I tried to explain that I needed gentle services due to the state of my previous full set, and was given a completely dismissive oh well and we dont do that here attitude. Dont go if you care about nail health or quality service/customer care.It was also the fact that while the two gentlemen were trying to understand my situation, the lady *Helen* turned her head from me as if to dismiss what I was attempting to explain, and in order to let me know that what I was saying DID NOT MATTER to her.Her undertones were clear, I will not ever be back.

Just dropped by because I had some extra time before my massage (in the same shopping complex). Upon entry the salon was empty, very organized, clean, and quiet. I was kindly greeted and asked to sign into the guest book, while my temperature was discretely taken and motioned to the hand sanitizer. New tools were removed from packaging for my gel manicure and the process was very thorough. I didnt feel rushed at all (as most salons do). The manicure took about 40min and I especially loved the finish with the hot eucalyptus towel at the end. The cost of the gel manicure was $40, which is higher than most. However, during these times people are risking their lives to provide patrons with unnecessary services, so I gladly paid and gave a generous tip for his level of care. I will definitely be back !

I scheduled an appointment since i have a bussy day. they still don’t see me on time until they finish doing the one they were doing. What’s the point of making an appointment? respect people time and if you are taking appointment try to to go above 5-10 mins after...they did mine 25mins after i was waiting

New women do not use her services. She was on her phone the entire time. She had to good what she was doing. And she was very rough. My nail are very bulky. Very disappointed. Been going to the place for 2 years and this my first bad experience. Sorry to say because of the new woman I will not be returning.

Great first time experience! Much needed relaxing experience during this pandemic, and I felt safe. They took my temperature, and kept the volume of people low in the salon. I was even given a towel over my lap to cover my short dress as I was sitting for my pedicure. Great value for treating yourself.

I love this salon. I’ve been going there since 2014 and I’ve always gotten exactly what I wanted. Everyone does great pedicures but Helen is the best for manicures, gel or regular. The prices are reasonable and my nails never break or chip. It took me a long time to find a salon like this one and I’m always very happy with what I get. Also a GREAT variety of colors to choose from!

This is by far the best salon I have ever been to. My nails look AMAZING and I am so happy with them. Got a full set with acrylics and only took 45 minutes. 2 people were working on my nails during some of it which was extremely impressive. They were very gentle and got to each customer very fast. I cannot stop smiling at how great my nails look. 10/10 service and environment. 110% recommend!!!!

Pretty salon. They werent overly nice or rude. However my french GEL manicure literally didnt even last a day. Day 3 and 3 nails are chipped off and I havent even washed dishes ! ( Weve been eating out ) I watched him do one coat of the white and two coats of clear, maybe I should have said something. Oh well. ...

Go elsewhere. If you’re looking for matching gel and regular polish, definitely go elsewhere. They don’t carry OPI, only DND match which don’t match at all. My gel didn’t even last a week, neither with regular polish on my toes. Had them re do it and both my hands and feet look like my 7 yr old painted them. Not going back...

I love Spa 1 Nails. Lena is my manacurist, however, everyone always speaks to me when Im there. Its a very clean shop, and they do a great job! They are also reasonable!

TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Staff is extremely rude. Asked for coffin nails & the nail technician clearly had no experience. He gave what he thought was coffin & I asked him to fix at least one nail that was way off & he LITERALLY started yelling at me saying I didn’t know about nail shapes. I was extremely upset & unsatisfied with the nails I got & at the fact that I was getting yelled at for PAYING TO GET A SERVICE DONE. I had to tell him to stop because I was upset & I was still charged for the UNFINISHED nails.

Believe it or not the person who caused my injury continued to work as nothing happened, she continued to take care of other client...

This is a charming cozy spa with the best service ever....Helen the owner is the very best nail artist that I have experienced anywhere for many years. Outstanding and Highly recommend.

I thought $15.00 for a manicure was high! There dryers are poor, hardly blow any air! I was there for a long time waiting for nails too dry! No drying spray! Totally unsatisfied! Will never go back!

I have been going there for two years I can’t count the number of times I’ve had an appointment and have had to wait 30 minutes or more for my services to start as well as I typically stick to the same color but one time I wanted ombre they look so bad I cried and then they charged me more to fix them and then recently I went and got a full set The same day and the day after eight out of 10 nails are lifting and they refused to give me my money back and didn’t have time to fix them when I had time even though there were people not working during the time I came I will never go back!!

Spa 1 has become number one for manicures and pedicures in my must-go list. Prices are reasonable, Stacy make me become her crazy fan LOL, and I always leave happy.
