A&W Towing went above and beyond my expectations today. I called and spoke to a very polite and professional gentleman (the owner I believe). He quoted me a fair price and told me he could have a driver out to me within 20 minutes. The driver was friendly and professional and accepted my help in pushing my car out of its parking stall so he could hook it up from the front (Im a female). He asked if I needed a ride (I declined) and then proceeded to my drop off location. I was impressed that he was able to maneuver my car through a squeeze and around another vehicle at the drop off, with no issues. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone!

Wanted to say Thank You to Jason and his staff! Last week I woke up to a flat tire. As I was already dressed for work, I called A&W to see if they could help. Jason (owner) came to my house, took the spare out from under the truck, switched the tires and took my flat to his shop. It allowed me to be on time to work and not miss any appointments. Before noon, Jason called and said to stop back at the shop when I had time. He flipped the tires around in 15 minutes and I was set. While I was most satisfied with the service, I was surprised the bill was so reasonable. Thanks again Jason, I really appreciate it.

A&W Towing and repair is the best repair service in Appleton and dare I say all of Wisconsin, and there towing is second to none. Everyone here was really nice. I broke down for the first time last week and they were there within 10 minutes. They took my car back to their shop and called me before they did any servicing to make sure it was okay to do. When my car was ready I didnt have a ride to the shop so they came and got me to give me a ride. Everyone was very nice and I didnt feel at all judged for not knowing much about cars or having problems with my car (which is a problem Ive had at other mechanic shops because Im a young adult woman). I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was having a bad day and it only got worse when my work van was unable to shift out of park at a gas station during a love drive home. I knew it was inevitable that I’d have to call a tow after about an hour trying to figure it out myself. I called for the tow and a/w towing came in what seemed like a short while. He hooked up my tow and was able to drop me off at my place, during the drive I had a great conversation with the owner, he is a great down to earth dude and by the time I got home I felt a lot better about the rest of my day just by our 15 minute conversation. Super fast and friendly service!! Took less then 20 minutes for tow company to come out to help me and then get a new tire took less then 20 minutes to put on!! The price was in good range. Otherwise other towing services take an hour and half, plus an hour to get a new tire. I’m a loyal customer now.

I was in a bit of a pickle and without the help of A&W the situation would have been so much worse and costly. They were professional, speedy, accommodating, kind, and understanding. Sometimes life gets the best of you and hearing a helpful understanding voice in person or on the other end of the phone can mean more than you know in those moments.

A friend of mine got her car fixed here, while Jason was very friendly and helpful the other employee my friend had to deal with was not. He was very rude and sarcastic his name was Kenny? Kevin? Something like that, i dont know if he was new or something but it soured the otherwise good customer service.

Very friendly! Got to our car repairs immediately. We were driving thru and broke down. They had no problem getting us back on road in an hour and a half. Even recommended a great place to eat breakfast a half block from shop.

Great family owned business! These guys saved me from an already terrible day. I blew a tire on HWY 41 and A&W was there with their tow truck in less than 15 minutes. My phone was also on the verge of dying and when I got to the shop I was greeted by a Corgi and the owners nice Dad who offered me a charger for my phone. They were extremely helpful, put my spare on my car, and offered to order me a new rim and tire for my vehicle. Highly recommend them!

Showed up in 10 minites when I was broke down on the side of rhe road, also the service center is amazing cant beat the quality of work and prices.

A&W Towing was contacted through my insurance company for a tow from approx 45min away from their shop. Not only did they respond as soon as they could at 1am in the morning but the owner Jason went out of his way to contact me personally and to make sure we were safe. He also communicated everything to us and explained the process. We were located in a dark wooded area, no lights and a dark vehicle - this minor communication eased our minds and knew help was on the way. Unfortunately I didn’t ask the insurance company to tow to my mechanic - so they delivered it to my home for us to fix the next day as they gave a few recommendations on what could be wrong (we thought it was just the battery).The next morning we attempted different things to “fix” the vehicle. With no luck, I called the insurance company again to see if I could get a tow to my mechanic 45 more min away. The insurance company set me up with a different company who failed us. When I called the insurance company again I had requested they contact A&W Towing.. A&W Towing took on our case and again was very prompt and professional. The owner again called me to explain his driver would be on the way. It was the same gentleman that worked with me earlier that morning - Tyler.I expressed my thankfulness and gratitude to both of these gentlemen and said that I would recommend them to anyone for any future car repair or towing. I have put my trust into these guys and look forward to working with them myself!Thank you to both Justin and Tyler for making my night go from frustration and anger with my extended warranty roadside assistance (who was horrible) to making things go so smoothly (through my insurance)! A&W Towing & Repair...dependable shop that has gone above and beyond when servicing our vehicles. Heading out of town for vacation Jason was able to get us in last minute to inspect and repair our vehicle so we had peace of mind to travel. After our vacation we needed Jason to tow a vehicle that had been stuck in a very tricky place between our home and garage. Jason was able to access the situation and get the vehicle out, doing so without causing any damage to the vehicle or surroundings. We know we will never need another place, this shop can do it all!
