My dad lives in the area and one thing i like to do in my free time is get my nails done. Every employee was very kind, but the quality of the nails was horrible. The nail tech had put so much polish on my nails that it could not dry, though visibly it looked dry and for the most part felt dry. As soon as i open my car door the polish gets messed up and i then can see the layers of nail polish he had put. There was so much it pretty much created a shell of dryness then a goopy middle. i was so upset considering the amount i had paid for them. i then call them and they told me i could come in, so i go in and they told me there was nothing they could do. I could not even get a refund. i definitely do not recommend going here.

Love this place! Been going there for over 5 years. Probably longer than that. I make an appointment and they are always ready for me when I get there. Service is great!

I went for my first Mani/Pedi since the pandemic started and Ann was so nice and did such a great job considering how long it had been since I had gotten to. the nail salon

If you are going to come here for nails I would recommend Julie. She takes her time doing nails and when I got a gel polish, it lasted me more than 2 weeks! Being a nurse whenever I get the chance to get my nails done, I always take the opportunity! I love Julie and the time she puts into doing my nails.

The guy nail tech has no clue of what he is doing. He can never do the right design or even ombre on my nails, every time I get him its a problem with what he can and can not do. Just got my nails done there today and he did a terrible job. Sorry Anne but for me to be a long time customer I would expect better service from this place 😢😢😢

Anne is a nice lady. I love here nails. The salon is clean but not too fancy. So i have to give her a four star instead of five star rating.

Ann did an amazing job on my nails. My nails were so bad from a place I tried last time. She fixed everything!! Also she did my brows to perfection. Very clean !!

The lady on the phone was very nice ! but my nails turned out very thin and they end up popping off 2 weeks later so i didn’t even want to get a fill in because of the fear of wasting my money from them coming off.

The worst service I have ever received. Do not come here for acrylics. I came here on my birthday to get a full acrylic set. I came in around 4:30, was not greeted by anyone. I got the attention of someone finally who showed me to a chair. She seemed very rushed. She told me she could not wait to go home. She was very rude, the whole time she kept telling me she couldnt wait to go home and muttering about why i came in so late. Which I understand, but if she didnt want to do my nails she could have said no sorry we dont have time come in another day!! So she did my acrylics, they were all lopsided, glue and acrylic material was all over my cuticles! I asked her if she could redo one extremely lopsided nail and she said no it is fine. They were extremely thin, I could bend them back easily! Awful acrylic set. While filing them she made several of my cuticles bleed by breaking the skin as well. I was appalled. That night 4 of my nails popped right off and I came back in 2 days later explaining how they either needed to refund my money and tip or redo my nails. They were still rude and unhelpful, suggesting that I had somehow made the nails fall off. They would not redo the full set, only the ones that had popped off. The following day while I was driving the remaining nails popped off. I went in to get those redone. They Were very difficult and rude. Overall service was awful and I would seriosusly advise against coming here. Worst acrylic experience I have ever had

Cheap price for a manicure, but cheap service. My nails do not look good- I had gel on prior, and the lady didn’t take all of it off when doing my nails so it looks a little rough instead of the smooth finish one normally desires at a nail place. She also didn’t cover my entire nail with polish (left the sides unpainted) even though I asked her to fix it. There is also paint all along my skin close to the nail. It looks extremely messy! I could’ve done a better job and I’m horrible at painting my nails.

Went in for a pedicure, not gel or anything fancy. Lasted for 4 months without one chip in the deep red polish. Had to go back cause my toe nails needed to be cut; getting too long for my shoes. Its been six weeks, same dark color, not a chip in sight. Massage chairs, clean, very pleasant ladies; returning tomorrow.

Great place!!! Use to go to the old location years ago. Ann remembered me & did a great jobs in my nails, toes & waxing!!!! Will be back soon.

Tina is the best nail tech ever!!!!! When you walk in ask for Tina! She always does her best and she takes her time no matter what!

My gel manicure came out really good. And surprisingly quick. I didnt give 5 stars because the end massage wasnt great and there was wierd sappy karaoke-ish music on the whole time with a strange looping video. Actually the music wasnt awful but the video was. $35 for a gel manicure which is on the average to high end of cost. But convenient location for me so Id go back!

This use to be one of my favorite places to go and get my nails done. My last two experiences with this one nail tech was so unprofessional. The tech at station #3 was so rude to me. The other ladies are very nice and professional. I guess she was having a bad day because they were short staffed. I’m taking a break from this shop.

Usually very satisfied. Felt like the nail technician was rushing this time.

Horrible horrible experience my daughters came in for a mani and pedi the foot tubs were dirty my children were over charged then on top of that it was a rush job they didnt clean under the nails or clip them nor did they get a massage after the services was done... i will never come back to this place...
