Our crate truck wasnt beginning and we expected to get it towed to the business. Called Towing organization just to get sent some unacceptable size tow truck. I chose to go on oogle and discover another person and discovered Towing organization. I called and talked with Guy and sent him photos of the truck. I called this company and asked for a quote. They requested the year, make and model of the vehicle which I gave. Then, the woman on the phone put me on hold for a at least 2 minutes. After coming back on the line, this person politely apologized for the hold and asked me for the year, make, and model again and some other info. Then I was put on hold for at least 3 additional minutes. Finally, they gave me my quote and it was a whopping $147 for a jump start. I live in Anchorage and the company is located in Anchorage. I can’t say much about their service because I ended up not going with them. First impression wasn’t too good.
