Save your money and clean the interior at home yourself. The staff are young and genuinely don’t seem to care to do a good job. Rushed cleaning every time and dirt, fur, and smudges so obviously left behind.

Paid for the Managers Special. Great car wash, but they didnt even vacuum the interior as advertised. It was Saturday and rained earlier so it wasn busy. In fact, I was the only car that was being serviced. Had two booster seats in the backseat, but they didnt bother to even move them, let alone even bother to actually vacuum. Why was it 4 people cleaning the inside of my car when I handed them the keys, but no one actually cleaned?...

They dont wash any bugs off unless you complain.

Says they should be open and during their normal business hours but they have all the doors shut and cones out in front of the entrances with no sign or communication

My SUV was filthy. Like 2 kids and a dog hasnt been cleaned in a decade filthy.I got the most expensive package+ floor mats.It was about$60 and worth every cent!Hasnt been this clean since I bought it.

For the most part I get ok service I pay for the extreme clean. But typically find a pretty obvious dirt missed on the dash or window smudges. Again they do an ok job.

Love the attention they give your car. I thought it was expensive when started but find it well worth the money now.

I never use their full service, I do all my interior cleaning myself, because I know itll be done right.Anyway I only use the quick $14 wash. No complains so far.

Not from the area, but when in Appleton, this is a must stop place. I especially love it in the Springtime when my car is filled with winter salt..but its still too cold outside for me to give it a thorough cleaning..I always get the car wash with the interior cleaning and floor mats wash.

Came here for the free Veterans Day Full Service cat wash, I was impressed with how fast my cat was finished, and with how good of a job they did!

I drive 65 miles when I want a good car wash. I dont do it often because its pricy. The quality and service however are outstanding.

Bought the managers special which they failed to tell me did not include cleaning the floor mats. The inside wasnt done and had to kick off ice and snow off the bottom of my car. Wont be back. The only reason they received 2 stars is that after a lengthy discussion they refunded my money. Wont be back - would have gotten a better car wash at Kwik Trip.

First, there was a customer in the lobby without a face mask. They shouldnt allow this. Next, they didnt vacuum under the seats, and they charge $1 each to clean the floor mats. If you dont pay, they dont even move or vaccuum them. Definitely not worth the $28 dollars we paid.

I have used the PDQ on Northland and liked it. Today I tried this one with full service. Exterior looked good but not inside. Dust still on dash, trash still in door. Didn’t look like they vacuum at all. Never going back

Excellent job all around! The interior was all muddy from the dogs playing at a dog park and they got it clean and shiny. Not to bad for price either.

It was a wonderful experience. the payment was a bit confusing and the lady inside was horribly rude. i also have soap left on the handles in my car and feet prints everywhere.

Great wash but poor customer service. We had a receipt for free car wash but never got a coupon. Desk personnel would not believe it even though I had the receipt. Not liking not being believed.

Wish I would remember to ask them to clean the inside window or use a clean towel. For $35 should I got on highway and soon disappointed.

This was my 2nd time coming to pdq and I will never come back! They missed so much when they cleaned and wiped down the inside of my car both times, I drove right back around and showed them what all was missed the guys say we are sorry and had someone come out to fix the problem lol 😆 .... Well 1st off I paid to have my car to get detailed Dash protectant and all And all they did was used window cleaner to clean the interior. Guy comes out with just window cleaner to continue to clean my car Thats not what I paid for..... They never cleaned the floor mats Or put the shine protecting on🙄 The guy haphazardly recleaned the interior. I just looked at him and said I will detail it home myself

Went there with my boyfriend today, got the extreme shine package. Didn’t fully vacuum vehicle, even AFTER we took it back to have them try again. They didn’t wipe down the dash and console completely, first time they didn’t wipe it down at all and when we brought it back it was barely wiped down. Still dust all over the console and on dial on the console. Manager gave us a card for the managers special, probably will just give it to someone else because I’d rather spend $45 on cleaning supplies and do it myself knowing it will get done right. Only reason I gave two stars was because the exterior clean was done well.

Wash is usually pretty good.They never vacuum very well. Called once to complain, was told to bring it back and they would re-vaccuum. No free wash to go with it.

Being new to the area i felt signage should have been more clarified on how to enter the property, knowledge of the pricing package was bit an issue. If wish the car wash business I use back home wash natuonal.

Car was still extremely dirty after an upgraded wash with tire clean, and damage was found on car.

I purchased a full service and 3 month Clean Freq membership. As I drove home I noticed that the back window of my Tahoe had my kids finger prints were still all over it. So I hope the next three months will go a bit better! Thanks.

I take all of our family vehicles to PDQ. They may not do a great job every time, but they are pretty consistent. The Clean Freq is a great deal and you should consider it. I wish they still did full car detailing.

PDQ is a clean place to wash your car. There are different packages that are available for you to choose from or you can just buy a one time car wash. Basically you drive up and punch what service you want. There is always a person that comes out to help you. Once your all set, you drive around to the actual car washing station. Again a person comes out to brush with soapy water to prewash your car in the front in case you have a lot of dead bugs and/or dirt. You are then directed to a conveyor to put the car on and it moves through each phase of cleaning. It uses very light touch brushes and big, heavy duty strips that are hanging. The soapy strips move slowly across the top of the vehicle, front to back. When done with the cleaning of the car, there are huge drying blowers that the car moves thru. They are the most powerful blowers I have ever come across. After the drying of the car, you just put your car in drive and drive away. I recommend to tap your brakes several times because the brakes stop the car very quickly and you jerk forward.

Staff does a good job everytime I visit. Would highly recommend their clean freq service if you like a clean vehicle. Definitely worth the money to keep your car looking pristine.

I paid $30 for a car wash and vacuum. The iside wasnt wiped down very well. Pine needles left on the back seat and trunk from the Christmas tree. I tipped $20. Wasnt worth it.

Very quick, at any level of service (basic, interior). I was in the waiting room for 10 minutes and was flagged to come out to my jeep; I thought here was an issue, but the cleaning was complete! Interior and exterior looked, smelled amazing. I haul lumber often, leave the top off for days, get rained in...so my jeep gets all sorts of dirty...and it looks perfect after 1 cleaning. Very impressed

I love the package that I get my car washed, vacuumed and my windows cleaned. On a nice day there can be a long wait, but after your car gets in it takes about 10 minutes to be done. The waiting area is clean and the employees are nice.

When getting into the car the door handle still had bird poop on it. Should have been easy to see since my car is red and bird poop is white. Opened hatch and carpet has grass in it. Car is almost brand new. Not at all that dirty. Should have been an easy clean.

I am disappointed in PDQ. They used to do a good job at cleaning my vehicles. The last two times I have gone my vehicle has not been vacuumed properly. Today there was still dirt on the carpet at an easy to reach place. While sitting in line I watched the young man vacuum the car in front of me. The man spent only seconds at each part of the cars interior. I understand they can not do a great detailed job, but this was ridiculous. I was hoping the car in front of me was maybe just not very dirty so he didnt need to spend a lot of time on the vacuuming. After getting my vehicle back I know this was not the case. They are just not doing a good job. It costs too much money for that poor service.

Paid to get the extra deep clean interior done and it was no different than a regular wipe down and a lot of it was still dusty. This is the second time, so I wont be going back. Probably great if you just want an average wash and clean and dont want to do it yourself.

My mother had issues with her card. The manager just sent her through. Because of that kind act, we will definitely return!

Doe anyone know whats going on at this place? We had a gift certificate. Turns out you need to go inside to change the gift certificate to a gift card, then get a code to be punched in on the car wash machine. Took way longer than we expected for a simple exterior wash.

Love love there car wash for 21 bucks I get a new car! If you have any age kid, you understand. Mine are always to busy, thank goodness for PDQ, good kids!

They did a great job of cleaning the car. My dog had gotten it very dirty with nose marks on all the windows. It really doesnt look like the same car anymore, it is much nicer.

The elderly salesman whipped my door open and yelled managers special so I felt pressured to do that because he didn’t have anything showing what kind of washes there was. No explaining or anything, then after that he proceeded to tell me his back story about his back, no pun intended.. The vacuuming job was very nice though don’t get me wrong and I enjoyed how my car looked but the service at the beginning sucked

They can do a good job if they would try. Most of time I just figure my car is clean and then after getting out of lot I find they didnt clean very well. Too late to go back. Too far out of town already.

Quick yes, high quality no. Paid for the superior interior package, but ended​ up having to finish the job myself when I got home. They offer a satisfaction guarantee, but its not quick if you have to return to get your car cleaned again.

Got a new (used) car in winter, so I went to get a thorough cleaning and they did a fantastic job! Will probably go back for outside washes to maintain the clean.

I have always found PDQ to have excellent service. I almost always go for the base cleaning and they do a good job. I always look it over and they have been very responsive when I ask them to redo a rough area or give extra care to one of my vehicles unique trouble spots. Staff always treats me with respect.I find the prices are a bit on the high end for what I would like to pay but when compared to when quick wash at the gas station I think the value is there.I generally work during the hours they have available, so it would be nice if they had more availability on the weekends.I had a major spill and for 5 dollars there broke out their carpet shampooer and cleaned it up for me.

Have to check the work. Always have to ask for touch ups on interior cleaning. I can wash my exterior anywhere. I come here for interior cleaning. I hate having to ask them to do a good job ....everytime!!!

$16 and it looked like I threw a bucket of water on my truck and called it good.

I could have cleaned it just as good myself but paid for the convenience. You get what you pay for.

Get Rolling Thunder clean

One if the worst interior cleans I have ever had. I had to go through immediately with wipes to get all the places they did not get. They did not even wipe down my hatchback. I will stick with Clearwater car wash... better and less expensive.

Got the superior car wash which is $45 (almost $50 with tax) and found that they didnt clean out the door jams at all. Trunk was horrendously dirty still. Streaks of salt water still all over the car. Definitely not what you expect for $50. Took the car back for their guarantee and to have them wash it again, guy outside acted extremely offended and upset that we brought it back. Made us feel like WE were in the wrong. Ill clean it out at home next time. Not worth the time or money, or hassle. Shame on you PDQ.

The last 2 times Ive been to this carwash have been horrible. Today is the last time I will ever go there! The service was horrible! My truck was not cleaned well inside or out. The inside doesnt look any different besides the dash being dusted. I got the manager special... I hate to see what the regular car wash includes. This place is a joke! My truck took 1 hr and 20 min there because they literally got a truck stuck in their car wash before me. Go somewhere else!!!

Very disappointed to say the least. Paid $30 for the managers special My truck came out with big water spots on it, partially vacuumed out. Window cleaner sprayed on the windshield from driver side to passenger side and never wiped. Big thumb print on my rear view mirror. Feel that I would of had a cleaner truck if I would have went to Kwik trip down the street and got the $8 wash.

Overpriced and careless. A few times there, paid the higher price for a better job and no. Streaky windows and dirty door jams all around the car. Maybe a better manager some staff training is in order. Found another place across town and it is worth the extra drive. Sorry PDQ but we gave you several chances.

What a utter waste of money.. managers special.. my cars interior came out as dirty as it went in.. talk about being disappointed.. I understand it was busy but missing the basics is a rip off.. I’m now going outside to clean the interior of my car.. I’m so angry

No waiting during Packer game!

I went to this PDQ on the evening of July 6 right before we left on vacation. We hadnt packed yet so the truck was empty. We ordered the Managers Special and upgraded it with some extras including mat washing for our 2015 Ford F150. I have gone to the PDQ in Green Bay several times and had excellent service but this was the first time at this one. I am very disappointed. Every window was smeared on the inside. The carpeting had a lot of debris left on it. I will say that the rubber mats were gorgeous but still wet when placed back in the truck. When you are driving 4+ hours into the sun the last thing you want is streaky windows to look through. I would expected better for the 40 dollars I paid.
