I came in for a haircut and wash about a week ago, and got Alontay as my hairdresser. She did an amazing job with my long hair, so much so that I’ve gotten many compliments on my hair since getting it cut. I plan on coming to see her for my haircuts from now on.

Ive been going to the same young lady for nearly 15 years now. She used to work at the Lincoln Square location but had to relocate to the South Cooper Street location due to the pandemic. I make the drive from the north side of the city to the south just so that I can continue to have her do my hair. Usually always a shampoo and a haircut

They refused us service because I wouldnt put a mask on my 2 yr old and 11 month old!! I have never gone anywhere that would require my infant to put a mask on. Its utterly ridiculous. Ill never be coming back! As an adult I will wear a mask but I will not be putting one on my children that are this small.

I had been looking for a new stylist after the girl I went to moved. Several people recommended Nicole to me, and I am sure glad I listened! She is super nice, funny and listened to what I wanted. She gave me a few suggestions on the cut but wasn’t pushy. She made me feel comfortable and like I had known her for a long time. The cut she gave me was the best that I have had in a long time! I will definitely be seeing her from now on for my haircuts and other hair related needs. Also, the salon was clean and the rest of the staff was friendly. Overall a great experience!

Every time I go here the staff is so friendly. The place is always super clean and there is never an unreasonably long wait. Oh and did I mention the most amazing stylist works here too! Jordan Weir is the only person I will let touch my hair. She’s the absolute best. So if you go make sure you ask for Jordan!

Got the haircut that was what I wanted.

🤬How does a hair stylist not know how to do a simple taper around the face! She gave me freaking bangs! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Make sure if you get Alontay you be very specific with your directions, otherwise she will mess up your hair and make you pay for it.

Ashley was great did a wonderful job highly recommend Ashley. The only thing I didnt like is when I asked her to blow dry and straighten she said that its $60 to use their straightener even if I straightened it myself. I told her I needed to straighten before I tip so she threw her card at me and was like whatever. Tad bit of an attitude at the end there.

Good place. Some stylist are really nice but some of them try to be too fast. I took my son for a haircut and the manager did his hair in 7 minutes, it was alright but the haircut could of used another 5 minutes of fading. Its only a few stylist that are good at cutting men hair.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. My husband and I went in yesterday for trims. We didnt notice right away how uneven our hair was, and how choppy it looked, until we were in the car. My husband was very upset with how much his stylist took off for the trim he asked for, and I thought the side of my head looked odd but didnt notice until we got home that my side burns were cut too short and it made the rest of that side too short and uneven. I asked for blended and not disconnected, Im not even sure what my stylist did to my hair but its not blended. I noticed today that there was a chunk shaved off my husbands neck that we didnt see yesterday. We have our best friends wedding next week, and at this point were thinking of wearing wigs because of how ridiculous our hair looks.I myself am a cosmetologist, so I know how it should look. It was also very odd how fast my husbands stylist was; it seemed like he was in the chair for five minutes before he was out of it, with chopped hair. Very upset that we paid for this kind of service, these stylists could use training in slowing down and listening to their clients.

I love getting my sons hair cut by Alontae. She is always pays attention to the details and always ask him about school. My son would rather not have a cut then to go to anyone other then Alontae. She’s a keeper.

My first time there as it was a Sunday. Alontay cut my hair and did a great job. I was sick and asked for a rush job and she did it in 15 minutes with care and convo and it looked perfect. My daughter even bragged how good my haircut looked. Nice local, and ambiance .

Pretty upset with my Pixie cut I got a few weeks ago. Even after growing it out, it still looks choppy and like a child cut it. I normally never have issues and there are a couple of stylists I love, but this last visit was a major disappointment.

I love coming here to get my haircut and styled have been coming since I was a kid.. I have had many different stylist over the years but I can deff say the best one is Dani. She is so sweet and does an amazing job! Her station is clean, she always looks professional. I think everyone should go see her!!

The employees were bad mouthing other customers...right in front of myself and two other customers! Whats worse, is the manager chimed right in! One of the worst salons I’ve ever been to. Obviously expired products on the shelf cause they smell horrible and bottles have cracks in them. Stylist sit around and talk horribly about customers . My daughters hair was so choppy and uneven I had to take her somewhere else and pay double to fix it. Will not be coming back to this location.
