exaggerating when I say one nail started to bleed. She took them off and passed me on to another nail tech to give a manicure. I was shocked. She didn’t soak the acrylic off or seek to stop the slight bleeding. They acted as if this was normal. Horrified! One nail ached for three days. I have yet to be able to get a manicure or do anything with my nail beds. It’s unbelievable since this has been my only go-to salon for over two years. Please beware!

It was a disaster. At first it went okay I showed her a picture to do and she said okay. She was doing my nails and cut 3 of my fingers really bad. She continued to blame it on me but she wasn’t paying attention and she had a bad attitude. Never going back with rude service and careless work.

I always go to Diana Nails, because it is in walking distance from where I live. Im not sure why I dont find a new nail salon, because this place does very poor jobs. The nail techs tend to rush their job and make it sloppy. Not only is it done horribly, but they have a poor/little color selection for you to choose from. The nail techs are rude and rush you to pick a color and finish the job. They never ask if you want it trimmed or filled they do it automatically, and cut it way to short. And if you want a normal manicure they only do 2 coats so for more thin colors you can see right through the polish and into the nail. Also from my experince they have made me move to the drying station half way through a manicure so someone else can get their nails done who just got in. I have also sent my daughter there while I waited outside and they tried scamming her to pay extra with the money I gave her. I had to go in there and tell them to give me the money they had made her pay extra for, and they hesitantly did. I can barley understand many of them so its hard to enjoy the salon without worrying if you told them the right response or not. I would not reccommend ever going here. I live in the local area and Ive heard very similar stories and they are a horrible salon overall. The nail polish is always smudged and chips of easily. Please take this advice and save your money for at least a decent nail salon.

Not the best atmosphere. I sat at a hightop counter for my gel manicure, not very relaxing... it was overpriced and rushed, the quality turned out poor. Usually at nail salons they offer something to drink, but not here. Likely wont be back.

My nail tech B did not use sanitized nail tools on me. Always make sure your tech brings packaged, auto-claved supplies when they perform your service. B accidentally cut my cuticle and it appeared she used the same cuticle cutters on her next guest. That is scary!! It seemed like she had one or two pairs of cutters she kept in her apron and just used those.I know accidents do happen but my complaint is using the same equipment between guests without proper cleaning. Especially when you make a guest bleed. One other thing worth noting, if you are going to just go through the motions of a hand massage without any effort, just skip it. I really hope the manager sees this and enforces good practices for all employees. I was jealous of the girl beside me whose male tech, brought sanitized nail equipment to do her manicure.

I dont even get pedicures often but this place was overpriced and extremely low quality. Polish is already chipping after 2 weeks... arent they supposed to last for at least a month?? My lady looked like she hated her life, she barely rubbed my feet (I got the deluxe treatment) and I only tipped her well because I felt that sorry for her. Ill never be going back.

If you are looking for an O.K. nail job, then this place is pretty basic and can get it done. They barely speak english and rush through the job, so its deffinetly not worth 5 stars. The service is inconsistent. In such a great location they have great potential. Also, I wouldnt get a peticure here. They barely clean the tub out. The only reason I go occationally is because its within walking distance and I can get them to paint my nails quickly. Hope they read this and understand- this place needs a facelift all around.
