Not a single trash can and the dumpster was locked up. Never ever came across a car eish without a trash can

Automatic wash chipped the very expensive aluminum rims on my car. I will never use this automated wash again. Ive also used the manual wash bays in the past, half the wash functions do not work. Facility is not cared for and brickwork on the overhead door is falling apart. Avoid this place if you care about your car - I unfortunately learned the hard way.

I wish I had read some of these reviews before taking my vehicle here. What started out as just needing to rinse some of the winter salt off of my vehicle, turned into me needing to get out of my vehicle to use the Emergency Exit after getting stuck in the wash without it ever starting. The guide rails also completely ruined the rims on my vehicle, which will be very expensive to fix. The number online for Best Wash is no longer connected, so theres no way for me to contact the owners. If the owners are reading this, please make some updates to your facility. It seems there have been many people that have had this same issue.

Does the job. A little pricey

Guide rails on touch free wash are damaged. It looks like a truck drove over the rail and squished it flat and pushed it into the driving path. The piece sticking out was high enough to take gouges out of the center of my wheel along with minor curb rash where the wheel protectors werent enough. A $10 car wash caused +$500 of damage. I thought there would be enough room or I would have just backed out and wasted the wash.

Well no good news....I baught the 12$ wash. It washed the very top to 6 inches below the windows and the very bottom 6 inches of the car. It left the majority of the car unwashed. The same middle strip all the way around the car. I agree its a waist of money unless they allow for compensation. Theres no contact number or web site. Other then they are allowing me to publish this warning for you. I think maybe I will make a sign that says out of order this should help you. Pick another place that actually cares?????? Wash date 7-24-2020 please fix for us..I will contact better business bureau for you all.

Cash machine was broke had to use credit card.

Dishonest & crooked owners. My car was damaged and the owners won’t even return my call or the insurance agent’s calls. I know a little about customer service and these 2 care only about themselves. I would not even give them 1 star.

I was looking to vacuum out my van so I came here. Tried to buy a car cleaning cloth with quarters but nothing came out, luckily it gave me my money back. I then went to the vacuum, put in the quarters and again nothing turned on. When I pressed the return button, only one quarter came back. I called the number on the vacuum, but they were unwilling to help me. Never coming back here

Generally, if you want to just clear off the salt from winter on your car, or a little dirt, the low-tier option will do a decent job. However, if you have a lot of dirt and grime really on your vehicle, dont bother coming here. Ill pop in when there is no line and just need something quick, but otherwise Ill try to find one of the newer washes in the area that do a much better job for the same price.

$7 was not a bad price but my car is still filthy. They need a better system... maybe soft foam brushes?

This car wash is great! The building is a bit older but its equipped with larger bays and hand wands. I bring my truck and motorcycle there often. For Trucks that have duel rear wheels, this is a fantastic choice!

Worst car wash in the area... now I know why there is never a line here. Car is till dirty and the building definitely needs some routine maintenance and up keep.

Worst car wash ever! About a month ago i pull into the automatic car wash..but when the drying fans started at the end, the only fans working were the outside fans. The middle fan was stuck facing far right side of my car doing nothing. Thus the two fans on each side..just pushed the water to the middle. Left with water, water spots, and dirt where the water spots sat! I decide to try it again last night - SAME DARN THING. Of course the only phone number listed on the website was a fax number. This place is a fraud and stealing money for not providing the services I paid for. I will be calling the police to report this theft.

After stuffing more than a dozen quarters in the self wash bay, the screen reads $1.50.I have no more quarters.Literally robbed.

Manual wash took my money as well. $3 in, only registered $1.50. Stay away!

This wash always looks a bit sorry and neglected. Prices are relatively low, but the chemicals and wand brushes are chintzy, the equipment is often neglected or broken, the bays are dirty and the bins are usually overflowing with junk dumped by passers by. Shiny Car in Appleton is a better choice.

Just now had a van ahead of me run into the exit of your wash as ice is building up there, dumb both was wedged against the door, door kept coming down on the front of her vehicle and I ended up looking the dry portion of my 10.00 wash so now my car is covered with ice. Tried to call you but the phone is hooked up to fax.

Beware, the first self serve bay from the left (looking at the building) has an issue with the coin op. Timer started the second I put in my first quarter. Lost about a minute adding quarters and messing around. They also raised prices relatively recently. Its currently $3 min.

I went through to get the salt off my car and I paid for the premium wash. There were still streaks of salt on my car after I went through. I dont expect perfection from an automated car wash but it was quite a bit of salt that was left over. I ended up going to a another one just to finish the job.

Good wash at a fair price.

Ice buildup on exit, hit door frame, tried to call but got fax machine. Wish I could contact them.
