I have to put this out there . In my experience it is uncommon to find people In this business as honest as the workers here. I won’t call anyone but Aurora for a tow

Kay was very kind and understanding that even though we were last minute and didnt need towing, he was nice enough to double check on us and see if we were alright leaving us. I would recommend Aurora Towing for sure.

They show up to me when I need them the most this is after I hit a moose going about 76mph

They did a great job all around.Pulling a vehicle out of some trees in sure wasnt easy but probably not their first.

These guys fixed my car problem in 5 seconds, which Subaru Roadside Service couldnt figure out in 4 hours. Unbelieveable

I got charged more den the service they provided for me. Dey only jump start my car n i was charged $90.it wud be nice to noe more info of what they wud charge me for.

Towing By The Best.

Im not sure why these guys are not receiving 5 stars all the time. Yes the transport was on time but to be honest Ive had other companies not he late and yet the drivers are very unprofessional and rude. The drive at Aurora was great despite being on call all night prior. Professional and courteous. First time working with them, will continue to do so from now on for any future incidences. Thank you for all the help! Very appreciative for the service provided.

Horrible experience. My insurance company booked them through my roadside assistance program and they quoted the insurance company 90 minutes. 3 hours later after 2 phone calls to my insurance company and 2 more phone calls to Aurora (every time I was given a wildly inaccurate ETA) the truck finally shows up. I needed a ride from the tow truck to get to the mechanic and the whole time the driver blared rap and complained about how he got called into work early (an hour and forty five minutes prior to him actually picking me up) to come get me. Super unprofessional and if they had been truthful with me about the situation I would have made other arrangements from the start.

Demitrius has the golden touch, after trying all week to get her car going, he came out for what was supposed to be a tow. Well he hopped in the drivers seat an turned the key an Lo n behold the CrV started right up. Our faces hit the floor but cars running fine.

I called 4 different tow truck companies that either didnt answer or told me it would be over an hour and a half wait before I called Aurora and they answered right away. Receptionist and truck driver were both very helpful, and sent truck right over and got us back home quickly. Would definitely recommend

Got a tow from Justin Fox and I gotta say, this company rocks! Quick to respond. The gal who answered the phone and Mr. Fox were both super friendly and very helpful. If you ever need a tow, Id highly recommend them! Cant compliment them enough!

Ive come across my fair share of horrible tow truck drivers, but.. this was not the case.Driving in from the valley, my car decides to break down on 5th avenue. After a long hectic weekend of all kinds of stuff this was the cherry on it all. I called my insurance, who dispatched Aurora Towing.. there I was, blubbering in my car... a hot mess. Thankfully, Aurora towing got there really fast.. he loaded the car up quickly, was super kind the entire drive to my house. Then he put it down, made sure there were no marks on my car and wished me luck on my way. The next day I called my insurance again, to have my car towed to a shop. Again, Aurora Towing was there promptly, called me to let me know it had been picked up and dropped off.. and I ran into no snags. I cant compliment this towing company enough. If I have a choice, Ill be using Aurora towing. I contacted my insurance agency, and told them they should only dispatch Aurora towing from now on. Ive never had such wonderful service, kindness, and friendly chats with anyone related to a towing company.Edited to say: I never do those satisfaction surveys my insurance asks me to do. I made sure to do them both times they used Aurora Towing for my car. I truly felt like they went above and beyond.

I ended up in the ditch avoiding a truck spinning out. Called my insurance company for roadside assist and they arranged with Aurora. Driver ran a little behind due to the towout ahead of me. Driver was very courteous and helpful.

Excellent, quick service after my truck broke down on a stormy midnight on Old Seward. Extremely professional and courteous service from the driver, Michael, who was able to take my truck from the break-down location to the dealership in a timely manner. Furthermore, ensured that my truck would be properly cared for overnight. Highly recommended.

My insurance company made a mistake and had me towed to a garage not even taking any vehicles. Although it was not Auroras fault they helped me find a reputable service place that was open. Even checked reviews for me. They dealt with my insurance company over billing. The driver was prompt and courteous. If you are in a bind, Aurora is who you want rolling to the rescue. I was from out of town alone with two kids. I am extremely grateful for the extra care.

I got myself turned around in a pretty steep ditch at 12:30 at night. They were there at 1, and I was on my way by 1:30. The man who came out to help me was very freindly. He explained what was going on, and what I needed to do in a way that helped put me at ease in a stressful situation. Whole thing cost me $90, which I think is a reasonable price. Id definitely recommend them.

Justin was a life saver! We waited for Franks towing company for two and a half hours and they never showed so we called Aurora towing and Justin came and looked at our van and fixed it in less then 30mins. If it wasnt for him we wouldnt have a running van right now. Great guy!

Got my light work trucks to destination undamaged.

I got a ride home after breaking down and called for a tow, was told 2 hours. Ok. When almost that time I called and was told it would be another 45 minutes. Still ok. I got a ride and headed back over early. The dispatcher called me while I was on my way, saying the driver was on site and wondering about keys. I told her I had them and would be there in 3 minutes. When I got there in 3 minutes, the driver was already pulling my truck up onto the flatbed. My truck has an automatic transmission and was in park. The driver told me dispatch told him she couldnt reach me and to go ahead and hook it up.1. Wait time was 45 minutes longer than quoted. BAD AT SCHEDULING.2. Initial phone call with dispatcher promised they would call before the driver got there, so I would have enough time to get back. (I live 5 mintes away.) DIDNT DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO.3. Dispatcher told the driver she couldnt reach me, which wasnt true. Not calling on time and not being able to reach someone are two different things. DISHONEST.4. I dont know if my automatic transmission is damaged, because the truck needs a repair, hence my need for a tow in the first place. POSSIBLE VEHICLE DAMAGE.The driver was professional but there were too many customer service problems (and potential vehicle damage) to say this was a good experience.

So we got into a situation at hilltop ski area, where we ran over a rock and got our car stuck (it was hidden in snow) Through my road side assistance aurora got dispatched. 3 hour ETA...okay that sucks but we were at hilltop ski area, so we just skied (plus it was our fault so we took our punishment). 3 hours later....nothing!!! I call aurora and the lady tells me the guy couldnt make it because he had a 2 wheel drive (even with chains). a) the road to hilltop was plowed b) there was a dodge neon literally parked next to me so the two wheel drive was complete BS. 3) no one called or texted to update us that they werent coming. We were waiting there for nothing. Now its 7:30 pm, hilltop is closing and we live on the east side of town. Thank you aurora for absolutely nothing. You guys were rude, unhelpful and what towing company doesnt have a 4 wheel drive vehicle in alaska? On the bright side, with a few good samaritans, some jacks, physics and a little prayer we got ourselves unstuck. If I could give these guys negative stars I would

Usless as titts on a BUll. Typical Union Hacks !!! My vehicle is parked in the garage as where most vehicles are parked. My insurance company uses this company, although not so sure after this. They REFUSED to tow my vehicle out of the garage ! I have just had shoulder surgery so I couldnt move it. The driving had a Micky Mouse battery jump which did absolutely NOTHING. The second company came out, jumped the battery in 2 seconds and towed it away. They never told any anyone before dispatching and not to mention I had to wait over an hour !!! I bet if I were having the vehicle repossessed, they would have gotten it out. They claimed: Union Rules. BS to me.

Very unprofessional staff/drivers. Waited for over 4 hours on the side of the highway, and they kept giving me excuses every hour. Finally when the tow truck showed up past midnight, it came out he had no idea that I had a boat trailer that needed to be towed (I made sure with the dispatcher three times that they can handle it, was reassured each time). Then the driver spent over an hour trying to hook up the boat trailer, only to find out his dollies wouldnt fit. Then he gave me and excuse that his flat bed truck wouldnt be able to handle the load (3500 lbs) and his boss told him not to do it or whatever. Then he left at 2am, saying that he feels worse than I am for leaving me here. Had to spend the night on the side of the highway and got it fixed myself in the morning.

Go here to be surrounded by lowlifes. Thier DUI vehicle auction is a joke. Cars that have been gone through by employees and had anything of value literally ripped out of them.

These guys suck im trying to get my truch back still after i just bought a truck before i could get it registered or insured in my name it got impounded ive got it now and theimpound release from city hall and they closed and locked the gate early and refused tohelp me so now im going into 3 weeks without it and i have to wait till monday. they will do anything to get that daily fee from you.
