Just had my nails done here for the 1st time. I am not from the area. They have 10 times the color choices as my local salon. Everyone was so nice. Had a glass of wine and enjoyed being pampered! Just hot some gel. Tai did an amazing job. When I finally get moved this way I will be back! Thank You!

My nail polish started turning green the day after and they are chipping already 4 days later. What a waste of $100!

I knew about this place for a while and finally decided to try it. I was very busy so I had to wait a little even with an appointment. Bee did a great job, took his time doing my pedicure while having a great conversation. He convinced me to try the dipping instead of getting a regular gel manicure and I absolutely love it. I will be scheduling my appointments with him from now on.

I was recommended to this salon by a friend. It was pretty pointless making a reservation here - I made an appointment for 6, arrived on time, and still wasnt seen until 6:40. No apologies were made for the wait in the 2 hours I was there, and I wasnt acknowledged at all by staff after check in until I was already feeling forgotten about 30 minutes into my initial wait. The manicure was okay, nothing to write home about.

Love going here to get my nails done my daughters that are grown get their nails done here my husband and my son love the pedicures top notch place not to mention you get a sip a little wine or water or soda whichever you prefer great environment

This place is huuggee! Management I’ve dealt w/ have been very nice while I schedule appointments. I love the confirmation text message you get immediately after you make your appointment. My favorite nail tech is Brooklyn, she’s professional, friendly and does a great job. I don’t think you can go wrong w/ any of the other nail techs.I look forward to my appointments here! This place has a great vibe!

I have always had an amazing experience here. I prefer going when it isnt busy of course, but otherwise it is awesome.I got the Hot Stone Pedicure, with Gel. Perfection!💋

Pricey, and honestly, I could have done the same job on my manicure at home. Maybe its because it was natural nail with clear polish? It was done at the chair where I got my pedicure. The gal was on my right, so when doing my left hand, I sat with my arm stretched across my body. A friend told me after I went that they offer wine. I was never offered wine... or anything else. No complaints about the pedi though. I wont be back.

Could not get ahold of anyone on the phone to make an appointment. I showed up and was told 20-30 minutes. After 30 minutes of others going in front w appts. (Which I tried also making) it was another 30 minutes until anyone came over. If I was told up front when I would be able to get this done I would have came back or tried somewhere else. This was a complete waste of time for nothing special.

My first time visiting. I wasn’t offered any wine during mani or pedi. It was really crowded. My nails were lumpy, and little after a week started to come off. The price the provided to me over the phone was much more than expected when I paid. When I asked why he rudely told me due to the shape of nail and accent nails. I was never told there would be an up charge prior.

BEWARE!!!!As a loyal customer of almost 7+ years, this is a hard post for me. But I’m tired of getting ripped off, unappreciated, berated and taken advantage of.The spa it’s self is very nice, the owners are too, but the majority of the staff, not so much. The prices fluctuate, not really knowing what you are paying for, since they don’t give you an itemized receipt. Let it be known that designs on nails is $5 PER NAIL!!!! And that means the design is GEL so they charge for GEL MANICURES on top of the dip prices. So a dip + design could cost $60+!!!! NOT getting tips. Oh, want cuticles cut, hand rub (true manicure style)? That’s $10 more!! Heaven forbid you want anything other than rounded or square for your shape, that’s $5 more, almond, point, coffin etc.Today was the last straw. My mother in law took my daughter and they gave them both such a hard time. The nail tech for my daughter was nearly yelling at her to keep still, quit moving, lift your arm up! My daughter is 12 and has been there MANY times. She’s not one to move around while getting her nails done. She had dip tips on and the tech didn’t even REMOVE them before starting over with a DIFFERENT COLOR!!!! 😡😡😡They are thick, uneven, she made her bleed while filing and CHARGED her for an almond shape that she ALREADY had!!!!All of this comes after already having similar experiences, but continuing to go out of loyalty. Even after making an appt, we’ve waited over 1 1/2 hours to be seen!!!!! Min wait WITH and appt most days is 30+ mins. They overbook and under deliver. Theres so many clients coming and going, they don’t care who’s hired, just to get people in and out. Not even saying sorry to the most loyal clients. Myself, along with about 10 other very regular clients are moving on. No more nail bar for us!!I know there are others with similar experiences. Please share!!

This used to be my favorite salon in fishers. I’ve been going here for months. The past 3 visits, the quality of my nails have gotten worse and worse. They rush during the manicures and left my nails all different lengths and bumpy. He didn’t even get rid of all the color from my previous set off and you can see it through the new color. Then was charged much higher than normal just for a fill in.

MADE ME BLEEDhe was rushing through my manicure and my nails look nothing close to what I asked for. It was so obvious that the job was done poorly. On my pinky, he even knicked my skin while shaving the nail down and made me bleed. THEN he just continued to do the acrylic OVER IT. So now I have a blood spot under my acrylic that I get to look at (since I got a french tip design, its see through).I will give them this: the atmosphere was wonderful, the wine wad prompt and we were taken right away. Pretty much everything was smooth other than the nail service itself.

My experience at Nail Bar was nothing less than perfect!!! The service is impeccable. It is unlike any nail salon I have ever been to. I came in with a specific look I wanted and Thao executed it perfectly and happily! Thao is the best and I can’t wait to come back and ask for her again.

My regular nail salon was closed and my feet looked like hobbit feet, so I tried the Nail Bar. Most excellent service. Ill be coming back here.

First time coming to Nail Bar after hearing good things from friends...unfortunately I developed a minor nail infection 1 day after my manicure. It’s called paronychia and it’s treatable at home. This could happen at any nail salon, but I advise that clients pay attention to who their nail tech is. When I was getting my gel manicure, they were trying to clear up the edge with their own fingernail by pressing hard into the edges of my nail (hence breaking the barrier which lead to infection). I didn’t think anything of this, but they could probably use a little re-education on proper hygiene.

My third visit at Nail Bar. The environment is great here, very busy and friendly staff. My nails were good but I had to have 1 nail taken off bc of terrible pain after 3 days. Turns out I had a cut under my nail that wasn’t there before. It healed after removing the nail. My DIL asked for a marble nail finish and she told me on the way home that he didn’t do her correct finish! Good place but way to expensive to have these types of things happen.

They took their time and did a great job. Will be back.

I came and got a pedicure and manicure. I had to come back because both of my big toes wasnt polished to my cuticle and I still had dead skin around my toes. They didnt take the first polish off they just polished over it and they didnt remove the rest of the dead skin. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

If you’re looking for an honest and friendly place than DO NOT GO HERE! My mom & I went and the technician doing our nails told us a different price than when we got checked out and they still did not want to honor it. We got overcharged and worst the quality of my full set was messy, I had nails that were not even straight. Personally, we are Latinos, I felt a huge discrimination because seems like everyone else was being treated much kinder. Worst experience ever!!

I liked not loved my service from tech Lillian. She thought I was asleep during the massage and tried to skip massaging my feet!!!!!! REALLY!? lol I opened my eyes and inquired if she had forgotten and she replied oh I did it maybe not hard enough then turned to her co worker said something then snickered!!! Girl bye!!!! Try again! Ill return but not with Lillian!! Nails turned out nice, but all the techs can create this design!

I made an appointment at 4:30, and I wouldn’t mind waiting 15 minutes over the time. But I waited until after 5:30 to get my nails done. My advice is to do appointment only due to timing.

This place was so much fun!!!! Had a blast getting to pick out a color from the large array of color choices from sparkles to chrome colors or other fancy designs. The service was fantastic and quick. The staff was friendly and the nail components are flying! Definitely a place to try out! Ill definitely be coming back.

The expectation was not succeeded & I was extremely unhappy. I made an appointment & I was there for 2 hours! I have cuts on my fingers & the dip powder is so thick. My nails are uneven & were left a mess when I left. Very unsatisfied.

My nails are uneven and ugly and not at all like the picture I showed the lady doing my nails. Plus I paid an insane amount. Extremely disappointed

I took my two daughters to get mani/pedis last weekend. Everyone was nice during the pedicure. They were very kind to my girls. Then we went to get manicures...I had a different person. He was impatient and was frustrated with me when i didnt hear what he said. My girls had the same people and they were wonderful! Maybe just a bad day for him and it happens.

Always receive amazing service and they give me wine. Like I’m not gonna go someplace that gives me wine.

Best place Ive been too as far as getting my nails done. Sandi is by far one of the best manicurists Ive ever had. She pays attention to details with her work. She may not be as quick as others but I feel like thats what makes her work better. She takes her time with you, makes you feel special !!

My daughter treated me to a pedicure, and I absolutely loved it! Excellent service and we got to drink wine while getting our pedis. I wont go anywhere else for my manis/pedis ever again! I highly recommend this establishment!

Went to the Nail Bar for the first time today and am highly dissatisfied. The person who did my nails was absolutely awful. I got dip nails and she got the dip powder all over me and under my nail beds. When asked repeatedly to remove the dip solution (its thick, sort of like nail glue or super glue) she took a nail drill under my nails which did not help. My nails had this awful glue-like gunk under every nail. It was incredibly painful. I had to take out my nail kit at home and remove this dip gunk from the underneath of my nails. The skin around my nails is inflamed and painful. After speaking to Susan (the owner or manager) twice, I still left paying $40. She didnt file my nails down and I had to go back in after walking out to have Susan file down my thumb nail because it was visible crooked. Having good nails is a requirement for my line of work and Im so dissatisfied that Im going to have to try to get them re-done again tomorrow somewhere else.

I just live the place. Even though I have my favorite stylist (Tammy), all of them are very professional and polite. The shop is very neat and clean. I highly recommend the Nail Bar to everyone who wants to get pampered.

I have been to several other nail salons and this one by far is my favorite. They have great customer service! They make sure that I love my service and get me in and out as quickly as possible.

I would NEVER go back or even tell my worst enemy to try this place!! My nail tech did the sloppiest job. She did not listen to anything I said, rushed through my pedicure and dip powder nails and even cut my finger with the dremel because she was being so unprofessional. I told the man at the front when checking out that I wasn’t happy, particularly with my toes and he proceeded to get REALLY snippy and aggressive towards me. He involved another female employee who initially told me I didn’t have to pay for my toes and then started to talk over me when I was explaining. Then, she tried to say she never told me I didn’t have to pay for the pedicure, she would give me a 10% discount. I had someone with me who also heard her say I didn’t have to pay and she started arguing with both of us. I told her the whole thing was absurd and I was going to do a review to let everyone know NOT to go there. She literally said “that’s fine, that’s totally natural.” Clearly they get this response often and do not seem to care. Upon going back and reading other reviews, several people have the same thing to say that I do. PLEASE, just do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time and money at this ridiculous place!!

Just moved to the area and saw Nail bar and thought I would give it a try. To my surprise I was very disappointed. I was not greeted upon entry, as others were. Manicure chair did not work until someone came to fix it 5 minutes after being in the chair. Was not offered any complementary wine, or anything to drink as others were. Very basic pedicure and I do mean basic. Will never return again...I value my money and refuse to give it to someone who doesnt treat me the way other people are treated.

Atmosphere is great and staff was very nice. I get dip manicures and love them every time. Thai is great!

Every time I go there my nails look amazing. But this time my nail tech rushed through my nails getting done and only replaced five of my tips but they still charged me for a Full set. Also I am 12 and he did not even cut my nails. I will still go back there again but I will make sure to tell them that this happened.

I overall have had a great experience at Nail Bar because of my wonderful nail tech always providing me with great customer service. I unfortunately won’t be returning there anymore because today I was getting my nails done and the MANAGER of the nail salon said that she used to work at the “black of the blackest hoods” nail salons. This highly offended me because I am African-American and as a faithful and consistent client, I didn’t appreciate her saying this and not realizing what she said could be offensive.

I loved the attention to detail here and the wine (free) with your mani/pedi is a nice touch. The place is usually pretty busy I would recommend an appointment or calling ahead to get your name on the list. The place is on the pricey side and charges for some extras you can get at other places cause it is free with the pedi service already. If you are looking for a place where almost everyone speaks English, then this is your place. But again, it is pricey I paid $45 for a basic pedi with gel color on my toes.

I came here with my sister and niece to get a manicure and a pedicure. I do not know what this man was trying to do but he cut my toe. I decided against getting my nails done. they then proceed to tell me its $55 I said do I get a bleeding discount. (kindly) they took off $5. really? my toe is throbbing. will never ever return or recommend to anyone.
