By far the unfriendliest employees in the parts department! I guess they forgot how to be pleasant to their customers especially now with covid. Its not like theyre giving away the parts! Angel, in particular, is rude and should take a lessen on how to speak to people. If there was another Cummins in the area, I would never go back to this one. Too sad!
This is, by far, the best Cummins Coach Care facility we’ve been to!!! We went in for some issues from a new engine install done at the Las Vegas Cummins Coach Care facility and this Coach Care facility is incredible!! We would not hesitate to come back here for any work that would be needed for our Motorhome!!!!
Parts department: I purchased a complete set of parts to rebuild an engine, is been a hustle. I knew my parts will take some days to get there but no one ever contacted me once they arrived. I try to reach them by phone and no answer. I had to drive 30 minutes to get there because they dont answer the phone, literally they said: There is no one to answer the phone, while all of them sitting on their desk chatting with the phone in the background.
Excellent facility very clean CDC guidelines in place. Great staff Angel very helpful getting me my parts for RV generator.
My 3 time to service my motorhome Eng. and generator, guys at the service area are very nice and welcoming, tech was honest and sowed me the issue and repairs . very happy will definitely continue to return.
It took six weeks to repair an inverter generator that I bought new two weeks before. After the repair it still does not work. They did not know how to repair the Cummins generator. The service department did not call me with any updates. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Travel north to a better location.

Worst experience as a customer for ANYTHING ive ever experienced in my life.Everything with Cummins Miami and Cummins in general is such a joke. They have no company. They have no accountability. They do not care about us. They pass clients concerns around from person to person, never getting an answer, never getting help. All they kept saying is this person will answer this, that person will answer that, and then those people have names of new people with even cooler titles that all have no say and integrity. Its a circle jerk.I just find it funny that after 2 months of testing, they still dont have an answer, and still dont even know which tests they have done themselves.We told them this generator keeps animals alive under anesthesia (we operate a mobile animal hospital) and yet they wont replace the unit, they wont fix the unit, and have no concern about the potential loss of animal life (Miami or corporate)
I called asking for a TOOL to adjust the injectors for the NTC engine. Sales rep keep asking for an engine serial number. Do they teach these people before allowing them to represent the company?

I would also leave 0 stars if possible. I have called them atleast 10 times and never can talk to anyone in parts or service and have left messages for a month now. Not a single call back. Worst service I have ever experienced. This place makes Cummins look bad for thousands of customers.

I too would leave a zero or a negative (-10) if the review scale would allow it. This has to be the WORST PLACE in Florida to take your equipment for service. In my opinion, they must have learned their core values, honesty and customer service in Siberia, communist Cuba or corrupt Venezuela., I took in my motorhome because my generator was turning off. I was told that someone was going to contact me on the following day to indicate what needed to be done on the generator. After waiting for four days without a response, I finally decided to go in person. Too my disdain, they had not even touched it. I retrieve my motorhome and return the following week. When I returned the following week and after waiting several more days to find out what was wrong with the generator, I received an invoice with almost $4,000 worth of repairs. In essence, they had removed the generator from the motorhome, cut the power lines instead of disconnecting them at the generator (indicating that they never had any intent of repairing the unit) and the service manager tell me that the generator had to, in essence, be completely rebuilt. This is a generator that was currently functioning perfectly days before with only 1000 hours. When I questioned the service manager, he indicates that they COULD NOT test all the parts so they all had to be replaced. In essence, even though they had NO CLUE why my generator was turning off, they decided that all of the parts needed to be replaced. HOWEVER, the sales manager, in the same breath tells me that he can sell me a new generator for around $5,000. I told him I was not doing that and that I would be going into the shop to pay the diagnostic fee of $300 and retrieve my generator. However, after speaking with the actual technician who worked on my generator, he indicated that only the ignitors needed to be replaced. I indicated that I would return with a pick-up truck to retrieve the generator and my motorhome. However, when I returned, I find that they had PRESSURE CLEANED my generator.When I took my generator the following day to an independent shop certified by Cummings, the tech indicated that someone had to have poured water into the unit because otherwise, it is closed & sealed. I asked if it could be oil ? He indicated absolutely not. Oil does not cause this kind of damage to the unit. The cause of the damages to the unit was water, the calculated and strategic PRESSURE CLEANING of the unit to hopefully, force me to purchase a new unit from them. When I indicated to the tech that Cummings had pressured cleaned the unit he went ballistic.The only solace I have out of this is that I am not alone. These people have screwed many other customers just recently, as I have come across several who had exact, if not very similar, experiences with this Cummings shop on 167th street. Cummings Sales & Service on 167th is a disgrace. I should have known better when the three times I visited the the shop, every time, there was an upset or furious customer with the personnel at this place. Best advice... stay as far away as you can from them. they must have taken their customer service courses in Siberia, communist Cuba or corrupt Venezuela.

It was my third time bringing my generator to Cummins for the same thing ( not starting) they had it for two days, try to change the control unit again, then they said they didnt have to and said it was running fine. The next day, it would not start. Took it back, they said the problem was in the fuel line and they could not fix it . But they charged me another $147 after charging me $1200 two days before. They charged me $800 the first time, $1700 the second time and $ 1347 the third time but they still did not fix it. They are a bunch of SCAMMERS!!!
I would also leave 0 stars if possible they send wrong pieces and after a month they take you money out again
