Pro Nails NEVER EVER disappoints. Every Pinterest inspiration I’ve brought in has been done for me spot on!They are kind and excited to see me every time I come in. My nail tech Ty is always responsive with what I want and I always trust him to give me fantastic nails!10/10 will always be my fav nail salon in Northfield.

I always come here as actually switched from another nail salon in town, however was a little disappointed this time. I had a reservation for 2, even showed up 5 minutes early for 2 pedis,and they were running late so had to wait 10 minutes. Normally I wouldnt care, however the girls sitting next to me told me they were walk ins so that was 2 employees working on them and not with us at our scheduled time. The thing is they were JUST STARTING on the girls. Both the employees barely talked to us when we were trying to start a conversation, but talking to each other in their language which I thought was somewhat rude.The finished work was great and we tipped them very well, but customer service goes a long way as I work in that field as well, and will have to think about if I would return again or not.

Pedicure date with my Mom. Massage chairs were nice to enjoy while I waited for someone to start my pedicure.

The staff was courteous and respectful of all its customers and fellow staff. It was very nice having someone else doing my nails. I cant wait to go back and have a pedicure.

Edit#2, the redone nails lasted my entire two week vacation! So happy they offered to fix them and that they were able to squeeze me in on my schedule.Edit** they fixed my nails today and they look great !I just got my nails done here on Monday..Its Wednesday and my gel manicure is already chipping on my thumbs. I work in an office and wanted my nails done ahead of a vacation. Very disappointed. Ill call tomorrow and see if they can fix before I leave.

Sorry won’t be back. Had acrylics done. Horrible job!She wouldn’t listen to what I wanted and got frustrated with me because I am hard of hearing and could t understand what she was saying to me.I had to go home and fix the nails myself.The acrylics where not even flush to my cuticle.She didn’t even trim the nails, just threw some polish on to cover her terrible job

My friends and I went and got manicures and pedicures. The pedicure was good and the manicures for my friends were also good. But my manicure, I was disappointed 😔 the lady that did the service seemed in a hurry? Or in a bad mood? I’m not sure, she did my nails with little care. She even cut my skin on one finger and it kept bleeding. Another worker had to offer a bandaid 🩹 and eventually had to change to another one cause of the bleeding 🩸. It just could of been much better. I’ve been in other places that they talk to you more, they give you a hand massage and you feel pampered. Sadly, this was not the case for me with the manicure.

They were very welcoming... I was passing through town. Not too busy on a Tuesday for pedicures.

Hannah did the dip on me. Ive been to a ton of salons and she was quick and PERFECT. My nails are the best they ever were.

I am from the cities so its a little bit of a drive for me, but the service here makes the drive worth it! I came here to get a pedicure with my friend while she got a manicure, and Ty did a phenomenal job! I told him to do whatever he wanted, and he did a beautiful design that is perfect for Valentines day that is right around the corner! You can tell that the people here actually care about their clients. Even though they were so busy, Ty let me stay in the massage chair and even offered me a beverage while I waited for my friend to be done instead of making me sit in one of the waiting chairs :) Overall, I highly recommend this place, and I am already excited to book my next appointment!

Horrible, horrible service. Nails were cut uneven and when asked to fix person cut more uneven. Had to ask to file my nails myself. From the moment the guy sat down his body language was of not wanting to be there and not wanting to do a quality job. His mannerisms also more aggressive when handling my feet. Disappointed because I was told great thing about this establishment.

My daughter and I got the luxury pedicure, well worth the price. “My” guy was gentle and it felt great. My daughter reports the same. I was able to call for an appointment and get in within an hour. I will gladly drive 45 min to come back to this spa when needed. Thank you for all your hard work!

I used to really love coming here as a kid, but the last few times Ive been in theyve made me bleed, I dont get what I asked for, there are misunderstandings left and right, and I leave unhappy and in pain. If youre not seeing Jenny or Annie or Hannah be prepared to be disappointed. Really upset and disappointed.

I love pro nails! I’ve been here twice now and my mani and pedi was so perfect! Lovely staff and very clean and they do amazing work!

We were told we had an appointment for 1:45. We walked in at 1:45 and were told we were supposed to come at 12:45 and they had been waiting for us. We again told them we had been told 1:45, but they continued to talk to us about how they waited for us and had no number to call us on, but nobody had asked for our phone number. Then they didn’t try to help us make another appointment but instead continued to act like it was our fault. They didn’t even apologize. It was very frustrating to be treated that way. We will not be trying to make another appointment here again. I rarely write reviews, but this was upsetting especially during the pandemic.

I came and they told me to follow them but when I sat down they told me to get up cause she had an appointment. Its very rude

My experience there was terrible, they are rough and bumpy, filed badly and I was charged almost $20 more then what I agrred to. Never Again!!

I have had pedicures from almost every nail shop in the Twin Cities area and when I came down here for $40 it includes a mask a massage a paraffin wax and hot stones, Ive decided I wont go anywhere else! This is a top-notch place like no other and it is absolutely my favorite! Relax in the best massage chairs I have ever encountered as well!! I will continue to drive to Northfield which is an adorable town and come see my friends here at Pro Nails!

I use to love going here. Getting bigger isnt always the best thing. I went this week and when your pedicure is shorter than your drying time something isnt right. I would rather be told we dont have time then to get half the service. Might try one more time before I move on.

ProNails is the best nail salon around!

Always treated luxuriously; staff is friendly and courteous. This is my favorite relaxation treatment and since the remodel, also very pretty. They also have soft, relaxing music playing. Ive been frequenting Pro Nails for several years; dont even know how many.

My first impression was amazing. Great atmosphere, friendly banter and it was clean looking. Staff helped me pick out exactly what I wanted, and I sprung for gel nails with a bright color with a little encougement and reminder I could always change it. Staff were kind, receptive and always double checked that I was getting what I wanted. It was a clean, inviting environment, with many polish selections (which is the hardest part of the whole thing!). Husband and wife who run the place are absolutely amazing, friendly and professional.Will be back to fill in my nails, get a pedicure, and bring friends/family!

Always an amazing experience. Even if youre just a one time customer just passing through or a regular they treat you like youre a VIP! Ive never had any issues in the 7 years of using their services and I know if I did I could go right back for them to fix any problems. I couldnt be any happier with my nails every time!

I am from out of town and needed a mani-pedi and they did a fabulous job! I would recommend anyone, especially out of towners who are looking for a great place to go, go here!!

My nails look like they have CELLULITE. Beautiful salon, but some employees don’t know what they are doing. I showed the woman a picture of how I wanted my nails done. (Red ombré to black). The woman took a picture of the picture I showed her & didn’t look at it once. She had no idea how to blend. If you don’t that’s fine, be honest with me & I would have picked an easier design. Instead she messed up my nails so bad, they look choppy and horrible. Also some how my entire set of nails ended up bumpy and uneven, they were fine and even before she put the nail color on. I’m extremely upset with how they look. Actually I’m embarrassed. To be honest it looks like a 5 year old did my nails. I wish I could attach a picture on here because words don’t do justice. $55 and she knew they looked bad & told the guy to take 5 dollars off my bill. I’m not a rude person so I didn’t freak out. I just left quietly & will never go back. I read reviews on this salon and generally had good ones which is why I chose this salon. IF YOU WANT 2 TONE OMBRÉ DO NOT GO HERE.
