I love this place! I’ve been going here for years and everyone is the best at what they do. Ambika is my go-to! She is such a wonderful soul who knows how to perfect my eyebrows!!! Atmosphere is so relaxing too ! 10/10 🤗😉

Just went with a friend. Not my kind of thing. Facility was nice and clean. No wait for service although it was a Sunday evening. Found that impressive...great hours especially for a weekend. They closed at 8pm. Location seemed ideal. Cant say I would recommend only because Im not into brow threading and dont have any experiences to compare. Friend was mostly satisfied but not 100%.

Unfortunately there is no 0 stars rating on here because thats what I would give them for one of the worst threading experiences. Dont know where to begin. I was disappointed and left feeling humiliated, rushed, and unwelcome. My eyebrows looked way better before my visit here. This was also my first time threading post-pandemic as well so I was excited to get my eyebrows done after a long time. Very rude and demeaning and lots of attitude! - did not listen to a word I said of how I would have liked my eyebrows to look and they turned out exactly the opposite of what I wanted and expected as she said yeah okay then. She even got impatient and angry with me when I asked if she would please slightly trim a few stray hairs that were not in curve with my arch and made my brows look uneven after her half-done, lousy job that left my eyebrows looking thin and misshapen. No. 1 for trying to make you look ugly though

I love this place!! I have been going here for 2 years now. Walking in you get greeted and feel very welcomed. The lady I had was so nice and patient! One of my eyebrows always tends to be fuller than the other, and she did her very best to even it! And I loved the outcome of it! Definitely recommend this place !!

Staff is nice. Threaders are often sometime-y. Im on my 3rd person, and Ive been a customer for at least 5 years. Many of the ladies quit, as this is only a temp job for them.

They are friendly and the place is clean and well organized they accept appointments witch makes every visit fast, they sell all kinds of beauty products .

My sister has been going here for years but Im sure she wont after this time. She went in for eyebrow threading and after growing out her eyebrows for a while she asked the lady to just to a clean up and that she did jot want them threaded too much because she wanted thicker eyebrows. One of her eyebrows literally looks like a line and the other is done really well. Her eyebrows were not uneven before going in there. I am only doing the review for her because shes too embarrassed to even do this and much less ask for a refund. She literally cane home crying. And I jusg feel like people should know the type of work being done now

I have been going to this location several times before and it has been okay. But today I went for a quick eyebrow threading and it was the WORST by far! Theres is only one girl that works there and she barely left me any eyebrows!! I am extremely unhappy and and my eyebrows take forever to grow back. I left with super thin brows and un-even to boot! Do NOT bother going to this location. I would rate ZERO stars if I could, I don’t know how this location is still in business!

So today I went in to get a facial..worse mistake.. she was sooo rough with my skin I had to tell her to stop.. it was hurting really bad I haven’t ever experience a facial this bad in my life.. I do not recommend this people they don’t know what there doing.. I ran home washed my face had to put ice to cool it down.. worse place ever...🙄

So today I went in and had set an appointment online and honestly I’ve been coming here for years but lately I’ve been getting the older lady who works there not quite sure what her name is but this is the second time I’ve gotten my upper lip waxed and somehow she pulls to hard and gives me wax burn and peels my skin off I don’t notice it until after the aloe Vera dries up. I know now not to go to here but rather choose someone else from now on!

I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded at this location for years and I’ve never left unsatisfied! Purena (I’m sure I spelled her name wrong BUT Im guesstimating) she is awesome and always does a great job and she is so sweet!

This place is really disappointing from when I first started going. Here lately I have been avoiding going to this location cause it is always hit or miss. Well after today I wont ever go again. These ladies should remember they are working with skin and at that eye lids which are thinner. I had to tell the girl doing my eyebrows today to not do it so hard. I felt like she was digging the thread into my lid. Ive had some ladies who work there actually break skin and told myself these ladies get paid to do this and making me bleed is not ok. Today I was just done with the whole experience I didnt even look in the mirror i just wanted to be done. When I got in the car i noticed my eyebrows werent even in straight line i am going to have to fix them myself. Ladies do yourself a favor and dont go here.

The lady that did my eyebrows was so aggressive when she was doing my brows that she made them bleed a little. My right eyebrow is so irritated that it even hurts when I touch it or squint my eyes. Its not the first time it happens thats why I stopped going in the first place but today I really needed them done fast

Its hit and miss here depending on who you get. All in all, nice, clean and reasonable prices. They now have a Dry Bar also and offer many other services as well.

Ive been coming here for 2 years nowThey never mess up my thick beautiful brows !When seated you simply lay back and place your hands where they need you to pull the skin up or down and you sit still, the artist does the restI always leave smiling ear to ear and always get asked if I want aloe vera after to reduce swelling highly recommend

They had a coupon and said bring pic or coupon. Then I asked before doing eyebrows if coupon was valid lady said yes when went up to pay said coupon expired..itll be $10. Honestly I pay $6 for slayed eyebrows. Never coming back didnt even honor coupon

I usually go to new rain eyebrow threading, but since they were closed and I was in desperate need, i decided to come here. When I first went in one of the ladys was giving me like nasty looks and she was the one to do my eyebrows and she didnt ask me what I wanted or talk to me about what she was gonna do at all and then it HURT. she was so rough and it never hurts me but I was like about to cry then at new rain and most places its $7 and here they charged me like $10. Over all my eyebrows dont look bad but I was dissatisfied.

I hated it! The customer service is horrible! Some one recommended noshi to me for eyebrow threading, let me say I went when my eyebrows just needed cleaning! She was really really rough and I dont know what thread they use but it is cheap! It kept breaking. My eyebrow area broke out as soon as she was done. I been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 5 years and gone to different places and NEVER have had such a bad experience.

I went by there looking for a particular person but she wasnt there, so I chose Sumi who was standing right behind the cashier. As the cashier was about to call me up Sumi told her no, so she tells me that itll be 25-30 mins until Sumi can get me while giving the side eye look over at Sumi. I guess she didnt know I knew who Sumi were. Sumi didnt want to thread black people today!!

They do a great job in shaping your brows, but I think they are using cheap thread. 2 different stylist. 2 diffrent days and my eyebrows are broken out and they still sting 2 days later. I neve get he sanitizer or aoe vera after cause it beaks me out as well. I even tried using Dr Tichners after and hat calm the irritation, but it has not gone away. I ask the lady at the desk why this was happenning. She tried to explain, but it was all about what I was doing. I have a couple of coworkers that have gone here and have had the same issue. They need to use better Thread. Because I know one thing. I have been getting Threaded for almost 10 years, have had it done in 3 different states, as well as 4 different salons since Ive been in Dallas and I have never had this issue until now.They need to use different Thread. Hypoallergenic Thread if they are going to be working the masses.May I suggest...Bella Anti Bacterial Eyebrow Thread By Coats.

This is the only place I go to to get my eyebrows threaded. I went this past Friday and they had remodeled. I had no wait and I eyebrows look great.

On all my visits to this location, I always get bad customer service, the girl that works on the register is always on a bad mood and instead of being offered aloe vera, I have to ask for it because they are in a hurry to move on to the next person.
