Ive been coming here to get my eyebrows threaded for a few years now. I have sensitive skin and the staff always makes sure that Im taken care of and are super kind. I always leave with the most beautiful brows. I wont go anywhere else to get my brows done.Ive done their eyebrow tinting services as well and theyre phenomenal. I dont get them toned often cause its usually out of my price range, but it is also a service I highly recommend you get from them if youre thinking of doing a tint, but youre not sure.

I’ve been a customer for a few years now, and I absolutely love this place. I refuse to go anywhere else because my stylist Mandy is the BEST. She is sweetest and most professional person there. Along with Flavi, she is super nice too. I must say I fully trust Mandy’s work. She does a great job on my eyebrows, relaxing and detailed facials, great eyelash lifts, and nice haircuts. Mandy literally does EVERYTHING and does awesome job! Glam India you’re lucky to have someone as amazing as her!

The lady with glasses messed up my eyebrows. She took too much hair off and now it looks weird. I came here because I saw good reviews but I was dissatisfied. Please don’t come here unless you want ugly eyebrows. I’m only putting one star bc otherwise I wouldn’t be able to post this review, but I actually give this place 0 stars

I had eyebrow tint and full individual mink lashes. I was so excited and felt absolutely beautiful! Most of the lashes fell off the next day and in TWO DAYS were completely gone. I followed all instructions to take care of them. Left a message at the shop, no reply. So disappointed. Quite a bit of time and money for very little. I hear other people rave about these lashes, but mine were a disappointment.

Pretty great service have been coming for the past 3 years! Kinda sad that the old girls arent there but their new ones give just as great service, only complain is that sometimes they dont see you come in so they let others who came in way after you go but its ok I dont mind.

It was great! Im a very socially anxious person and havent had my eyebrows threaded in a long time so I kept messing up where to put my hands but the lady was very sweet about it and corrected me each time and even gave me a few pointers on how to not overpluck my eyebrows. They even offer aloe vera gel at the end to help with redness and have very comfortable chairs with affordable prices :)

Need to mention Mandy the hairstylist, the most unprofessional of the lot and I doubt she has a certification in any of the services, which Glam India offers. Horrible cleanliness and and no sanitation protocol was followed for covid safety. Please find yourself a better place for your skin and hair. I wish i could give them a zero for their low grade service. Save your money

This place is ridiculous to work, they dont respect employees. The management is so pathetic, they will never address employees concerns and also will never pick up their calls and messages when they want to communicate. They will make employees write fake google reviews for their salon . The products that they use are highly unhygienic, specially their facial products, they use very low quality products, wax is also very bad, makes the skin darker, they wont change facial kits for years. If their restroom is out of order they will make employees fix it rather than calling for help. They will never pay employees on time. Also they have employees working without license.

Okay, I use to love this place, but now not so much. First off, I always go for a full face wax . Every time I go, I obviously get different persons which is different experiences. I notice the ladies follow different procedures for a full face wax, some ladies do it the right way, and some ladies are such in a hurry to do it fast, that they don’t do their job right. From what I know the cheeks, under the eyes is a big NO for wax, So that part you thread. well not all ladies know that . Theirs been a couple times that I have walked out of there with red spots all over my face. Now I don’t take names, and I’m not here to tell on people . My purpose is, so that you can trained your team better, to follow procedures CORRECTLY. I obviously won’t be attending here anymore, because I tried to give this place so many chances but is just not working for me .

There were three people in line before me. When I came in they did not ask me to sign in. Then several more people showed up who they did ask to sign in. Then they started calling the people who signed in to be serviced. I let them know that there were a couple people who were in front of me that were in front of the people on the list who had not been asked to sign in including myself. So they waited on them and then started calling names again from the list. I let them know that I was next. I was then seated in a chair and they once again started calling names from the list. The people who were seated after me started receiving their services while I just sat there. Finally I just got up and left. No point in spending my money somewhere I’m obviously not wanted. I was a loyal Customer before this but will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward

Ever since they expanded, their quality of work has suffered. I remember a time where you could walk in and any one of them could do your eyebrows and they’d look flawless. Now every time I go I leave with sparse areas in my eyebrows that used to be full and thick. I don’t even let them thread me anymore only wax, and i let the person know ahead of time to watch it and They still find a way to mess up my brows. I’m going to try to find one person to let do my eyebrows but if I can’t I’m not going back here.

Yesterday, I visited to glam India on south Cooper Street. I did upper lip wax, it was very painful at first. After sometime, I noticed that my skin was burnt a bit. I would suggest to use a quality wax. Please.

I came here for mini facial which was 29usd but they said to take full facial which will be 35$ so I took that but end of facial I realized they did the mini facial .Very unprofessional service.the reciptionist was really rude . I have asked for some other services like oil message, hair cut she was extremely irritated.Never going back again

Every time I have come to this place my lashes fall off in less than a week, this time they started falling off after 4 days and they wouldnt refund me. Go someplace else and do not waste your money here!!! Complete waste of money, 100% not worth it at all

Came here for my fiances bridal henna. Shelly was the artist and she did such an amazing job In the details. We took the picture from Pinterest and Shelly did the great job to make it identical to the photo. Its picture perfect and we are extremely satisfied with the work. The whole salon is very professional and they take really good care of the customers. The price is worth the effort they put in their work. Definitely recommend to anyone.

I will not be coming back here ever again. I specifically asked the lady doing my eyebrows to NOT make them too thin or too short, but I walk out of this salon with half my eyebrow gone. I didnt get her name, I didnt even tell her that I didnt like how my eyebrows turned out, but I honestly shouldve. Save your eyebrows while you still can.

My friend and I went together to get henna tattoos. They did an excellent job recreating the pictures we brought in. She drew everything freehand and is a Master at it. Friendly staff, clean, and they do everything but nails.

Mandy is amazing!!! I’ve been coming to Glamindia for 3 years since moving to their neighborhood. Normally I only receive threading and tenting. I always receive impeccable service and ideal results. Today I went in to get lashes done for the first time and Mandy helped me relax my nerves assuring me I had nothing to worry about. She was right! I went in nervous and ended up falling asleep while Mandy went to work. She did such an amazing job I can’t tell they are not my lashes. She also lifted and tented my brows which combined with the lashes gave me the “I work up like this” look I was going for. So happy with my results and will send everyone I know to get any service at Glamindia. Of course I’ll be back for touch ups with Mandy!!

Ive come pretty regularly for the past year. However, the service is definitely less than exceptional. There are times they wont even greet you except to take your name. I always went because it was relatively cheap at only 15 for a full face thread- but today I noticed the price increased to 25 dollars. There have been times when I have left after a service and noticed missed spots, so I definitely was not going to pay more for the service. I was willing to overlook a lot in the past due to the cheap prices and location, but I can go to many other threading salons and get better service in cleaner environment. I went right down the street and paid 25 dollars and the store was much cleaner, employee was very nice, and I was in and out quickly.

I went to Glam India for an event and had a nice Evening there with my friend. The staff is attentive, quick and kind. The team is in sync as they work swiftly to ensure customers receive the attention needed and in a timely fashion. As part of our complimentary services for the evening, I got both a henna tattoo and eyebrow threading. This was my second time getting a henna (first ever time at Glam India), but I get my brows threaded at least twice a month. The prices are super reasonable here!! Dare I say cheap. Most eyebrow spots will charge like $10 or $12, based on my past experiences. At Glam India they offer it for $5. That was the most shocking thing of the night. Im still hoping that I read the pricing correctly....but I did because I have video proof. They will thread brows, lip, chin, full face, you name it. I didnt get any eyelashes during the event, but a number of ladies were having them applied, and one that I saw close up looked very natural. Fans were provided to help them dry once applied. I cant speak to the hair dressing or styling portion of the spa but I did see a couple of hair washing bins/chairs and a bunch of hair products available for sale.Both ladies who I received service from were very efficient & pleasant. I liked a lot of the henna designs offered. Customers will get a decent amount of options to choose from.If you live, work or go to school in South Arlington Glam India is located right off Cooper Street near Park Row (across the street from Taco Cass but before reaching Nizza Pizzeria when traveling north) but dont miss it as its within a strip mall. Bad experience. Got the tab lashes. 1st set the tab lash was glued to my lid and i had allot of pain. Had to remove them which was very painful. 3days later. Went to get the set over. They looked good but within 24hrs the glue didnt hold. Went again to get those redone..good for 2days then they stated coming off again. I gave up on this place. I dont recommend them unless youre going to get threading.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS BEFORE A BIG DAY!Ive been going to Glam india for eyebrow threading for about 5-6 years exclusively never had an issue and I always tip well, they usually do phenomenal work and I constantly recommend my friends and family to go here, so when it came time for my wedding on the 12th of course this was the first place I thought of going, BIG MISTAKE. I got the $50 eye makeover because not having to worry about makeup on my honeymoon sounded very appealing. Eyebrows came out amazing! but...eyelashes were another story, at first everything seemed okay, they hurt when I blinked but I thought that was because I wasnt used to them, I followed all of the aftercare instructions, I didnt get them wet, I washed my face around them with a rag, didnt take hot showers because of the steam and didnt put any mascara on them just incase. On my wedding day (the next day) I noticed some of them were lifting in the corners and some were falling off, I did my best not to touch them but it was SO embarrassing on my honeymoon that my lashes were literally now crooked Id have to move them back into place, 2 days later I got back from my honeymoon (got them done Thurs, came back Sunday) to get them fixed, I was given attitude and told that they only guarantee 24 hrs even thought they have posted for 2 weeks and that I should have to pay to get them fixed but she was going to do me a favor and glue it for free, she then started to just add more glue, she glues my bottom lashes to my face on accident and had to fix it, and the lashes came out terribly, they were all clumped together in certain areas and not full in others, they looked horrible! After I raised concerns that there was still a section still falling off she got upset and said there was NO WAY they would fall off and because I dont like confrontation I walked out and said nothing, on the ride home with my husband that section of lashes came off and when I got home I was so upset and embarrassed I just ripped them all off it was so terrible and embarrassing I wish I had taken pictures but I kinda just want to forget the whole ordeal. Id feel terrible if this happened to someone else. Beware.

I was helped my Mandi and she did an absolute amazing job threading my eyebrows. They were a disaster before but she fixed them and made them look better than every. Definitely my new favorite eyebrow location.

I think this is the best place I have visited so far and they do amazing eyebrow threading. They told me about the offers they had for henna tattoo so I got one done and it turned out to be just awesome. Love this place. I am definitely going to be back for getting my lashes done!!!

Mandy did a terrific job on my lashes, brow threading and brow tinting. The prices are very reasonable but not at the expense of quality. The salon takes great measures to ensure a safe, clean environment. I love that they offer a cash discount for purchases >$50.

Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible! Could not say that word enough. To summarize everything, the salon is VERY dirty, unprofessional and unwelcoming. If you are looking for a nice, clean, relaxing spa day, DO NOT GO HERE.

Threading experience was good. Professional and qualified staff. Place looks a little disorganized/dirty and very limited waiting space despite the place getting crowded. But its the cheapest threading service Ive found so far so Ill keep going.

Ría, is so sweet and good with you.She is the first salon sweet girl I have ever came across with such a genuine and caring for experience.She notice I have red pigmentation after getting hair thread removal and placed cool bulb on my face and I ended up with no red tomatoe face look out the salon.I came out feeling so cared for and pampered and To top it all of my face was not red coming out salon so happy this salon is my to go places now.

If I had an eyebrow threading home, it would be this place. I always get great results and Ive never left once upset with the service provided. Plus, you get amazing quality for the price. Yes, this place does get popping during busy hours but Ive never had to wait longer than 15 min while visiting during those hours. I would definitely suggest going during the weekday and right when they open on the weekends if you cant make it on a weekday. I love this place!

Always have an amazing experience here, they are very quick and experienced. By far the best threading place I have been to.

It was a good place the first 2 times I visited that I even sent my friends and family here. The best part is their prices. However, cheaper is not always better and every time is a different experience. One time I booked an appointment first thing in the morning for all body waxing, they didn’t open on time (had to wait in the car for about 15 minutes) and then they had me wait nearly 40 minutes inside for the wax to get warm....then she proceeded to tell me I should’ve booked my appointment later because the wax takes some time to warm! Why is this my fault? Not sure. I proceeded to tell her that probably they could fix the issue by either arriving (not early) but on time, or buy smart plugs and set a damn timer! She didn’t say anything. To top it off, I got a lot of red bumps on my shoulders that lasted over a month and was left with some scars and that was the last time I went.

After spending far too long reading threading reviews, I decided this was the place I’d try. I have gone years without any professional help with my eyebrows and I wanted to get back into it. I have a lot of peach fuzz that is clear but noticeable when I wear makeup/in sunlight so I decided to do a full face threading for the first time. The place was clean and staff was nice, I walked in early mid-morning and didn’t have to wait. Price was 15$ for entire face, including brows. It look a bit longer than expected but just goes to show they weren’t cutting corners. They put some cold compresses on afterwards and asked if I needed any aloe. My face felt as smooth as a baby’s bottom, my eyebrows looked great but my favorite unexpected treat was how they made my sideburns look so clean, something I didn’t think I needed until now. I will definitely be back monthly for the full face as I don’t think I can now go without. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend getting your eyebrows tinted here. I was told it would last 2-3 weeks and it faded away after 3 days. It was $30 so not happy about that at all. Price should definitely be lowered if it’s not going to last as stated.

I been to several places in Arlington to get my eyebrows threaded and this place has been the best. I usually only write reviews to say negative but truthful things but I was impressed with this place since it took me so long to find a good one, I been here twice. This place is nice and clean. I went in an hour before they closed on Tuesday and there were three ladies working the front. One was already with a customer, one was cashing out the another, and the last one was at the counter. All three greeted me and the third came to me to ask what I was there for. Rema was the lady who threaded my eyebrows. Both times I been here have been very sanitary, I always see them use clean gloves and new tissues to wipe the hair. She finished quick and did a great job. She let me check my eyebrows with a mirror and I thought it looked perfect but she noticed a couple hairs I had left and went back to clean it. She asked me if I wanted Aloe Vera and actually put a good amount of it and cleaned it thoroughly. Most places barely put any on me and just swab it once. I cant say much about their other services but their threading has been great and reasonably priced, in addition to the place being nice, sanitary, and extremely friendly.

Always amazing servers, and without a doubt amazing food! Used my app and got my free bday meal. Really thankful for everyone working through covid and keeping safe while still trying to adjust to the new normal.

I’ve been a customer of Glam India for 8yrs and I had the worse service I’ve ever experienced there today. I went to the Glam India to get a henna and was told that no one was available to do a henna at this location and to try the other location. Once I made it to the other location and inform them that I would like a henna. I was told to pick out my design. I waited for 40 minutes and was asked for my design, at that moment the tech then asks me which color. When I told her brown, she then tells me they only have black at the moment. I felt like that should have been mentioned when I initially stated I wanted a henna. That would have saved me 40 minutes of waiting.

I got my eyebrows done and i liked how it turned out. Only thing is you guys need to update your online booking because it’s not accurate or remove that option completely if you cannot monitor it.

I went in to their second location for an A-line bob. The stylist double checked with me the type of hair cut and length I wanted. She made sure I could keep up with the maintenance of the cut and gave me tips on how to keep my hair healthy. Super professional and kind. Gave me exactly what I wanted!

I went in at 7:15 on Friday (45 minutes before close) for a full face threading. They were extremely accommodating and were quick to set me up with someone. The woman doing the threading was polite and respectful and my eyebrows look lovely after. She was kind even though I am annoying to thread (low pain tolerance)The reason I deducted 2 starts is what I feel is dishonest pricing information. Online they advertise full face for $15+ and they had a yellow sheet on the counter showing pricing as the same. This sheet is on the top of the counter. After the service that charged me $25 and stated that pricing does not start until Monday. There was another pricing sheet (under a stack of papers) showing this price. Since I was in a rush to get home I did not make a fuss, I am just extremely disappointed in what I feel was dishonest pricing information. For $25 I would have gone to a nicer salon.Edit: they contacted me, apologized for the miscommunication and reimbursed the price difference. Facial threading is $15. Will be going back.

Mandy was amazing! It was my first time getting a lash lift and tint. She gave me her honest opinion on weather eye lashes extensions versus a lash lift/tint would look best on me. And she killed it on my eyebrows💕 I will be coming to her again!

I love this location and have been coming here for over five (six? seven?) years. Every person who has worked on me is super thorough and does a perfect job. It doesnt matter who you have because each person is equally skilled.I tried another threading place but I so regret so I came back to GLAMINDIAThe space is clean and bright and I love that this place is a comfortable space for me to defuzz.

The only reason why I’m doing 2 stars is because Mandy did my lashes perfectly to me, I wish she could do mine at home.However.....They have another mink stylist who for some reason does not do my lashes properly. She plucks the hanging lashes which your not suppose to do. I spend 80 dollars and the lashes are falling off after I go back in for a correction the following Monday due to the holidays, I’m told I have to pay another payment because I waited 8 days to come in. I even told the lady the only reason I came back in so late was because Mandy wasn’t going to be back in and I refused to let that other lady touch anywhere close to my eyes.. Bobby was trying to separate my lashes and practically pulling them out. It hurt while she was doing it. Which I told her about. She Then said “are you not comfortable” I said I’m not but I need my lashes done for Christmas.I won’t be back here and I’ve spent so much money with them only to get bad scheduling hours, and bad tech service.

I got my tab lashes applied. The stylist applied the lashes perfectly. They lasted for more than two weeks as I took care the way it was mentioned by the stylist. Really, it was an amazing experience.

This was my first time at the Salon and am from out of town but my first experience was great. I had a lash lift, eye brow threading, lip wax, haircut, and blow out. Mandy was nice, patient, and very attentive. I will recommend anyone to come in and they have very reasonable prices.
