I love this place! Great atmosphere, very clean, friendly workers. Tracy always does an incredible job on my nails, going above and beyond what I ask for! I’m so happy to have found this salon.

The atmosphere and environment is very clean and inviting, and the staff is incredibly. My nails are beautiful, these pictures are from a little over a week of having them. The only thing that I can say is some of my nails are different shapes, and some of them don’t completely cover my natural nail. I’ll still give them another chance!

I would recommend this nail salon. They offer a 10% off discount for middle and highschool students with an id so I recommend it. It was a great atmosphere and the pricing was decent. We made an appointment and they had a lot of flexibility. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because the toenail polish chipped a few hours after the appointment but besides that it was great!

I love this nail salon!! I just relocated to this area about a year ago and finding a great nail salon has been less than stellar... until I found this gem! I’ve been to this location about 4 times for fill-ins and gel. Each visit is better than the last! All of the employees are really sweet and welcoming. The atmosphere is very relaxing. My favorite tech is Ivy. She does an awesome job each and every time! Each set has been done with extreme precision, attention to detail, and care.. I couldn’t ask for a better tech! I don’t recommend this place my nails are suppose to match on each hand my nail lady messed up the colors and shape. If u look at the ring fingers in the photo I provided u can see the difference in color and shape. My lady was also rude.

So I had a 2pm appt & although they didnt start anything on me until 2:30 (which WAS frustrating) & they were pretty slow (I was there for 3 hrs for toes & nails) BUT...the work they did on my nails was hands down the BEST Ive EVER seen in my life of nails...and Im from NY so thats REALLY saying something. Love, love, love this place! ❤❤❤

I will never be going here again. I had Tony do my nails. I wanted acrylic nails with a gel polish and matte top coat. First off my nails are all misshaped and crooked. Second, when my hands were in the light to harden my top coat they still felt sticky and wet after. When I told him this he said it was fine and he put my hands under again. After the second time they still felt sticky but he said it was fine. He even asked me during my appointment what time it was because he had another appointment at 4 and he was trying to hurry. I got my nails done last Friday and its Thursday now and my nails have a whole bunch of chips in them. Dont come here if you dont want chips in your nails and want to feel like youre being rushed through.PART 2 7/27/21 - Here I am back again. I went in last week to have my nails removed due to the excessive chipping and bad job done on my nails. They kept convincing me to have the polish changed instead of having them removed. I expressed my irritation and kept saying I want them removed, but they insisted to change the polish for free. I said yes and had my polish changed. It has been less than a week and they have been chipping AGAIN, worse than the first time. This place is awful please dont waste your time and money coming here.

I went with my wife for her birthday and got a pedicure, it was fantastic. They offer you a drink and you get to sit in this super comfortable chair that is adjustable in so many directions! It has multiple massage options which is nice. The service was relaxing and the staff was friendly, the inside is clean and I would definitely go back!

Tattoo eyeliner not at all good I can’t even see it I am so angry it cost $150.00 for such poor service.To answer your follow up response to my review.You text me all the time with your promotions my number works just fine.When I came to do the eyeliner you never said it had to be done twice. Please don’t tell lies.

This place is clean, big enough for groups, and has nice products. However I was very disappointed with the service. I asked for more pressure on my very short 5 minute foot rub and the staff started talking about me in their native language and seemed offended for the request. It was uncomfortable and my request did not yield results. I typically go to nail cafe and will now return for a much cheaper, longer pedicure with friendly staff and a great massage.

My feet are old and pretty horrible, but the young lady took her time and really worked some magic on them. Two others helped with my tired old hands as well. Everything was spotless and so inviting. I will be back for regular visits for sure!

First time was amazing... Both pedicure n manicure was top notch.The second time around, it felt so rushed.... And the kind lady who did it looked disinterested! To the point I had to come home n remove the callous myself!!Am hoping its just an anamoly..n Ill give it one more try..

Me, my fiancé, and our daughter all went in for pedicures. Our appointment was at 6:00. They got us back about 6:15. Which is fine. No complaints about that. However, I was a little let down with my pedicure. My daughter (7 y/o) was the first to get started on her pedicure. Then about 10 minutes later, mine started. Then about 15-20 minutes after me, my fiancé’s started. My daughter and fiancé were so relaxed and loved every minute of it. Mine was nice, but was rushed. I didn’t really get to relax or enjoy my pedicure. My pedicure was the first to be finished, then my daughters about 5-10 minutes after that, and the my fiancé 10 minutes after that. Turns out my lady had an appointment after mine she needed to do another pedicure for. She was so fast, I hardly got my feet scrubbed, and she only did one coat of polish. I am very displeased with my pedicure. The reason why they got four stars is because my fiancé and daughter absolutely loved theirs, and the place was very clean.

I arrived a little before my scheduled appointment time and I was immediately taken back to start my pedicure. I received the best, most luxurious pedicure I have ever had. Thank you! I will definitely be back.

Came in today for a pedicure and acrylic full set w/nail design and enjoyed it. The guy who did my pedicure did very well and the girl who did my nail design did it to the exact picture I showed her. I don’t mind paying a lot for my nails and feet as that’s what I do all the time at my usual salon in Raleigh and now that I live across the street I found a new salon, will definitely be back ! Destroyed my nails. Got acrilic powder (I thought it was like sns) on my nails on May 2. Started peeling the next week. After having them for 2 weeks, it chipped off and has left my nails thin and weak since. They still tear at the slightest thing. Ive never had my nails this fragile before.

Service is good but the quality of nail polish is not so great it takes more than2-3 hours toDry the nail polish and they charge 50$ for signature nail polish but do not offer a polish dryer .!!!!When I called back them and asked where to leave feedback they told they can fix the nails again.!!!!If you are not concerned about letting your nails not dried even after couple of hours then this is good ……!!!????

Today 08/01/2020 was my very first time visiting Sassy nails & spa and as soon as I walked in I was professionally greeted, I felt welcome! The guy at the front desk was attentive to me and what I was there for! I was immediately assisted with the gel polish box which I love!!!, I had tons of options to choose from! My nail tech(I forgot her name :( ) but she was extremely nice and made my pedicure experience far more the greatest!!! This was my first time here. It was recommended from a family member. When first walking in it looked very nice and they had hand sanitizers and also an online check in. I walked around and looked at the colors and finally was seated for my pedicure. I usually like designs on my toes and I was happy that even rhough my technician could not do the design she found someone who could.The only reason I give this place 4 stars is because they had raised their prices because of COVID and it was jot apparant til the checkout time. I was going based off the website price. I wouldve liked to have been informed when booking my appointment. I also asked for different shades on each toe. I knew the design would be more ($5) per toe, but I didnt think they would charge me extra for the additional colors ($3 more).I received the gel color and unfortunately only 4 or 5 days after the job my polish peeled right off of one toe and is coming off another. I wear close toed shoes a lot and I have had other gel nails last for almost 2 months on my toes.Overall, I spent about $84. The most I have spent before on a regular pedicure elsewhere was about $50-60. A lot more than I was expecting to spend on a medicure honestly. Overall not a bad experience it just couldve been better.

I needed my nails done so badly before the holidays but with all the running around I did, I forgot to make an appointment. Well, Ive never tried Sassy Nails (new too the area) and figured Id try it because the reviews were so great online.I called an hour before their closing and asked if they could fit me in for a regular Mani and pedi and they said sure. I arrived 10 minutes later and they were friendly and welcoming. To save time, they did my feet and hands at the same time while in the chair. It was so relaxing. I got the pedicure (whatever the step above the regular pedicure is) and it was divine! I didnt catch my manicutists name but she was so sweet and did a fabulous job on my hands. My pedicure was done by Ashley and she was so great too. Great massage on my feet and calves that I almost fell asleep. Oh! And the neck wrap. Get the peppermint scent. I loved it. The place was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing.Overall, so happy with my experience and will be back a lot more now that I live so close too.

I have gone twice in past couple of months and both times loved how much effort they put into the care of nails. The place is beautifully decorated and efforts are made to make it a clean and safe place during Covid. Look forward to going back again.

Been going here for over a year, not happy about price increases. I get the same service and now have to pay quite a bit more. The prices on their website havent changed, but Ive been charged more since reopening. I always tip 20%, Im a good and loyal customer,but I will go elsewhere until prices come down. $40 and up for a fill in is not ok.

This is my new favorite salon! I’ve only been a couple of times but I have never been disappointed. super clean and the staff is super polite and willing to answer any questions I have. I usually get gel acrylics, and the shape and color is always spot on. at my last appointment Vince did an amazing ombré with pink and white and they look incredible! can be a little pricey but you pay for good quality and that’s what you get! 10/10 recommend.

Quarantine procedures followed with care. One of the best Pedicures I have ever had! Their manicures last longer than ones I have had at other places.

We just moved to NC from PA and were searching for a nail salon we could trust for our holiday nails and pedicures. Wow did these folks come through. Henry was very open with Mackenzie and her acrylics and ended up with a gorgeous set of glitter sweet purple nails. Megan provided Michael with a fantastic Signature pedicure, already ready to rebook! Gina, was great on the fly as she provided an excellent Signature pedicure and I asked her for a Gel Manicure last minute. She gave me the utmost attention and never felt rushed! WE WILL BE BACK. They used all newly packaged products and cleaned the work stations as they tended to us. 5 stars!

Sassy nails was able to get us in very quickly. They were friendly and reasonable. As with all nail spas, they will try to up sell you. So, you need to know what you want before you go in and be firm about it.

My daughter just moved to Apex and I was here visiting. I went for a much needed pedicure. I chose this place because it had 5 stars. I know why it got 5 stars because it deserved it. Crystal was the girl who did my pedicure. Not only did she do an excellent job but she carried on a conversation with you. She made me feel right at home. I would definitely go back next time I visit my daughter.

I made an online appointment from my phone the day before and that worked fine. My only complaint with the online system is that the list of services is very long and it was harder than I would have liked to find the service I wanted. I have used other nail salon online appointment systems with more user-friendly layouts. When I arrived for my gel manicure appointment I was kind of greeted and asked to pick a color then given no more instruction. So, I sat down and waited for 10-15 minutes after my scheduled time for someone to come get me. My manicurist (whose name I either wasnt told or forgot which is not uncommon for me) was great and one week out, my nails are still in great shape. I would come here again.
