I don’t get it? Really long wait to get in, REALLY slow car wash, I had to stick my card in the machine four times before it would read it, and then, after all that and paying a third more than other car washes in town the back third of my car wasn’t even touched. It looks like a six year old washed my car. Goofy instruction in the car wash bay. It said forward then it said stop and backup at the same time. Cool looking building, horrible car wash.

Paid for the automatic car wash. It did not have any soap! Just water. Called the posted number which promises a return phone call within 24 hours. One week later and still no call. Avoid this place it’s poorly run and doesn’t perform its promised services. Very good at taking your money though.

Do not use this car wash. The brush soap dyes your skin and clothes blue and all the guy said who was there was yeah its been smurfing people with a chuckel! He said I got some comet you could use to try to get some off. It helped but didnt remove it completely and my T shirt is ruined!

If I could rate zero Stars I would I paid for the most expensive wash and wax and I got the most basic watch and clear coat finish it did not even clean my windshield. Quite a disappointment. The soft cloth section was closed so I couldnt use it which I would have preferred I might try the soft cloth heart this summer but I wont go back again this winter.

Genuinely disappointed. Paid for the 2nd highest wash and it completely missed the side skirts and wheels of the vehicle. It was after 10 when I visited, so I waited until morning to call, but nobody answers. If you want a good car wash, Kendall Toyota laser wash beats the price and service.

This place actually washes better than Pink Elephant and Laser Wash and its $3.00 cheaper

Convenient location. Always clean. Equipment always works, including change machine. Price still reasonable. I like that one can still do a manual or automated wash.

Terrible management horrible service wash my car there for 2 months using my own quarters then I used his machine that wasnt working correctly and he called me a liar and told me not to come back over $10 refusing to check his cameras... just check the camera lol... wont be going back to many better places with better service...

Wash was fine but the vacuums are absolute junk. No suction or the ones that had good suction had broken or cracked nozzles.

High pressure? Compared to your water hose maybe... I used their self serve bay since it is winter and the pressure from their sprayer is pathetic, my consumer grade 2700PSI pressure washer is way more powerful. But they get a star because I cant actually use my equipment in the winter but I can use theirs (once). Go elsewhere...

Consistently low pressure. Consistently out of soap and other products. I wonder how they stay in business.

Did you ever try to wash your car by rinsing with a hose? Doesnt work too well, even if you get a bigger hose or spray on more soap. Thats the same with all touchless washes. I like this place because they have a touch option that actually cleans the car and its fairly priced.

Open 24 7. Laser wash diy wash and automatic brushed wash. Sweet

Automatic washes are a joke... mighty as well throw 15 bucks out the window and call it a day. Left about a 2ft steak down both sides that look like they didnt even get wet.

Essentially got kicked out for not spending enough money. Apparently there’s a no hand wash policy. Sorry I don’t want to ruin my paint using that hard bristle brush that’s been collecting dirt for the past decade.

Went with a cab friend of mine to get his car cleaned and it got the job done. The car was shiny and the vacuuming helped clean the inside quickly.

Terrible wash! I tried to see if it will do better than RainMaker, but I was very disappointed! I paid $14 for nothing, back and both lower sides of my SUV was still dirty! Very low pressure!I came back the next day and told the employee, but he denied me a second run or a free wash!I will never go back there again!RainMaker does a very well job instead!

Its ok but have problems with card reader bring cash also.

Always wash my vehicles here. One of a few places here in Anchorage where you can actually get a soft-touch automated wash over the touchless-only wash places. Though this place does offer soft touch as well as touchless washing. They always have fresh buckets of soapy water with a soft brush to prescrub your vehicles tough areas. Its a good price and good location.

While its a convenient location, the pressure is HORRIBLE. No pressure for the so called HIGH PRESSURE rinse option. Gonna have to find another location. Please fix this and I will be glad to try again.

I used the manual car wash and all I can say about this place is save your money and go somewhere else! I spent $18 washing my car and its still spotty. I used the brush and everything, but I guess you have to push as hard as you can instead of just scrubbing like other car wash brushes.

Ive tried other car washes in town that are equivalent but have spotty service. I keep coming back to this car wash because everything always works the way it is supposed to. I like that they have touchless, Softgloss, and wash bays. For $2 in the wash bay you can get a lot of caked up crap off with just the pressure wash, if you dont want to drop 8 or 10 on a full wash.Good place.

Very very unprofessional business owner I went into the do it yourself wash slid my card and it says a five dollar minimum I use maybe two minutes not even five dollars worth and I push the stop button to quit charging my card and then I look on my account this morning and I got charge for $15 called the owner he told me that he was aware that peoples card get overcharged and then proceeded to tell me that he would give me a free car wash didn’t offer to refund me the $10 and also told me I was just being a punk about the situation

This place is horrible. Shady service. Low pressure sprayer and timer does not work. If you want to scratch the heck out of your car use their brushes. Save yourself the time/headache and go to the Rainmaker across the street.
