I love it here. My nails are always lovely. Friendly atmosphere, clean, very affordable, and during the pandemic its appt only so its never to crowded.

I will be coming back! My friend and I went in together to get manis and the service was great! We both got SNS (dipping powder). There were a lot of color options and the two ladies that did out nails were super nice. As a customer, if you are vaccinated no mask is needed.

My favorite nail place. They always do their best to make my nail inspo come true. Everyone is so nice.

My mom and I came here for a spur of the moment pedicure and we were accommodated immediately! The gentleman that did my pedicure, Lee, was amazing and kind. He did a perfect French toe and great massage. I am very picky and he exceeded all of my expectations. We will definitely be back!

I went to this place because it was recommended to me. After 2 weeks of getting a manicure my nail got fungus. I have never had this happening before. This tells me they do not sanitize their tools and the manicure was dip manicure. It didn’t last and it was pricey.

Amazing place to go! The people were super friendly, professional and funny! I got a pedicure and acrylic gel chrome set. The one doing mine was hilarious and made the experience really fun and entertaining. Thank you, Mr. Easy for the laugh and beautiful nails!

Today was my second time going to this salon, and after today I will definitely be going back. My first visit was good but today was AMAZING! Lee did a PHENOMINAL job on my nails.. I went in for a fill and came out happier than ever. Usually I get nervous when nail techs use larger brushes for my nails but lee is so so so talented in his craft that after the first nail I knew I was in great hands. He was more than happy to accommodate to the shape I was aiming for and was so friendly through out the process. I 100% recommend this salon, prices are so fair and the salon itself is very clean and relaxing.. Ill definitely be back in 2 weeks to have Lee take care of my nails again (:

My wife, granddaughter and myself really enjoy each and every visit to Excel Nail Spa. Between the three of us we have received pedicures, manicures and waxing. The salon is meticulously clean and the staff and service is always a pleasant experience. Fact is, have appointments this afternoon. We highly recommend Excel!

Let me start off by saying that I used to love this place... I used to go every 2 weeks. After today... that probably won’t be the case anymore.Said I wanted me nails a little shorter, not a tremendous amount shorter.. Lee is great at detail but filed away way too much.. also, don’t get the matte top coat because it’s not matte. Hannah told me that if I wanted to complain then I should complain to OPI, not her.Emily acted annoyed when my friend told her she wanted a square/round nail shape. Just lost 2 loyal customers because of attitude.

Got a beautiful pedicure for a good price. $30 for a regular polish pedicure with a 6 min leg and foot massage and spa exfoliation.Everyone is really nice and the place is very cute!

I received a gift card and although not close to my home in Fuquay, I will definitely go back. My manicure and pedicure held up incredibly well before it started chipping and that included pool use! I was impressed!

My family is new in this area. We have had a tough time finding a nail salon that works for us. We Love, Love Exel nails. Everyone is so kind and professional. I am really difficult to please, but they pull it off everytime. Especially Hannah and Teresa. These folks aim to please and I am so glad that that I chose them. You can get your nails done on almost every corner in this town, but in order to get the full package, you must try Exel Nails. By the way, my husband loves his pedicures.

I went to this salon for a pedicure. It was horrible. She cut my toe nails so short that I ended up with ingrown nails in both my big toes. Massage was not for the duration I paid for. My cuticles were cut so badly and to the point of bleeding on four of my toes. This was the absolute worst pedicure I have ever received. Customer beware!

I am so disappointed! I Do Not recommend this place! Went in for the first time tonight at 6:04 and just now left at 7:56! Almost TWO hours for a pedi/15 min massage/gel polish. The polish looks like a child did it. Extremely sloppy paint missing in places and all over skin in others. So unhappy. The owner came over (she should have an hour earlier than she did). She said everything ok right?? I didn’t say anything. She should have come over at that point and finished/fixed it herself. I went ahead and paid. Walked out to car looked again and it was such a horrible job went back in. I paid $63 for this! She refunded me $15 cost of gel polish. She offered for me to come back in the am with I can’t because I have to work and going out of town (this reason for getting them done). Spoke to owner Hannah. She should have offered to redo it but she said would take too long. I said that I understood if this nail tech is new everyone needs to learn however this is a lot of money to pay and now I have to go get them done all over again! She said this guy has been there for awhile he isn’t new! Wow!! Very bad job and customer service. With all the nail places around it is not worth going there! I would never go back there now.

Wonderful place, I dont frequently get pedicures but the quality is top notch. First time Ive ever gotten a manicure as well and I feel fantastic!

Their name has changed to Excel Nail salon. Very good nail salon, excellent service & we absolutely love & adore Terry! Although the spa is very calm & relaxing, the music played for the majority of the time is not! I would highly recommend changing the playlist to coincide with the atmosphere of the spa!

I’ve been coming here over the past year or so every month and Dinny and Crystal are always so amazing, accommodating, and nice. My daughter loves coming with me and getting her nails done as well. They both always take the time to get to know us and make us comfortable all while doing a beautiful job. I wanted some creative Halloween nails recently and Dinny absolutely knocked it out of the park. I always recommend them to everyone!
