Clear Water Car Wash always does a great job for a reasonable price. Love this place! And I was super happy with their honest staff member who found my sons Air Pods (which we turned our house upside down looking for!) I would highly recommend this business to anyone!

I was pleased with the results of my visit. The cost was lower than anticipated. My car sparkled when they finished it. I have a dirty job and my car endures lots of different environments, but the staff was able to make me proud to drive my car. The floorboards, dash, and interior windows look like new. The lounge area has vending machines and a variety of seating. And best of all, I was only there about 15 minutes.

I was very impressed! They were fast, but very detailed. A mom of 2 kids always on the go my car showed it. I was just expecting to have a nice vacuum and wipe down. When I got back in I was shocked! Definitely will be back. Both my boys were entertained the whole time watching them clean so that was a bonus. One less stress for my day off!

For being short staffed they did an awesome job deep cleaning our Jeep! Loved seeing management out helping the staff cleaning the cars.

This place Sucks....the ppl are Rude...charges extra if your small car is Xtra dirty...... without telling you of the Xtra charge....my car wasnt very clean once I left.... several missed spots, dirty wheels, door handles....I will take my car wash business else where.....I dont recommend this car wash....👎

First and the last time I go to Clearwater. I went for a basic interior and exterior cleaning and was left with a nice new long scratch right outside my driver side window that I can not get out and now see every time I look out the window!..🙂 maybe from the fact that they dont switch dirty towels between cars. 1/5 stars.Not to mention that they didnt even get the crumbs out that were right in the open on my passenger seat.

Love this car wash. They take the extra time to power wash the vehicle to knock down dirt/snow/ice before the vehicle goes through the soft touch wash. After the wash, they towel dry the exterior of the vehicle AND open each door to wipe them down to prevent doors from freezing shut in winter. Highy recommend going here. I drive way out of my way to go here in winter.

I like this place. I found it this summer when I first moved up here and when looking to get my car cleaned inside and out. I saw they had a decent price for a full service clean. They have been very quick every time I have gone and with it being winter they actually will towel dry your car after they wash it with hot water. The staff is always friendly and the waiting area has TV and magazines although when I went it was so quick I didnt even really read or watch the TV. If you want a quick place to get your car washed (especially to get all that salt off your car in the winter) then this is the place to do it. I havent used them for anything but car wash and I havent used them for deep detailing but if those services are anything like their car washing it should be good as well.

Normally they do a great job. This time after i left i noticed some black marks, upon getting home and looking there were black marks all-over the freshly washed car. The interior however was cleaned well.

Left my car super clean and smelling great, and didn’t take too long! There was an inconvenience or two, but in sight of how clean my car was, it was worth it!

You get what you pay for, if youre expecting your car to be spotless and detailed youll be disappointed. Several touch ups needed to be done when I got home, but its $25 and still way better than PDQ.

One of the Best places to go. Been going for many years. Even got my mom and other family members going here as well. Great service and workers are nice and helpful. Usually purchase for Christmas gifts. We need more clear waters around this area. Only know of Appleton having one. Also 1 in Oshkosh.

I love when Clearwater washes my car. They usually do a great job. The last few times I have had my oil changed the same guy has told me he could not rotate my tires. The first time was an excuse of how he was the only one here and now the 2nd time he said he couldnt do it because he has a bad back and that he is the only on there. Missing out on money. A willing customer wanting to give you money is walking out the door. Am I the only one?

I grew up in Indiana and we had a Mikes car wash in town. Clear Water Car Wash is similar but better. I enjoy them so much and I am grateful for the expertise in car care and seasonal maintenance they bring to our community.

Joke!!! Staff more worried about their cellphones then the cars coming down the line. My car sat on a line that was not moving for the better part of 2 minutes. Once the line and machinery started back up Im now left with scratches and paint damage. Management was apparently absent or on their cellphone(s) too!

It looks better than it did when we bought it 3 years ago!!! The video I posted on their FB page is definitely worth cruising over to watch, apparently you cant upload videos on here. If I had taken before pics, youd see the phenomenal job they did detailing my Durango, it was so gross (dont judge me, we have 2 toddlers). I honestly have never been more impressed.

Yo! Just had the whip detailed, tires rotated, and oil changed. Countless puke stains from my dog getting car sick anytime I have to bring her anywhere over the years. Several protein shake drinks that spilled all over my seats after the gym. It was in rough rough rough shape. Wish I would have taken before and after pics. They did an amazing job. Car looks bran new. I cant believe they got the stains out. Every nook and cranny is dirt free. Amazing job. Definitely going to be back regularly with both vehicles! Thank you so much!

I use this place quite often. And I know to request my trunk be vacuumed as they dont automatically do that anymore. Last time I requested it they didnt do it. So when I brought it up to them I was told it would be over an hour wait because they were too busy.I went back today for oil change and car wash. Again I requested to have trunk vacuumed, the guy wrote it down. Imagine my surprise when I opened my trunk to put groceries in and it wasnt vacuumed at all! I was hoping I wouldnt have to run all the way to PDQ again for this service, but I may have to.

Service was done sooner than expected, which would have been great, except you could definitely tell it was rushed. There were globs of wax left around the hood of the car, the wheels were clean on the face, but completely filthy in the corners and on the sides of the spokes, smashed bug spots on the front end look like they were wiped off but not washed or waxed at all, and there are water spots ALL OVER the car where it wasn’t properly dried.Definitely will not be bringing my business back here or referring anyone else to go there.

I had brought my car to clear water for an oil change and an add on of the works car wash. After being up graded the man inside was giving away for free, what I had just paid extra for. They didnt clean my doors, dash, center counsel. I brought my car back to have them clean what they misses. They still didnt clean everything the second time. The whole experience took over an hour. I will not recommend them.

Most of the time they do a great job.Waited in line for 54 minutes this morning around 9 AM. $36 later I went to get my truck the wash was fine but the floors barely got vacuumed, wish there was a way to post pictures. if I was anyone looking at this Review I would turn around if it’s busy

Beware, express detailing service is not express, even if they tell you they can get you in that day yet!! After waiting an hour and a half I got nowhere! I spilled a crockpot of liquid squash soup on my passenger carpet floor on the way to work. Clear Waters website says they have Express carpet cleaning and wash, first come first serve. During the day I called, explained my mess, and asked if they were able to clean it. They said there was a little bit of a wait but if I got there soon they could get it in today. When I arrived shortly after 2 pm, I went inside and double-checked where I should go and that they could do it. When I moved my car to the Detail door I was told to go to, there was no one in front of me, however I waited for almost an hour and a half and none of the inside cars moved. After an hour I called the lobby to ask about usual wait times and after repeating my situation and what I was wanting, they said my only option was to keep waiting. After waiting another 30 minutes, 1 of the cars moved out and a parked car was brought inside in its place. I called the lobby again to set up an appointment instead as I needed to go elsewhere and the next available they quoted me was next Thursday, a week from today. Considering the liquid is an orange soup on beige carpet, that was unacceptable and I decided to take my business elsewhere who is able to get me in the next morning. I dont know why they have express detailing as an option when they clearly dont do express detailing.

I have been going to a competitor for quite some time and or have done it on my own. I have been to this location twice now and just have to say WOW! Top notch service! Staff was very friendly and thorough on top of it! Its the simple things like not having to move my seat and adjust mirrors that makes all of the difference. Attention to detail is spot on. Your staff even took the time to remove the pet hair that gets stuck in the fabric of my seats! I am in management and am a firm believer in providing a quality service and a reasonable price, your team has all the bases covered. GREAT JOB!

Service can sometimes be hit or miss as to how clean your car gets during their wash. My recent visit was one of the best cleans they have ever done for my car. I brought my car here for an oil change as well, it was affordable and the man explained the different types of oils and services to me very well. He told meI needed new windshield wipers and I agreed to have them installed, however, once I left, I discovered they weren’t actually changed out, so that was disappointing. Overall good service though!

I came in for a car wash and when my vehicle was done I noticed there was yellow paint on the backseat. I went to the manager and blamed him for the paint because I did not see it prior. The manager mentioned that it was not possible for them to get pain on the seat. I said it was possible because it wasnt there before and that the car wash did it. I then threatened him and in a short period of time I asked the last person who drove my car if they had paint on and if they had left the yellow paint, and they admitted to having the paint on them and leaving it on my vehicle. I then came back to the car wash because I felt terrible for threatening him because he did not do it. I apologized for my behavior. The manager appreciated my apology and ended up cleaning/removing the paint spot. A few days later I came back to ask him how much he would charge me for the spot cleaning, and he said the apology was all he needed. I have since come in for restoration headlights and they have done an excellent job. After all is done and said, I would highly recommend this business. They go above and beyond for their customers.

They have always done a good job cleaning inside and out of my vehicle. Staff is usually friendly. You have to be careful when you choose to go because the line can get long very quick and it can take a while to get in.

AVOID! I have had three bad experiences with this place. In one of them they lost a part of the center console for my van when doing an expensive detail clean. Talked to desk worker and a manager who promised to call me back. That was October still no call back. Cost me 40 bucks to replace.This last visit I asked them not to mess with my floor mats. They didnt listen and They ripped the plastic floor mat retaining clip right out of the factory carpet. This has caused the mats together caught under my pedals. Will not be simple to fix.

First time here a few days ago even though I see it daily due to work. Was very satisfied with the options available to clean my vehicle being that I need extra height clearance for my truck. 75 is the max clearance for this facility and I just fit. Also my tires are a little wider and they were able to accommodate that as well where PDQ was not. Ill be doing my business here moving forward.

This is by far the best car wash in the area. They do a wonderful job. Sometimes superior. Of course their detailing services (an extra 20 bucks to underarm the inside, is come and go, depending on who you get. There is one individual, who does an outstanding job. The others are mediocre ! Basic wash with gentle inside is absolutely perfect everytime !

Be prepared to wait forever in line to get your car washed here. Also be pepared to not have your tires cleaned and shined properly even when you pay extra. The only reason this place gets any good reviews is because its the only full service wash around. After getting my car washed here several times and leaving several others after waiting in line over 45 minutes, I will no longer be a patron.

This is a good car wash if you dont mind hands on touch washes. Theres a team that washes it by hand with pressure washers and also dries your car by hand at the end which is a big plus. I wouldnt do it to a detailed car of course, but if you arent concerned with micro scratches from towels and mitts then the end result is better than your average automated car wash as you wont have spots, lingering soap or water- they dry it well.

This place is good as a car wash but skip the hand wax and rain x program. I spent the extra money thinking they would clean up the exterior but they did not remove any tar from the car nor were all bugs removed. They just waxed over the top. Windows were streaked from car wash which meant they could not have used rain x on all the windows. Even saw water streaks on doors so question if it was even waxed. Spent the afternoon removing tar cleaning windows and then applied wax and rain x myself.
