Excellent service from Gary! Rented a 14’ Box Truck with the Lift Gate. When nobody near had any trucks I found Rental Max and decided to give them a call. Gary right away advised he had one on site and gave me detailed pricing. Smooth transaction from start to finish! Highly recommend this facility!

We rent almost exclusively from Rental Max. All of their locations are great. The Lake Zurich store is special. Renting from that store is like renting from a relative (only they are reliable). They always know us and I feel like we get special attention. The whole team has helped us out on short notice. Katherine is like the Momma hen there watching over her brood. Do yourself a favor and use them for your commercial and personal needs.

We rented several time here. Gary the Asst Mgr is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Terms and conditions are clear. Return of items is easy (drive around back to Door-5). Pickup is easy and they load the vehicle for you. Handicapped access for entrane and parking (free). See photos posted for hours, numbers, business cards, etc. Would recommend this place to everyone that needs rental equipment.

I own and operate a small general contracting company and occasionally need to rent a variety of equipment from ladders and scaffolding to pressure washers and concrete saws. Over the years I have rented multiple times from this location and Rental Max in Lake Zurich is always my first choice. Theyve earned it! Katherine, the general manager, runs a top notch store. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous and explains everything clearly. Oh yeah, she is also SUPER NICE!!! Danny who runs the back of the house is most helpful, courteous, professional and also is as friendly and nice as can be. He carefully explains how to operate whatever machine Im renting and makes sure I totally understand how to turn the gas valve on once I get the machine to the job site :-) Nothing worse than not knowing how a rented piece of equipment works. Both Katherine and Danny have worked at Rental Max LZ for many years and my consistent experience has been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, genuinely nice people renting equipment that works at competitive prices. Rental Max LZ is a trusted part of my business team.

July 11th It had been a while since I had gone to Rental Max in Lake Zurich. Very glad I took my chain saw issue there. Quick, experienced, concerned and customer oriented are just a few comments that come to mind. Went back with chain saw blades for them to sharpen. Ive rented from Rental Max numerous times in the past 5 years & we get our propane tanks there as well. They have always been professional and helpful. In fact, recently they didnt have exactly what I was looking for and refered me to a competitor, though it meant them losing a substantial sale. You dont see that happen often; its one reason Ill keep going here.

Rented chairs from them for the first time this memorial day weekend. Very pleasurable experience with the staff. I will definitely rent from them again.

Was just browsing here but they do have some of the larger rools for rent like hydraulic post hole digger and Bobcat/backhoe tyoe things you will not fine in Home Depot oe Lowes.

They were professional and provided exactly what I requested. They provided phone support when the equipment malfunctioned in service. Due to the malfunction, they refunded costs for the malfunctioning equipment. They are confident in the equipment they rent and stand behind its performance.I have rented machinery and tools from them in the past and will continue to do so. First they said credit card only so I left to deposit cash I had to my debit card for the rental fee. I come back and the credit card machine is down. Ive waited and waited and left with no rental equipment. 1st time here. Worst experience for my 1st time trying to rent with them. I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS PLACE AT THE ILANDSCAPE SHOW. Cant believe it waisted time and gas coming twice for nothing. For a contractor it was not a good experience.

Avoid this rental place at all costs. Very unprofessional staff. Rented a back yard movie projector package, the projector is out dated(No Digital Inputs), and they forgot to give us the DVD player that was included in the package. Now days I dont have AV equipment with a composite out video(yellow rca). When we returned the unit, we received no apologies and no compensation. Avoid avoid avoid
