Good Sam’s contacted Elite towing on our behalf. We were promised they would pick up our RV between 7:30 and 8:00 am this morning. We received several auto generated Good Sam’s messages that they were on the way. 3 hours later, I called Good Sam’s again because Elite’s driver hadn’t shown up. I called Good Sam’s again and was told Elite had a problem and couldn’t get to us until after 2:00, SIX HOURS late. They NEVER contacted us to say that had a problem. Lousy customer service! If I could give you half of a star, I would! This is no way to treat a customer. Communication is so important.I’d never recommend this company and I’m unhappy with Good Sam as well! We had to call a different tow yard.
