The ladies that work here are very sweet and professional. They always make me at home, especially my first time coming in. I was so nervous but they put me at ease. They also sell very good products. I use the body oil for EVERYTHING! Makes your massages for your partner top tier! I mean.... they love the massages and youll love what takes place afterward 😉☺

Very un professional people that’s my first and last time come to this place I did full body waxing and my body all bulbs and a lot of burn cause of the hot wax and when ever i told it hot she said that what you feel anyway I talk to the manager and she said I will give a free Session, thanks I don’t want your free session just do your job right you can see those pic all over of my body

Im all about the quickness! Before today I was a BWV (Brazilian wax virgin) The fear I possessed prior to my appointment almost made me call to reschedule. But then I prayed and walked inside of the clean and friendly establishment. I requested Kristina and Im now thanking the V Gods from up above..well not sure where they reside but Kristina just knows what shes doing and shes going to make sure you know exactly whats going on every step of the way. Her personality was phenomenal. I wouldnt change anything other than my own fear. I made a future appointment. I already love the results. This was such a great first time experience.

I have been coming here for about 4 or 5 months now, prior to this I was a virgin when it came to Brazilian waxes, Brittany is the girl who did my wax and let me tell you she made me comfortable and talked to me the whole time she did it which made it less awkward (which I greatly appreciated) and I loved the results! Every time I scheduled I do it with her since I love the job she does. Most definitely recommend this place and all the people who work there have been wonderful and nice, I have no complaints what’s so ever. 😊

This review is for the service I received, not for the company itself...Although I was able to get a free service for being a new customer, the service given was messy. I was covered in powder before the wax began and then covered in wax during the service and not in areas I was supposed to. I was frustrated, wanted to leave but didnt want to be inconvenienced so I stayed, mainly because it was free and I was going to make sure the tech got all of what I needed, gone.I respectfully left a live review with the tech and stated she would need to be more clean while working. She responded with a thanks because she was new and was still learning different techniques...(sigh)...

I had my first Brazilian here at DB After a very awkward Brazilian at another business, my experience at Depil Brazil was great! The ladies here are super sweet, I had an appointment with Emily! She was extremely professional, sweet and held a conversation with me the entire time, I felt like she was a friend rather than a stranger I just met, I will definitely be back with Emily! Was recommended to this place by a friend and love this place. My esthetician name was Violet, quick and neat, I will be back. My only complaint is the false advertisement if you advertise that your first visit is free it should be free, but as expected nothing is ever free. All worth it though

This place was recommended to me by a friend that spoke very highly of this location. Booked an appointment, got a call right after booking from one of the receptionist to come 15mins after the time that I booked, odd right? So I get here and they tell me that it’s past my appointment time and that it was canceled. It instantly upset me because I’m in a rush and don’t have time for bad customer service. Location needs better receptionist.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years, but lately it has not been going downhill. It’s difficult to get them to answer the phone. You have to try back repeatedly. Frustrating. I had an appt last week (which was also on a national holiday) — they were open for business that day. One hour before my appt they called me to cancel because many technicians failed to show up for work. I was upset about the cancellation and told her that. Her response, “the techs have their own lives, ya know” as if I was the one who inconvenienced them for making an appt. I rescheduled for today but I’m not able to make it. I have tried calling a few times today but they won’t answer the phone. Time to find a new place.

Was 4mins late due to unexpected traffic and they canceled my appointment no warning. I don’t think it’s fair especially when I’m on time I wait that long if not linger sometimes. They need to know that stuff happened especially traffic.

I just moved to Arlington a few days ago. I found this place online, went in and was told that if its your first time, your services are are free. I only had to provide my new Texas drivers license which I dont have yet because I just got here. Fine, so I ask how much for a brow and upper lip and was quoted $18. Great! I made an appointment, got waxed and when it came time to check out they tell me its $30!!!! I have never paid that much for an eyebrow/lip wax in 20 years of waxing!!! The manager just said sorry. Pathetic!!! If you tell me its going to be $18 then that is how much you should charge!! I will never be back and will tell everyone not to come here. Horrible experience

This location is terrible. I am membership and have been in Greenville location for 5 months. I just visited this location because I just moved here. They did the same service which I paid for the package in year. Greenville location charge me $30. After the service, Nadia and Brittney charge me extra $15 on the same service which I have gotten in Greenville location. It doesn’t make sense to me. I hope the owner has to check and refund $15 back to me.

This place is HORRIBLE. I drove 20 mins for a service that i booked ahead of time. They called me to confirm my appointment the day before. Everything was fine. I walk in the day of for them to tell me they can’t service me because i booked a regular wax & not the “first time” wax. They said a normal wax takes 15 mins & for first timers it takes 30 mins. Why wouldn’t they mention that when they called me instead of having me waste my time & gas. I also feel like they just wanted to leave work right on time. Inconsiderate & unprofessional.

Porsha was awesome as I was a newbie! She made me feel so comfortable and hardly any pain.

I was 4 minutes late this morning for my appointment and could not be seen. I’m sure 4 minutes did not make a huge difference. Customer service was also poor at the front desk.

I gave up on waxing about two years ago because of my experience with another waxing company. I wasnt getting the results I needed and no one there seemed helpful or caring. Just wanted to get me in and out. I found out about Depil Brazil and wanted to give them a try. That was one of the best decisions I ever made! My first time was such a great experience. From the time I walked in I was greeted with some of the best hospitality from the front desk and my waxer took the time to make sure my skin was well taken care of. Ive been going to this studio for about 5 months now and I was very skeptical in the beginning. My normal wax tech was Jasmine and shes incredible, very personable and makes you feel right at home. This past visit I scheduled a session with Kristina because it was last minute and its been difficult to secure an appointment here with everyone now trying to wax since things are back open. I was very afraid to try a new tech, especially since my hair was on the thicker side since it was the first wax post-quarantine but whew... yall Kristina is PHENOMENAL! Shes quick, shes super friendly, very genuine, walked me through her process because its a little different than the other girls and its the most painless wax Ive ever had! Like seriously guys...shes a pro and her customer service is unmatched! Book with her if you want a comfortable environment and pain free experience.

Everytime I come to Depil Im greeted by smiling faces and great attitudes. The wax quality is amazing with my sensitive skin its hard to find something that wont break me out and their products and wax are definitely top notch!!! Highly highly recommend!!

This was my 1st time ever getting a Brazilian wax and it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. Tenisha was amazing...she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and most of all she made me feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I will definitely be back.

Today was my second time getting a Brazilian. My first time was with Jasmine, and the second with Tanya! Both are great and talk you through the pain! Both times I was seen earlier than my appointment time and did not have to wait. The receptionist Cameron is nice as well! The facility is clean and has a good atmosphere.

Kristina is my favorite! I hate any type of hair removal procedure but she always makes my services as comfortable and painless as possible. This location is also very punctual. Overall a very clean, upbeat establishment.

I went for my first time Brazilian! They front desk team was so kind and they had amazing teamwork like a family. My waxer was so knowledgeable about my skin and the products I was recommended helped my skin so much. I was very nervous about going in but my waxer talked me through the entire process. When I got to the front they had different savings plans for me to purchase since the first time was completely free! I’m HOOKED!

I’d share pictures but how awkward would that be!!This was my first wax experience ever and I went in very nervous about the process! My technician was named Tania and she made me very comfortable. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the process, reasons, techniques and all things wax related.By the end I was educated, relaxed and happy as a naked mole rat!

The actual waxers are great here but this business is SO unprofessional. I cancelled my membership 3 months ago and I’m still being charged 5 every month to “pause” my account. No one there can stop the charges and the manager is never in and never calls me back. Apparently she doesn’t “take messages”. Don’t go here if you value your hard earned money that they’ve now stolen and completely ignored my many attempts and over 5 phone calls at trying to talk to them and explain everything kindly

My first visit here was amazing !! The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating while getting me checked in. I booked with Jazmine for my first visit and I’m so happy that I did . She did an excellent job, held a great conversation and she was very knowledgeable about what she was doing . She also helped me pick out a good exfoliating scrub for my ingrown hairs. I will definitely be back here in 4 weeks!

This was my first visit to Depil Waxing Studio and I had a wonderful experience. As a woman who has been getting waxed for over 10 years, Tatiana has been one of the top estheticians I have ever been to. She was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and overall very professional. I definitely will be back.

Kristina is my regular technician. (Is that the correct term?) Well, she is fantastic, easy going, has a great sense of humor, and is a wonderful conversationalist...you almost forget that youre laying on a table, bare bottomed and spread eagle with someone preparing to rip every last bit of hair from your delicate lady parts. LOL! (Its actually not that bad.) The wait time is never very long, and Im usually in and out in under 10 minutes. Scheduling online or over the phone is easy and the service is great. The place is very clean with a nice waiting area as well.

I went here for the free wax and it was great!!! This was my second time ever getting a wax due to the first time( a different place) being a awful experience. My tech was TATYANNA and she was very comforting, sanitary & she kept me calm by conversation and informing me through the entire process. She also offered and explained their products for purchase! I loved that they use hard wax instead of strips! I definitely will be returning for my next month’s appointment!

They really dont communicate well when booking your appointment. If you are 5 minutes late you will not be seen. I understand being on time but this should definitely be communicated to all clients so you plan to arrive very early to avoid being late. Staff is very matter of fact and not accommodating. Would not come here again!Updated* I actually gave this place another try. This time they made a point to advise me of their policy at the time I made the appointment. I arrived and was seen with 5 minutes. Everything went smoothly and it was a pleasant experience. Great job for management addressing problems quickly. I would come again. Would get five stars but prices are a bit on the high side.

Wax experience isn’t bad but DO NOT sign up for the membership unless you go faithfully. They charge $50 cancellation, which is more than monthly amount, will not give refund, and will only offer to freeze account for 3 months before resuming with drafts. I did not get an additional service bc I don’t need it and would be better off just paying as you go or go to a different place altogether. BAD reflection and policy on the company Depil. Not pleased at all. But I do not take away credit where it’s due, the technician was good in her service when I went previously just save yourself the hassle on membership.

First time at Depil, wonderful service, very helpful and informative staff. Only issue is after my Brazilian not all hair was completely removed, I had patches and even one area that looked like it was just shaved but not even a close shave . Had to spend a PAINFUL while tweeting. Not sure if I came too late in the day, but if theres a next time (which there may be because the customer service was great) I will definitely consider just having another, more simple, area done.

This place is a SCAM!I was looking for places to go waxing around my place, we just moved nearby, and on their website it says FREE WAXING FOR 1ST TIMERS oh wow great! so I scheduled an appointment. got there, had the wax, on check out they ask for my ID. I found strange but yeah, OK... so now they are saying they only offer free waxing for 1st time clients to those with Texas license!! its not on their website!! I recently moved to Texas and dont have my TX ID yet, and she wouldnt take my zip code, which is in Grand Prairie! so these people lure you in, and find an excuse and make you pay full price! $55!! no such thing as free stuff. BE AWARE!

This is my 2nd time coming here for a Brazilian wax. Im really disappointed in my experience this time. I feel like my esthetician was rushing and in a hurry (which made it really painful). We didnt have any type of conversation, she did inform me of the process but that was it. She didnt even recommend any products I should use personally. My first experience was very pleasant thats why I came back but now Im unsure if Ill return.

I had an appt yesterday for 3:30 I was coming from Richardson area so not close at all especially with traffic I was going to be about 4-5 minutes late I had called ahead to let them know and they refused to take me and wanted me to reschedule for 6 o’clock but I don’t live anywhere near the area so I found this very pointless the person over the phone was very persistent on if I didn’t make it by 3:34 she could not take me and I would have to reschedule. Does this place not have a grace period? I’ve worked for a wax company before so be being 4 minutes late shouldn’t have been a big problem like they made it out to be. Was going to be my first time here so definitely not impressed and wouldn’t recommend anyone here.

I had the BEST experience when I was there!! I got my very first Brazilian and let me tell you I was terrified! Upon arriving I had to wait a little but I also got there early. I believe the girl that did my wax was Noami, she was AMAZING!! She made me feel so comfortable and did an amazing job! I was expecting to experience a lot of pain during and after the appointment but I didnt at all! I am one that experiences major skin irritation and ingrown hairs, but have not experienced those things at all!! I also bought an ointment through them that helps with those things and so far it has worked. I will be back June 9th for my next appointment! So glad I finally got the courage to make and go to the apportionment. If I can do it, so can you!! You should book now!

Tania was AMAZING! And Tatyanna was super sweet while I was waiting. Only downfall was, once the girl at the front desk realized I didnt want to buy into the Pre Paid services, her whole demeanor changed and turned totally rude. I wanted to rebook with Tania, but was dismissed without even being asked. Other than that, the service was amazing.

Had to change my review.. even though the person who I go to is super nice, that has not changed.. but costumer service is awful at the end of the day. I had frozen my account and they charged me again last month.. I called they told me that the info would be passed to the manager and she would called me back, she didnt; so I called again, this time the lady told me to get in contact with costumer service... I did! Emails back and forth, they wouldnt return my money (even though it was their mistake) so at the end the most convenient thing was to give me a gift card, which I dont have yet because the lady has not answered the email where I asked her how it works.. if I have to pick it up in the store or whatever, and she specified my account was frozen again and all that. Anyway I am finally thinking I am at peace with all the money that its on hold there because I froze the account for a reason(not going at the moment)... and surprise... they charged me again this month!!!! OMG I am so annoyed.. do yourself a favor if you decide to place a hold.. cancel!!! Do not freeze the account because they keep charging you .. so disappointed with these people!

I drove 30 mins to get my first wax and got there 4 mins late and told me they cant take me in after making an appointment. I was hoping to make this my new waxing studio but first impression is last impression. I felt rejected and didnt wanted to argue with the lady at the front desk. Extremely poor customer service.

I’ve been there once. It was my first visit and I’ve had 3 great Brazilian waxes before at another place. 1. The lady who did my wax was friendly,however she waxed in larger sections, wax was sloppy and dripping everywhere,double dipped, and the end results was horrible. I still had sections of hair left, the first week I was in pain because of the wax and pulling, 2 weeks later I’m still in pain and itching and have bumps like razor bumps. I’ve never experienced this at the place I usually go to. To top it off the receptionist is rude! I’ll never go back to this place.

Do not book online!!!!! I booked an appointment online the day before for 1pm and 1:30pm today for my dad and I. I am very disappointed and annoyed when I called at 12:45 to let them know that I may run a few minutes late to know that I had NO APPOINTMENT at all listed. I came from far and wasted both my time and my father’s time. I was told it was a glitch in the system becomes there was already a preexisting appointment for those times. There should not be online appointments available for times that are not available. Since there seems like there is no way to confirm until you call which is very inconvenient.

The reception service was just ok, which I thought was a little strange compared to all of my previous visits. However, my Wax Professional Tatyanna was amazing. Her personality was much more vibrant than the receptionists.
