Very very poor service, there are people walking in the door where you take you child to check in asking for covid tests, the doctors are never on time for appointments, they don’t sanitize & clean like they should due to covid i highly DONT recommend only reason I took my child here is because this is the ONLY doctor at the time that would take him! Do you & your child a favor & change there PCP now!

This staff amazing. We have been seeing The doctor for years!! Excellent service anything you need is just a call to the highly trained and caring front office staff!! Getting labs done?? No problem hardly feel the needle with their super professional nursing staff. Highly recommend!!

OConnor is a caring loving patient doctor who has empathy for her patients...when I first started coming to her I was a mess she didnt give up on me I couldnt work basically function...when Dr. OConnor fought for me and did everything in her power to make me feel better now Im back working and I have my life back...Thank you so much Dr. OConnor you are a true representation of what a REAL DOCTOR IS ALL ABOUT...GOD BLESS YOU KEEP BEING YOU...I GREATLY APPRECIATE YOU 🙏

Worst experience I’ve ever had!!!!!!!!! Came in for testing, it’s been two weeks and they still have no lab results for me. I call in every other day to check in i haven’t gotten any results. Seems like their patients aren’t a priority. I get put on hold for the longest whenever i call. Nobody ever seems to have answers. I always have to reach out to them I’m never hearing from them. Will never be coming back here again!!!! If you have severe symptoms and are waiting for results to be treated please do not come here!!!! The worst.

Treat now family clinic is a amazing doctors office! I have been doing to them for over 4 years now. An i NEVER had an issue with them. Great staff! Laesia helped me out today! She was great! She was very professional, an helpful. An got me taking care of! I would recommend them to anyone!

Had an Appointment there last month and I made it on time. Ive known sachi for years now shes always helped me in the past. I love her so much and also to the nurses I made my recent visit so pleasant to the staff and everybody there thank you for taking care of me for all these years and my needs medical or otherwise continue doing good job ladies you deserve it.

It was my own personal visit and the staff was very helpful and the receptionist went above and beyond to help me verify my insurance. The intake person was very nice and polite. I like it here.

I’ve been coming to treatnow for about 5 years, This place is actually a great clinic. I referred all my friends and family there over the years. Literally like a family at treat now My doctor is Dr. O’Connor, she my kids doctors also she easy to talk and understanding so I’m very comfortable with her. Plus the new location is closer to house now so I’m excited about that too!. I don’t think I’ll ever switch provider!

This is the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. They are always unorganized. Dr. O’Connor never communicates with her patients if your test results are serious. This place needs to be shut down. Do not go here.

I love my Dr. She is patient with me. The staff are always nice and they get me in and out pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Dr OConnor is incredibly sweet and listens to your concerns. When you need a special referral, she accommodates you.Her staff on the other hand do not get the referrals done on time or properly. You literally have to spoon feed them the information. And even still, the lady that does the referrals doesnt do them right. She always claims how she couldnt do it because of insurance issues.... I literally gave her EVERYTHING she needed and she didnt bother looking at it.

This is a great clinic, today was my first time coming and I can’t wait for my follow up appointment. Great Staff and Doctors... written by the clinic staff ..... 🤦🏻‍♀️Lol 😂 BUT, I’ll be honest, the statement is TRUE!!!!!!......

The staff and nurses are GREAT and super sweet! But the office is so discombobulated. There have been multiple times where 2-3 people in the office will call me with the exact same information and/or any test result information and go “oh okay sorry I didn’t know” when I inform them someone has already called me. Sometimes I miss these calls and check my phone to see 4 missed calls from the office, thinking it’s urgent or something may be seriously wrong. I also schedule my appointments ahead of time and come in 10-15 mins early everytime for courtesy. This last visit I was told there was going to be a wait, which was fine. I waited for about 40 mins (30 mins after my original appointment time) so I called to make sure they didn’t forget me only to be informed that the front desk did not even check me in after 40 minutes of having my ID and insurance card and me sitting outside waiting for my turn. I love this office, everyone is super sweet and welcoming, I would just suggest more organization.

I’ve been going here for 5 years and Dr. Cathrine OConnor and new arrival Dr. Sachiko Nakashima are two of the Best medical professionals in the Arlington Area. I am so happy to see two women work so hard and exceptional. I love the new location as well. My appointments are quick and precise. I am usually in and out within 45 minutes and the receptionist and medical assistance are always polite and welcoming. I love Treat Now Family Clinic. They service my entire family.

This clinic is pure trash! The girls at the front are unprofessional, rude, and always act like they don’t know what’s going on and confused trying to rush you off the phone. Find a new clinic because I found me one! This clinic needs to be shut down ASAP

I am happy with this clinic. My mom and I go to this clinic. Doctors OConnor and Nakishima are great. They are very professional, friendly, and informative. Heather is also wonderful and super profesional. She is very friendly and makes us feel welcome. I wish some of the workers take her example, especially Jessica the receptionist, who I had a problem due to the fact that she was rude to me. She needs learn to be courteous.

The Nurse Practitioners are AWESOME. But the people Working at the Front desk are HORRIBLE & not Professional at all!!!!I Made an appointment, just to drive all the way to the location and found it closed. The sign at the door was ripped couldnt tell what the new location was . I called and they told me they moved to anew location . Not even apologetic atall .The location is a little hidden and hard to find . When you walk it, there is no Sign For Treat Now . Theres no way of telling of you are at the right location .I have been going to Treat Now for a while, just because of the Convenience, and also b/c I only go to the Dr for Physical or respiratory issues .Definitely, I will be NOT be coming back here . Will be finding me a new provider .

Ive been seeing Dr. OConner, for several months now, and she is a great doctor. Shes been very understanding, and has helped me a lot. Ill keep her as my PCP always.

Just wanted to reach out and share my complaint about the clinic. The receptionist Tracy needs better training. She is unprofessional and has horrible customer service. I called to make an appointment for the first time and was rushed on the phone, she put me on hold about 5 times throughout the call and had this annoyed tone in her voice whole time as if I was bothering her. Setting an appointment shouldn’t be this stressful. On the day of my appointment I arrived at the location that is says on Google maps and I find out that the clinic has moved locations. The receptionist should have mentioned that when I scheduled the appointment. When I called to let them know I was going to be late, Tracy said it was in the same area just a different suite which was a lie because it’s in completely different area, 14 minutes away from the original location. It was simply a horrible experience before I even got in through the door.

HORRIBLE experience. Was left on hold multiple times for 30+ minutes only to be hung up on when i was trying to reach the supervisor. When i finally did get through to her she rushed me off the phone without a resolution to the issue. I do not recommend this place if you enjoy good costumer service. Also need to speak to anyone above the supervisor here as she (jessica) told me there was no way for me to be able to contact whoever that may be.

Yessica is really rude and unkind! She has favoritisms and she made me wait for a long time on the phone ended up hanging up! Also wait so long for my appointment once I arrived! Forgot to mentioned I needed to bring id and insurance card! She didn’t fax anything that Dr.O’Connor told her that needed to be fax! Again very rude, unprofessional and I don’t know why she is there! I’ll pray for her because if she is still there the clinic will continue to loose patient and will go downhill real fast! Heather and the other MA are very kind, sweet, and they tend to get to know their patients and makes us feel welcome! People should take notes from heather! Love back office and love the providers!!!!

Update: turns out i was double charged, my insurance paid $113 and they charged me $113 to my card, how odd, for a cash patient it used to cost $80 a appointment, now that they moved, it cost $90 now, but if you have insurance, they charge the insurance company a total of $163.71, i can see why health insurance cost so much, because you have clinics like these that charge your health insurance more than if you were a cash patient. Now i have to contact them to give me a refund for $113.31 because they already collected that from my insurance company-------------Its unfortunate that i have to write a terrible review for this, but other people must know of my experience1. The lady in the front desk, Jessica, is Very Rude, i always have to be on my toes when speaking to her as i dont know if she means well or being rude.2. New location is awful, no i mean really, its terrible to get to.3. Dont come hungry, Wait times around 1 - 2 hours just to get in4. Price increased from $80 to $113 for cash patients5. DisorganizedSad times, avoid this place

Jesica went out of her way to help verify my insurance. They have taken COVID-19 very seriously and made precautions. Dr. Nakashima made me very comfortable.

Called 12/10 at 2pm to schedule new pt appt. Receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I work in the medical field and would never be rude or tell a pt “nah nah hold on wait”. Learn some manners and professionalism or don’t work in a medical setting at all. Canceled my appt because if the receptionist talks to pt’s in this manner I can’t imagine what the rest of the clinic is like.

Good clinic but don’t think they know what they are doing! Nurses are doctors!

Front office staff is rude and unprofessional. They dont give messages to the doctor. There isnt a nurse to speak with like most doctors offices so they only want you to come into the office which is inconvenient and a waste of time. More often than not, they keep you waiting for an extremely long time before youre called into the back. My biggest issue is with the office staff. The doctor was very helpful and nice. Im currently looking for a new location.

Office manager Anita very rude and unprofessional! I called the office at 4:15 pm on Jan 28, 2019 to see about scheduling an appointment for a new patient. (Mind you this is the office that I use personally) Anita answers the phone and proceed to say “thank you for choosing treat now please hold”, places me on hold to never come back to the phone until after 5:00 pm (closing time). So I call back continuously to get a answer and hear the phone rattling, then hang up! I call back several more times when Anita answer and told me that nobody was in the front to answer the call! I then told her the person who it was (which is her) she then goes on to say this is me im the officer manager so on and so on! While I was expressing myself to her letting her know how rude she was her response was “OKAY! How may I help you, would you like to schedule a appointment or something ? “ no remorse whatsoever! I bet the cameras can back all of this up! It’s sad to have such great doctors with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES AKA OFFICE MANAGERS! Will be calling corporate!!!
