Lovely!! Had a wonderful experience getting a pedicure here. I got the lemon one. So relaxing and the salon is so pretty and professional. And the chairs are massage chairs too!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. To Diana - thank you for your service!! I know my feet absolutely needed it. The place was very clean and the equipment / furniture is all new and very clean. I like to put on the massager while getting a pedicure, but usually they end up stabbing me after too long. NOT this one. So nice and smooth. And don’t even get me started on the pedicures. They have a large list of special pedicure packages and the one I got did NOT disappoint. I got the lemon spa pedicure and it was marvelous. And it came with hot stones (HOT STONES). All in all amazing experience. Thank you!

Tutti is the only nail salon I’ve been to that consistently gives me exactly what I expect and ask for. Also their pedicure massage chairs... I need one in my home lol. Pictured is a regular polish pedicure and a gel mani!Update 2/11: still obsessed with this place, today I went in needing tips for my gel mani (pink nail pics) and they introduced me to this new kind of tip, it was a really cool process and it feels a lot healthier on my nails! I also had to be out at a certain time and they had two ladies working on me so I could get where I needed to go on time. Amazing customer service and quality! We were going to take before and after pics but I had to run out so she didn’t get to take her after pic, hope she sees it on here ❤️

I came to Tutti after a friend recommended this place saying they have the best nail and spa experience and service; she did NOT lie! I was having a difficult week at work and came here to treat myself/have a self care moment. From the ambient music and very kind staff, I felt so at peace and loved everything about this place. I got a pedicure and gel manicure; they have a great selection of colors and are very responsible keeping up with the Covid procedures. The pedicure came with the absolute best: scrubs, masks, warm stones, and a massage. Definitely recommend!!! (Please excuse my non-baby soft hands. But the polish is PERFECT, especially for this Fall weather!)

I went in for a simple fill. They soaked off my acrylic tips because they “didn’t know I add on acrylics” even though that was addressed. Just for a fill, I was there for over 2 hours.

My girl Diana is the best I love her nails techniques and her love, passion and care she shows me every time I enter the salon . If anyone goes to this salon I recommend letting Diana do your nails .

I randomly found this place on ClassPass and I’m so glad that I tried it! It’s tucked away on the third floor of the mall so it’s not nearly as crowded as other nail salons in the area. Lisa was super attentive and made sure that I had a great experience with my pedicure. I will be returning to try some of their other services!

Reasonable prices and great service

I love coming to Tutti! Everyone is always so pleasant & polite and the service is unmatched! My first gel manicure was the best I have ever had by far! (Thanks Diana) I am now a regular at Tutti & I would highly recommend you check them out!

I discovered this spot through Classpass and really enjoyed my experience. The spa pedicure I received was luxurious and relaxing and involved a lot of different kinds of skin treatments, and the woman who was my technician was totally professional. Im only knocking off one star because my time there was a little TOO long (I know, boo hoo) but all in all Id say Id come back if I were in the area.

Hannah is amazing! She ALWAYS makes me feel like a QUEEN every time I go to get my nails done with her for SNS manicure. I love how friendly she is and so is the rest of her team!

Terrible. Do not waste your time coming here. I came for a basic pedicure and the technician (Lisa) barely cut my cuticles and acting as if this was her first time doing a pedicure. The way she filed my nails were awful. I can do a better job myself. I wish I could give it zero stars.

I took a chance on a great new looking nail salon in the mall. I got a new set of gel nails by a lady named Jane. They looked horrific after she finished but I was leaving out of town in the morning and was too exhausted to complain. I left them clear so they looked less horrible! Only 2 days later one is broken, one is chipped and Several are lifting. Unacceptable for any price, much less the $80 she charged me. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had so do not let the flashy clean upscale salon fool you. Enter at your own risk!

DISASTROUS. Not only did my full set gel manicure last 5 days but upon returning to communicate the errors to my nail technician, she quickly dismissed me and denied to allow me to speak with a manager. Do not let the exterior fool you, this entire salon is not worth it.

Its clean, convenient and they have a great ginger tea.

The Nail Technician by the name, Jane, is very poor at manicures and the rest of the staff seemed oblivious to the inconsistencies amongst skill levels. I saw this place and felt that the quality of their work can be based on the salons upscale demeanor, however, I was sadly mistaken. They are typically empty for a reason and I learned my lesson the hard way

I am new to the DC area and decided to go to Tutti (despite of the prevalent bad reviews on Yelp) because I was running errands at Pentagon City Mall. When I first came in, the receptionist was very attentive and led me to a station with Hannah (great manicurist). Hannah was super friendly, detailed, delicate, and great at her job. Great not only because she does a great manicure but also because when I sat with her you can notice she enjoys her job and has a joy in what she does. I am a foreigner and Ive never really enjoyed manicures in the US (manicurists usually try to meet the bare minimum in service with a doing the motions attitude and I also find paying $30+ for a manicure a bit much... but I guess we in the United States right?).But this was by far the best manicure I had in the United States. Worth every penny- so much to the point that Im going out of my way to review this place and help them with their rating.To all the people who had a bad experience in Tutti- I feel bad but I encourage you to give it a second chance.
