I went there early Saturday morning. I had been there before but not in a while. The place has deteriorated. It is shabby and unclean. The girl did not take the instruments out of a packet, so I dont know if they were sanitized. It was the sloppiest, fastest manicure I think I ever had. Will not be going back and maybe the health department should look at them a little closer.

First time at this salon. I called to make an appointment for a simple mani/pedi and the appointment making was quick and simple. I get there and they are a bit behind but start me a water bath to soak my feet and relax while I waited..no problem. However, they were closing within the hour and despite my appointment (and arriving 10 minutes early mind you) they decided to take several walk-ins just prior to my arrival. This resulted in my appointment turning into a rush job with the technician only caring about how fast she could leave. She cut me a few times and didn’t even acknowledge it. She also used tools that were very obviously not sanitized and left before my nails were dry. Will not be going back.

Rude, dirty, sloppy work:The people that work here are not friendly or nice in any way. I got a simple pedicure and manicure and the woman did a sloppy job. You can see the first coat of paint clearly because they did such a sloppy job painting my nails. The second coat of paint is not clearly done. The whole place was dirty. The light bulbs were burnt out in the nail dryer and my mother’s nails ended up getting messed up because of this even though we waited over 20 minutes. The ladies here also stand over you while you write them a tip this happened to me and my sister. I will never go back.

Nails kept popping off. Like press on nails. When I to get them fixed at Perfection Nails they said it was too much moisture in my nails which is why my nails popped off. However I originally got my nails done at Elite nails and the nails done by them were popping off which is why I went here Oasis. Im not sure what the issue was but this was my experience. At Perfection Nails its been good so far. Oasis and Elite is a No for me

My friend and I went for mane/pedicures and we were given our own private room. It was beyond SPECTACULAR!! Jennifer and Mindy were so attentive and did not Rush!! It was pure luxury. We have gone to salons all over the world and these gals were the best. Truly.

Well I got my nails done Thursday morning and I show her a picture of the nails I wanted and she said sure she can then later I asked her to redo the heart how I wanted and just the design was horrible she said couldn’t no more because of the gel and I am very disappointed the fact I had to pay 60 dollars for the nails that I didn’t even like it look like a 5 year old did this and it did not turn out the way I wanted them I will never go back here ever again and I would like to get a message back from any manager . Definitely one of the best nail salons, for the location and price. Their service is exceptional, it truly feels like a mini spa in the middle of the mall, which could be hard to do...but they do it well! Their manicures are very nice and they always seem to be very busy, but my favorite are their pedicures! The pedicure room in the back has soft lighting, is delicately decorated and is very zen. They provide you with waters and there is always candy & nice magazines. The staff is funny and talkative, but not so much so that you cant relax! Perfect💅❤️ Havent had a wax, facial or any other treatments there, but honestly want to try, since they do such a good job with nails!

I was visiting my friend this week and ever since I arrived she has been telling me to go to this salon. I usually dont go when someone recommend to go to a certain place but, I was pretty bored so, I went and check this salon out. To my surprise, this salon is very nice. The techs working here are friendly and they clean their stations after every customer from what I can see. Didnt had to wait long to get my manicure. A nail tech came and walked me to her station. She started removing the cuticles and cutting my nails. I asked her to paint my nails a certain way and if she could put designs on my nails. She comply to all my requests. I just love how beautiful my nails turnout when she was done! Cant believe my friend was right! This salon is just amazing! Ill definitely come back here again the next time Im in the city!

This is my first time to Oasis and I have to really brag about them. Even, though it is a longer drive for me. I really dont mind it at all. The staff here are wonderful and worth your time. Having a wonderful team they strive for excellent. They can really be the best in Maryland to know how to really shape nails! It all looks so perfect and literally the same! Not one was slanted. This place is really amazing and one of a kind. You cant experience like this no where else. Good place to really set back and relax. Cant see me going to a different salon no more.

Had a gel Mani and pedi both were very rushed. Left with my nails looking like they were done a week before and my cuticles looking dry and flaky. She didnt use cuticle stuff and acted like she was pushing my cuticles back instead of actually do so. My heels are still rough and had no massage. We here out of convenience and good reviews and was very disappointed

My feet needed some TLC and my wallet needed some consideration. Oasis was the place to go. Despite being inside the Annapolis Mall, their prices are reasonable and service is on point. They have a really good and current selection of nail colours, including gel mail colours. When you are in the pedicure chair be prepared for a totally relaxing experience. Along with the awesome massage chair, they make certain that the music and lighting evoke mothing but pure relaxation. Even with the basic pedicure, I felt quite pampered. My colour lasted about three weeks and was not even fading when I returned. They offer many spa packages and of course whatever you might need waxed or plucked, the can accomplish.

Always fast and consistent. Good color options. Pretty decor and clean. I like that the tools always come from sealed, sterile bags. They arent too pushy about jells when you just want regular polish.

I visited this place for the first time a week ago. I got a full set with gel paint. Initially I was pleased with the result of my nails. As of yesterday, that feeling completely changed. I have had THREE nails fall off and its only been ONE WEEK. Im so upset. I want my money back. This is completely unacceptable from a nail service establishment. Perhaps the nail technician was too focused on other things. When the service concluded and I informed her that Id be paying by card, she asked me to go to the ATM to give her a tip so she wouldnt have to wait 2 weeks to get her money. She didnt want to wait 2 weeks for a couple of dollars but now I have to walk around with very tacky, unprofessional looking hands. This place left a bad taste in my mouth and wallet especially.

My husband found this place for me as a surprise for our Anniversary last year. The nail tech, T, is my favorite! She is professional and friendly and very helpful. The salon is clean and they get you in and out in a timely fashion.

Love the atmosphere! The best pedicure and gel manicure that I have experienced. The salon is very clean, and now they offer a glass of mimosa when I get my pedicure. I love it!

Oasis Nail & Spa in Annapolis Mall is my absolute favorite nail salon! Ken is my nail guy and he has always done a perfect job on my nails. I leave the salon very happy every time!

Went in for what supposed to be a simple eye brow wax before my engagement pictures. Had to reschedule my pictures because the lady burned both my my eyes. My right eye more than my left and even told me during the process that I needed to relax so she wouldn’t mess my eye brows up. It was swollen and sore for 2 days. Now I just have to wait and see how bad the scarring will be. Never going back again.

Cozy mall salon, great relaxing spa service

A kind staff is all the place has going for them. A friend and I decided to get a full set done at Oasis Nails in the annapolis mall it was a mistake. Both of us walked out with acrylic overlay under our nails and they were so thick her one finger looked as if there was a tumor on the acrylic. I would not recommend going here unless you are just getting something simple done like just a painting.

To be honest, this is the best nail salon that I have been to. They have great service with reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I did NOT have a good experience at this salon. My manicurist was rude and did not paint my nails properly. She did the job sloppily and in a hurry. She also did not massage my hands and was very very rude. My friend who was with me was also very displeased. The manicurist doing her nails was rude as well and rolled his eyes when she was trying to show him a picture of the design she wanted on her nails.

Today was my first experience at Oasis. I was recommended by one of my surgeons at my job. Me and a co-worker decided to meet up there after work. I decided to stop at the bank and pull cash out because I know most nail shops prefer cash over card especially with tips.My coworker arrived about 5 minutes ahead of me and told them that she was waiting on me but it was going to be for 2 mani/pedis. The one lady which I didn’t ask her name was phenomenal and had great customer service while my nail technician had the personality of a dumpster. Her name was Jessica.Jessica asked me what I was getting and I told her that I wanted there classic pedicure and I was also soaking off my nails and getting a manicure. Jessica didn’t seem too thrilled that I wasn’t getting a different pedicure and that she had to soak off my nails. One thing I can say is that she is fast and does a neat job. While my pedi wasn’t rushed, my transition from my pedicure chair to her chair for my manicure wasn’t pleasant. I had all my belongings (phone, wallet keys and shoes). On top of that my nails were wrapped in aluminum foil soaking in acetone.Jessica rudely pointed to her station and said “go sit next to your friend”. Not even helping with at least my shoes, seeing that I had all my fingers wrapped. The look on my friends face was just shocking.Jessica proceeded to do my manicure and soaked my nails, barely pushing my cuticles back or even trying. Outside of the cuticles issue, my manicure was okay. Not the greatest but okay.I’m giving three stars because Jesscia’s coworker made up for her dumpster diver attitude by actually lightening the mood. I’d prefer not to visit again but they are decently priced seeing that I only paid $55 for a mani/pedi and soak-off. $65 with a tip. Hopefully if I visit again, I’ll have someone different with a total different experience. The nail salon in itself is beautiful and has a relaxing vibe to it.

Terrible customer service and work done on my nails today. I am truly disappointed with my experience. I have gone here multiple times, but today was my last. The nail tech who worked on my nails became impatient with me and literally walked away from my station and went to work on another customer. She told me. She did not give me what I wanted and her reasoning was that if I did not like it she would have to start over. She was rude the entire time and told me I needed to hurry up and make a decision. She also left glitter and paste on my hands and did not fully paint my nails. When I asked to speak to the manager, Leslie she states that she heard every word in which her associate said and that I took too long and they have to pay rent so I needed to hurry up and decide. Nope do not give this establishment youre money. They do not care about their customers and Leslie will back her emoloyees up even when they are in the wrong. Wish I could give this business 0 stars. Please dont ware youre money people.

My experience at Oasis Nails was very unpleasant.The customer service was not good, l cant give them any stars. l would not recommend them. They were rude about the fact that one of my nail broke off and accused me of lying. They seem really pushy and gossipy and not really trustworthy.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Lady was on her phone the whole time while doing my nails. It took close to 2 hours when it shouldve taken maybe 45 minutes for acrylics. In the end the length on each nail was different and uneven and my nails were shaped square when i had asked for round. Will not go back and do not recommend.

Very reasonable prices, great customer service, charming atmosphere, fantastic results and CLEAN! Once inside, I totally forgot I was in the mall. I drove a good distance to get there, but definitely worth it! Next visit will include a facial and massage!

So to start, I came in after a long day of work looking forward to relaxing and instead got the complete opposite. My fill-in was rushed, sloppy and painful. My technician didn’t speak to me once, besides trying to negotiate with me on not getting my nails shorter (which I asked for 2 different times since I work with babies and didn’t want them to be sharp) yet her response to my multiple requests was “oh the gel polish will cover the corners” that’s not what I asked for? I eventually stopped asking and just planned on coming back later in the week to ask for a new technician. THEN to top it off while re-shaping my nails with a nail file she sliced my finger open (I can understand it happening with a sander on your cuticles from time to time but my actual finger..) plus the 3 times she did cut the skin by my cuticles.. Not to mention the “shape” she was going for is horrible. And to finish, up-charged me for the whole thing. I’m extremely unhappy with the experience and service that I have received.

My friend and I went into the salon and while we were both getting a full set of acrylics the worker says to my friend: are you gonna pay now?.. you know if you dont pay there are many cops around the mall and you will be arrested SO RUDE. I will never go there again. They were rushing us and did a terrible job on my friends nails. I dont understand why they assumed we wouldnt be paying? But I would not reccommend this nail salon. Terrible service and terrible customer appreciation.

While the experience was really nice and relaxing, it was way more expensive than at other places. I always get a gel pedicure and they charged me $75 before tip. A regular pedi is only $45 but apparently its an extra 30 if you want gel removed and then added back on. Most salons will take it off for free and then its only an etra $10 to add it. I doubt Ill be going back unless my friends (who all love it) beg me to.

She did not make an effort to even take her time. The acrylics I got crumbled a day later, and I ended up removing them. Incredibly disappointed at this waste of time and money and will not be returning. 0/10.

Excellent! Today I went to Oasis with my roomate to prep for spring break and had a wonderful experience. I got a oasis signature pedicure, full set acrylic gel manicure, and a lip and eyebrow wax. I had a horrible sub-par experience at this nail location. This was my first time at Oasis Annapolis. When I walked in, a lady greeted me abruptly asking me what I wanted done. I asked to see the selection brochure. As I was doing so, she walked up to me several more times, urging me even though I clearly was still looking. After I settled on what I wanted I sat down and began looking at colors. The experience was rushed. Following that the lady working on my nails was very distracted, she got up several times to tend to others, was talking to others, and at times was not even looking at my nails as she was digging and scraping.I was then moved to another girl to continue my nails. As this was my first time here I asked several questions to which she displayed an annoyance. She then spoke to the person next to her, who then glanced at me. It was clear she had just said something about me. I find this type of service to be rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. Overall this experience was unpleasant and not relaxing. I will not be returning to this location nor any other oasis. In addition, I had to return next day bc there wasa big mess up with one of my nails. To which I had to wait quite a while to get fixed. I was also made to feel as though I was inconveniencing the tech. Unfriendly staff, and unprofessional overall.

I come here a lot for my eye lashes and sometimes they do a good job I have been coming here for about 1 year now But this time I am very upset with the service I received. I got eye lashes two weeks ago and they lasted one day I came back she called herself fixing them well they all came out. So today 12/30/2016 at 8:30 pm I went to get them done over the man that answered the phone when I called assured me that I could come when I get off work so I called back once I got off rushed to the salon and come to find out everybody that does eye lashes left out the back door. But he find it funny and says I didnt know that they left. No Im boiling mad because he that it was a joke. Now had I been white or something other then I would not have had this problem. My money is the same as everybody else and it spend the same way. I pay 32$ for some eye lashes to me thats a lot of money to coming back spending another 32$ in less than two weeks apart. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 😡
