My vehicle wasnt very dirty but the weather made it seem like a good time to get my vehicle washed. I decided to go for the top tier wash. For the amount of money that I paid, I feel that my vehicle was not cleaned well enough. The rear of the vehicle and the lower quarter panels still have dirt on them. I understand that it is a touchless system and so maybe jets arent able to remove all of the road grime but I expected my vehicle to come out cleaner than it is. Pictures attached. The Jets and blowers worked well and the cool colors really impressed the kids, and the top portion of my vehicle is well cleaned.

Really like that there is a brush you can use to help scrub the bugs off before you go into the wash. We did the basic $10 wash and it did a great job cleaning the car. For this price it came with a dry too. The only negative (at least at this location) is where the location is to vacuum your car. They are right outside the wash so it makes for a terrible bottleneck and cars get all backed up waiting for one to open. There isn’t anyplace to pull off to the side to wait for one either. Maybe they need more vacuum stations or move them to where there is more room??

No frills fully automated places and the queues were not so bad. The cleaning process was good although dint quite get rid of all dirt from my windshield and front bumper. Overall, recommend for a quick wash.

Nice wash, free vacuum. Pretty busy on a weekday, a little bit of a wait. Fully automated. They do havea scrub brush you can use before the wash but ours was already pretty dirty.

This is a great self-service automated carwash. It has four stars because the lanr I used had the wrong direction for inserting my credit card. Other than that, it was simple to use and the free vacuum is a bonus.

I have the unlimited wash membership which is great and convenient but I think they raised the prices. The lines are always long. It takes about 6-8 mins per car, all washes have lines with 4-5 cars. It is not always easy to get help from the car wash attendant and they dont always answer the phone even during regular daytime business hours. The wash stopped once during the middle of the wash after waiting for 30 minutes in line. So I drove out and asked for help. My car was still soapy. Nobody answered the phone. I was waiting for quiet sometime. Long story short, I didnt want to wait 30+ more mins so I drove home with a soapy car.

I pay for the monthly car wash membership but when I scanned the QR code, the garage door does not open like it normally does when the bay is empty, but this time even when there is not car in the bay and it didn’t open. This is the third time this has happened. I called the EverWash toll-free customer service phone number but the wait time is long. The first time I called, they tried to restart the bay on their computer but it didn’t work for the lane I was in :(. I tried calling back again the second time to try another bay but by the time I did— the wait time was even longer. If the call-service wait time is long, It then seems that this happens a lot at the different Alaska Laser wash locations. I hope this addressed soon. Please fix this.

I’ve been washing my cars here for 5 years conveniently with their app Today, after 15+ minutes of trying to get a hold of them thru phone and the doorbell to assist me with a malfunctioning bay door, I was just like whatever. Backed up my car and drove off.

I tried my 2 debit cards and my 2 credit cards many times - each of which works - following the written instructions. No door would open. I also looked for an attendant with no success. After 30 minutes I left, frustrated beyond words. I got NO CARWASH! However, getting this survey must mean that at least one of my cards has shown up among your records. I am troubled by this.

I was unable to use their vacuuming service even though its quote on quote free because they decided to paint in the middle of the day around their vacuum area leaving two vacuums for a four-car bay so I had to go to a different place and pay money even though I have a monthly contract with these people to use it for free everyday I had to go pay money to go somewhere else and vacuum out my car. When I called to speak to someone and ask them why theyre doing that in the middle of the day I was told because they only have people to do that during the day and that thats a free service Anyway by the way.

I don’t know if I heard his name right but the customer service from a gentleman named Tai or something similar to that name that helped me at 1:34pm on 01/25/2021 Was beyond Amazing. Ive had issues here before with my monthly subscription where I’d scan the code and it wouldn’t let me through and the employees where not helpful and rude but this gentleman was so friendly, apologized for the inconvenience and was so happy to help. If this message ever gets back to him “You made my day” Thankyou so much Tai (I hope I heard his name right)

While they could be better, they seem to be the best touchless in town.They always let you go through again if your first wash didnt do the job (it probably wont, especially in spring).They have a limited unlimited wash pass. Limited to one wash per day. (Im not happy about that. - 1 star)The attendants are receptive to suggestions and are friendly enough. The man stations for 12 hours a day, so get there before 7pm incase you need to get a second wash in.If you are environment friendly, stay away from commercial car washes.If you are not, I recommend Laser Wash and their locations all across town.

The wash was ok. One unit was out of order and the payment kiosk was not working well as it took several tries to get it to work. At this time of year (mid May) there is a 2 to 3 car wait.

Bought the 22 dollar wash left a bunch of soap on the vehicle after. Gave 3 stars for the use of the free vaccums.

Its alright for the winter just to get some dirt off but When summer comes Im washing my own car.

Good wash! Only complaint is that the credit card machine reader is very sensitive...be prepared to have an extra card or two to use.

Convenient wash. You can scan the qr code as you go into wash if youre in the monthly club. Sometimes the rinse isnt that great and you never feel like you get enough drying time.

Picked this place because it is conveniently located near my home. I usually do the wash yourself, but didnt feel like it today, so chose a touchless wash. There was a bit of a wait (about 20 minutes) and didnt get all the bird poop off of the car, but the car is clean and only cost $10. The $10 wash is pretty basic, but not too bad. Ill probably shop around for another car wash next time or go back to my old standby.

After soap, it sprinkled some water and told me car wash is done, I had soap left on my car, glass on all 4 doors is covered in drips from soap!

It was so busy here today, every slot had 2-3 vehicles in line. I was here for the first time and what I can say is: it washes pretty clean but I always go twice to make sure its clean all around. Staff members are polite and helpful! Definitely will go there again.

The wash itself is good. Credit card payment is toast. Tried 3 different cards on 3 out of the 6 bays and they would not work. The bill acceptors only work 60% of the time. I don’t think this is an issue but I noticed the dryers do not oscillate any more, most of the water seems to be removed still. The attendants do help when the see an issue or someone having trouble.I have to update this review. 9/14/19. I thought the wash was doing a good job. I was totally wrong. It hadn’t rained all summer so all that was getting washed off was dry dust, which it was doing a good job at. But now that it has rained my vehicle gets more of the road grime. It only cleans off 75% of the dirt and grime. I thought it was just a fluke when this happened the first time so I used the was 2 more times, using 2 other bays. Same results. Cancelled my wash membership and will not use again.

Convenient location, well maintained, touchless.

Not the best autowash place in town, but you just have to be sure and scrub down before going, which kind of defeats the purpose of an autowash. But at least they offer buckets and brushes while you wait in line. And you will wait, everyone from hillside goes through there.

I love having a clean car but Alaska is not onboard with that lifestyle. After giving my car a well-deserves wash and quick vacuum, both my car and I were happy campers. Since it’s winter, it’s already showing signs of ice melt and road grime, unfortunately, but it still looks better than most cars out there. Prices were okay and if I didn’t live 2.5 hours away, the monthly membership would be tempting. Who doesn’t love a nice car wash? It’s popular, though, so plan on a bit of a wait so you’re not late getting to where you’re getting to, but even if you’re a touch behind - at least you’ll be looking fresh for your fashionable lateness!

Consistently does a decent job, automatic washes are never great but they are convenient. I recently started the monthly subscription service here and feel better being able to keep the car clean versus disappointment when a my really dirty car doesnt come clean.

This is a busy car wash place but my car gets clean and I love that I can vacuum it out right after. I have a van with 3 kids so it gets thrashed pretty quickly and its nice to be able to wash and then clean it out all at the same stop. I only have 4 stars because it will never be as good as a person actually drying and wiping down your car.

Cleans cars well, Suburban sized vehicles need to go through twice, the Lazer Wash cycle moves too quickly. I picked up the unlimited carwash option. Thats allowed me to be able to test it thoroughly. I dont trust Bay 4, one time it just quit in the middle of my wash. There wasnt any staff to help so I just left. Overall its been a good experience though.

I went through one of the bays and it seemed to not do its normal $18 wash, most likely just due to the continues use from all the cars or maybe in conjunction with the cold weather as well. I informed the staff of my observation and they were more than willing to run me through again for free and were very professional. I am so appreciative of how well the staff work with us customers and are more than willing to make things right.I ask people to please be patient and understanding. The maintenance on car washes is alot of work and is always in play due to how many cars go through in a day and with the below freezing temperatures that alaska is known for.Thank you so much laser car wash for doing the great work that you do and staff members that are working hard to keep up with the demand!

Good car wash, slow, but did well. Vending machine for interior cleaning supplies ate a dollar and the attendant was no where to be found. Cheapest wash was $10.

Cant say Im a fan of this location. When to get a car wash today (4/3/2019 right around 12:25PM, didnt get out until almost 12:50PM), paid, and pulled in as the OUTSIDE lights indicated that i should do. Car before me pulled out slow, which caused the laser wash to not activate properly. Attendant argued with me, saying he was watching, and the outside light did not. Now my eyesight aint that bad, and i KNOW i saw the OUTSIDE light turn green. I dont recommend this Alaska Laser Wash location to anyone, especially when their attendants are going to argue like that, and be unprofessional. No apology, nothing, just a dude who wanted to argue. I got my refund and walked away. I will NEVER go to this Alaska Laser Wash again.

It is local, easy to get in, and out. If you go too early it does not warn you the wash is closed, and accepts payment.

I went to this car wash. It wouldnt read my card at first so I had to back up and go into another lane then after that I hoped into another lane and the machine was done washing my car the door to let me out didnt work! I got out of my car and pressed the emergency exit button which was broken!! Then I walked all the way out of the wash and rang the bell for customer assistance and there was not a single person there. After I did that I went back into my car and backed all the way up to the main entrance of the car wash. I pressed the emergency exit for the front entrance and finally got out. In all I would honestly like my money back that is single handedly the worst experience I have ever had just to get my car washed.

I will be canceling my membership at this car wash due to lack of service. Not only does the wash only work half the time, when I do have technical problems with the payment machine/membership app I have had no help and no reply. I’ve left comments on their website and left voicemails before but have not received a response.

Better not have a dirty car. Otherwise you will have to go through 2-3 times to get it clean.

Every time I go there my car Does not get clean it’s extremely wet when I come out of the car wash and is still dirty I don’t recommend anybody use this car wash they refuse to re-wash my car this is the worst car wash ever been to in my life all of their locations and I paid $18 for the best wash they got
