WORST FULL SET I HAVE EVER HAD! Not only did it take almost 1.5 hours, the old man was tragically slow and needed instruction the ENTIRE time... My nails have dents in them and appear very raised and dont look like dip powder was used at all... NEVER COMING BACK.

So Im from New York and not familiar with the area so I searched nail salons and decided to go here. The sign on the door says they open at 10 a.m. but I drove all the way here and it is closed! 😡 However, Sassy Nails & Spa...now THAT is the best nail salon in Apex, Cary & Morrisville...hands down!!!

Love Michelle and all the other nail techs. I have been going here for several years and I would not go any place else. Very professional and accommodating.

Ive been to multiple places in Apex to get my nails done. This place is by far the best. Pedicures are great with massage chairs, wine and/or water for drinking (free of charge). SNS is done really well. Friendly people. Two week old nails....

The best salon Ive been to in ages. Michelle makes you feel like part of the family. Hannah did my pedi and eyebrows today. She is FANTASTIC! She gives the best massages. Make sure you at least get a Deluxe pedi, so worth it! For my eyebrows, they use an organic soy wax and it didnt not make me swell or leave me puffy.

So so friendly. I would recommend 210%! They take their time and do a good job.

This is hands down(with gorgeous nails) the BEST nail salon i have ever had the privilege of using. Hannah did my mani and pedi. I got the gel nails(natural look). She did wonderful. Exactly what i wanted without trying to push more on me like the other salons do. That went fantastic. The massage that this beautiful woman did on my feet and legs tho that was beyond words wonderful. I am on my feet all day long. She actually took ALL of the pain away. I cant describe how impressed i was. I felt so welcome. Hannah was most definitely a treat and the prices are lower than anywhere else Ive found. 100% worth every penny. I actually walked out wondering if i paid enough!!!! I love this place. Try it out. Will continue going here every two to three weeks.

This is my new favorite nail place!!!! The service, prices, and products are all excellent. Everyone who works here is so friendly and personable. The woman who did my toes actually volunteered to draw that lil flower (which she then did freehand), and when I picked out a shade that didn’t compliment me, she picked a similar shade that did! The salon feels very upscale and nice. There was almost no wait, too. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back and recommend it to all my friends!!!!Edited to add: if your bad review includes something racist like “the people here should speak English,” you should just do your nails at home. They have a right to speak whatever language they want in both THEIR place of business and in America, as America has no official language. You’re not entitled to understand every conversation in the nail salon, and if you do feel entitled to that, you are free to learn the language. It’s just flat out rude and racist to try and dictate the language anyone speaks.

Came in for the first time ‘ for a refill. I noticed quickly that the nail tech did not know how to properly apply acrylic. And appeared to be globs of acrylic. After gel color was applied, there was empty spaces of acrylic on the sides and huge indents. I pointed it out to the nail tech after I noticed it and she had to go back and remove the paint to several nails and do the process again . I left dissatisfied, it was still unshaped all around and horrible paint job. Staff needs better training. I went home to file and shape my nails myself. Luckily I have my own UV lamp . Also they were trying to charge me more money for a different shape. U should not be charging customers for a service that can not provide. Will never return.

Staff is always very pleasant. Cindy did my nails today and Im totally pleased. They look great. You can tell that she took her time, paid attention to the details and checked to make sure that the job was done well. Only salon I have used for the past year.

I was trying to find a new nail tech because my previous one was a little sloppy and rushed. I care across this place and it was really good. A woman greeted us at the door telling us all about what acrylics are healthier for your nails. She told us what she planned to do to my nails. They were really friendly and took they’re time to make sure they did it well. At my place I went before it hurt for them to use the tools, but at Elite Nails it didn’t hurt at all. I was really happy with the out come of my power dip nails. :)

By far the worse pedicure I have ever had in my life. The man who worked on my feet was rushing and Very rough. The towel he use was dirty and you can tell it was just years. It doesnt seem like they sterilize their tools since he rinsed the tool off after using it on my feet and put it back in his Box. I feel like I have to go home and scrub my feet just to make them feel clean after that experience

I have been going here for years. I love the owner Michelle so much. Such a kind woman who strives for every customer to have the best experience. I have never walked out unhappy.

I love the way some do nails. I will not go back because, I know the young man didnt want to do my nails because, Im a black woman. Certain things he did proved that to me. My money is good as any other races.

Great experience at Elite, they take great care with masks and social distancing, and lots of sanitizing along with plexiglass everywhere for protective barrier. I was the only appt at the atart, as i was leaving 2 ppl were coming on,, so theres some staggering in the number of ppl coming in.. Lots of colors, I did a dip powder ombre mani, and a premium pedicure, very satisfied! Michelle is very professional & great at her work.

Called because another salon that I go to that I had an appt with had me wait 30 minutes without saying a word to me. We got up and left and found this place close by. Greeted happily as soon as we walked in! Staff was so friendly. Gave a great service! Was so nice to my 5 year old daughter. Did nail art on her toes which she loved! I was very satisfied with this place and will definitely be returning:)

If you are not a recurring customer the service is rushed and the products used are too old. This is the first time the gel nails are coming off after less than 4 days.We were ahead of the preferred customer and they ended up rushing to finish our nails. Elite communicated that the gel nails will be good for 2 -3 weeks. What is causing in less than 4 days for the gel nails to come off after getting a very expensive nail make over???Furthermore, I would strongly suggest for the employees to speak English at all time vs native language to be more respectful to the customers.What a disappointment and definitely not going back or recommending Elite nail spa.

We love this shop. Michelle is fantastic! They have been so great with our family when my grandma started coming here many years ago. My mom is a regular and there and I go occasionally. They are so nice and get to know you personally if you go for a while. When my dad passed away they even got my mom a card and flowers when they knew she was coming in. They are a caring group and very competent. They have up to date technology and equipment and the pedicures there are superior to ones I have received at other nail salons. They are the best in my opinion!

I went in with my friend and we both got out nails done. The lady there said dipping the nail in the powder was better for the nail and was to last the longest. After I got then done about 2 days later they started to fall off. Started with the pinky nail then my others. My nails are all bumpy and uneven in length. It was not cheap and I am not going back. I was incredibly disappointed when that happened.After I called the number I was provided with, the women was very nice and said shed redo my nails but at this point I just wanted my money back. She was very polite and agreed. I came in at the scheduled time and was helped within 5 minutes of being there. She refunded me the full $60.

Absolutely love this Place and Michelle is nicest nail lady I have had the pleasure of have do my nails .This is one of the few places I have used that is on time and always friendly!!!

My daughter got a full set but not at all what she requested. The nail tech just did what she wanted on length and shape. I got a pedicure. My favorite part and main reason to get them is the massage and it was extremely lacking compared to other salons in the area.

Took my little girl here for her first manicure and they were so sweet to her and did a great job with her nails! I will be back!

Love this place! I drive out of my way and from a different area in Wake county to come here. I have tried places closer to home and they are just not the same. The people and quality are what makes this places different. The facility is clean and you are always greeted with a smile! Mrs. Ann is wonderful :)

I went to get my acrylics done for first time and Tina was amazing she was so friendly. I told her length that I wanted and she was very helpful about how I should get smaller size because it’s my first time. I would definitely come back again!!!!

Great manicurists who are nice and eager to please. The shop is very neat and clean They sterilize their instruments and the footbaths have plastic liners that are replaced after every pedicure. They do great work at a reasonable price.

I came in ready to get bridal nails done for a friends wedding and had to also take my 3 yr old too. They were accommodating and friendly. We were all able to sit together and converse while having our pedicures done, which is nice. A lot of places dont have enough chairs for that to happen. I was disappointed with the amount of color choices. They have a lot of bold colors, not so great when you need neutral for an event.

The worst mani/pedi I have ever received. I will not be going back to them - ever! I could have done a better job on myself! It felt completely rushed and the polish job was absolutely horrific!

Spent $170 for 2 gel manis and a pedicure. The staff was very nice and friendly but within a couple of days my toe polish was all chipped and the gel on 5 of my nails was lifting and 3 actually just snapped off. Some of them were super thick gel while others were really thin, making my nails look funky and definitely nowhere near uniform. Not recommending.

Excellent! I have gotten maybe one or two pedicures in my life but I may begin getting them more regularly. Ann was fantastic: professional, personable and sweet. Reasonably priced as well; I will definitely be coming back!

Great atmosphere and everyone is very professional and attentive. They make sure you have a great experience and do a great job on all their services. Will tell friends and definitely will be a return customer.

The staff is super friendly, works hard, attention to detail, and strives to satisfy. The manager, Michelle, is top notch! She works hard to accommodate your schedule.

Though the service was excellent and the lady who did my nails was very nice and attentive, Id expect for $67 to have nails that arent chipping 3 days later. I got a gel mani/pedi and sadly the pedi nail polish is streaky and my gel French tips are already chipping. Its not a bad place but it could definitely use some improvement. Ive had mani pedis elsewhere that lasted a long time with no chips or streaks, especially with the gel polish.

Would not recommend this place for getting your eyebrows done... I live in the area and have been to many places to get my eyebrows done and this is by far the worst. The lady did not seem to care at all and when I left there was still hair as well as wax in my eyebrow....was going to go back inside, however it hurt so bad it wasnt worth it.

I found this salon via Waze, and am definitely impressed. The shop is nicely decorated, and they didnt traumatize me with Lifetime TV. Im particular with my nail shape and polish, and they were fantastic with making little adjustments when I asked. The manager is incredibly sweet and professional. This is one of the better nail salons I have been to in the past year. I will definitely visit them again, next time I am in apex.

SNS bites. Took forever, plus lumpy, uneven and I can still see my old color signing through my french manicure. Nice people, but 50 bucks down the drain.

I came to this salon because theyre one of the few who do SNS nails and I was interested in trying them. I got two SNS manicures and the first was decent but the second was sloppily done. Also of note most of their colors are NOT SNS brand colors, theyre another either knock off brand or (as I more strongly suspect) theyre just acrylic powders which is disappointing. They were also rough when removing the first SNS manicure. Wouldnt recommend for SNS manicures as service is unreliable.
