Was super, did a excellent job. I recommend this place for car wash!

I liked the option of using a wand to get the bugs off and focus on particularly dirty sections of the car versus touchless car washes that cant get to all the heavy dirt.

Pretty sketchy place. Lots of druggies walking through. I felt uncomfortable. Also the prices are too high. $1/minute is a rip off for this kind of place. Sad.

This car wash is a classic if youre into washing your own car and our detail orientated this is the spot for you my company uses this place to clean all of their vehicles and have great success in the selling of our vehicles and I think its because of the attention to detail you were able to commit while at this establishment

Its fine to wash your car quickly, the change machine didnt work but it takes cards too.

Edited — I got a call from the management the morning after this happened and they totally took care of making this right. So I have changed my rating to 4 stars (would be 5 if the original bay had been functional. I do realize they can’t monitor it 24/7 so these things do happen). A+ for responsiveness! Original comment: Went into the second bay and put my first dollar coin into the machine and it jammed. I then used my credit card and it didn’t turn on. Fortunately the next bay over worked.

On this particular day when I was half way thru washing my truck (still soapy), the compressor for the sprayers went down. Truck was covered in soap, and had no water pressure from 2 different bays. After searching for some phone number to contact on ths wall or door to the place, I finally just drove to another place to rinse my truck. Only found the number to call them after searching them online. Wasnt a pleasant experience this go.

As a cab driver I wash my car daily. This place gives me options for a quick rinse off wash (cheaper) or a detailed clean and polish. During Spring Break up roads are muddy and the cab needs to be rinsed off frequently. That can be done here for $2 or $3 bucks.

The magic wand Car Wash is a great place to get your ride cleaned up. Centrally located in Midtown Anchorage, This drive through self service car wash has many features including high pressure wash, high pressure rinse, high pressure soap, tire and engine degreaser, high pressure wax, foaming brush and also a foamy waxy protective coat. In addition to all those great features they have closing garage doors so you can stay warm in the winter while youre washing and detailing the outside of your car. Another great thing about this place is they have trash cans so if you have some trash as we all get in our car sometimes you can throw that stuff right out to. Outside they have vacuums and a variety of fresh scent air fresheners and drying towels in their vending machines. You could literally go there with 10 or 20 bucks and a dirty car and come out looking real shiny, clean & smelling fresh too . Magic wand Car Wash gets two thumbs up from me

Just your average carwash... i thought the amount of coins you had to put in versus the time it gives you to wash your car or truck starts to feel like highway robbery! Then the selector dial on the wash controls is not arranged in any logical manner... you then have to read the directions to know which option to turn the dial to next (all while the clock is ticking!)

Nice quick experience. Its do it yourself, but gets the grime off at a good price. Highly recommend.

Good do it yourself car wash. Bays were clean and hose and brush were in good condition. Building is a little older so it’s appearance is slightly worn but everything functions well.

$3 gives you 1:30 minutes hardly enough time to pre-soak you vehicle, so be prepared to drop $8 to $10 for a self service car wash. Next time I will pay the same for a touch free car wash at another business.
