NOT EVEN 3 WEEKS AFTER HAVING THE CAR IT BROKE DOWN AND NOW WANT ALMOST $300 TO FIX IT AFTER WE PAID 1600 FOR THE CAR. THEY FAILED TO LIST THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WRONG WITH IT! I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FILLING A LAWSUIT AND CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSNINESS BERAU AS WELL. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMING PEOPLE IF YOU DONT WANT TO KEEP PAYING OUT OF POCKET

Called them when our battery died in the deep freeze. They told us how to get a free tow to their shop to replace the battery.Also since it was already going to be there we were needing new brakes soon so they did our brakes and a new battery and had it done the next day. Also saved us a couple hundred from what kolosso quoted us. Took care of an oil leak on my car, as well as a few other routine items. Felt I was given a fair price and they did a good job.Edit: Leak is still there. Wife said she noticed oil marks on inside of car as well after we picked it up.

I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT. I went to TML Auto for an oil change and new spark plugs. My Dodge was using up to 2 quarts between changes. When they changed the spark plugs, they noticed a lot of oil on top of the engine. They changed one of the gaskets that was leaking very badly. Now, I dont use any oil between changes. FIVE, YES FIVE, other garages couldnt figure it out.Thank You TML AUTO,Todd

I had purchased a bmw m3 a while ago here. Looked amazing on paper from the ad that was presented I go in into this purchase thinking that it came with everything that was listed on the ad. I was wrong I get down the road to take it home and immediately the vehicle is shaking at the steering wheel. I call the next day ask if there’s a way to get my old car back no my car is already listed and sold to another Customer the dealer told me you bought it as is. So after some back and forth for some time he has me bring it in mind you I have a blown out stereo system a bent rim which both items were listed as highlights of the vehicle. It was listed to have premium sound new tires and rims. My car sat in and out of their shop for a month if not longer. To have them not put in a factory oem amp the underseat subs instead they put some cheap knock offs like I wouldn’t notice and they never put new tires on it. Instead they put two different brand and treads sets of tires on my car. Guess what the shaking never went away what annoyed me more then anything is every time I brought that car back which I brought back at least a handful of times the people that had to work on it looked at me with anger that the vehicle that they worked “so hard” to fix had came back. The only person that I have any respect for is the woman at the front desk she actually would talk to me and answer any questions to the best of her knowledge. That said I realized it was never going to get fixed by them correctly and took it upon myself. Best part was the shaking was a bad tire a nice cup in the tire and they couldn’t diagnosis it when they had it in their shop for over a month. I don’t recommend this team to anyone that has a European vehicle.

Said they fixed stuff but it was still doing the same thing. Brought it back and they wanted another $200 for the same thing they supposedly fixed... WHAT A JOKE

I showed up this morning with no appointment right as they opened because my car had struggled to start. In 30 min, they had run a battery test and replaced my battery and not once made me feel like an inconvenience for dropping in.They saved me from having to jump my car tonight in the dark without making me late to work.

Very nice place to have your car worked on. Had an oil change and they were quick and cheaper then the 10 minute oil change place. Offered beverages and the chairs are very comfortable! They found a problem with suspension and we have having it fixed by TLM Auto. I think I just found our new auto repair shop.

I have been a regular customer here. I find them to be very fair in their pricing, and very knowledgeable in diagnosing and repairing. I recommend them for major and minor works!

Ive been taking my vehicles there for a while now. They give it to you straight, give you options and make their recommendations, not trying to push stuff on you like a lot of places. Hey TML, as you know I tell everyone how wonderful your service is. I should just shut up and tell no one tho, because Then Todd had time to chit chat, and be a bit more personal. Although I do not pay for the person, I do get beyond excellent service, and when I drive away, I do not have a worry that my vehicles will break down. I know the job was done right, and I know you stand behind the work you do. I do have to admit, I did a totally blonde thing, I kept writing in your business for BEST of the Bay....not realizing they also have BEST OF THE VALLEY. Either way TML is THE BEST!

They replaced a seal on one side of my engine that was leaking exhaust from the manifold. The problem is solved and they were willing to use parts that I had already purchased through Rock auto online. Any other shop would’ve refused and made you buy the parts through them. Overall good service but still pricey.

TML has been my go to shop for my personal and business vehicles for many years. They are the only shop in Appleton that will get your vehicle serviced and done when they say they will. The owner Todd is always accessible. They even offer a shuttle service!

Dont go here. Just purchased a car late late summer. Service light came in day after I brought it home. They said to bring it in. Then it went off and i was told not to worry about it. When it came back in, it stalled out several times at stop signs and red lights. My son and I were almost rear ended several times until I could bring it in. I was told I wouldnt be charged for towing but the fee of $80 showed up on an almost $300 bill. And they had recommended an $800 for repaird on top of that for a car I had just bought and I was told everything was looked over Ive wasted hours sitting around and would never be notified on what was happening until the bill came. The muffler also went after 3 months. Dont waste your time or money.

Yesterday while on my way from St. Louis to Green Bay, my exhaust dropped while on highway 41 in Appleton. The AAA tow operator was supposed to take me to another place the AAA operator recommended but I told him I wanted to go somewhere good and trustworthy--he took me to TML around 4:40 pm, assuring me that he trusted the work that they did and that they would be honest and quick. The guys got my car in straight away, welded my exhaust pipe back up, and I was back on the road by 5:15. They even stayed slightly later than closing on a race night that they were all excited to get to in order to make sure I got on my way safe and sound. Im really grateful to know of a new auto place in Appleton if I ever need help when Im passing through.Update, 3/6/19 - Knocking two stars off my original 5-star review . A year and a half after TLM quickly patched up my exhaust, I took my car into my local repair shop in St. Louis after it was running loudly again. They recommended a full replacement of all exhaust parts leading up to the catalytic converter. As it turns out, the work that TLM did welding my exhaust pipe back up affected the flanges connecting to the converter and made it impossible for my local mechanic to replace the rest of the system without also replacing the catalytic converter. This made my already expensive bill jump by $500. TLM helped me out in a pinch, which I still appreciate, but that pinch is now costing me mega dollars that I never anticipated.

Got some computer replaced under the steering wheel for my auto start. I cleared my miles just to make sure nobody joy rides it before hand, they ended up putting over 200+ miles on my car

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They do work that doesnt need to be done just to run up the bill. Went in to get brakes done and werent even fixed after $800, wouldnt solve the problem after we brought it back 2 days later to fix their mistake. Weve spent thousands of dollars here. And to top it off, they charged us for a nail in tire removal that took 3 minutes to do. Garbage auto shop that isnt for the customer.
