I have tried other car washes and this one if be far the best. For me the touchless car washes suck unless you just had a car wash in the last month. I usually get car washes like once a year and the only car wash that can tackle that mess is the Pink Elephant. It is not even that much more expensive than the others and it offers so much more; alot of contact for the cleaning and the hand drying at the end are my favorite features. And I have noticed that they have added lights since the last time I went so it is now more fun for the kids.

Great wash job but the water pressure took some paint off my new truck.

I had tree sap on my truck. Thought it was asphalt at first then discovered what it really was. They went out of their way to figured out a safe way to clean them off without disturbing the paint job. Worth every penny and I intend to return once a year.

These guys did an amazing job. Make sure you give the guys a few extra dollars at the end thats how they make any money. They did a great job

Really good car wash that did the pretty good job on our SUV. It had been several weeks since we washed out car and man let me tell you - IT WAS BADLY NEEDED easily drove through, paid $17 (we got a $2 discount because Im Military) drove through, just as you would in any standard car wash drive through. When we got to the end, there are two guys waiting to give a final wipedown of the car to make sure the water does not turn into ice. Great place will definitely go back!

Fantastic car wash! Your vehicle will come out quite quite clean with a nice shine. The hand dry left a little to be desired, although its forgivable as it was 12 degrees out and the wash was quite busy when I went through. Id definatly go again and recommend to anyone.

This place is top-notch! Got the basic wash $12, they got all the ice off the car! The car was more clean & shiny than Ive seen it since it was bought! They even hand dried it after the washing, inside the doors & everything! I feel sorry for the guys working in there tho, its gotta be damn cold! This will be the only car-wash Ill be using from now on!

I paid for the Lava (most expensive with extra cleaning) wash after reading some good reviews of this place. They wiped the four doors of the car ahead of me and only did two of the four of ours.My mirrors are still covered in dirt as well as the sides of the car. There was no extra cleaning even though I paid extra money for it.The back is streaked with dirt as well. It was supposed to have extra cleaning but seemed to have even less.Really disappointed in the poor quality of such an expensive wash. Would not recommend. It was near $30 to come out with a dirty car after the wash.

Good prices, competitive fuel prices (lower than even Costco) Great Customer service. Their old way of car wash, not laser is preferred.

The only car wash in town that gets my Jeep clean after mudding or offloading. They pre soak, have staff scrubbing you off before the auto-wash starts and they hand dry when you exit. My only local choice.

Offered me a quick detail for $50. Less than one week later I came back to redeem, but they told me they no longer offer that. As I’m watching someone getting their car detailed ahead, I asked that are they getting? He said “a detail, but they made an appointment “. So I asked to make an appointment, then he said “we don’t offer that service anymore, just outside of car”....again I’m watching someone else get their car detailed in front of me, but it’s not offered?????

While I think the prices are a touch high, its definitely the BEST car wash in town.There is no replacement for actual humans scrubbing and drying your car.My kid loves the flashing lights and spaghetti.

I guess since covid, they are not wiping down inside the doors and I also missed them blowing air into the locks to keep them from freezing on the way home. Car was clean, but disappointed.

Fast, friendly and they always make sure that your vehicle is completely clean or they wash it again for free! I love this place! I recommend this car wash over any other in Alaska! Ill drive across town or even wait till I get back to town to wash my car there :) they are more than awesome!! Five stars!!

Best in town under new owner ship so everything has been replaced, drive in durty, drive out show room quality. Not happy they will send u through again.. but remember, if you have tons of built up salt and grime, you should go to do it your self car wash to help

Hell yeah! Great car wash🙏 Ive lived in multiple states in the lower 48 and this one is by far the best! If your car is still dirty when it goes through the first time, you get to keep going until its clean. Love that! Laser wash or whatever is absolutely trash compared to this one.

These guys are so awesome and friendly. Took my truck in from getting it covered in mud and they did an amazing job getting it off. Even told me to go back through if it wasnt good enough but the first go through worked! Love this place

Yes yes and yes. Clean car, happy customer. Customer service is exceptional. Had a malfunction the other day (on monthly plan) but they fixed fast and were super great to work with as they worked their butts off to fix and get the line moving again.

Couldnt say enough good things about these guys! Seriously they detailed my son n laws truck for I think around $50 compared to other area detailers at $200+. They were so nice and done such an amazing job. Nice clean big waiting room and they worked us n2 the schedule last minute as well

Best car wash in town by far! Their monthly subscription is awesome and they seriously make the car look new year round... I wash it 3x a week for 40 a month... Easy math.

Nice product but the lights displaying what you bought most often dont turn on. Some guys push more buttons than others when I buy the same every time.

The term you get what you pay for is pretty hard to prove when it comes to car washes since most are pretty spendy. But I can say at this place, you def get what you pay for. They are outstanding from start to finish. I LOVE the classic touch/scrub car washes. Would be great if they opened another establishment on other side of town. If you truly want a CLEAN vehicle, go here! :)

Of all the car washes in Anchorage, this place is the best hands down.

Probably the best car wash in town. Only downside is the lack of vacuuming availability for you. I prefer pink elephant because the do pre brush your vehicle and give it a quick towel dry at the end to finish up...dint forget to tip the guys a couple of bucks.

The car wash was ok, but the wipe down wasnt worth much. They used the same drying cloth on two cars before they used it on mine which left streaks all over the car. I had to come home and wipe my car and windows down to get rid of the streaks. I used to leave a $5.00 tip, but now I leave nothing.

Wonderful job every time! The lines out to the street say it all! Just make sure you take all of the decal magnets off your vehicle before going so you dont lose it in the carwash.

I went there because of the great reviews but experienced nothing great about this place. The boy Ryan who did the drying of my car (by hand which was nice if he did a good job) missed a lot and did a terrible job. Ended up going to purple turtle for a better car wash and for the same price.

Probably the most efficient cat wash Ive been to in Anchorage. The employees were swift and efficient as well. It was definitely worth the above average prices ($12-$24)

Worth the little extra that you will pay. I came back from a long trip to Fairbanks and my front end was covered in dead bugs. I paid for the $24 wash and when I came out, they sent me back through a second time for free. The truck was immaculate!

By far the best car wash in Anchorage! It cost a little more then the others I have been too but I believe you get what you pay for. They spray and brush your car before you go in and then dry off the whole car and inside the doors after youre done.

Awful place. Don’t go there unless you want to be jelled at by car wash people. I left in a hurry because the hostility was so blatant that no way I’d trust them to touch my car.

I like to keep the car clean as the natural and artificial elements want to rust the body and under carriage. Pink Elephant does the job! A complete wash and dry. That is what I like and the car needs.
