My favorite car was in Anchorage. They always take the extra time to do the pre wash. The staff have always been very friendly and thorough. The only weird thing is I never know when they are open.

I was planning to get a car wash on Saturday at 3 o’clock. I called ahead to make sure it was open, and they said it was. Upon arriving, there were traffic cones set across the entrance. I called again and was given very confusing directions to enter the car wash a different way even though there is only one entrance. At this point I knocked on the door with no answer. When I asked the salesmen in front of the main building they just said “sometimes it’s open on Saturdays, sometimes it isn’t.” Completely unprofessional and a waste of time considering this is what I thought was the best car wash in town. My family and I all own Toyotas bought from Kendall. I hope Kendall reaches out and rectifies this.
