As you can see this is my freshly washed car. This was the platinum wash too. Dont waste your money.

I purchased a car wash package at the Ballard Road Appleton/Hwy 41 location today, (March 23, 2021) at approximately 10:30 am. The two ladies running the place were phenomenal. Their helpfulness with my car wash program was indeed beyond the call of duty. In this day and age, it is very difficult for employers to find good help. Cudos to this Shell station operator at finding these ladies, hiring them, and then managing to keep the on at his/her store.

I am so sick of advertisements being forced down my throat whenever I want to refuel my car. Instead of having a mute/skip option like any decent gas station, the ads take over the screen forcing customers to wait for the ads to finish in between providing a rewards card, payment & getting my receipt. It’s a joke and an insult to be forced to watch advertisements while I am ALREADY paying for a service.

The gas station is useless! They can not keep anything in stock. They put NOS on sale 2/$4 for weeks yet they never EVER restock the flavors. I walk in every morning only to see the same empty shelves. Plus put a dang candy bar on sale every once in while. You never know someone may actually buy something!

This is a review of the car wash not the gas station! The gas station is a gas station theres not a lot to review...The car wash at this gas station is tracked in other words you put your vehicle in neutral and it drags you through the wash Ive never had good luck with that kind of a car wash but this one is exponentially worse... the drive forward thing came up so I drove in as soon as I got my vehicle all the way in I started getting a flashing red X and loud beeping so I panicked I put it in reverse and I gunned it backwards sat and waited for it to give me the arrow again and went in same thing so I figured maybe it was normal whatever it drags you through the car wash way to quickly it was like a 3-minute wash for the most expensive one when I got to the farside my vehicle still at was fully covered in soap like it was never even rinsed at all could not see out the windshield or windows the only thing that took the soap off was the dryer yes this is one of the crappier car washes Ive ever been through I would definitely not recommend it to anybody especially because its no cheaper than any other car wash anywhere else....

Huge place with lots of quick-shopping items. Clean place. Good staff is helpful and cheerful.

Just went through the car wash and it was absolutely pointless when cars are going through 5ft from each other cause the water getting sprayed on their cars gets on your car after you go through the dryer essentially leaving you with a soaked car thats still dirty. On top of the dirt that the washer doesnt take off your car! Waste of $13

Convenient gas station with a very easy-to-use air pump.

Just paid $14.95 for a car wash and I still have splattered bugs on my windshield! What a waste of time and money! Stay away from this place!

Went through the car wash to get bugs off. Left with windshield and front end still dry (water never even hit it.) What a waste.
