Very excited to have found an awesome mechanic for our cars in the Fox Valley. My wife has a 2009 Toyota Camry that just wasnt running right and Zentners was able to diagnose the problem and made the proper repair! We are thrilled that we can drive it for awhile again, since we just paid it off! Their Awesome and Friendly staff just gained 2 cars to keep happy!

This place was wonderful! My tires are terrible and need to get them replaced so yesterday I turned the corner and my car spun and ended up slightly on the median in the road and I couldn’t get off so I called Zetners and they were there in less than 10 minutes to tow me off the curb and we’re super nice about it. They also ended up giving me a great deal and the lady working inside (I think her name was Julie sorry bad remembering names) was AMAZING!!! There are still people who care in this world and want to help others. She helped me out more than she will ever know! Love Zentners!! Had a late night mishap, hitting a deer... they went above and beyond expectations, helping me fix my car late, they were so kind and welcoming, and bottom line I trust that they treat their customers (even new ones) like family! Very honest and legit! ❤️

My parents needed my drivers side seat repaired or replaced. I did a search for a reputable repair shop and Zentners came up as a possibility! So I Game them the information and they were SO PLEASED with the service and customer care they received. Here is what they said!They an appointment that included loaner car. Thats awesome right there! They met with owner before picking up the loaner car and the owner said that he had a few minutes to quick take a look. 10 minutes later he said the problem was the seat motor was not plugged in . Problem solved! They saved a bunch of money. The first place they were considering (a Ford dealership) wanted $120 just to look at the car. The final bill at Zentners was less than half of that with the problem solved!My parents said, I thought that I was back in the 50s . Thank you for the MOM & POP service repair shops! Have I stepped back in time ???? I will be back for repairs.

First and last time here. They were able to get me in same day I called which I appreciated​, but they didnt​ call when a problem arose and took it upon​ themselves​ to do what they wanted. Told me one of the 4 tires I brought in to be mounted and balanced​ had a gash in it when it was fine that morning. Then used my full size spare tire in place of the one that was bad. Never called me to ask first. Wont be back here ever again.

I heard a muffling sound coming from what I thought was my exhaust. I called Zentners and asked if I could swing by to have a mechanic take a listen. They said to come right over. I arrived 5 minutes later and they took my car into the shop, put it up on the hoist, and discovered a hunk of ice in my exhaust. I was in and out of the shop in less than 15 minutes. I am very pleased with Zentners service!

All my family has been going there for many, many years. They are upfront and honest. Yes, honest. They fix what you would like done. They let you know what needs attention and what could wait to be fixed. Zentners does NOT give you the run around about anything.Its extremely hard and very rare to find a shop thats not about the money they can make. Dave and his crew are the best!

After a few questioning phone calls I brought my vehicle in for their opinion. We scheduled to work but then needed to re schedule. They were so helpful and accommodating! The work was done quickly. They even took the time to squeeze in a last min. oil change request. Will definitely be going back.

They did a really good job testing and replacing my front breaks. They also cleared my engine code. They even gave me a full explanation of what they did and why. The customer service was great and the pricing was very reasonable.

Had a tire break off my axle and was recommended Zenters by a couple passing by on the road after saying they had worked with them for years and how great they were. I can now attest to that as well. Had a Zentner tow truck tailgate my daughter and I dangerously close as we came into Mackville on 47, we turned onto Mackville Rd, so did he, then he flew around us almost hit a mailbox as he flashed his back lights at us and flew off at a high rate of speed to a call on Meade and Devine Dr. Driver acted like a drunk driver! When we came on the scene he yelled at us he was told to expedite it. There were no ambulances, just a car in the ditch? Did he come from a bar?

I have came here twice now with both of my cars. Both times I have been very impressed with the service and cost.

Our car shredded its serpentine belt. Dropped it off Saturday. Monday morning theyve fixed it and replaced another belt that was about to go. Less than $200! Definitely did a great job.

I went to Zentners Auto Service LLC for the very first time yesterday. Julie at the service desk was very professional and friendly. The work they do there is meticulous and honest. The price they charged me for both their labor and parts were more than half of what my car dealership wanted to charge and they performed the work expediently. This is my new go to shop whenever my car needs servicing. They even let me borrow a loaner car so that I could go about my daily business while they worked on my vehicle. Oh, did I mention they have a couple of awesome shop dogs on the premises too. So basically Im saying that if you want good honest service and want to save yourself some money, Zentners is the place to go!

My family has switched to auto service at Zentners simply because of Mr. Zentners honesty about what needs to be done vs. what you hear from other shops. If something could be done, but would be only moderately helpful, he will tell you. For good service, I send my wife and daughters to Zentners so we can rely upon the work performed and that it really was necessary.

We called AAA and waited over an hour (in the dark) for another towing company to come get us in Little Chute. Called them back and they told us that they werent coming. No call to let us know. Wed still be sitting there waiting. Zentners guaranteed someone would be by us within 45 minutes. 35 minutes later, someone showed up with a flatbed from Zentners to tow my 1974 Camaro Z28. He was professional and quick, and was careful with loading my classic car, brought my car to my mechanic and was quickly unloaded. Great service from these guys after the other guys made us extremely frustrated. Kept (and beat) their guarantee of 45 minutes. Wouldnt hesitate to call them if Im ever in need again.

Zentners Auto Service not only came to my house and removed my flat tire which was covered by my auto insurance policy. After I took the tire to Les Stumpfs Ford where I had bought my Ford Motor Company vehicle to have it repaired and they couldnt do it because they didnt have enough employees working (which is of course Not my fault!) I went to Zentners, and they knew I had gone to Les Stumpfs, but they treated me well and fixed the tire and installed it on my car at a reasonable price 👍

Dave was rude ever since i went in! tried explaining to him about the problems that I have with the car he didint seem to care what i said and as i was talking he inturrepted and started talking to his employee 2 times !! This is what made me post something here .. yet a customer that was there was treated way better ... Other employee their was freindly but dave was rude...

Went there this morning mostly just to make an appt. They took the truck in immediately, diagnosed the problem (bad tensioner pully on belt) and had me out of there in about an hour (at a fair price I might add). I will definitely be going back......just not too soon I hope.
